The early-maturing cotton planting area in northern Xinjiang is a significant high-quality cotton production region in China.The screening and identification of early-maturing cotton germplasm resources are essential for the selection and breeding of early-maturing machine-picked cotton varieties,thereby facilitating the development of high-quality early-maturing machine-picked cotton materials.In this study,19 self-fertilized early-maturing materials were screened and identified.Among these,the varieties G15 and G9 were selected based on their superior overall traits.Notably,the G9 variety exhibited exceptional early-maturing characteristics,with a reproductive period of 116 d. 展开更多

Transgenic insect-resistant cotton is being increasingly planted in Xinjiang cotton-planting regions, where geographical climate conditions and species composition of pests and natural enemies are greatly unique in China. Limited studies have been conducted on the ecological impacts of transgenic insect-resistant cotton, especially for transgenic double genes (Bt+CpTI) cotton, in this region. In this study, the potential effects of transgenic Bt+CpTI cotton on the seasonal abundance of non-target pests and predators were assessed from 2009 to 2011 in Korla, Xinjiang. The results showed that species composition and seasonal abundance of 5 groups of pests and 5 groups of predators were not significantly different between transgenic Bt+CpTI cotton and non-transgenic cotton every year. It suggests that transgenic Bt+CpTI cotton per se does not affect the population dynamics of non-target pests and predators on this crop in Xinjiang. 展开更多

In 2021,Xinjiang's cotton output was 5.129 million t,accounting for 89.50%of China's total.The autonomous region produces high-quality long-staple cotton,natural colored cotton,fine-staple cotton(upland cotton),organic cotton,etc.The southern Xinjiang cotton area is one of the three major long-staple cotton(island cotton)producing regions in the world.This paper introduced the history of cotton planting and breeding in Xinjiang from the aspects of cultural relics records,history of entering Xinjiang,historical achievements of breeding and breeding leaders.We studied the intellectual property protection of cotton breeding in the autonomous region from the aspects of biological genetic resources,invention patents,utility model patents and new plant varieties,analyzed the six main problems existing in cotton breeding and its intellectual property protection,and discussed the tactics for cotton breeding and its intellectual property protection in Xinjiang under the strategy of strengthening the country with intellectual property.Eight suggestions in response to the Xinjiang cotton incident were also put forward,including establishing a Xinjiang national cotton germplasm nursery,protecting biological genetic resources,and strengthening the protection of creative intellectual property rights in the field of breeding to escort technological innovation in the cotton seed industry. 展开更多

Aiming for several main grain and economic crops of Xinjiang(cotton, corn and wheat), an intelligence decision support system for diagnosis and management of grain and cotton crop pests in Xinjiang was designed and developed, which was based on android platform and windows system architecture. APP application program of smart phones was used as an implementation form. The intelligence decision support system will help plant protection personnel and farmers to solve local pest recognition and prevention control problem at the grassroots level in Xinjiang remote regions. 展开更多

Xinjiang is known as the oasis irrigation agricultural area, characterized by plenty of sunshine favorable for cotton growth. However, the oases, dotted in the gobi deserts, are distributed at the foot of the enclosed... Xinjiang is known as the oasis irrigation agricultural area, characterized by plenty of sunshine favorable for cotton growth. However, the oases, dotted in the gobi deserts, are distributed at the foot of the enclosed mountains and a steppe in the centre of the Turpan Basin, and thus has a rathe vulnerable eco-environment. Since the 1980s, the cotton-growing industry has developed very quickly. The area of cotton-growing belt has increased from 181,000 hectares in 1980 to 866,600 hectares in 1997, which accounted for 34.7% of the total cultivated area in Xinjiang. The cotton output has correspondingly increased from 79,200 tons to 1.05 million tons and per hectare output has also increased from 438 kg to 1211 kg[1]. In recent decades, changes have taken place in agricultural products, such as the ratio of cotton and grain, total output and per hectare output with the expansion of cotton-growing belt. Before 1982, per hectare cotton output remained below 450 kg. Since 1982, thanks to the adoption of plastic film technique and such a planation mode as 'short, dense and early', namely, to select short-stalked, close planting and early maturing varieties, the per hectare cotton output has undergone a steady increase. After 1984, per hectare output reached more than 900 kg, and since 1995 it has reached 1435 kg per hectare, 9 folds more than that in the 1950s[1,2]. However the harmful organisms have accompanied the repaid expansion of the cotton-growing belt and the degree of deterioration has also kept increasing. Harmful organisms present a bottleneck for the further development of cotton production. To effectively control and protect against harmful organisms is the key to guaranteeing the steady development of Xinjiang cotton industry. 展开更多

地膜覆盖和灌溉量对棉田土壤水盐分布特征的影响

为探究不同地膜覆盖和灌溉量对南疆棉田土壤水盐分布特征的影响,本研究于2021—2022年在新疆阿克苏地区沙雅县棉花地开展试验,以裸地(M0)为对照,设置高堡膜覆盖(M1)和普通PE地膜覆盖(M2)2种地膜处理,以及3150(W1)、4050(W2)、4950 m3... 为探究不同地膜覆盖和灌溉量对南疆棉田土壤水盐分布特征的影响,本研究于2021—2022年在新疆阿克苏地区沙雅县棉花地开展试验,以裸地(M0)为对照,设置高堡膜覆盖(M1)和普通PE地膜覆盖(M2)2种地膜处理,以及3150(W1)、4050(W2)、4950 m3·hm^(-2)(W3)3个灌溉量,分析了不同地膜覆盖和灌溉量对棉田0~60 cm土壤含水率、盐分、水盐分布均匀系数、盐分变化量和脱盐率的影响。结果表明:2021—2022年,随着灌溉量的增加,棉田土壤的含水量均呈上升趋势,盐分显著降低。棉田土壤水分的纵向运移能力均显著提高,膜间上层土壤盐分的淋溶效果显著,但水分分布均匀度和盐分分布均匀度均逐渐下降,盐分变化量和脱盐率随着灌溉量的增加而增大。M1处理0~60 cm土层平均土壤含水率较M0和M2处理分别高5.76%~14.03%和0.86%~2.22%,且M1处理可显著提高土壤水分分布的均匀度。随着时间的推进,各处理上层(0~30 cm)的土壤含盐量呈先降低后升高的变化趋势,下层(30~60 cm)的土壤含盐量逐渐升高;M0处理0~60 cm土层平均含盐量较M1和M2处理分别高24.22%~35.87%和18.88%~30.64%,M1和M2处理的盐分分布均匀度下降。在二者互作条件下,W3M1处理的土壤含水率最高,2021、2022年分别为26.48%、23.99%,水分的纵向运移能力显著提高,上层土壤盐分降低,W3M2(2021)、W3M1(2022)的盐分变化量和脱盐率最高,分别为0.33 g·kg^(-1)和38.66%、0.33 g·kg^(-1)和45.65%。综上所述,在高堡膜覆盖条件下,采用4950 m3·hm^(-2)的灌溉量时,可提高棉田土壤含水率,显著降低膜间土壤含盐量,有利于土壤排盐,降低土壤次生盐渍化,促进棉花根系的生长。 展开更多

基于壤土含水量的南疆“干播湿出”棉田出苗水调控研究

通过分析新疆南疆壤土条件下不同土壤含水量的棉田“干播湿出”滴施不同频率出苗水,对棉田出苗率、农艺性状和根系分布的影响,探索壤土条件下“干播湿出”适宜出苗水频率,为新疆南疆棉花“一播全苗”提供理论支撑。以陆地棉‘J8031’为... 通过分析新疆南疆壤土条件下不同土壤含水量的棉田“干播湿出”滴施不同频率出苗水,对棉田出苗率、农艺性状和根系分布的影响,探索壤土条件下“干播湿出”适宜出苗水频率,为新疆南疆棉花“一播全苗”提供理论支撑。以陆地棉‘J8031’为供试材料,在土壤含水量10%~15%、15%~20%、20%~25%条件下,分别设置滴1、2、3次出苗水。结果显示,随着滴出苗水频率的增加,土壤紧实度下降,土壤EC值逐渐降低,同一土壤深度下种穴的土壤EC值小于膜边位置,同一种穴或膜边位置下土壤深度5 cm土壤EC值小于10 cm处;出苗率表现为滴2次出苗水时最大,滴1次出苗水时最小,且有“断头苗”和“卡脖子苗”现象出现;株高、茎粗、地上干物质积累量均表现为随着出苗水频率的增加呈逐渐增加趋势;高频率出苗水与根系生长发育有密切关系,出苗水滴水频率的增加和侧根系的向水特性,使根重密度、根长密度、根表面积、根体积逐渐增加,但根直径在滴3次出苗水时最小。分析结果表明,壤土条件下,在土壤含水量10%~15%、15%~20%、20%~25%时,棉花“干播湿出”滴2次出苗水可以满足棉种萌发、出苗,且在苗期农艺性状和根部形态表现较好。 展开更多

农业社会化服务作为小农户和现代农业有机衔接的纽带,对推动我国棉花生产向高质量迈进,实现农业农村现代化有重要作用。基于供求理论构建农业社会化服务结构性供需失衡的理论分析框架,结合新疆棉区的调查数据,采用因子分析和结构方程模... 农业社会化服务作为小农户和现代农业有机衔接的纽带,对推动我国棉花生产向高质量迈进,实现农业农村现代化有重要作用。基于供求理论构建农业社会化服务结构性供需失衡的理论分析框架,结合新疆棉区的调查数据,采用因子分析和结构方程模型,从农户视域出发对农业社会化服务结构性供需失衡影响因素进行探究。结果表明:农业社会化服务存在供给主体和服务内容失衡,而渠道失衡不明显;农户禀赋、供给评价及心理需求均对农业社会化服务结构性供需失衡产生正向影响,影响程度由大到小排序为供给评价、农户禀赋、心理需求;族别、所在棉区、种植规模、各项服务评价及需求程度等因素均对社会化服务结构性供需失衡影响突出。鉴于此,提出坚持以为农服务为核心,建立“互联网+农户+农业社会化服务”模式,构建“全程一体化—组织协同—可持续”的服务供应链,深化农业社会化服务结构性改革等对策建议。 展开更多

为了解新疆地区棉秆粉碎还田腐解现状,选取南疆和北疆地区的部分棉田以及相应的棉秆和土壤作为研究对象,测量棉秆长度,观察棉秆微观结构,对比分析图木舒克、库尔勒、奎屯和石河子地区棉秆还田对0~30 cm土层土壤养分含量的影响。结果显示... 为了解新疆地区棉秆粉碎还田腐解现状,选取南疆和北疆地区的部分棉田以及相应的棉秆和土壤作为研究对象,测量棉秆长度,观察棉秆微观结构,对比分析图木舒克、库尔勒、奎屯和石河子地区棉秆还田对0~30 cm土层土壤养分含量的影响。结果显示:田间和土壤内部的棉秆粒径分布不均,田间棉秆粉碎长度<10 cm的占17%~18%,10~20 cm的约60%,>20 cm的约25%,0~30 cm土层深度中棉秆长度分布情况为<10 cm的占比52%,10~20 cm的占35%,>20 cm的占比为13%。观察还田棉秆腐解情况显示,棉秆结构随时间的延长逐渐被破坏,由最初的有层次感,变成粗糙分散且无规律的形状。从棉秆还田对不同深度土壤养分含量的影响来看,调研地点的土壤均偏碱性,各研究地点土壤含水率总体随土层深度增加而上升,南疆两地区土壤含水率显著比北疆两地区低,北疆两地区有机质含量明显比南疆两地区有机质含量高,各地点不同深度的全氮含量间均有显著性差异,除图木舒克外其余地点土壤速效磷含量整体随深度增加呈下降趋势,南疆研究地点速效钾含量则相对较少。调研发现,各地区棉秆还田对土壤性质的影响存在差异,这些差异不仅受自然环境因素影响,还与棉秆不同长度、不同埋深等因素有密切关系。本研究旨在实地考察棉秆粒径分布和棉秆埋深对土壤理化性质的影响,为今后研究棉秆粉碎还田技术提供科学依据。 展开更多

The field experiments were carried out to investigate the dynamics and models of N, P and K absorption for the cotton plants with a lint of 3 000 kg ha-1 in Xinjiang. The main results were as follows: The contents of N, P2O5, K2O in cotton leaves, stems, squares and bolls decreased obviously with the time over the whole growth duration and the falling extent was greater in high-yield cotton than in CK. Contents of N in leaves, squares and bolls, in particular in the leaves of fruit-bearing shoot was higher in high-yield cotton than in CK. Contents of P2O5 in squares and bolls and that of K2O in stems were higher in high-yield cotton than in CK during the whole growing period. The accumulations of N, P2O5 and K2O in the cotton plants could be described with a logistic curve equation. There was the fastest nutrient uptake at about 90 d for N, 92 d for P2O5 and 85 d for K2O after emergence, respectively. Total nutrient accumulation of N, P2O5 and K2O was 385.8, 244. 7 and 340.3 kg ha-1, respectively. Approximately 12. 5 kg N, 8. 0 kg P2O5 and 11.1 kg K2O were needed for producing 100 kg lint with the leaves and stems under the super high yield condition of 3 000 kg ha-1 in Xinjiang. 展开更多
