基于ICEEMDAN和SSA-LSTM组合模型的电离层TEC预测

针对电离层总电子含量(total electron content,TEC)具有非线性和非平稳性的特性及单一长短期记忆神经网络(long short-term memory,LSTM)模型在预测中存在精度不高且易陷入局部最优等问题,在改进的自适应噪声完备集合经验模态分解(impr... 针对电离层总电子含量(total electron content,TEC)具有非线性和非平稳性的特性及单一长短期记忆神经网络(long short-term memory,LSTM)模型在预测中存在精度不高且易陷入局部最优等问题,在改进的自适应噪声完备集合经验模态分解(improved complete ensemble EMD with adaptive noise,ICEEMDAN)和样本熵(sample entropy,SE)算法的基础上,结合麻雀搜索算法(sparrow search algorithm,SSA)和LSTM构建电离层TEC组合预测模型,并对太阳活动低年平静期和太阳活动高年扰动期电离层TEC连续5 d的预测精度分析.实验结果表明,本文组合模型相较于单一LSTM模型和SSA-LSTM模型在低太阳活动平静期和高太阳活动扰动期的不同经纬度下,均方根误差(root mean square error,RMSE)分别最大降低1.06 TECU和2.25 TECU,平均绝对误差(mean absolute error,MAE)分别最大降低了0.74 TECU和1.68 TECU,平均相对精度分别最大提升了7.63%和8.97%,组合模型的预测效果要明显优于单一LSTM模型和SSA-LSTM模型. 展开更多

电离层总电子含量(TEC)预测对提高全球卫星导航系统(GNSS)的精度具有重要意义.现有的TEC map预测模型主要通过顺序堆叠时空特征提取单元来实现.这种模型搭建方法会因多个卷积层顺序堆叠而损失细粒度的TEC map的空间特征,导致模型精度不... 电离层总电子含量(TEC)预测对提高全球卫星导航系统(GNSS)的精度具有重要意义.现有的TEC map预测模型主要通过顺序堆叠时空特征提取单元来实现.这种模型搭建方法会因多个卷积层顺序堆叠而损失细粒度的TEC map的空间特征,导致模型精度不够;还会由于多层堆叠导致梯度消失或梯度爆炸问题.本文借鉴残差注意力(Residual Attention)的思想,在TEC map预测模型中增加了残差注意力模块,提出了Residual Attention-BiConvLSTM模型.该模型中的残差注意力模块能同时提取粗、细粒度空间特征,并对其进行加权.本文在全球TEC map数据上与ConvLSTM、ConvGRU、ED-ConvLSTM和C1PG进行了对比实验.实验结果表明,本文所提出的Residual Attention-BiConvLSTM模型的RMSE、MAE、MAPE和R^(2)在太阳活动高年和年均优于对比模型.本文还在一次磁暴事件中对比了5种模型的预测效果.实验结果表明,大磁暴发生时,本文模型与C1PG相近,优于其他3种对比模型.本文的研究工作为电离层map预测模型搭建提供一个新思路. 展开更多

电离层总电子含量TEC的监测与预报是近地空间环境研究的重要内容,对卫星通讯和导航定位等有重要意义。使用基于Transformer(变形金刚)的iInformer(告密者)模型,提出中国区域电离层TEC短期预报新方法,且分别对磁静期与磁暴期电离层进行... 电离层总电子含量TEC的监测与预报是近地空间环境研究的重要内容,对卫星通讯和导航定位等有重要意义。使用基于Transformer(变形金刚)的iInformer(告密者)模型,提出中国区域电离层TEC短期预报新方法,且分别对磁静期与磁暴期电离层进行预测。为了分析短期电离层新模型预测效果,选取神经网络模型、线性模型、长短时记忆模型进行对比。结果表明,磁静期选定区域内iInformer模型有效适用于短期预测任务且预测精度明显优于其他对比模型,均方根误差在3个区域均低于1.45 TECU(total electron content units,总电子含量单位)。iInformer模型在应对不同数据量时,均能保持稳定的预测性能。特别是在数据集数量相对有限(少于2个月)的情况下,iInformer模型的预报精度显著优于其他模型。相较于单一数据源,多数据源下的iInformer模型预测精度有显著提升,提升幅度在2%~7.4%。 展开更多

[Objectives]To establish a TLC and content determination method of Pileostegia tomentellal,with umbelliferone as the indicator component.[Methods]TLC identification was performed by silica gel G thin layer plate with n-hexane-ethyl acetate(4:3)as the developing agent,and the plate was examined by UV lamp(365 nm).The umbelliferone content was determined by HPLC:Inertsil ODS-3 C 18 column(4.60 mm×250 mm,5μm);mobile phase acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid gradient elution;detection wavelength 320 nm,flow rate 1.0 mL/min,column temperature 30℃,injection volume 10μL.[Results]The chromatogram of P.tomentellal showed the same color spot in the same position as that of reference medicinal material,and the spot was clear with good specificity.Umbelliferone showed a good linear relationship when the injection volume was 2.63-131.27μg/mL(R^(2)=0.9997).The average recovery of umbelliferone in the low,middle and high adding groups of P.tomentellal was 99.57%and the RSD was 2.15%.[Conclusions]The method can effectively identify Yao medicine P.tomentellal and accurately determine the content of umbelliferone in medicinal materials,which will provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of medicinal resources of Yao medicine P.tomentellal. 展开更多

The actively heated fiber-optic(AHFO)technology has become emerged as a research focus due to its advantages of distributed,real-time measurement and good durability.These attributes have led to the gradual application of AHFO technology to the water content measurement of in situ soil.However,all existing in situ applications of AHFO technology fail to consider the effect of soilesensor contact quality on water content measurements,limiting potential for the wider application of AHFO technology.To address this issue,the authors propose a method for determining the soilesensor thermal contact resistance based on the principle of an infinite cylindrical heat source.This is then used to establish an AHFO water content measurement technology that considers the thermal contact resistance.The reliability and validity of the new measurement technology are explored through a laboratory test and a field case study,and the spatial-temporal evolution of the soil water content in the case is revealed.The results demonstrate that method for determining the soilesensor thermal contact resistance is highly effective and applicable to all types of soils.This method requires only the moisture content,dry density,and thermal response of the in situ soil to be obtained.In the field case,the measurement error of soil water content between the AHFO method,which takes into account the thermal contact resistance,and the neutron scattering method is only 0.011.The water content of in situ soil exhibits a seasonal variation,with an increase in spring and autumn and a decrease in summer and winter.Furthermore,the response of shallow soils to precipitation and evaporation is significant.These findings contribute to the enhancement of the accuracy of the AHFO technology in the measurement of the water content of in situ soils,thereby facilitating the dissemination and utilization of this technology. 展开更多

Background:Exploring the efficacy,potential components,and mechanism of the combination of ginger essential oil and gingerols in the treatment of head wind disease based on network pharmacology technology with content weight.Methods:The experimental groups were divided into:0:10,1:4,1:2,1:1,2:1,4:1,10:0.The relative content(Ri)of the chemical constituents of ginger's volatile oil was determined using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Additionally,the physicochemical and biological property parameters(LogP,MDCK,PPB,MW)of the components were considered.To assess the quantitative effect of the components,a grading score was performed,and the quantitative effect index(Ki)was calculated.Subsequently,the target effect index(Ti)was calculated by combining the component-target matching score(Fit score).Using these calculations,the target effect score A was determined under the influence of multiple components targeting different targets.Key targets with A≥1000 were identified.To predict the targets related to head wind disease,the Comparative Toxicogenomics Database(https://ctdbase.org/),Gene Cards(https://www.genecards.org/),and Disgenet database(https://www.disgenet.org/)were utilized.The key targets,obtained from different proportions of ginger's volatile oil and gingerol,were intersected with the predicted targets.This facilitated network pharmacological analysis and verification of the efficacy.Results:The content of volatile oil in ginger demonstrated an impact on key targets associated with the volatile oil group.Each specific combination of volatile oil consistently activated distinct pathways,with variations stemming from changes in content.Experimental testing revealed that different combinations of ginger's volatile oil and gingerol effectively alleviated migraine symptoms in rats.Conclusion:Through the application of content-weighted network pharmacology technology and pharmacodynamic verification,it was determined that altering the ratio between ginger's volatile oil and gingerol leads to variations in potential targets and pathways,consequently impacting its efficacy. 展开更多

Carbon can change the phase components of low-density steels and influence the mechanical properties.In this study,a new method to control the carbon content and avoid the formation ofδ-ferrite by decarburization treatment was proposed.The microstructural changes and mechanical characteristics with carbon content induced by decarburization were systematically examined.Crussard-Jaoul(C-J)analysis was employed to examine the work hardening characteristics during the tensile test.During decarburization by heat treatments,the carbon content within the austenite phase decreased,while Mn and Al were almost unchanged;this made the steel with full austenite transform into the austenite and ferrite dual phase.Meanwhile,(Ti,V)C carbides existed in both matrix phase and the mole fraction almost the same.In addition,the formation of other carbides restrained.Carbon loss induced a decrease in strength due to the weakening of the carbon solid solution.For the steel with the single austinite,the deformation mode of austenite was the dislocation planar glide,resulting in the formation of microbands.For the dual-phase steel,the deformation occurred by the dislocation planar glide of austenite first,with the increase in strain,the cross slip of ferrite took place,forming dislocation cells in ferrite.At the late stage of deformation,the work hardening of austinite increased rapidly,while that of ferrite increased slightly. 展开更多

In order to achieve the large-scale application of manufactured sand in railway high-strength concrete structure,a series of high-strength manufactured sand concrete(HMC)are prepared by taking the manufactured sand lithology(tuff,limestone,basalt,granite),stone powder content(0,5%,10%,15%)and concrete strength grade(C60,C80,C100)as variables.The evolution of mechanical properties of HMC and the correlation between cubic compressive strength and other mechanical properties are studied.Compared to river sand,manufactured sand enhances the cubic compressive strength,axial compressive strength and elastic modulus of concrete,while its potential microcracks weaken the flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete.Stone powder content displays both positive and negative effects on mechanical properties of HMC,and the stone powder content is suggested to be less than 10%.The empirical formulas between cubic compressive strength and other mechanical properties are proposed. 展开更多

Technical Proposal for the Recovery of Iron Tailings in Dams in the Context of a Circular Economy

The objective of this study is to present a tailings recovery project in a dam located in northern Brazil;the tailings in this dam have high concentrations of iron. The sustainable recovery of mineral resources can be achieved using the dredging method. The methodology used was based on two drilling projects conducted in 2001 and 2010;these projects contained samples with information on the chemical composition and particle size fractions. The dredging system was designed to operate with four cutter suction dredgers. For operation, factors such as productivity, pumping distance and material flow were considered. The material contained in the dam was estimated using the natural neighborhood interpolation method;this resulted in approximately 192 million tons of tailings, with an average iron content of 63.37%. Based on these data, a 13-year mining plan was prepared, with the potential to maximize the use of the tailings and reduce the environmental impacts, thus contributing to a circular economy. 展开更多

This study analyzes total electron content(TEC)variations during two solar eclipse events that occurred on October 25,2022,and October 14,2023.The solar eclipse of October 25,2022,was a partial solar eclipse,while the eclipse of October 14,2023,was an annular solar eclipse.For this study,the data of eight International GNSS Service(IGS)stations from different eclipse coverage zones are used to analyze TEC variations.It is found that the stations located in the maximum eclipse cover zone exhibited notable decreases in TEC values.The minimum variation of about 11.76%in TEC values is observed at the station situating in about 20 percent eclipse cover zone,while it varies from 22%to 38%at the stations falling in about 60 percent eclipse cover zone.The highest variation in TEC values of about 44%is found at the stations in about 80 percent eclipse cover zone.The time of occurrence of maximum depletion in TEC values at each station is in line with their longitudinal sequence.Atmospheric gravity waves(AGWs)are also observed by performing wavelet analysis on TEC data.The global TEC maps visualize and confirm observed TEC variations,providing spatial and temporal insights into the ionospheric response.This analysis highlights the influence of station location and eclipse coverage on the magnitude and spatial distribution of TEC variations. 展开更多

The iron content is one of the most critical parameters affecting the microstructure and mechanical properties of recycled aluminum alloy.This study aimed to compare the microstructure and tensile properties of alloys with varying iron content to ascertain the optimal iron content for formulating a recycled Al-Si-Mg aluminum alloy.Additionally,the effects of aging temperature and aging time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of recycled aluminum alloy were investigated.With increasing aging temperature and time,both tensile strength and yield strength are improved,while elongation is decreased.Specifically,when subject to a heat treatment consisting of a solution treatment at 535℃for 5 h followed by an aging treatment at 170℃for5.5 h,the newly designed recycled aluminum alloy achieves a tensile strength of 291 MPa and a yield strength of 238 MPa.These findings hold significant implications for the further development and broader application of recycled aluminum alloys. 展开更多

Understanding water dynamics under the effect of climatic conditions is important to improve water sustainability over the medium-and long-term.Clay content can affect soil hydrothermal properties,and hence modify water and heat exchange between soil and atmosphere,e.g.evapotranspiration and infiltration.This work aims to develop a numerical approach to explore the influence of clay content on soil hydrothermal response to the timely climatic conditions in the Lake Chad region,Sahel Region of west-central Africa.The meteorological information at the studied points,i.e.points A and B with a clay content of 8.3%and 25%,during the year 2008 is collected from ERA5-Land hourly data.The numerical results allow for understanding the effect of clay content on the hydrothermal response of the surface soil layer.Specifically,the soil surface temperature under point A is lower than that under point B during the dry season due to the dominant effect of heat conduction.However,the converse tendency is observed during the wet season because of the combined effect of heat conduction and latent heat.The variations of soil volumetric water content are closely related to the timely interaction between the soil and atmosphere,in addition to the hydrothermal properties of soil.Moreover,the outcomes of this work improve the understanding of the heat and water dynamics under the effect of climatic conditions and clay content,and provide further insights into the potential water protection in arid and semi-arid regions in the future. 展开更多

Effect of Al content on nanoprecipitates, austenite grain growth and toughness in coarse-grained heat-affected zones of Al–Ti–Ca deoxidized shipbuilding steels

This work focuses on the influence of Al content on the precipitation of nanoprecipitates,growth of prior austenite grains(PAGs),and impact toughness in simulated coarse-grained heat-affected zones (CGHAZs) of two experimental shipbuilding steels after being subjected to high-heat input welding at 400 kJ·cm^(-1).The base metals (BMs) of both steels contained three types of precipitates Type Ⅰ:cubic (Ti,Nb)(C,N),Type Ⅱ:precipitate with cubic (Ti,Nb)(C,N) core and Nb-rich cap,and Type Ⅲ:ellipsoidal Nb-rich precipitate.In the BM of 60Al and 160Al steels,the number densities of the precipitates were 11.37×10^(5) and 13.88×10^(5) mm^(-2),respectively The 60Al and 160Al steel contained 38.12% and 6.39% Type Ⅲ precipitates,respectively.The difference in the content of Type Ⅲ precipitates in the 60Al steel reduced the pinning effect at the elevated temperature of the CGHAZ,which facilitated the growth of PAGs The average PAG sizes in the CGHAZ of the 60Al and 160Al steels were 189.73 and 174.7μm,respectively.In the 60Al steel,the low lattice mismatch among Cu_(2)S,TiN,and γ-Al_(2)O_(3)facilitated the precipitation of Cu_(2)S and TiN onto γ-Al_(2)O_(3)during welding,which decreased the number density of independently precipitated (Ti,Nb)(C,N) particles but increased that of γ-Al_(2)O_(3)–Ti N–Cu_(2)S particles.Thus abnormally large PAGs formed in the CGHAZ of the 60Al steel,and they reached a maximum size of 1 mm.These PAGs greatly reduced the microstructural homogeneity and consequently decreased the impact toughness from 134 (0.016wt%Al) to 54 J (0.006wt%Al)at-40℃. 展开更多

The Fe_(1−x)Ni_(x)VO_(4)(x=0,0.05,0.10,and 0.20)nanoparticles in this work were successfully synthesized via a co-precipitation method.The structural,magnetic and electrochemical properties of the prepared Fe_(1−x)Ni_(x)VO_(4) nanoparticles were studied as a function of Ni content.The experimental results show that the prepared Ni-doped FeVO_(4) samples have a triclinic structure.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)images reveal a decrease in average nanoparticle size with increasing Ni content,leading to an enhancement in both specific surface area and magnetization values.X-ray absorption near edge structure(XANES)analysis confirms the substitution of Ni^(2+)ions into Fe^(3+)sites.The magnetic investigation reveals that Ni-doped FeVO_(4) exhibits weak ferromagnetic behavior at room temperature,in contrast to the antiferromagnetic behavior observed in the undoped FeVO_(4).Electrochemical studies demonstrate that the Fe_(0.95)Ni_(0.05)VO_(4) electrode achieves the highest specific capacitance of 334.05 F·g^(−1) at a current density of 1 A·g^(−1),which is attributed to its smallest average pore diameter.In addition,the enhanced specific surface of the Fe_(0.8)Ni_(0.2)VO_(4) electrode is responsible for its outstanding cyclic stability.Overall,our results suggest that the magnetic and electrochemical properties of FeVO_(4) nanoparticles could be effectively tuned by varying Ni doping contents. 展开更多
