The parameters of the system of linear equations are modeled by taking the experimental or observation data. So the parameters of the system actually contain uncertainty rather than the crisp one. The uncertainties may be considered in term of interval or fuzzy numbers. In this paper, a detailed study of three solution techniques namely Classical Method, Extension Principle method and α-cuts and interval Arithmetic Method to solve the system of fuzzy linear equations has been done. 地铁区间隧道空气温度与围岩土体蓄放热量随年限演化特性的迭代求解

基于CHAMPS-BES软件,提出了一种耦合区间隧道热平衡模型与围岩土体温度场的迭代求解方案。该方案通过多次迭代求解,得到了区间隧道空气温度、围岩土体温度场及蓄放热量随年限演化特征。研究结果表明,随着迭代次数增加,隧道空气温度的精... 基于CHAMPS-BES软件,提出了一种耦合区间隧道热平衡模型与围岩土体温度场的迭代求解方案。该方案通过多次迭代求解,得到了区间隧道空气温度、围岩土体温度场及蓄放热量随年限演化特征。研究结果表明,随着迭代次数增加,隧道空气温度的精度逐步提高,体现了该方案的准确性。针对上海某典型车站区间隧道的研究发现:围岩土体温度、围岩壁面温度、隧道空气温度随运营年限增加呈现上升趋势;距区间隧道壁面不同距离围岩土体温度在运营初期、中期和远期最高分别可达33.11、34.16、36.03℃,最低分别为12.67、15.33、17.00℃,除远期最低温度的位置位于距离壁面50.0 m土体处,其余均位于距离壁面0.1 m土体处;围岩壁面温度在运营初期、中期和远期最高分别可达33.27、34.28、36.24℃,最低分别为12.63、15.06、18.87℃;区间隧道空气温度在运营初期、中期和远期最高分别可达35.36、36.31、38.21℃,最低分别为11.86、14.01、18.17℃;围岩土体以蓄热为主,蓄热总量随年限不断增加,在每年的9月达到最大值425922 MJ,在每年的2月最小。 展开更多

The vertex solution for estimation on the static displacement bounds of structures with uncertain-but-bounded parameters is studied in this paper. For the linear static problem, when there are uncertain interval parameters in the stiffness matrix and the vector of applied forces, the static response may be an interval. Based on the interval operations, the interval solution obtained by the vertex solution is more accurate and more credible than other methods (such as the perturbation method). However, the vertex solution method by traditional serial computing usually needs large computational efforts, especially for large structures. In order to avoid its disadvantages of large calculation and much runtime, its parallel computing which can be used in large-scale computing is presented in this paper. Two kinds of parallel computing algorithms are proposed based on the vertex solution. The parallel computing will solve many interval problems which cannot be resolved by traditional interval analysis methods. 展开更多

Supplier selection can be regarded as a typical multiple attribute decision-making problem. In real-world situation, the values of the alternative attributes and their weights are always being nondeterministic, and as a result of this, the values are considered interval numbers. In addition, the common approach to measure the similarity between alternatives through their distance suffers from some minor shortcomings. To address these problems, this study develops a novel hybrid decision-making method by combining the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) with grey relational analysis (GRA) for supplier selection with interval numbers. By introducing the intervals theory, the extensions of Euclidean distance and grey relational grade are defined. And then a new comprehensive closeness coefficient is constituted for supplier alternatives evaluation based on the interval Euclidean distance and the interval grey relational grade, which could indicate the distance-based similarity and the shape-based similarity simultaneously. A mtmerical example is taken to validate the flexibility of the proposed method, and result shows that this method can tackle the uncertainty in real-world supplier selection and also help decision makers to effectively select optimal suppliers. 展开更多

In reality, transported goods should reach in destinations within a specific time. Considering the importance of time, a time-variant multi-objective linear fractional transportation problem is formulated here. We take into account the parameters as cost, supply and demand are interval valued that involved in the proposed model, so we treat the model as a multi-objective linear fractional interval transportation problem. To solve the formulated model, we first convert it into a deterministic form using a new transformation technique and then apply fuzzy programming to solve it. The applicability of our proposed method is shown by considering two numerical examples. At last, conclusions and future research directions regarding our study is included. 展开更多
