Cracks are important migration channels and storage spaces for oil and gas, and the peripheral cracks in the Ordos Basin have developed extensively after multiple tectonic movements. Using unmanned aerial vehicle oblique photogrammetry technology to obtain field outcrop image data and establish a three-dimensional model for observation, the NEE and NNW fractures are the most developed in the Yanchang Formation of the study area, while the NW and NNE fractures are slightly developed, all of which are high angle vertical fractures and belong to regional structural fractures. The NNW oriented cracks are restricted by the NEE oriented cracks and developed in the late stage. Combined with the analysis of regional geological background, fracture intersection relationship and tectonic stress field, it is considered that there are two stages of fractures in Dongjiahe, namely, the late Indosinian and Yanshanian. 展开更多

The integration of digital tools and effective knowledge management practices is critical for enhancing administrative efficiency and institutional continuity in higher education. This study investigates the relationships between knowledge modeling, institutional memory, leadership styles, technology, and administrative efficiency at the University of Cape Coast (UCC). The study sought to identify the challenges and opportunities in integrating digital tools into administrative processes and to provide actionable recommendations for improvement. A mixed-methods research design was employed, combining quantitative analysis using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with qualitative thematic analysis of interviews. The findings revealed key challenges, including resistance to change, fragmented knowledge repositories, and inadequate funding, alongside opportunities such as centralized knowledge systems, cost-effective open-source tools, and capacity-building initiatives. The study highlights the importance of strategic leadership, robust policies, and investments in digital infrastructure to enhance administrative practices. Policy implications include the need for clear digital transformation guidelines and leadership training to foster innovation and collaboration. Recommendations include investing in scalable digital tools, implementing comprehensive capacity-building programs, and promoting stakeholder engagement to drive successful digital integration. These insights provide a roadmap for UCC and similar institutions seeking to optimize administrative efficiency through digital transformation. 展开更多

China’s High-Quality Technology Innovation:Scenario Narrative and Measurement System

The world today is undergoing disruptive,transformative shifts driven by a new wave of technological revolutions and industrial changes.In this context,a central question for China’s innovation-driven development strategy is how to effectively identify and measure high-quality technological innovations.Drawing on the stylized facts and scenario narrative of China’s technological landscape,this paper proposes a framework and measurement system for evaluating high-quality technological innovations.While China’s top-level design for technological innovation is guided by policy documents,the increasing number of enterprises applying for“high-tech enterprise”status has coincided with a decline in the quality of patent filings.In response,this paper first underscores the challenges and necessity of measuring the quality of technological innovations.Second,we introduce the high-quality technological innovation indicators and employ them to assess the quality of tech innovations at the firm level,utilizing an approach that combines analogical narrative,gene coding,text analysis,semantic logic,and a database of granted invention patents in China.Third,we examine the systematic and individual biases inherent in citation counts,a commonly used indicator,under specific contexts,and employ a granular instrumental variable approach to validate the effectiveness of the indicators.Finally,we develop a“family tree”of the indicators and explore their application scenarios through a combination of established and extended indicators.Our findings provide a theoretical foundation for evaluating China’s technological innovation quality,inform policy incentives,and offer insights for academia to apply high-quality technological innovation indicators in different contexts. 展开更多

背景双联抗血小板治疗是接受直接经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PPCI)的ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者治疗的基础。阿司匹林联合替格瑞洛是STEMI患者抗血小板治疗的首选方案,与氯吡格雷相比,其能够更快、更有效地抑制血小板,并改善预后。但是... 背景双联抗血小板治疗是接受直接经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PPCI)的ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者治疗的基础。阿司匹林联合替格瑞洛是STEMI患者抗血小板治疗的首选方案,与氯吡格雷相比,其能够更快、更有效地抑制血小板,并改善预后。但是尚缺乏在接受PPCI治疗的STEMI患者中应用减量替格瑞洛的研究。目的基于倾向性评分匹配(PSM)的方法,对比分析不同剂量替格瑞洛治疗STEMI患者的有效性和安全性。方法连续选取2019年6月—2021年5月在河北医科大学第二医院心血管内五科行PPCI并接受替格瑞洛治疗的STEMI患者为研究对象。根据应用替格瑞洛的维持剂量将患者分为减量组(60例:替格瑞洛60 mg/次,2次/d)和标准组(180例:替格瑞洛90 mg/次,2次/d)。采用PSM法对两组患者进行1∶1匹配,匹配变量包括性别、年龄、既往病史、入院时Killip分级和介入治疗相关参数等,最终减量组和标准组各纳入54例患者。分别于出院1、3、6个月时,对两组患者进行随访,记录和比较两组患者血小板功能相关参数和临床事件的发生情况。结果PSM后两组患者基线资料、介入治疗参数和住院期间主要不良心血管事件发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。基线时,两组患者血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);减量组患者血小板聚集率(PAR)低于标准组(P<0.05)。出院时,减量组患者MPV高于标准组,PDW低于标准组(P<0.05)。出院1个月时,两组患者PLT、MPV、PDW、PAR比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出院3个月时,减量组患者PDW高于标准组(P<0.05)。出院6个月时,减量组患者MPV高于标准组(P<0.05)。减量组患者出院前后PLT、PAR比较,标准组患者出院前后PLT、PDW比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。减量组、标准组患者出院时MPV高于基线,减量组患者出院时PDW低于基线,标准组患者出院时PAR低于基线(P<0.05)。减量组患者出院1、3、6个月MPV低于出院时,PDW高于出院时(P<0.05);标准组患者1、3、6个月PAR低于基线,高于出院时(P<0.05)。两组患者随访期间主要不良心血管事件、严重出血事件发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在接受PPCI的STEMI患者中替格瑞洛60 mg治疗是安全有效的。 展开更多

目的 观察替罗非班冠状动脉内注射治疗ST段抬高心肌梗死(STEMI)患者经皮冠脉介入治疗(PCI)术中无复流或慢血流的效果及安全性。方法 回顾性选取2021年3月—2022年3月潍坊市人民医院急诊入院行PCI治疗的STEMI患者128例,按照治疗用药不同... 目的 观察替罗非班冠状动脉内注射治疗ST段抬高心肌梗死(STEMI)患者经皮冠脉介入治疗(PCI)术中无复流或慢血流的效果及安全性。方法 回顾性选取2021年3月—2022年3月潍坊市人民医院急诊入院行PCI治疗的STEMI患者128例,按照治疗用药不同分为观察组(n=64)与对照组(n=64)。2组均常规应用β受体阻滞剂和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等药物、注射用比伐芦定(术前、术后)治疗,术后给予阿司匹林肠溶片、替格瑞洛片治疗。在此基础上,观察组术中给予盐酸替罗非班氯化钠注射液,对照组术中给予0.9%氯化钠注射液。比较2组术前、支架植入完成即刻、术后即刻冠状动脉血流分级,主要不良心血管事件(MACE)及出血情况。结果 2组术前、支架植入完成即刻心肌梗死溶栓试验分级(TIMI)≤2级及校正的TIMI帧数(CTFC)≥40者占比比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后即刻TIMI≤2级及CTFC≥40者占比均低于对照组(12.50%vs. 26.56%、9.38%vs. 23.44%,χ^(2)/P=4.026/0.045、4.614/0.032)。观察组MACE总发生率低于对照组(9.38%vs. 23.43%,χ^(2)=4.614,P=0.032)。观察组与对照组出血总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(23.44%vs. 21.88%,χ^(2)=0.045,P=0.833)。结论 行PCI治疗的STEMI患者,在常规药物治疗基础上冠状动脉内注射替罗非班的疗效显著,且不增加出血及血小板减少风险,安全性较高。 展开更多

目的探究阿利西尤单抗联合经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)治疗ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)的临床效果及对患者心肌梗死溶栓治疗试验(TIMI)血流分级和预后的影响。方法选取2022年3月至2023年10月焦作市第二人民医院收治的118例STEMI患者作为研... 目的探究阿利西尤单抗联合经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)治疗ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)的临床效果及对患者心肌梗死溶栓治疗试验(TIMI)血流分级和预后的影响。方法选取2022年3月至2023年10月焦作市第二人民医院收治的118例STEMI患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和研究组各59例。对照组患者采取常规PCI治疗,研究组患者采取PCI联合阿利西尤单抗治疗,两组均连续治疗至PCI后6个月。PCI后6个月比较两组患者的治疗效果,以及治疗前后的心功能[心脏指数(CI)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、心排血量(CO)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)]、血脂[低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)]、炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)]、TIMI血流分级水平,同时比较两组患者治疗期间的重大心血管不良事件(MACE)发生情况。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为91.53%,明显高于对照组的76.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组患者的LVESD、LVEDD水平分别为(34.29±3.61)mm、(46.29±4.11)mm,明显低于对照组的(37.60±4.13)mm、(50.63±4.72)mm;CI、LVEF、CO水平分别为(3.55±0.48)L/(min·m^(2))、(51.28±7.06)%、(4.82±0.53)L/min,明显高于对照组的(3.21±0.47)L/(min·m^(2))、(55.31±7.23)%、(4.27±0.48)L/min;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组患者的LDL-C、IL-6、TC、MMP-9水平分别为(1.74±0.42)mmol/L、(14.31±4.27)ng/L、(3.54±0.69)mmol/L、(35.16±5.20)ng/mL,明显低于对照组的(2.13±0.46)mmol/L、(17.52±4.83)ng/L、(4.16±0.73)mmol/L、(39.43±5.76)ng/mL,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组患者的TIMI血流分级高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗期间的MACE发生率为5.08%,明显低于对照组的18.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿利西尤单抗联合PCI治疗STEMI优于常规PCI治疗,且阿利西尤单抗联合PCI治疗STEMI可降低患者血脂水平,改善心功能,抑制炎症反应,增加冠脉血流及改善预后。 展开更多

通心丸对单纯药物涂层球囊治疗STEMI术后气虚血瘀证患者血小板聚集及心功能的影响

目的探讨通心丸对单纯药物涂层球囊治疗ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)术后气虚血瘀证患者血小板聚集及心功能的影响。方法选择2022年2月~2023年9月我院接诊的单纯药物涂层球囊治疗术后气虚血瘀证STEMI患者92例进行研究。患者以随机数字表... 目的探讨通心丸对单纯药物涂层球囊治疗ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)术后气虚血瘀证患者血小板聚集及心功能的影响。方法选择2022年2月~2023年9月我院接诊的单纯药物涂层球囊治疗术后气虚血瘀证STEMI患者92例进行研究。患者以随机数字表法分为两组,各46例。患者均行单纯药物涂层球囊治疗,术后对照组予常规抗血小板和抗凝治疗;观察组在此基础上加以通心丸。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候评分、心功能指标、血小板聚集情况、炎症因子及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为91%,高于对照组的76%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组中医证候评分及BNP水平均明显下降,但观察组低于对照组;治疗后两组LVEF均升高,但观察组高于对照组(均P<0.01)。治疗后两组血小板聚集率均下降,且观察组低于对照组;治疗后两组血小板抑制率均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(均P<0.01)。治疗后,两组IL-1β、IL-8及SCD40L水平均下降,且观察组均低于对照组(均P<0.01)。对照组共出现2例4.35%不良反应,观察组出现3例6.52%,两组差异无统计学意义。结论通心丸可提高单纯药物涂层球囊治疗STEMI术后气虚血瘀证患者疗效,改善患者中医证候评分及心功能指标,降低抑制血小板聚集,其机制可能与降低炎症因子水平有关。 展开更多

目的探讨超声分层应变成像参数联合实验室指标对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)后左心室不良重构(LVAR)的预测价值。方法选取2022年1月至2024年1月在大庆油田总医院进行经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)的106例急性STEMI患者,根据影像学检查结... 目的探讨超声分层应变成像参数联合实验室指标对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)后左心室不良重构(LVAR)的预测价值。方法选取2022年1月至2024年1月在大庆油田总医院进行经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)的106例急性STEMI患者,根据影像学检查结果是否发生LVAR将患者分为发生组(31例)、未发生组(75例)。比较两组患者一般资料、实验室指标、常规超声指标[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)及左心房容积(LAVI)]、超声分层应变成像指标[左心室心肌整体纵向应变(GLS)、左心室整体收缩期圆周应变(GCS)以及峰值应变离散度(PSD)],采用Logistic回归模型分析发生LVAR的危险因素,采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析超声分层应变成像技术对急性STEMI患者LVAR的预测价值。结果发生组患者Killip分级≥2级占比高于未发生组(P<0.05);发生组患者基线心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTn-I)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌红蛋白水平、血浆N末端B型钠尿肽原(NT-proBNP)水平均高于未发生组(P<0.05);发生组患者GLS_内、PSD均高于未发生组(P<0.05);经多因素Logistic回归模型分析,基线cTn-I、术后1周GLS_内、术后1周PSD均为发生LVAR的独立危险因素(P<0.05);ROC曲线分析显示,基线cTn-I、术后1周GLS_内、术后1周PSD单独及联合预测急性STEMI后LVAR的AUC(0.95CI)分别为0.794(0.704~0.866)、0.832(0.747~0.898)、0.831(0.746~0.897)及0.948(0.887~0.982),且三项联合预测效能高于各项单独预测(P<0.05)。结论术后1周应用超声分层应变成像技术有助于预测急性STEMI后LVAR,基线实验室指标cTn-I与术后1周GLS_内、PSD三者联合对预测LVAR具有重要参考价值。 展开更多

首次医疗接触QRS时限与急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死临床终点关系的单中心研究

目的探讨首次医疗接触(FMC)QRS时限(QRSd)与急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)30 d临床终点的关系。方法选取547例STEMI患者,分为QRSd<100 ms组(306例)和QRSd≥100 ms组(241例),收集患者的临床资料,心电图及心脏超声检查评估均依据患者... 目的探讨首次医疗接触(FMC)QRS时限(QRSd)与急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)30 d临床终点的关系。方法选取547例STEMI患者,分为QRSd<100 ms组(306例)和QRSd≥100 ms组(241例),收集患者的临床资料,心电图及心脏超声检查评估均依据患者FMC检查结果。以术后当天作为研究起点,出院后进行门诊或电话随访,直至30 d或出现死亡,以发生主要心血管不良事件(MACE)为主要终点,MACE定义为全因死亡、急性心力衰竭(AHF)、再次血运重建的复合终点,次要终点为AHF。绘制Kaplan-Meier曲线评估MACE及AHF发生率;将QRSd以连续变量和分类变量纳入Cox回归,分析STEMI患者30 d MACE及AHF的影响因素;受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估QRSd对STEMI患者30 d MACE发生的预测效能。结果与QRSd<100 ms组比较,QRSd≥100 ms组心率较快,吸烟史比例较低(P<0.05)。44例患者出现MACE,其中QRSd<100 ms组11例,QRSd≥100 ms组33例;17例患者出现AHF,其中QRSd<100 ms组2例,QRSd≥100 ms组15例。Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示,QRSd≥100 ms组MACE发生率及AHF发生率均高于QRSd<100 ms组(P<0.01)。多因素Cox回归分析显示,QRSd延长、QRSd≥100 ms是MACE及AHF的危险因素(P<0.05)。ROC曲线结果显示QRSd预测MACE发生的最佳截断值为111 ms,曲线下面积(AUC)为0.796(95%CI:0.710~0.881),敏感度为0.75,特异度为0.84。结论对于FMC心电图,与QRSd<100 ms相比,QRSd≥100 ms可增加急性STEMI患者30 d MACE和AHF的发生风险,且该风险随QRSd的延长而增加。 展开更多

目的针对ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)合并射血分数降低心力衰竭(HFrEF)患者的二次经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI),结合临床特征和生物标志物分析二次PCI的原因和影响因素,为未来的干预策略提供方向。方法回顾性分析2022年1月至2023年7月在... 目的针对ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)合并射血分数降低心力衰竭(HFrEF)患者的二次经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI),结合临床特征和生物标志物分析二次PCI的原因和影响因素,为未来的干预策略提供方向。方法回顾性分析2022年1月至2023年7月在湛江中心人民医院医治的295例STEMI合并HFrEF患者的临床资料。统计接受二次PCI的原因,多因素logistic回归分析STEMI合并HFrEF患者二次PCI的影响因素。结果接受二次PCI的发生率为18.9%。接受二次PCI的原因分别是支架内再狭窄(32.1%)、发生新的冠状动脉病变(26.8%)、多支血管病变(21.4%)、心律失常(8.9%)、心肌缺血(7.1%)、血栓形成(3.6%)。不完全血运重建、糖尿病病程>5 a、入院Gensini评分>100分、术后血管生成素Ⅱ是STEMI合并HFrEF患者接受二次PCI的独立危险因素,而术后激肽释放酶1则是独立保护因素(P<0.01或0.05)。结论接受二次PCI的影响因素众多,支架内再狭窄是接受二次PCI的最常见原因。 展开更多

目的探讨ST段抬高心肌梗死(STEMI)患者急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后血尿酸升高的影响因素及其对血小板高反应性(HPR)的影响。方法回顾性选取2019年1月至2021年3月在郴州市第一人民医院行急诊PCI的STEMI患者194例,所有患者术后均接... 目的探讨ST段抬高心肌梗死(STEMI)患者急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后血尿酸升高的影响因素及其对血小板高反应性(HPR)的影响。方法回顾性选取2019年1月至2021年3月在郴州市第一人民医院行急诊PCI的STEMI患者194例,所有患者术后均接受双联抗血小板治疗[阿司匹林+替格瑞洛(90 mg,2次/d)或氯吡格雷(75 mg,1次/d)]。根据术后4周血尿酸是否升高分为升高组(血尿酸升高,33例)和对照组(血尿酸正常,161例)。检测两组患者的HPR水平。采用单因素和多因素logistics回归分析筛选急诊PCI术后血尿酸升高的影响因素。将服用不同抗血小板药物的患者根据血尿酸是否升高进行亚组分析,比较HPR的判断指标二磷酸腺苷诱导下血小板聚集率最大值(ADPmax)和花生四烯酸诱导下血小板聚集率最大值(AAmax)的差异。结果194例患者术后4周时血尿酸升高33例,发生率为17.01%。单因素和多因素logistics回归分析显示,Killip分级≥2级、术前血肌酐水平、应用替格瑞洛及利尿剂是STEMI患者急诊PCI术后血尿酸升高的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。在采用不同双联抗血小板治疗的患者中,术后4周血尿酸升高及未升高者的ADPmax和AAmax比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Killip分级≥2级、术前血肌酐水平、应用替格瑞洛和利尿剂是STEMI患者急诊PCI术后4周血尿酸升高的独立危险因素,但术后4周的血尿酸水平与HPR无关。 展开更多

The steel industry is a major source of CO_(2) emissions,and thus,the mitigation of carbon emissions is the most pressing challenge in this sector.In this paper,international environmental governance in the steel industry is reviewed,and the current state of development of low-carbon technologies is discussed.Additionally,low-carbon pathways for the steel industry at the current time are proposed,emphasizing prevention and treatment strategies.Furthermore,the prospects of low-carbon technologies are explored from the perspective of transitioning the energy structure to a“carbon-electricity-hydrogen”relationship.Overall,steel enterprises should adopt hydrogen-rich metallurgical technologies that are compatible with current needs and process flows in the short term,based on the carbon substitution with hydrogen(prevention)and the CCU(CO_(2) capture and utilization)concepts(treatment).Additionally,the capture and utilization of CO_(2) for steelmaking,which can assist in achieving short-term emission reduction targets but is not a long-term solution,is discussed.In conclusion,in the long term,the carbon metallurgical process should be gradually supplanted by a hydrogen-electric synergistic approach,thus transforming the energy structure of existing steelmaking processes and attaining near-zero carbon emission steelmaking technology. 展开更多

Purpose:The transformative impact of disruptive technologies on the restructuring of the times has attracted widespread global attention.This study aims to analyze the characteristics and shortcomings of China’s artificial intelligence(AI)disruptive technology policy,and to put forward suggestions for optimizing China’s AI disruptive technology policy.Design/methodology/approach:Develop a three-dimensional analytical framework for“policy tools-policy actors-policy themes”and apply policy tools,social network analysis,and LDA topic model to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the utilization of policy tools,cooperative relationships among policy actors,and the trends in policy theme settings within China’s innovative AI technology policy.Findings:We find that the collaborative relationship among the policy actors of AI disruptive technology in China is insufficiently close.Marginal subjects exhibit low participation in the cooperation network and overly rely on central subjects,forming a“center-periphery”network structure.Policy tool usage is predominantly focused on supply and environmental types,with a severe inadequacy in demand-side policy tool utilization.Policy themes are diverse,encompassing topics such as“Intelligent Services”“Talent Cultivation”“Information Security”and“Technological Innovation”,which will remain focal points.Under the themes of“Intelligent Services”and“Intelligent Governance”,policy tool usage is relatively balanced,with close collaboration among policy entities.However,the theme of“AI Theoretical System”lacks a comprehensive understanding of tool usage and necessitates enhanced cooperation with other policy entities.Research limitations:The data sources and experimental scope are subject to certain limitations,potentially introducing biases and imperfections into the research results,necessitating further validation and refinement.Practical implications:The study introduces a three-dimensional analysis framework for disruptive technology policy texts,which is significant for formulating and enhancing disruptive technology policies.Originality/value:This study utilizes text mining and content analysis techniques to quantitatively analyze disruptive technology policy texts.It systematically evaluates China’s AI policies quantitatively,focusing on policy tools,policy actors,policy themes.The study uncovers the characteristics and deficiencies of current AI policies,offering recommendations for formulating and enhancing disruptive technology policies. 展开更多

A frequency servo system-on-chip(FS-SoC)featuring output power stabilization technology is introduced in this study for high-precision and miniaturized cesium(Cs)atomic clocks.The proposed power stabilization loop(PSL)technique,incorporating an off-chip power detector(PD),ensures that the output power of the FS-SoC remains stable,mitigating the impact of power fluctuations on the atomic clock's stability.Additionally,a one-pulse-per-second(1PPS)is employed to syn-chronize the clock with GPS.Fabricated using 65 nm CMOS technology,the measured phase noise of the FS-SoC stands at-69.5 dBc/Hz@100 Hz offset and-83.9 dBc/Hz@1 kHz offset,accompanied by a power dissipation of 19.7 mW.The Cs atomic clock employing the proposed FS-SoC and PSL obtains an Allan deviation of 1.7×10^(-11) with 1-s averaging time. 展开更多

Dominant technology formation is the key for the hightech industry to“cross the chasm”and gain an established foothold in the market(and hence disrupt the regime).Therefore,a stimulus-response model is proposed to investigate the dominant technology by exploring its formation process and mechanism.Specifically,based on complex adaptive system theory and the basic stimulus-response model,we use a combination of agent-based modeling and system dynamics modeling to capture the interactions between dominant technology and the socio-technical landscape.The results indicate the following:(i)The dynamic interaction is“stimulus-reaction-selection”,which promotes the dominant technology’s formation.(ii)The dominant technology’s formation can be described as a dynamic process in which the adaptation intensity of technology standards increases continuously until it becomes the leading technology under the dual action of internal and external mechanisms.(iii)The dominant technology’s formation in the high-tech industry is influenced by learning ability,the number of adopting users and adaptability.Therein,a“critical scale”of learning ability exists to promote the formation of leading technology:a large number of adopting users can promote the dominant technology’s formation by influencing the adaptive response of technology standards to the socio-technical landscape and the choice of technology standards by the socio-technical landscape.There is a minimum threshold and a maximum threshold for the role of adaptability in the dominant technology’s formation.(iv)The socio-technical landscape can promote the leading technology’s shaping in the high-tech industry,and different elements have different effects.This study promotes research on the formation mechanism of dominant technology in the high-tech industry,presents new perspectives and methods for researchers,and provides essential enlightenment for managers to formulate technology strategies. 展开更多
