Hubei Province is the main winter rapeseed producing area in China,and has the national advantage and characteristic industrial cluster of rape.The protection zone for the production of important agricultural products of rapeseed in Hubei Province also ranks first as that in Hunan Province.This paper studied the winter rape industry,the important agricultural product production protection zone of rapeseed,the provincial double-low high-quality rape protection zone and the industrial cluster of rape in Jianghan Plain in Hubei Province,and analyzed the main problems existing in the development of rapeseed production protection zone and industrial cluster of rape.Finally,it came up with strategies including promoting national rape varieties,overcoming the problem of rape"agricultural chip",promoting the"rice+rape"rotation model,and strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights of brand marks. 展开更多

The paper calculated the return period (τ) of Σ t and Tm, and the shift ofΣ t-and Tm-isopleths with T. The results show: (1) According to the magnitude of shift of Σ t-and Tm-isopleths, in Northeast China, Inner Mongolia and northern Xinjiang the fluctuation of thermal resources in growing season from year to year is the greatest and strongly impacts the yield of annual thermophilous crops, but in the Changjiang River basin the fluctuation of the low temperature in winter is the greatest and seriously injures the perennial subtropical tree crops. ( 2) In the anomalous cool summer year with t = 30, the northern boundaries of the southern subtropical, northern subtropical and warm temperate zones and the southern boundary of the frigid temperate zone in China could be expected to shift southward 150, 220, 250 and 300 km from their normal positions, 展开更多

Boundary Shift of Potential Suitable Agricultural Area in Farming-grazing Transitional Zone in Northeastern China under Background of Climate Change During 20th Century 被引量:3

Climate change affected the agricultural expansion and the formation of farming-grazing transitional patterns during historical periods. This study analyzed the possible range of the boundary shift of the potential suitable agriculture area in the farming-grazing transitional zone in the northeastern China during the 20th century. Based on modem weather data, 1 km-resolution land cover data, historical climatic time series, and estimation by using similar historical climatic scenes, the following was concluded: 1) The climate conditions of suitable agriculture areas in the farming-grazing transitional zone in the northeastern China between 1971 and 2000 required an average annual temperature above 1℃ or ≥ 0℃ accumulated temperature above 2500℃-2700℃, and annual precipitation above 350 mm. 2) The northern boundary of the potential suitable agriculture area during the relatively warmer period of 1890-1910 was approximately located at the position of the 1961-2000 area. The northern boundary shifted back to the south by 75 km on average during the colder period of the earlier 20th century, whereas during the modem warm period of the 1990s, the area shifted north by 100 km on average. 3) The western and eastern boundaries of the suitable agricul^re area during the heaviest drought periods between 1920s and 1930s had shifted northeast by 250 km and 125 km, respectively, contrasting to the boundaries of 1951-2008. For the wettest period, that is, the 1890s to the 1910s, the shift of western and eastern boundaries was to the southwest by 125 km and 200 km, respectively, compared with that in the 1951-2008 period. This study serves as a reference for identifying a climatically sensitive area and planning future land use and agricultural production in the study area. 展开更多

Changes in Net Barter Terms of Trade for Sino-Australian Agricultural Products after China's Accession to the WTO

Using " chain-based and constant-based" two-step method,this paper measured Paasche net barter terms of trade index for SinoAustralian agricultural products from 2001 to 2013,and further calculated contribution of each category of agricultural products to changes in overall net barter terms of trade. The results showed that since 2001,the overall net barter terms of trade for Sino-Australian agricultural products fluctuated between deterioration and improvement. In 2013,the net barter terms of trade index was 1. 02,and its improvement is not significant. From 2001 to 2013,the net barter terms of trade for Sino-Australian agricultural products improved about 16. 44%,which dominated by the category 0 agricultural products whose influence degree is 6 times and 28 times the degree of category 4 and category 1. In years when the net barter terms of trade for Sino-Australian agricultural products deteriorated,category 2 agricultural products were the root cause for the deterioration. 展开更多

Based on the data related to the Chinese and world agricultural production and trade from 1986 to 2011,this paper uses the principal component analysis,cointegration and vector error correction model to perform the empirical analysis of the impact of processing,import and export of agricultural products on the agricultural modernization in China. The results show that the processing and export of agricultural products play a role in promoting the agricultural modernization in China,while the import of agricultural products has some negative effects on the agricultural modernization in China. The negative effects of the import of agricultural products are from the limitations of farmers' small-scale operation and foreign trading partners' protectionism. China should further develop the processing industry of agricultural products,and strengthen the role of downstream industries in promoting the agricultural modernization; improve the level of large-scale and intensive operation,and make good use of WTO rules,in order to provide the necessary market conditions for the agricultural modernization. 展开更多

中国自欧盟农产品进口结构一定程度上符合大食物观背景下的食物消费结构。研究中国自欧盟农产品进口问题对于支撑中国大食物观和促进中欧贸易具有重要意义。中国自欧盟农产品进口增速较快且有巨大发展潜力,其中绝大部分是非粮食物进口,... 中国自欧盟农产品进口结构一定程度上符合大食物观背景下的食物消费结构。研究中国自欧盟农产品进口问题对于支撑中国大食物观和促进中欧贸易具有重要意义。中国自欧盟农产品进口增速较快且有巨大发展潜力,其中绝大部分是非粮食物进口,粮食进口占比很小。中国关税与非关税政策、粮食安全政策对农产品进口的限制远大于对非农产品进口的限制,不断升级的食物消费结构对肉奶酒等高品质欧盟特色食物进口的需求拉动作用很大。中国需要在严格控制口粮进口的前提下酌情增加饲料粮进口,继续增加高品质非粮食物进口,提高农产品进口管控灵活度,建立健全以国内高质量循环为主、国际循环为辅的食物安全综合保障体系,鼓励并支持食品企业进行海外直接投资。 展开更多

“一致性”效应还是“跷跷板”效应——农业社会化服务对粮食产量和粮食种植收益的影响

农业社会化服务是推动农业现代化的关键力量,对粮食增产和农民增收具有重要影响。从理论上分析农业社会化服务这一技术进步对粮食产量和粮食种植收益的“一致性”效应抑或“跷跷板”效应,系统分析了农业社会化服务对粮食产量和粮食种植... 农业社会化服务是推动农业现代化的关键力量,对粮食增产和农民增收具有重要影响。从理论上分析农业社会化服务这一技术进步对粮食产量和粮食种植收益的“一致性”效应抑或“跷跷板”效应,系统分析了农业社会化服务对粮食产量和粮食种植收益的作用机制,并采用玉米种植户调研数据进行实证检验。研究发现:农业社会化服务发挥粮食增产宏观目标与农户增收微观诉求兼容的“一致性”效应,在进行替换解释变量和倾向得分匹配法估计的稳健性检验后,研究结论依然成立;机制分析表明,农业社会化服务通过促进农地规模经营和激励农户采纳耕地质量保护行为,实现粮食产量和粮食种植收益协同提升;农户异质性与环节异质性分析表明,农业社会化服务的“一致性”效应因农户种植规模、经营发展类型和家庭劳动力从业情况的不同而存在差异;采纳植保和收获环节社会化服务有助于增加粮食产量,采纳耕整地、播栽、灌溉和收获环节社会化服务显著促进种粮收益提升。据此,未来应提高农业社会化服务供给的匹配性,优化粮食生产方式以适应高质量粮食消费需求,同时加快推进农地规模经营和健全耕地保护机制。 展开更多

本文选取2003—2022年中国与RCEP国家的贸易数据,分析生鲜农产品的贸易规模,并利用显示性比较优势指数RCA、贸易互补性指数TCI、贸易结合度TII等指数对中国与RCEP国家生鲜农产品贸易的竞争性与互补性进行测算与分析。研究表明:中国与RCE... 本文选取2003—2022年中国与RCEP国家的贸易数据,分析生鲜农产品的贸易规模,并利用显示性比较优势指数RCA、贸易互补性指数TCI、贸易结合度TII等指数对中国与RCEP国家生鲜农产品贸易的竞争性与互补性进行测算与分析。研究表明:中国与RCEP国家的农产品贸易紧密且多为产业内贸易;中国生鲜农产品出口流向RCEP国家的占比过半;中国进口生鲜农产品来源是RCEP国家的占比较大;与RCEP国家生鲜农产品贸易的互补性大于竞争性,同时中国的物流绩效不断提升。但近几年,中国与RCEP国家生鲜农产品呈现贸易逆差,且中国生鲜农产品的国际竞争优势正逐步减弱。本文认为,我国需提升生鲜农产品的生产力,改善生鲜农产品品质,提升生鲜农产品的国际竞争力,仅供参考。 展开更多

Based on the carrying capacity of the resources and the environment,this article defines the connotation of the land multifunctional space(LMFS)from three aspects,ecological protection,agricultural production and urban construction,in the new era of land space planning system.Moreover,a framework is constructed for the coordinated development of the multi-functional oriented space to match the use of land space(ULS)with the supply of resources and environment(SRE).Based on this,the technology and methods of comprehensive evaluation,dominance recognition,and matching relationship division functions of the use of land space(FULS)and functions of the supply of resources and environment(FSRE)are discussed.The advantageous functions of the use of land space(AFULS)and advantageous functions of the supply of resources and environment(AFSRE)are also identified in the study area.A LMFS coordinated development system integrating“function position-comprehensive partition-regulation strategy”is proposed.Through the empirical study of Shandong province,we found that,first,the FULS of ecological protection space in the province is mainly found in high value areas,and the FSRE is mainly in low value areas,which has certain complementarity in the space.The FULS of agricultural production space is mainly observed in high value areas,the FSRE is mainly in middle value areas,and the spatial distribution is balanced and staggered.The FULS of the urban construction space and the FSRE are mainly in middle values areas,and the spatial distribution is basically similar.Second,the FULS in the study area is dominated by the single advantage of agricultural production and urban construction,while the FSRE has a relatively balanced distribution of the advantages of ecological protection,single agricultural production and compound advantages of agricultural production and urban construction,and urban construction and ecological protection.The matching between the two is mainly at high and middle levels.Specifically,70%of the province’s land space still has a certain development and utilization potential,and 30%of ULS intensity is close to or exceeds the resource and environment carrying capacity.Third,considering the comprehensive impact of resource endowment,social and economic development and policy and institutional environment on different matching relationships,this paper constructs the land spatial development strategic pattern of“two screens-seven regions-multicore”positioning and“four regions-eight categories”hierarchical area of Shandong at the macro level,and puts forward a differentiated land space development strategy. 展开更多

This paper firstly introduces the general situation of cotton planting areas in China and cotton industry in Xinjiang,and the current situation of intellectual property protection of Xinjiang's cotton industry.Then,it analyzes the main problems in its intellectual property protection and high-quality development.On this basis,it comes up with the recommendations for high-quality development of cotton industry in Xinjiang under the strategy of strengthening the country with intellectual property.The recommendations include improving the level of creation of creative intellectual property rights,building an intellectual property rule system in the entire cotton industry chain in Xinjiang,building protected zones for production of major high quality agricultural product cotton,establishing a demonstration zone to undertake the transfer of the domestic cotton textile and garment industry,undertaking education on the sense of community for the Chinese nation in response to the Xinjiang cotton incident,and developing the"Belt and Road"blue market for Xinjiang cotton and its products. 展开更多

The productivity of traditional agrisilviculture system(agricultural crops + trees) was investigated in the northern and southern aspects of mid-hill situation in Garhwal Himalaya, Uttarakhand, India during the 2004?2006.A total of 19 tree species were studied in both northern and southern aspects, out of which 17 tree species were selected in northern aspect and 12 tree species in southern aspect for phytosociological characteristic analysis of trees in agrisilvicultural system.The most dominant tree species are Grewia optiva, Celtis australis and Melia azedarach and successively grown under traditional agrisilviculture system.The results show that the annual productivity of all tree species was 3 775 kg·ha-1·a-1 in northern aspect(site-N) and 3 101 kg·ha-1·a-1 in southern aspect(site-S).G.optiva had the highest productivity in both site-N and site-S among the tree species, followed by M.azedarach, Quercus leucotrichophora and C.australis.The dominant agricultural crops were Eleusine coracana in summer cereals, Phaseolus vulgaris in summer pulses-oilseeds and Triticum aestivum in the winter season in the area.The average biological productivity of agricultural crops in northern aspect was about 16% higher than that in southern aspect under traditional agrisilviculture system.The sole agricultural crop productivity(without trees) in northern aspect was also higher than that in southern aspect.An obvious difference in annual productivity of trees and agriculture crops was observed between northern aspect and southern aspect.The overall productivity in traditional agrisilviculture system(crop + tree) was 24%(in northern aspect) and 21%(in southern aspect) higher than that in sole cropping system. 展开更多
