Unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs are most susceptible to sand production that leads to a dramatic oil production decline.In this study,the poly(4-vinyl pyridine)(P_(4)VP)incorporated with self-aggregating behavior was proposed for sand migration control.The P_(4)VP could aggregate sand grains spontaneously throughπ-πstacking interactions to withstand the drag forces sufficiently.The influential factors on the self-aggregating behavior of the P_(4)VP were evaluated by adhesion force test.The adsorption as well as desorption behavior of P_(4)VP on sand grains was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and adhesion force test at different pH conditions.The result indicated that the pH altered the forms of surface silanol groups on sand grains,which in turn affected the adsorption process of P_(4)VP.The spontaneous dimerization of P_(4)VP molecules resulting from theπ-πstacking interaction was demonstrated by reduced density gradient analysis,which contributed to the self-aggregating behavior and the thermally reversible characteristic of the P_(4)VP.Dynamic sand stabilization test revealed that the P_(4)VP showed wide pH and temperature ranges of application.The production of sands can be mitigated effectively at 20-130℃ within the pH range of 4-8. 展开更多

Its catalytic activity for the hydrogenation of nitrobenzene was found much higher than that of the corresponding palladium complex of poly(4 vinylpyridine). In the presence of a strong inorganic alkali, especially potassium hydroxide, the catalytic activity is greatly improved. The suitable hydrogenation condition for PVP/HAc Pd is to use 0 1 mol/L ethanol solution of potassium hydroxide as the hydrogenation medium and the hydrogenation is carried out at 45 ℃. 展开更多

Poly(4-methyl-1-pentene)hollow fiber membranes(PMP HFMs)are commonly used in gas separation membrane and artificial lung membrane in extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO),and its porous structure and mechanical properties have a significant impact on the performance of the membrane material.In our work,PMP HFMs were prepared by thermally induced phase separation method.Subsequently,through characterization analysis of powder X-ray diffraction,universal tensile machine,scanning electron microscope and other instruments,the effects of PMP concentration,diluent ratio,quenching temperature,air gap distance and winding speed on the membrane performance were systematically investigated to obtain optimal preparation conditions for PMP HFMs.The results showed that the PMP HFMs prepared under optimal conditions possessed good gas permeability with a nitrogen flux of 10.5 ml·MPa^(-1)·cm^(-2)·min^(-1),a surface dense layer,and a good tensile strength of 9.33 MPa.We believed that this work could provide useful references for the application of PMP membranes in the medical field. 展开更多

Poly(4-vinylpyridine)(P4-VP) nanofiber and fluoresent poly(4-vinylpyridine)/porphyrin(P4-VP/TPPA) nanofiber were respectively prepared by electrospinning. The effect of the concentration of P4-VP/dimethylformamide (DMF) electrospinning solutions on the morphology of P4-VP nanofiber was investigated and it was found that the average diameter of the nanofiber of P4-VP/DMF increased with the increase of the concentration of the spinning solution. After the addition of TPPA to the P4-VP/DMF spinning solution, the diameter of P4-VP/TPPA nanofiber became even due to the increase of the conductivity of the P4-VP/DMF-TPPA solution. The photoluminescent(PL) spectral analysis indicates that the emission peak position of P4-VP/TPPA nanofiber is almost the same as that of pure TPPA at about 650 nm without peak shift, and when it was stored for 20 days, the emission peak of P4-VP/TPPA nanofiber is also at 650 nm, indicating that the fluorescent property of P4-VP/TPPA nanofiber is stable. Fourier-transform iufrared(FTIR) spectrum confirms the chemical composition of the resulting P4-VP/TPPA composite nanofiber. 展开更多

The effect of UV irradiation and blending with phthalate and terephthalate plasticizers on the photo-stability of Poly (4-vinyl biphenyl) was studied at different intervals of irradiation time and in presence of air. The increase in irradiation time on the photodegradation of polymer thin films caused a change in the intensity and shape of the fluorescence band. It has been found that the stability of the polymer decreases with the increase of irradiation time, and to increases with the increase of the amount of added phthalate and terephthalate plasticizers, which is evidence of polymer photodegradation. The FT-IR spectra of irradiated pure and blended polymer with phthalate and terephthalate plasticizers showed a decrease in some absorption bands and increase in the other bands, this is also another factor for the occurrence of photo degradation of the irradiated polymer. The increase in the intensity of absorption of carbonyl and hydroxyl region, indicates a possible photogegradation of polymeric chains and the formation of alcohols, aliphatic ketones and to the increase in the number of (C=C) that resulted from hydrogen abstraction during chains-scission. 展开更多

The catalyst can be reused several times, making this procedure facile, practical, and sustainable. The simple experimental procedure, solvent‐free reaction conditions, use of an inexpensive catalyst, short react time, and excellent yields are some of the major advantages of this methodology. 展开更多

聚4-甲基-1-戊烯(PMP)是一种具有等规结构的新型热塑性塑料,PMP为结晶性树脂,熔点在235℃~240℃之间,耐热性好,可在高温下使用,并具有卓越的电气绝缘和介电性能。与聚丙烯树脂相比,熔点高60℃,介电常数、介电损耗相近。随着我国电子工... 聚4-甲基-1-戊烯(PMP)是一种具有等规结构的新型热塑性塑料,PMP为结晶性树脂,熔点在235℃~240℃之间,耐热性好,可在高温下使用,并具有卓越的电气绝缘和介电性能。与聚丙烯树脂相比,熔点高60℃,介电常数、介电损耗相近。随着我国电子工业的发展,PMP的用量在近年来有大幅的增长。目前世界上只有日本三井化学株式会社生产,由于产量有限、售价较高,限制了PMP在国内的应用。为此本文尝试采用双向拉伸的方法,试制聚4-甲基-1-戊烯(BOPMP)薄膜,并加工成金属化膜,试制电容器,最后对电容器的性能进行相应测试评价。采用不同牌号原料生产BOPMP薄膜,其电压击穿强度差别较大,不同频率下的BOPMP薄膜电容器损耗角正切值、介电常数均与BOPP薄膜电容器接近,但其高温下的性能有待进一步验证。如何提升BOPMP薄膜电压击穿强度及其耐热性,开发出适宜于双向拉伸的PMP粒子原料,生产出高质量的BOPMP电容薄膜,将是未来重点研究的方向。 展开更多

目的:探究LncRNA RP11-214F16.8(Lnc-PCIR)通过调控多腺苷酸结合蛋白质4[poly(A)-binding protein cytoplasmic 4,PABPC4]的泛素化对喉癌细胞增殖、迁移的影响。方法:利用Human Protein Atlas、GEPIA数据库分析Lnc-PCIR、PABPC4在头颈... 目的:探究LncRNA RP11-214F16.8(Lnc-PCIR)通过调控多腺苷酸结合蛋白质4[poly(A)-binding protein cytoplasmic 4,PABPC4]的泛素化对喉癌细胞增殖、迁移的影响。方法:利用Human Protein Atlas、GEPIA数据库分析Lnc-PCIR、PABPC4在头颈鳞状细胞癌组织中的水平及患者的总体生存期。选取我院130例喉癌患者的癌及癌旁组织标本,RT-qPCR、Western blot检测组织Lnc-PCIR、PABPC4 mRNA和蛋白水平,并分析Lnc-PCIR水平与患者临床病理参数的关系。将HEP-2、TU212细胞进行不同转染,分为si-Lnc-NC组、si-Lnc-PCIR组、Lnc-NC组、Lnc-PCIR组、si-Lnc-PCIR+NC组、si-Lnc-PCIR+PABPC4组。CCK-8实验、EdU染色和Transwell实验检测细胞增殖和迁移能力;RT-qPCR检测细胞Lnc-PCIR、PABPC4 mRNA水平;HEP-2、TU212细胞分别经放线菌酮(cycloheximide,CHX)、MG132、ML364处理后,Western blot检测细胞PABPC4蛋白水平。20只裸鼠经皮下注射已转染的HEP-2细胞悬液,分为si-Lnc-NC组、si-Lnc-PCIR组;1个月后,测定移植瘤体积、质量和Lnc-PCIR、PABPC4蛋白水平。结果:数据库显示头颈鳞状细胞癌组织中Lnc-PCIR、PABPC4水平高于正常组织,且Lnc-PCIR、PABPC4水平与总体生存期呈负相关(均P<0.05)。与正常组织相比,患者喉癌组织中Lnc-PCIR、PABPC4 mRNA和蛋白水平升高,且Lnc-PCIR水平与患者性别、TNM分期、肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移相关(均P<0.05)。敲低Lnc-PCIR后,细胞Lnc-PCIR、PABPC4蛋白水平降低;细胞培养1 d、2 d、3 d后的OD值、EdU阳性率降低,细胞迁移数减少。而过表达PABPC4能部分逆转敲低Lnc-PCIR对细胞增殖和迁移的影响(均P<0.05);过表达Lnc-PCIR能降低细胞PABPC4泛素化水平(P<0.05)。敲低Lnc-PCIR能抑制小鼠移植瘤生长(P<0.05)。结论:Lnc-PCIR通过调控PABPC4的泛素化促进喉癌细胞的增殖和迁移。 展开更多

Novel bio-based and biodegradable block copolymers were synthesized by "click" reaction between poly(L-lactide)(PLLA) and polyamide 4(PA4). Upon tuning the molar mass of PLLA block, the properties of copolymers and electrospun ultrafine fibers were investigated and compared with those of PLLA and PA4 blends. PLLA and PA4 were found incompatible and formed individual crystalline regions, along with reciprocal inhibition in crystallization. Electrospun fibers were highly hydrophobic, even if hydrophilic PA4 was the rich component. The crystallinity of either PLLA or PA4 decreased after electrospinning and PLLA-rich as-spun fibers were almost amorphous. Immersion tests proved that fibers of block copolymers were relatively homogeneous with micro-phase separation between PLLA and PA4. The fibrous structures of copolymers were different from those of the fibers electrospun from blends, for which sheath-core structure induced by macro-phase separation between homopolymers of PLLA and PA4 was confirmed by TEM, EDS, and XPS. 展开更多

In oil and gas field, the application of kinetic hydrate inhibitors (KHIs) independently has remained problematic in high subcooling and high water-cut situation. One feasible method to resolve this problem is the combined use of KHIs and some synergists, which would enhance KHIs’ inhibitory effect on both hydrate nucleation and hydrate crystal growth. In this study, a novel kind of KHI copolymer poly(N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone-co-2-vinyl pyridine)s (HGs) is used in conjunction with TBAB to show its high performance on hydrate inhibition. The performance of HGs with different monomer ratios in structure II tetrahydrofuran (THF) hydrate is investigated using kinetic hydrate inhibitor evaluation apparatus by step-cooling method and isothermal cooling method. With the combined gas hydrate inhibitor at the concentration of 1.0 wt%, the induction time of 19 wt% THF solution could be prolonged to 8.5 h at a high subcooling of 6℃. Finally, the mechanism of HGs inhibiting the formation of gas hydrate is proposed. 展开更多
