当前,大学生就业压力日益加大,在大学这个人生转折的关键时期,形成一个好的职业生涯发展规划对大学生尤为重要。职业生涯规划水平是大学生全面发展的重要能力之一,提升大学生职业生涯规划水平有助于帮助学生对未来有更好的认知,进而实...当前,大学生就业压力日益加大,在大学这个人生转折的关键时期,形成一个好的职业生涯发展规划对大学生尤为重要。职业生涯规划水平是大学生全面发展的重要能力之一,提升大学生职业生涯规划水平有助于帮助学生对未来有更好的认知,进而实现更好的发展。本文以我校大学生为例,采用问卷调查的方式来收集数据,并通过描述性统计分析、方差分析、相关分析和回归分析等统计方法对数据进行处理和分析,旨在了解山东建筑大学本科生的职业生涯规划现状的基本情况。通过对数据的分析和研究,找出了我校大学生职业生涯规划中存在的一些问题以及影响职业生涯规划的部分因素,最终给出大学生应树立正确的择业观,父母应积极与孩子交流和沟通,高校应大力开展职业生涯辅导课程等三个层面的建议。At present, the employment pressure of college students is increasing day by day. It is particularly important for college students to form a good career development plan during the critical period of life transition in college. Career planning level is one of the important abilities for the comprehensive development of college students. To improve the career planning level of college students will help them have a better understanding of the future and achieve better development. In this thesis, the university students as an example, using the way of questionnaire survey to collect data, and through descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other statistical methods to process and analyze the data, in order to understand the basic situation of undergraduate career planning in Shandong Jianzhu University. Through the analysis and research of the data, the thesis finds out some problems in the career planning of college students and some factors that affect the career planning. Finally, it puts forward three suggestions: college students should set up the correct view of career choice, parents should actively communicate with their children and colleges should vigorously carry out career counseling courses.展开更多
随着我国过境免签政策的落实,越来越多外国游客来到中国,如何为不同游客规划出适合他们的旅行路线和旅行城市变得尤为重要。本研究通过分析景点评分、交通便利性、美食等多维度因素,建立了统计分析模型和优化模型等来科学评估各城市和...随着我国过境免签政策的落实,越来越多外国游客来到中国,如何为不同游客规划出适合他们的旅行路线和旅行城市变得尤为重要。本研究通过分析景点评分、交通便利性、美食等多维度因素,建立了统计分析模型和优化模型等来科学评估各城市和景点对旅游选择的影响。针对外国游客的需求,我们特别关注如何通过这些因素的综合评价,选出“最高评分景点最多的城市”和“最令外国游客向往的50个城市”。此外,本研究还考虑了如何为游客设计最优旅行路线,即如何在144小时的时间限制内,通过高铁等交通工具,最大化城市数量、同时保证综合游玩体验最好。针对具体的旅行规划问题,我们采用了贪心算法、线性加权综合评价算法等方法,以找到满足时间和成本效益的最优解。通过对这些问题的深入分析和求解,本研究有助于为外国游客提供优质的旅游体验,也有助于促进中国旅游业的发展。With the implementation of China’s visa-free transit policy, an increasing number of foreign tourists are flocking to the country. Consequently, planning suitable travel routes and selecting appropriate cities for these visitors has become a matter of utmost importance. This study aims to scientifically assess the impact of various cities and attractions on tourism choices by analyzing multidimensional factors such as attraction ratings, transportation convenience, and culinary offerings. Through the establishment of statistical analysis models and optimization models, we have conducted comprehensive evaluations. In response to the specific needs of foreign tourists, we have paid particular attention to selecting “cities with the highest number of top-rated attractions” and “the 50 most desirable cities for foreign tourists” based on a comprehensive evaluation of these factors. Additionally, this study has also considered how to design optimal travel routes for tourists, specifically addressing the challenge of maximizing the number of cities visited within a 144-hour time limit while ensuring the best overall travel experience through the use of transportation modes such as high-speed rail. To tackle the specific challenges of travel planning, we have employed methods such as the greedy algorithm and linear weighted comprehensive evaluation algorithm to find optimal solutions that meet both time and cost-effectiveness criteria. Through in-depth analysis and solving of these issues, this study aims to provide high-quality travel experiences for foreign tourists and further promote the development of China's tourism industry.展开更多
随着全球城市化进程的加快,城市的发展已经成为一个多维复杂的议题。本研究以广西壮族自治区为例,基于城市中心划分视角,探讨了人口–土地异速生长与经济发展之间的联系。通过引入分形几何理论,量化城市形态的复杂性,并结合异速生长概念...随着全球城市化进程的加快,城市的发展已经成为一个多维复杂的议题。本研究以广西壮族自治区为例,基于城市中心划分视角,探讨了人口–土地异速生长与经济发展之间的联系。通过引入分形几何理论,量化城市形态的复杂性,并结合异速生长概念,分析了城市不同领域发展过程中的不均匀性。研究采用盒维数法和多径向分析法计算局部分形维数,并利用熵权法构建经济集聚指数,以评估城市经济的集聚效应。研究发现,桂林市在2014~2022年之间的局部分形维数在0~1.7之间,将其划分为四个阶段,反映城市化的不同进度。通过构建经济集聚指数与局部分形维数的模型,得出它们之间存在强烈的正相关性,表明城市结构的优化能够促进经济活动的集中程度。此外,广西各市的异速生长指数揭示了人口增长与土地扩张之间的非均匀性,对城市政策制定和规划具有重要意义。本研究为优化城市规划和实现区域协调发展提供了有价值的参考,能够更好地了解城市经济活动的分布特点,以及如何通过优化城市结构促进经济的均衡发展。With the acceleration of global urbanization, urban development has become a multi-dimensional and complex issue. This study, taking Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an example, explores the connection between population-land allometric growth and economic development from the perspective of urban centralization. By introducing fractal geometry theory, we quantify the complexity of urban morphology and analyze the unevenness in various development sectors of the city through the concept of allometric growth. The study employs box-counting dimension methods and multi-radial analysis to calculate local fractal dimensions, and utilizes the entropy weight method to construct an economic agglomeration index to assess the agglomeration effects of urban economies. The research finds that the local fractal dimension of Guilin City ranges between 0 and 1.7 from 2014 to 2022, dividing it into four stages that reflect different levels of urbanization. By constructing a model of the economic agglomeration index and local fractal dimension, a strong positive correlation between the two is revealed, indicating that the optimization of urban structure can promote the concentration of economic activities. Moreover, the allometric growth indices of various cities in Guangxi unveil the unevenness between population growth and land expansion, which holds significant implications for urban policy making and planning. This study provides valuable references for optimizing urban planning and achieving coordinated regional development, contributing to a better understanding of the distribution characteristics of urban economic activities and how optimizing urban structures can promote balanced economic growth.展开更多
