The structure of complex 1 was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectra, powder X-ray analysis, thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA), UV-Vis spectrometry, photoluminescence and magnetic susceptibility. Complex 1 is a one-dimensional(1D) polymeric single-chain structure. Photoluminescence property is quite similar to the bpy ligand. The single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses showed that 1 and 2 are isostructural. The Zn(Ⅱ) in 1 and Co(Ⅱ) ions in 2 are six-coordinated in an octahedral environment with an equatorial plane composed of four oxygen atoms: two of them from the 4-oxo and the other two from 3-carboxylate of two coordinated Enox ligands, forming a stable six-membered chelating ring with the apical positions occupied by two N atoms of the piperazinyl rings. Thus, the molecules were self-assembled into a 2D neutral square grid with cavity dimensions of 1.3399 nm× 1.3399 nm for 1 and 1.3389 nm× 1.3389 nm for 2, respectively. Compound 1 emits strong blue fluorescence on irradiation by UV light in the solid state at room temperature.展开更多

The single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies reveal that compounds 1 and 2 both exhibit 1D chain structures, and assemble into 2D and 3D supermolecules through hydrogen bonds or π-π interactions. Single-crystal-X-ray diffraction analyses revealed that the complex crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P(16). The coordination geometry of each Ag(I) ion is planar trigonal. Two kinds of rings were found in 1, such as the four-membered ring with Ag2 O2 and the eight-membered ring with Ag2 O4 P2 constructed by PhP O3 H- ligands, which were then connected by DPPP ligands forming a zigzag type chain. Both the nitrogen atoms of tetrazole group and oxygen atoms of phosphonate(phosphonic acid) groups in the ligands coordinated with the metal cobalt. 文摘A new coordination polymer [Ni(3-bpo)(m-bdc)(C2H5OH) 2]n(1,3-bpo = 2,5-bis(3-pyridyl) -1,3,4-oxadiazole,m-H2bdc = 1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid) was solvothermally synthesi-zed and characterized by IR,TGA and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The title complex crystalli-zes in the orthorhombic system,space group Pnma with a = 7.786(3) ,b = 17.253(6) ,c = 18.478(6) ,V = 2481.9(14) A^3,Mr = 539.18,Dc = 1.443 g/cm^3,Z = 4,R = 0.0353 and wR = 0.0589. The m-bdc and 3-bpo bridge two Ni(Ⅱ) ions through two carboxylate groups and two pyridyl groups forming a 1D infinite double-sinusoidal chain along the c axis. The photoluminescence of 1 shows a large red shift compared to that of free ligands in the solid state.

文摘Solvothermal reaction of Pb(NO3)2·6H2O with rigid linear ligand terephthalic acid(H2pta) in N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF) produced a new three-dimensional(3D) lead(Ⅱ)coordination polymer[Pb2(pta)1.5(μ4-OH)(DMF)]n 1,and its structure was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses.In polymer 1,the μ4-OH bridges the nearby lead(Ⅱ) ions into an infinite one-dimensional(1D) chain,and then the organic ligand pta^2- joins the neighbored chains into a 3D structure by two similar connection modes in different configurations.The solid-state photoluminescent studies revealed that 1 exhibits a strong greenish emission mainly originating from ligand-to-metal charge transfer between the delocalized π bonds of the aromatic carboxylate ligand pta^2- and the p orbitals of the Pb^2+ centers.
文摘Two new coordination polymers,[Ni(Hpdc)(bib)(H_(2)O)]_(n)(1)and{[Ni(bib)_(3)](ClO_(4))_(2)}_(n)(2),were prepared by mixing Ni^(2+),3,5⁃pyrazoledicarboxylic acid(H3pdc)/p⁃nitrobenzoic acid and 1,4⁃bis(imidazol⁃1⁃ylmethyl)butane(bib)by a hydrothermal method,respectively.X⁃ray crystallography reveals a 2D network constructed by six⁃coordinated Ni(Ⅱ)centers,bib,and Hpdc2-ligands in complex 1,while a 2D network is built by Ni(Ⅱ)and bib ligands in 2.Furthermore,the quantum⁃chemical calculations have been performed on‘molecular fragments’extracted from the crystal structure of 1 using the PBE0/LANL2DZ method in Gaussian 16 and the VASP program.CCDC:2343794,1;2343798,2.

文摘One new coordination polymer, [Mn(Hbtc)(bpy)(HO)]1, was synthesized by the reaction of manganese(Ⅱ) salt under pH-controlled hydrothermal conditions with unsymmetrical polycarboxylic acid of 1,2,4-benzenetricarboxylic acid(Hbtc) and 2,2?-bipyridine(bpy). The structure of complex 1 was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectra, powder X-ray analysis, thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA), UV-Vis spectrometry, photoluminescence and magnetic susceptibility. Complex 1 is a one-dimensional(1D) polymeric single-chain structure. Photoluminescence property is quite similar to the bpy ligand. Magnetic susceptibility measurement indicates that 1 shows a weak ferromagnetic coupling between the Mn~Ⅱ ions.

Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 11.163(2), b = 21.943(4), c = 9.6381(19) A, β = 113.92(3)°, V= 2158.2(7) A3, Z= 4, Dc = 1.518 g/cm^3, Mr = 493.31, F(000) =1004, R = 0.0303 and wR = 0.0808 for 3614 observed reflections (I〉 2σ(I)). Complex I exhibits a 3D Schlafli symbol (4.62)(4.66.83) topological framework, and the magnetic characterization shows weak antiferromagnetic coupling exchange between two Co ions.

Compound 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pnma with a = 32.061(4), b = 7.2597(8), c = 4.8084(5) A, V= 1119.2(2) A3, Z = 4, C10H1604Pb, Mr = 407.42, Dc = 2.418 g/cm3, F(000) = 760, μ(MoKa) = 15.066 mm-1, R = 0.0270 and wR = 0.0666. In 1, each Pb(II) cation is coordinated by six carboxylate oxygen atoms from four L2- anions. Each L2- anion bridges three Pb(ll) atoms in a μ3:η2:η1:η1 mode to form a 3D framework. The structure of 1 was characterized by IR spectrum and thermogravimetric analysis. Moreover, solid state luminescent property of 1 was also investigated.

文摘A Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Zn(NIP)(3,3'-bpt)].H20 (1, NIP = 5-nitroisophtha- late, 3,3"-bpt = 1H-3,5-bis(3-pyridyl)-l,2,4-triazolate) has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction at 140 ℃ and structurally characterized by IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, thermal analysis, single-crystal X-ray diffraction and luminescent properties. In complex 1, the zinc atom is five-coordinated with three carboxylate oxygen atoms from three H2NIP and two nitrogen atoms from two 3,3'-bpt, respectively, forming a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry and showing a 1D chain structure, which is further bridged by NIP to form a 3D supramolecular network via self-assembly of hydrogen bonds.

Crystal data for this complex: tetragonal, space group I41, a = 2.0293(3), b = 2.0293(3), c = 1.3758(2) nm, α =β= γ = 90°, V= 5.6657(13) nm3, Dc= 1.379 g/cm3, Z = 8, μ(MoKa) = 0.815 mm-1, Mr = 588.14, F(000) = 2456, S = 1.047, R = 0.0459 and wR = 0.1053. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring Cu(Ⅱ) ions are linked together by one bridging-chelating 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic group, forming a one-dimensional chain structure. Each Cu(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule, three oxygen atoms from three 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic acid molecules and one oxygen atom from one water molecule, giving a six-coordinate distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetry behavior of the complex was also investigated.

Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 1.1421(2), b = 1.6337(3), c = 0.94177(19) nm, β = 112.15(3)°, V = 1.6275(6) nm^3, De = 1.407 g/cm^3, Z = 2, μ(MoKa) = 0.467 mm^-1, F(000) = 722, S = 1.007, R= 0.0412 and wR = 0.1022. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring manganese(Ⅱ) ions are linked together by one 4,4′-bipy molecule, and the whole complex molecule forms a one-dimensional chain structure. Each manganese(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two oxygen atoms of two a-naphthaleneacetic acid molecules, two nitrogen atoms of two 4,4′-bipy molecules and two oxygen atoms from two water molecules, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The electrochemical properties were also analyzed.

Crystallographic data for 1: triclinic, space group P1 with a = 9.750(5), b = 10.148(5), c = 12.869(5) ?, α = 104.904(5), β = 102.133(5), γ = 95.219(5)°, V = 1188.7(10) ?~3, Z = 2, C_(28)H_(17)FN_4O_5Cu, Mr = 572.01, D_c = 1.598 g/cm^3, F(000) = 582, μ(MoKa) = 0.977 mm^(-1), R = 0.0474 and w R = 0.1144. The TGA behaviors and luminescence of 1 have been studied in detail. The L1 dianions link neighboring Cu(Ⅱ) atoms in a bis-chelating mode, yielding a one-dimensional chain structure along the b axis. The L2 ligands are attached on one side of the chain through chelating the Cu(Ⅱ) atoms, and are stacked with those of an adjacent chain through π-π interactions, yielding a layer structure. Additionally, the N–H???O hydrogen bonds further stabilize the structure of 1.

It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 1.40178(7), b = 1.72502(12), c = 1.41635(6) ran, β = 92.653(4)°, V = 3.4212(3) nm3, Z = 4, C16HIsCdNsO4, Mr = 453.73, Dc = 1.762 g/cm3, F(000) = 1808,μ = 1.310 mm1, R = 0.0899 and wR = 0.1945. In compound 1, each 3,5-pdc ligand links three Cd(lI) ions and each Cd(Ⅱ) attaches to bip ligands to form a complicated 2D double-layer structure. In addition, the thermal stability and luminescent property of 1 have been studied in the solid state at room temperature.

文摘Two new coordination polymers containing rigid bis(triazole), namely, [Ni(btb)_(0.5)(nph)(H_2O)]_n(1) and [Zn(btb)(SO_4)]_n(2)(btb = 4,4a-bis(1,2,4-triazolyl-1-yl)-biphenyl, H_2nph = 3-nitrophthalic acid) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 shows a 3D trinodal(3,4,4)-connected sqc69 topology. Complex 2 presents a 2D uninodal 4-connected sql network, which is further packed into a 3D supramolecular framework by C-H···O hydrogen bonds. Thermal stabilities and fluorescence properties of two complexes have been discussed in detail.

文摘Two new 2D coordination polymers of [M(Enox)2]·C2H5OH (M=Zn, 1 and Co, 2; HEnox=1,4-dihydro- 1-ethyl-6-fluoro-4-oxo-7-piperazine-1,8-naphtyridine-3-carboxylic acid) were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses showed that 1 and 2 are isostructural. The Zn(Ⅱ) in 1 and Co(Ⅱ) ions in 2 are six-coordinated in an octahedral environment with an equatorial plane composed of four oxygen atoms: two of them from the 4-oxo and the other two from 3-carboxylate of two coordinated Enox ligands, forming a stable six-membered chelating ring with the apical positions occupied by two N atoms of the piperazinyl rings. Thus, the molecules were self-assembled into a 2D neutral square grid with cavity dimensions of 1.3399 nm× 1.3399 nm for 1 and 1.3389 nm× 1.3389 nm for 2, respectively. Compound 1 emits strong blue fluorescence on irradiation by UV light in the solid state at room temperature.

文摘Two new zinc(Ⅱ) coordination polymers, [Zn(ph)(H2 L)·H2O]2 n(1) and [Zn(ip)(H2 L)-(H2O)]n(2)(H2 ph = phthalic acid, H2 ip = isophthalic acid, H2L = 3-(1 H-pyrazol-4-yl)-5-(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole), have been successfully synthesized via hydrothermal reaction. It has been structurally characterized by X-ray single-crystal analysis, IR spectra, fluorescence spectroscopy and thermogravimetry analysis. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies reveal that compounds 1 and 2 both exhibit 1D chain structures, and assemble into 2D and 3D supermolecules through hydrogen bonds or π-π interactions. Moreover, the thermal stability and luminescent properties of compounds 1 and 2 were also studied.

Its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography with the following data: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 6.4153(4), b = 21.6454(14), c = 7.3783(5) A, β = 113.079(1)°, V = 942.56(11) A^3, Z = 4, C7H9NNiO7, Mr = 27.7.86, Dc = 1.958 g/cm^3,F(000) = 568 and μ(MoKa) = 2.081 mm^-1. The final R = 0.0194 and wR = 0.0515 for 1511 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The title complex presents an infinite 1-D polymeric chain structure consisting of repeated basic units [Ni(pda)(H2O)3]n. The center Ni(Ⅱ) ions are coordinated by one nitrogen atom and three oxygen atoms from pda ligand as well as three H2O molecules in a slightly distorted octahedral environment. The intermolecular hydrogen bonds link the 1 D chains to form a 2D layered architecture.

文摘An unprecedented one-dimensional coordination polymer [Ag2(PhP O3 H)2(DPPP)]n(1) based on phenylphosphonic acid(Ph PO3 H2) and 1,3-bis(diphenyphosphino)propane(DPPP) has been synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analyses, thermogravimetric analyses and X-ray diffraction technique. Single-crystal-X-ray diffraction analyses revealed that the complex crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P(16). The coordination geometry of each Ag(I) ion is planar trigonal. Two kinds of rings were found in 1, such as the four-membered ring with Ag2 O2 and the eight-membered ring with Ag2 O4 P2 constructed by PhP O3 H- ligands, which were then connected by DPPP ligands forming a zigzag type chain. Moreover, the light absorption and luminescent property of 1 were also investigated.
文摘A new 2D Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Zn(HIDC)(bix)0.5]n(1) was obtained by the hydrothermal reaction of ZnCl2,imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid(H3IDC) and 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-benzene(bix) with a 2:2:1 mole ratio.X-ray diffraction crystal structural analysis reveals it crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/n with a = 12.125(3),b = 10.541(3),c = 12.484(3) ,β = 115.834(4)°,V = 1436.0(6) 3,Mr = 338.60,Z = 4,Dc = 1.566 Mg·m-3,F(000) = 684,μ(MoKα) = 1.730 mm-1,the final R = 0.0439 and wR = 0.0888 for 2101 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I).In 1,each zinc(Ⅱ) ion is five-coordinated with a slightly distorted trigonal bipy-ramidal coordination geometry,and each μ2-HIDC2-acts as a bridge to bond two neighboring Zn(Ⅱ) ions,leading to a 1D zigzag chain architecture.The adjacent zigzag chains are further linked by μ2-bix to form an infinite 2D network structure.The fluorescence spectrum of 1 exhibits intense emission at 466 nm when excited at 397 nm in solid state at room temperature.

Complex 1 crystallizes in a chiral space group and has a two-fold interpenetrated 2D network structure with (4,4) topology,while complex 2 is a 3D porous dia network with four nets interpene-trating each other.
