Objective: To explore the effectiveness of applying patient simulators combined with Internet Plus scenario simulation teaching models on intravenous (IV) infusion nursing education, and to provide scientific evidence...Objective: To explore the effectiveness of applying patient simulators combined with Internet Plus scenario simulation teaching models on intravenous (IV) infusion nursing education, and to provide scientific evidence for the implementation of advanced teaching models in future nursing education. Methods: Enrolled 60 nurses who took the IV infusion therapy training program in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 for research. 30 nurses who were trained in traditional teaching models from January to December 2022 were selected as the control group, and 30 nurses who were trained with simulation-based teaching models with methods including simulated patients, internet, online meetings which can be replayed and scenario simulation, etc. from January to December 2023 were selected as the experimental group. Evaluated the learning outcomes based on the Competency Inventory for Nursing Students (CINS), Problem-Solving Inventory (PSI), comprehensive learning ability, scientific research ability, and proficiency in the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of IV infusion therapy. Nursing quality, the incidence of IV infusion therapy complications and nurse satisfaction with different teaching models were also measured. Results: The scientific research ability, PSI scores, CINS scores, and comprehensive learning ability of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P 0.05), and their assessment results of practical skills, nursing quality of IV infusion therapy during training, and satisfaction with teaching models were all better than those of the control group with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The incidence of IV infusion therapy complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, indicating statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Teaching models based on patient simulators combined with Internet Plus scenario simulation enable nursing students to learn more directly and practice at any time and in any place, and can improve their proficiency in IV infusion theoretical knowledge and skills (e.g. PICC catheterization), core competencies, problem-solving ability, comprehensive learning ability, scientific research ability and the ability to deal with complicated cases. Also, it helps provide high-quality nursing education, improve the nursing quality of IV therapy, reduce the incidence of related complications, and ensure the safety of patients with IV therapy.展开更多

BACKGROUND With the continuous development and progress of medical technology,the position of surgical nursing in the field of clinical medicine is becoming in-creasingly prominent.As an important branch of the surgic...BACKGROUND With the continuous development and progress of medical technology,the position of surgical nursing in the field of clinical medicine is becoming in-creasingly prominent.As an important branch of the surgical field,the nursing requirements and difficulty of gastrointestinal surgery are also increasing.In order to improve the teaching quality of nursing care in gastrointestinal surgery,many educators and researchers are actively exploring new teaching methods.Among them,the teaching method case-based learning(CBL),scene-simulated learning(SSL),task-based learning(TBL),combining self-evaluation and training mode is considered as an effective method.This method aims to help students to better master knowledge and skills and improve their comprehensive quality by cultivating their self-evaluation ability.AIM To explore the practical effect of CBL-SSL-TBL combined with training mode and student self-assessment in nursing teaching of gastrointestinal surgery.METHODS Seventy-one nursing interns in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected.According to different teaching modes,they were divided into observation group CBL-SSL-TBL combined with training mode combined with student self-assessment and control group(conventional teaching mode),of which 36 were in observation group and 35 were in control group.The results of operational skills,theoretical knowledge,nursing students'satisfaction,learning effectiveness questionnaire and teaching effect were compared between the two groups.RESULTS Compared between the two groups,the operational skills and theoretical knowledge scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the total satisfaction ratio of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the observation group was lower than the control group in the questionnaire results of learning efficacy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the proportion of thinking ability,subjective initiative and understanding of theoretical knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The use of CBL-SSL-TBL combined with training mode and student self-assessment in gastrointestinal surgery nursing teaching can improve the operational skills of nursing interns,theoretical knowledge and satisfaction scores of nursing students,improve the results of learning efficiency questionnaire and teaching effect,which can be popularized in clinical teaching.展开更多

Objective:To construct a scientific and feasible teaching mode based on 5C caring theory and evaluate it,so as to provide a reference basis for future study about nursing humanistic quality education.Methods:Based on ...Objective:To construct a scientific and feasible teaching mode based on 5C caring theory and evaluate it,so as to provide a reference basis for future study about nursing humanistic quality education.Methods:Based on the 5C caring theory,the teaching design and teaching content were revising and implementing in the intervention group.Before and after the implementation of the course,a questionnaire survey was conducted using the Caring Ability Inventory(CAI).The results of the surveys were collected,and the data were statistically analysis using SPSS.Results:After the implementation of the course,the cognitive dimension,patience dimension,and humanistic caring ability scores of the nursing students in the intervention group improved compared with those before the implementation of the course(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The humanistic caring teaching model based on 5C caring theory has a positive effect on improving nursing students'humanistic caring ability.In the future nursing teaching,the modules with the characteristics of humanistic caring ability can be increased,and carry out the educational reform throughout the humanistic caring ability.Actively guiding nursing students to establish the awareness of humanistic caring,so as to lay a solid foundation for high-quality clinical nursing work.展开更多

文摘Variations in the allocation of university resources,teachers’course selection preferences and teaching commitment levels,as well as students’course preferences and assessment requirements,create subjective differences.These differences,compounded by the demands of the new liberal arts reform,place significant challenges and pressure on elective course instructors.To meet these demands,elective course teachers should enhance their teaching methods and explore new instructional models.The International Trade in Services course,for instance,has implemented six areas of curriculum reform,enriching the practice of elective course improvement.

文摘Cultivating students'higher-order thinking is one of the important goals of modern education,and innovative teaching model is an effective way to achieve this goal.Aiming at the inadequacy of the existing moral dilemma stories approach in the transformation of knowledge and behavior,this research constructs a new Project Based Learning-Ethical Dilemma Stories(PBL-EDS)Teaching Model applicable to China's secondary education stage based on the innovative features of the moral dilemma stories approach on the core competencies,taking the chemistry subject as an example to carry out practice,and puts forward suggestions for the implementation of the teaching model.Chemistry as an example to carry out the practice,and suggestions are made for the implementation of the teaching model.
文摘With the advent of the era of“Internet plus New Medical Science,”the teaching mode for pathology courses in colleges and universities faces unprecedented opportunities for transformation.In this context,a pathology teaching model centered on theoretical explanations alone can no longer fully meet the demands of modern medical education.Therefore,it is essential to study and explore pathways for reforming pathology teaching in higher education within the framework of“Internet plus New Medical Science.”Research reveals a series of issues in current pathology teaching in universities,such as the uneven distribution of teaching resources,limited teaching methods,a disconnect between theory and practice,and incomplete evaluation systems.To address these challenges,universities should adopt a series of measures:optimizing resource allocation,innovating teaching methods and approaches,strengthening the integration of theory and practice,enhancing evaluation systems,and building robust teaching teams.These reforms aim to stimulate students’interest in learning and improve the effectiveness of pathology instruction.

文摘Objective:To construct a scientific and feasible teaching mode based on 5C caring theory and evaluate it,so as to provide a reference basis for future study about nursing humanistic quality education.Methods:Based on the 5C caring theory,the teaching design and teaching content were revising and implementing in the intervention group.Before and after the implementation of the course,a questionnaire survey was conducted using the Caring Ability Inventory(CAI).The results of the surveys were collected,and the data were statistically analysis using SPSS.Results:After the implementation of the course,the cognitive dimension,patience dimension,and humanistic caring ability scores of the nursing students in the intervention group improved compared with those before the implementation of the course(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The humanistic caring teaching model based on 5C caring theory has a positive effect on improving nursing students'humanistic caring ability.In the future nursing teaching,the modules with the characteristics of humanistic caring ability can be increased,and carry out the educational reform throughout the humanistic caring ability.Actively guiding nursing students to establish the awareness of humanistic caring,so as to lay a solid foundation for high-quality clinical nursing work.

文摘In the light of the theory of constructivism, the interactive web-based college English teaching model is intended to facilitate ＂autonomy＂, ＂inquiry＂ and ＂cooperation＂ in learning English. This paper presents a research in which the interactive web-based college English teaching model intends to reshape the teacher＇s and learner＇s roles in the classroom. Based on the research, an exploration is made --- within the framework of the interactive web-based model --- on the design of ＂teaching model＂ and ＂learning model＂, its application and related potential problems.

文摘Taking the engineering courses“Introduction to Mechanical Engineering”and“Machining Process”taught by the author at Beihang University’s International School as examples,this article systematically analyzed the current status and background of international student education,focused on research strategies for interdisciplinary education and industry-education integration innovation models from the perspectives of technical demands,student needs,and societal requirements.This article aims to cultivate highly qualified international students who come to China for their studies,help them better adapt to China’s social employment environment,and enhance their capabilities for career development in China.This article proposes a comprehensive set of innovative teaching models for mechanical engineering courses for international students at Beihang University,which encompasses eight key aspects,including talent development programs,curriculum outline reforms,optimization of classroom teaching content,respect for individual student characteristics,the establishment of practical teaching components,the use of open-ended assignments to stimulate enthusiasm for learning,the cultivation of international students’interest in China,their belief in developing friendships with China,and their goals of staying in China,and the incorporation of external experts to facilitate industry-education integration.
文摘With the economic and social development of our country, the demand of all walks of life in our society on the compound talents who both master the professional knowledge and have the higher skills of English is increasing gradually. But at present, the graduates that the traditional teaching systems of the independent colleges which cultivate the application-oriented specialists cannot completely meet the requirement of the society. Therefore, colleges and universities should take the professional English ability as the core, and make the major reform from the teaching concepts of the college English teaching, the teaching models, and the teaching evaluation and so on, and establish the new system of college English teaching.
文摘Practicing dialogue-scene simulation in medical English can integrate effectively learning resources, activate the class atmosphere, enrich contents of courses, train language skills and raise students' cooperated consciousness.Furthermore,practicing dialogue-scene simulation can promote reform of teaching estimation-model, teaching quality and efficiency. In a word, practicing dialogue-scene simulation deserves further exploration and promotion.

This paper aims to explore the theoretical basis, teaching principles and two teaching models, and states that interactive language teaching is an interaction-based pedagogy, in which students are the center of the learning and teaching activities while a teacher is the initiator.
