目的通过评价中药复方防治胃癌前病变(PLGC)动物实验研究的方法学质量及报告质量,分析实验过程中的偏倚风险及研究报告的不足,为提高中药复方防治PLGC动物实验研究质量提供参考。方法计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服...目的通过评价中药复方防治胃癌前病变(PLGC)动物实验研究的方法学质量及报告质量,分析实验过程中的偏倚风险及研究报告的不足,为提高中药复方防治PLGC动物实验研究质量提供参考。方法计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(WanfangData)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science和Embase数据库2014年1月1日-2024年2月23日发表的关于中药复方防治PLGC动物实验文献,采用SYRCLE工具和ARRIVE2.0指南对纳入文献进行评分并计算各条目“低风险”符合率。结果共纳入文献213篇,其中中文文献189篇、英文文献24篇。SYRCLE工具评分为(12.86±1.29)分,“低风险”符合率为32.79%。ARRIVE2.0指南必备条目评分为(24.15±2.80)分,“低风险”符合率为49.08%;推荐条目评分为(11.28±3.40)分,“低风险”符合率为30.27%。SYRCLE工具评价中,144项(67.61%)研究未详细阐述分配序列产生的方法,所有研究均未描述分配隐藏充分与否及实施偏倚过程中的盲法,7项(3.29%)研究描述对结果评价者施盲。ARRIVE2.0指南中,所有研究均未报告样本量的确定方法、均未提供用于确定样本量的结局指标及实验方案注册声明,51项(23.94%)研究明确提出PLGC造模成功标准,66项(30.96%)研究提供所使用统计方法的详细信息,29项(13.62%)研究提供完整的伦理声明,22项(10.33%)报告了利益冲突。结论2014-2024年发表的中药复方防治PLGC动物实验文献方法学质量及报告质量存在较多问题,尤其是在实验过程中随机盲法策略的实施、样本量计算细节及纳入排除标准报告等方面存在缺陷,建议今后研究参考SYRCLE工具及ARRIVE2.0指南清单,以优化研究方案和报告,提高PLGC动物实验研究结果的可信度与规范性。展开更多

Technological innovation offers a transformative pathway for climate change adaptation and peacebuilding, with emphasis on a holistic approach to managing resource conflicts and environmental challenges. This paper explores the synergies between emerging technologies and strategic framework to mitigate climate-induced tensions and foster resilience. It focuses on the application of renewable energy systems to reduce dependence on contested resources, blockchain technology to ensure transparency in climate finance, equitable resource allocation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance early warning systems for climate-related disaster and conflicts. Additionally, technologies such as precision agriculture and remote sensing empower communities to optimize resource use, adapt to shifting environmental conditions, and reduce competition over scares resources. These innovations with inclusive governance and local capacity-building are very primordial. Ultimately, the convergence of technology, policy, and local participation offers a scalable and replicable model for addressing the dual challenges of environmental degradation and instability, thereby paving the way for a more sustainable and peaceful future.展开更多
The world today is undergoing disruptive,transformative shifts driven by a new wave of technological revolutions and industrial changes.In this context,a central question for China’s innovation-driven development str...The world today is undergoing disruptive,transformative shifts driven by a new wave of technological revolutions and industrial changes.In this context,a central question for China’s innovation-driven development strategy is how to effectively identify and measure high-quality technological innovations.Drawing on the stylized facts and scenario narrative of China’s technological landscape,this paper proposes a framework and measurement system for evaluating high-quality technological innovations.While China’s top-level design for technological innovation is guided by policy documents,the increasing number of enterprises applying for“high-tech enterprise”status has coincided with a decline in the quality of patent filings.In response,this paper first underscores the challenges and necessity of measuring the quality of technological innovations.Second,we introduce the high-quality technological innovation indicators and employ them to assess the quality of tech innovations at the firm level,utilizing an approach that combines analogical narrative,gene coding,text analysis,semantic logic,and a database of granted invention patents in China.Third,we examine the systematic and individual biases inherent in citation counts,a commonly used indicator,under specific contexts,and employ a granular instrumental variable approach to validate the effectiveness of the indicators.Finally,we develop a“family tree”of the indicators and explore their application scenarios through a combination of established and extended indicators.Our findings provide a theoretical foundation for evaluating China’s technological innovation quality,inform policy incentives,and offer insights for academia to apply high-quality technological innovation indicators in different contexts.展开更多

This review evaluates the impact of mobile health (mHealth) applications, tele-dentistry, artificial intelligence (AI), wearable devices, and advanced imaging systems on modern dentistry. Synthesizing findings from 125 studies published between 2010 and 2024, the paper identifies key achievements, including improved patient compliance, enhanced diagnostic capabilities, and expanded access to care in underserved areas. Tele-dentistry has been pivotal in bridging geographical gaps, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, while AI tools have revolutionized diagnostics and personalized treatment planning. Wearable devices and mHealth applications have empowered patients with real-time feedback, fostering sustained adherence to oral hygiene practices. The review also highlights the potential of digital tools to reduce healthcare disparities and operational costs, paving the way for more equitable and efficient dental care. As a response to the complexity of modern health care,nursing education is undergoing significant transformation.This paper aims to explore changing dynamics in nursing education,highlighting trends,challenges,and the...As a response to the complexity of modern health care,nursing education is undergoing significant transformation.This paper aims to explore changing dynamics in nursing education,highlighting trends,challenges,and the potential of Design-Based Research(DBR)as a methodological approach for curricular enhancement.This study employed a qualitative synthesis methodology was utilised,employing a systematic literature analysis of peer-reviewed articles published from 2019 to 2023.Relevant studies were searched in primary databases such as PubMed,Scopus,and Google Scholar,using specific keywords pertaining to nursing education,innovative pedagogical approaches,and DBR.The review revealed significant trends in nursing education including empathy and resilience,cultural competence,technology,interprofessional education,as well as competency-based approaches.Major challenges included teacher shortages,limited clinical placements,technological adaptability,and student mental health issues.DBR became an approach to address these challenges and offers an iterative model for curriculum development and educational innovation.DBR is a systematic and collaborative way to improve nursing education.Despite the barriers to implementation,DBR can lead to a more applicable curriculum based on real-world healthcare needs and create a nimbler educational process to prepare nursing graduates for working in complex healthcare environments.展开更多
Guangdong Han Opera,known as the“Peony of the South,”is a treasured art form with a history of over 300 years.As one of the three major opera genres in Guangdong,it primarily uses Pi and Huang tuning,incorporating K...Guangdong Han Opera,known as the“Peony of the South,”is a treasured art form with a history of over 300 years.As one of the three major opera genres in Guangdong,it primarily uses Pi and Huang tuning,incorporating Kunqu,Gaoqiang,Chuiqiang,and minor tunes,with Zhongzhou rhyme as its stage language.The roles are divided into seven categories:Sheng,Dan,Chou,Gong,Po,and Jing(including Hongjing and Wujing).Its accompaniment instruments,particularly the Touxian,Dasuluo,and Haotou,are distinctive,making it an excellent Pi and Huang opera genre in southern China.In 2008,Guangdong Han Opera was listed in the national intangible cultural heritage,recognizing its artistic value and entrusting it with the mission of inheriting and developing this opera genre.This paper focuses on the Guangdong Han Opera“Wang Zhaojun”and employs methods such as literature review and case analysis to explore its achievements in secondary creation and artistic innovation.The opera has achieved innovations in script,character,music,and stagecraft,and made breakthroughs in performance form,narrative technique,and cultural connotation,promoting the inheritance and development of Guangdong Han Opera and providing insights into contemporary drama innovation.展开更多
With the advancement of modern technology and the continuous development of science,research into flapping wing aircraft is becoming increasingly sophisticated.Addressing issues such as the large wingspan and heavy ma...With the advancement of modern technology and the continuous development of science,research into flapping wing aircraft is becoming increasingly sophisticated.Addressing issues such as the large wingspan and heavy mass of existing bionic butterfly aircraft,this paper proposes the design of a lightweight lithium battery power supply,a chip integrated into a small circuit board,and a reference to the natural characteristics of butterfly wings.The wings are simulated using 0.125 mm polyethylene terephthalate(PET)film to replicate their movement.The driving structure employs a double motor and a four-bar mechanism to achieve natural and smooth wing vibrations.The control system features a lightweight motor,battery,and a high-performance low-power microcontroller for precise control.Using 3D printing technology,a lightweight design is realized,successfully simulating the structure and movement characteristics of a specific butterfly,demonstrating the principles of mechatronics.Furthermore,the design process incorporates multidisciplinary knowledge,and a workshop combining competitive discipline events with innovation and entrepreneurship has been established.This initiative fosters the deep integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional training,effectively cultivating application-oriented technical talents.展开更多
