Based on the curriculum theories of pragmatism and humanism, and the experience of universities in America, France and other countries, this paper examines the problems existing in the curriculum in higher education in China. Structural unemployment is caused by the mismatch of the curriculum and the social needs. At the same time, the curriculum fails to cultivate the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of students. Moreover, teacher-student relationship is not as harmonious as expected. Finally, to achieve the goal of curriculum construction, the thesis emphasizes the integrity and coordination of personnel training. Curriculum module design should be diversified and highlight features, to achieve static and dynamic tension interaction of the course content. <strong>Objectives:</strong> This study aims to present the characteristics of the undergraduate dental curriculum system using network modelling and visualisation analysis based on complex network theory,...<strong>Objectives:</strong> This study aims to present the characteristics of the undergraduate dental curriculum system using network modelling and visualisation analysis based on complex network theory, thus providing a theoretical foundation for the course development and curriculum reform. <strong>Methods:</strong> The correlation coefficient was used to quantify the intensity of the correlation between courses, and a visualisation complex network of the dental curriculum was built to explore the curriculum pattern from a dynamic perspective. Further, the statistical measurements of curriculum network were adopted to express the most relevant topological features. Subsequently, the minimum spanning tree and parallel coordinates plot were drawn to explore the curriculum community structure, quantify the key courses, and present different courses in time and space relationships. <strong>Results:</strong> The correlation analysis results show that the courses are closely related to each other. The main courses focus on pathology, pathophysiology, oral anatomy and physiology, closely connecting almost all medicine-related courses. The whole course network has an average degree value of 41.53, and a clustering coefficient of 0.78, indicating an obvious small-world characteristic. From the perspective of curriculum attributes, the number of public and theoretical courses was more than that of skills and practical courses. Moreover, the academic performance of skills and practical courses was lower than that of public and theoretical courses. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The undergraduate dental courses have a progressive structure from basic professional knowledge to professional skills, which is reasonable for the dental education in China. However, some efforts towards curriculum reform based on this study are needed.展开更多

文摘The purpose of this paper is to examine the development of a curriculum in Japan to foster the agency(OECD Student Agency)necessary for children living in the future,as outlined in the OECD Education2030 Project,and the role of teachers who implement this curriculum.Therefore,I aim to achieve this goal by taking an overview of educational thought,educational systems and history,and examining several initiatives in the OECD Project and the situation of a Japanese high school that practices science and mathematics education.As a result of analyzing previous research and the narratives obtained from interviews with Teacher A(pseudonym)of a certain F High School(pseudonym),it was found that school education should not simply teach subjects,but should aim to enable student to help student exercise agency in the future.It was suggested that it is not necessary to add content to the curriculum,but rather to prepare to provide students with competencies that will enable them to use the content in various contexts,situations,and circumstances,suggesting that in order to discover such important competencies,teachers and other related parties are required to implement curricula that allow students to slowly and carefully explore the competencies surrounding the content,and to conceive and build curricula that include both hidden and intended curriculum that allows student to reflect on the curriculum they have achieved.

文摘Performance Management is the core course of human resource management major,but its knowledge points lack multi-dimensional correlations.There are problems such as scattered content and unclear system,and it is urgent to reconstruct the content system of the course.Knowledge graph technology can integrate massive and scattered information into an organic structure through semantic correlation and reasoning.The application of knowledge graph to education and teaching can promote scientific and personalized teaching evaluation and better realize individualized teaching.This paper systematically combs the knowledge points of Performance Management course and forms a comprehensive knowledge graph.The knowledge point is associated with specific questions to form the problem map of the course,and then the knowledge point is further associated with the ability target to form the ability map of the course.Then,the knowledge point is associated with teaching materials,question bank and expansion resources to form a systematic teaching database,thereby giving the method of building the content system of Performance Management course based on the knowledge map.This research can be further extended to other core management courses to realize the deep integration of knowledge graph and teaching.
文摘Under the background of the new era,strengthening curriculum ideological and political construction has become one of the important tasks for colleges and universities to achieve curriculum teaching reform in recent years.How to subtly and effectively infiltrate the ideological and political ideas of the curriculum in the teaching of specialized courses,and achieve the effect of“salt into taste”is the biggest difficulty in the current construction of curriculum ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the characteristics of carrying out ideological and political teaching in professional courses in colleges and universities,then expounds on the existing problems and implementation paths of current ideological and political teaching in professional courses in colleges and universities,and finally analyzes its teaching practice results,aiming to further promote the construction and development of ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities and provide some references for peers.
