融合词先验知识的MOOCs课程概念抽取

针对中文大规模开放在线课程(Massive Open Online Courses,MOOCs)视频字幕中课程概念词性丰富、领域特性显著等特点,该文提出一种融合词性、词性规则和词典等词先验知识(Word Prior Knowledge,WPK)的课程概念抽取模型WPK-MCC。该模型... 针对中文大规模开放在线课程(Massive Open Online Courses,MOOCs)视频字幕中课程概念词性丰富、领域特性显著等特点,该文提出一种融合词性、词性规则和词典等词先验知识(Word Prior Knowledge,WPK)的课程概念抽取模型WPK-MCC。该模型首先通过BERT以及字符嵌入的方式获得包含上下文和词性信息的字符表示,再利用词典匹配当前字符所在窗口的字符串,构建当前字符的4个词汇集群(当前字符在词的开头、中间、结尾,以及当前字符单独成词),并通过词性规则控制每个词的贡献权重。此外,考虑到课程概念在MOOCs中有一定的重复性,WPK-MCC模型利用当前句子所在视频字幕的上下文信息,提升课程概念抽取的效果。在MoocData数据集上的实验结果表明,WPK-MCC模型对课程概念实体抽取的F_(1)值达到89.42%,优于SoftLexicon等先进的模型。消融实验显示,词性、规则和词典等词先验知识以及上下文全局信息对WPK-MCC模型的帮助较大,去除词先验知识和上下文全局信息后,WPK-MCC的F_(1)值下降了1.13%。 展开更多

In the new era,the impact of emerging productive forces has permeated every sector of industry.As the core production factor of these forces,data plays a pivotal role in industrial transformation and social development.Consequently,many domestic universities have introduced majors or courses related to big data.Among these,the Big Data Management and Applications major stands out for its interdisciplinary approach and emphasis on practical skills.However,as an emerging field,it has not yet accumulated a robust foundation in teaching theory and practice.Current instructional practices face issues such as unclear training objectives,inconsistent teaching methods and course content,insufficient integration of practical components,and a shortage of qualified faculty-factors that hinder both the development of the major and the overall quality of education.Taking the statistics course within the Big Data Management and Applications major as an example,this paper examines the challenges faced by statistics education in the context of emerging productive forces and proposes corresponding improvement measures.By introducing innovative teaching concepts and strategies,the teaching system for professional courses is optimized,and authentic classroom scenarios are recreated through illustrative examples.Questionnaire surveys and statistical analyses of data collected before and after the teaching reforms indicate that the curriculum changes effectively enhance instructional outcomes,promote the development of the major,and improve the quality of talent cultivation. 展开更多

Differential Privacy-Enabled TextCNN for MOOCs Fake Review Detection

The rapid development and widespread adoption of massive open online courses(MOOCs)have indeed had a significant impact on China’s education curriculum.However,the problem of fake reviews and ratings on the platform has seriously affected the authenticity of course evaluations and user trust,requiring effective anomaly detection techniques for screening.The textual characteristics of MOOCs reviews,such as varying lengths and diverse emotional tendencies,have brought complexity to text analysis.Traditional rule-based analysis methods are often inadequate in dealing with such unstructured data.We propose a Differential Privacy-Enabled Text Convolutional Neural Network(DP-TextCNN)framework,aiming to achieve high-precision identification of outliers in MOOCs course reviews and ratings while protecting user privacy.This framework leverages the advantages of Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN)in text feature extraction and combines differential privacy techniques.It balances data privacy protection with model performance by introducing controlled random noise during the data preprocessing stage.By embedding differential privacy into the model training process,we ensure the privacy security of the framework when handling sensitive data,while maintaining a high recognition accuracy.Experimental results indicate that the DP-TextCNN framework achieves an exceptional accuracy of over 95%in identifying fake reviews on the dataset,this outcome not only verifies the applicability of differential privacy techniques in TextCNN but also underscores its potential in handling sensitive educational data.Additionally,we analyze the specific impact of differential privacy parameters on framework performance,offering theoretical support and empirical analysis to strike an optimal balance between privacy protection and framework efficiency. 展开更多

大规模开放在线课程(MOOCs)在减少用户学习盲区和改善用户体验方面已经有大量的研究,尤其是基于图神经网络的个性化课程资源推荐,但现有工作主要集中在固定或同质图上,容易受到数据稀疏问题的影响且难以扩展。在局部子图上使用图卷积,... 大规模开放在线课程(MOOCs)在减少用户学习盲区和改善用户体验方面已经有大量的研究,尤其是基于图神经网络的个性化课程资源推荐,但现有工作主要集中在固定或同质图上,容易受到数据稀疏问题的影响且难以扩展。在局部子图上使用图卷积,并结合扩展的矩阵分解(MF)模型来解决这一问题。首先,将异构图分解为多个基于元路径的子图,结合随机游走采样方法实现在采样节点富有影响力邻域的同时捕获实体之间复杂的语义关系,并在局部邻域上进行图卷积平滑各节点表示,实现高可扩展性;然后,使用注意力机制适应性地融合不同子图的上下文信息,更全面地构建用户偏好;最后,通过扩展矩阵分解优化模型参数,获得推荐列表。为了验证提出模型的性能,在公开的MOOCs数据集上进行对比实验,相较于最优基线,性能提升了2%,内存计算需求降低了近500%,缓解数据稀疏问题的同时仍具有较强的可扩展性。 展开更多

目的 探讨大规模开放式在线课程(massive open online courses,MOOCs)联合以问题为基础的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)在儿科学本科耳鼻咽喉专业教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年8月—2022年8月贵州医科大学2017级儿科学本科学... 目的 探讨大规模开放式在线课程(massive open online courses,MOOCs)联合以问题为基础的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)在儿科学本科耳鼻咽喉专业教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年8月—2022年8月贵州医科大学2017级儿科学本科学生140名。按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各70名。对照组予以传统的儿科学本科教学模式,研究组予以MOOCs联合PBL教学模式。观察学期结束后,2组学生考试成绩、学生评价结果、学生满意度及教师评价结果。结果 学期结束后,研究组期末试卷成绩为(93.53±6.72)分、随堂测试平均成绩为(89.37±6.87)分、课后论文成绩为(86.35±6.32)分、讨论积极程度评分为(85.31±5.72)分及总成绩为(91.56±5.35)分,高于对照组的(83.25±6.45)分、(86.34±7.21)分、(78.53±6.17)分、(68.53±5.41)分、(81.25±6.27)分(P <0.05)。研究组对促进知识掌握、提升学习效率、激发学习兴趣、培养自主学习能力、培养问题分析和解决能力、培养临床思维方面的满意度及整体满意度均高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组查阅文献能力、临床思维能力、自主学习能力、提出和解决问题能力的评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 MOOCs联合PBL教育模式可明显提升儿科学本科耳鼻咽喉专业学生的学习成绩,培养其临床思维、自主学习、分析和解决问题等方面的能力,并提升其教学满意度。 展开更多

In undergraduate fashion design education,the main focus is on clothing design,fashion brand garments,and design trends,especially on how to create and market these designs.Higher vocational education emphasizes developing design skills and methods,transforming design processes,and managing clothing production.In China,the first undergraduate major in fashion design started in 1983 at Suzhou Silk Institute of Technology,which used to be linked to the Ministry of Textile Industry.The mode of teaching and learning delivery of fashion design courses just like other courses,started with face-to-face teaching in physical classroom and practical training classes.However,due to fast development in educational technology and movement restriction during COVID-19 pandemic,the fashion design education is adapting the innovative learning management system and revolutionized into online and hybrid delivery of teaching and learning content.In this review,fashion design courses in China education system will be elaborated and comparison of physical,online,and hybrid delivery of fashion design course will be discussed. 展开更多

In order to deeply understand the status of ideological and political research on experimental courses in colleges and universities,the relevant literature collected by China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)was taken as the research object,and the analysis was carried out by using CiteSpace software.The results show that research authors of ideological and political education in experimental courses have not yet formed cross-regional cooperation,and there is no core author.The ideological and political construction of experimental courses mainly focuses on experimental courses such as medicine,chemistry,and physics.The research focus on ideological and political education in experimental courses focuses on the concept of educating people,the construction of teaching systems,teaching modes,and the combination of new experimental teaching methods and ideological and political elements.The ideological and political education of experimental courses needs more attention and support from colleges and universities. 展开更多

With the rapid development of vocational education,engineering training has become a crucial course for cultivating highly skilled technical professionals,highlighting its importance.However,vocational college engineering training courses still face numerous challenges during the actual teaching process,which affect the effectiveness of course teaching and the enhancement of students’engineering competence.This article thoroughly analyzes the main problems existing in current engineering training course teaching,focusing on four aspects:students’cognitive differences,inadequate course development,poor course adaptability,and limited teaching resources.Based on this analysis and previous research findings,targeted strategies are proposed,including enhancing students’course cognition,clarifying course positioning,improving course adaptability,and optimizing the allocation of teaching resources.Furthermore,this article preliminarily verifies the effectiveness of some reform strategies through a small-scale teaching experiment.This study aims to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for enhancing the teaching quality of vocational college engineering training courses. 展开更多
