Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Shu Gan Jian Pi Yi Qi prescription combined with grain-sized moxibustion on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods:60 patients with IBS-D(liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome)treated in the outpatient clinic from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table.The combined group was treated with Shu Gan Jian Pi Yi Qi prescription and grain-sized moxibustion,while the reference group was treated with western medication.The total effective rate,IBS symptom severity score(IBS-SSS),Bristol stool scale score,and IBS-specific quality of life questionnaire(IBSQOL)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no differences in IBS-SSS score,Bristol stool scale score,and IBSQOL score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the IBS-SSS score and Bristol stool scale score of the combined group were lower than those of the reference group,while the IBSQOL score was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shu Gan Jian Pi Yi Qi prescription combined with grain-sized moxibustion can improve the symptoms of IBS-D patients,including stool characteristics,and enhance their quality of life. 展开更多

Over the past decade,medical researchers in China have debated whether the Pi(脾)corresponds to the biomedical spleen or pancreas.This debate exemplifies a broader phenomenon of“anatomical retrofitting”,or the anachronistic imposition of contemporary categories onto living historical objects.“Anatomical retrofitting”as a means of rectifying cases of mistranslation further positions the biomedical spleen and pancreas as representing ahistorical,universal truths.This framework gives rise to a conceptual binary:while the biomedical spleen is universalized as what philosophers may describe as“logical”ontology,the Pi connects to a different nature of reality,or“metaphysical”ontology.Far from being an object of imprecision,the Pi was a dynamic vessel that also shared characteristics with the humoral spleen.Given that scholars in China have already subjected Pi to historical scrutiny,this paper urges scholars to do the same with biomedical anatomy.For instance,historically situating the humoral spleen demonstrates that it became less known and less articulated as it transformed into the biomedical spleen.Meanwhile,the pancreas remained an unstable epistemic object that took on the dynamic functions of the humoral spleen in nineteenth-century organotherapy.Through primary source analysis and literature review,this paper contends that the apparent ontological incommensurability between Pi and spleen is neither mutually exclusive nor irreconcilable.Instead,the dynamic nature of internal viscera,their many functions,and their participation in epistemic practices contribute to an ongoing ontological ambivalence that persists despite the forced certainty of anatomical retrofitting. 展开更多

Objective To explore the mechanism of Pi(Spleen)-deficiency-induced functional diarrhea(FD)model rats treated by Shenling Baizhu Powder(参苓白术散,SBP).Methods Thirty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups including control,model,low-,medium-,and high-dose SBP groups(SBPLDG,SBPMDG,SBPHDG),6 rats in each group,respectively.Pi-deficiency-induced FD rats model was developed through Radix et Rhizoma Rhei gavage for 7 days.After modeling,the rats were treated with 3 doses of SBP[0.93,1.86,and 3.72 g/(kg·d)],and the rats in the control and model groups were given pure water for 7 days.The diarrhea index was calculated.On the 7th and 14th days,the traveled distance of rat was measured by the open field test.Serum D-xylose content was determined by the phloroglucinol method and interleukin(IL)-10 and IL-17 levels were measured using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit.The content of Treg cells was determined by flow cytometry.Results Compared with the control group,the diarrhea index and IL-17 level in the model group were significantly higher and the total exercise distance and D-xylose content significantly decreased(P>0.05).The expression of IL-10 in the SBPHDG group was significantly up-regulated,and serum D-xylose level and Treg cells increased significantly compared with the model group(P>0.05).Conclusion High-dose SBP exhibited ameliorating effects against Pi-deficiency induced FD,which might be attributed to its modulations on intestinal absorption function as well as adaptive immunity in mesenteric lymph nodes of rat. 展开更多

Cancer immunoediting consists of three sequential phases: elimination, equilibdum, and escape. For colorectal adenoma-carcinoma sequence, the adenoma dysplastic progression may represent an equilibdum phase and the cancer stage as escape phase. Immune system eliminates transformed enterocytes by destroying them at first, sculpts them at the same time and selects the variants subsequently that are no longer recognized and insensitive to immune effectors, and finally induces immunosuppressive state within the tumor microenvironment that facilitates immune escape and tumor outgrowth. Immunosuppression and inflammation are the two crucial features of Pi (Spteen)-deficiency. Ctassic quotations, immune evidence and ctinicat observations suggest that Spleen (but not other organs) deficiency is the key pathogenesis of colorectal cancer (CRC) microenvironment. Weakness of old age, immunosuppressive cytokines from chronic inflammation, tumor-dedved immunosuppressive factors and surrendered immune cells--regulatory T cells, myeloid-derived suppressor cells and tumor associated macrophages (TAMs) constitutes CRC microenvironment of Pi-deficiency. Furthermore, excess in superficiality, such as phlegm stagnation, blood stasis and toxin accumulation are induced by chronic inflammation on the basis of asthenia in origin, an immunosuppressive state. Great masters of Chinese medicine emphasize that strengthen Pi is the chief therapeutic principle for CRC which receives good therapeutic effects. So, Pi-deficiency based syndrome is the pivotal pathogenesis of tumor microenvironment. The immunosuppressive microenvironment facilitates immune escape which play an important role in the transition from adenoma to adenocarcinoma. There are some signs that strengthen Pi based treatment has potential capacity to ameliorate tumor environment. It might be a novel starting point to explore the mechanism of strengthen Pi based therapy in the prevention and treatment of CRC through regulation of tumor environment and immunoediting. 展开更多

Objective To analyze the basic characteristics,drug features,prescription rules,and drug-symptom relationships of patients in the splenic deficiency and impairment stage,by data mining of medical records under the New Theory on Spleen Dampness Syndrome(Pi Dan Xin Lun,《脾瘅新论》).Methods Medical records listed in the“New Theory on Spleen Dampness Syndrome-Under-standing and Treatment of Metabolic Syndrome from the Perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine”,and which were diagnosed with the spleen dampness syndrome at the splenic de-ficiency and impairment stage,during January 2004 and December 2016 were selected.These patients’data,including basic information,clinical symptoms,laboratory examination res-ults,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine diagnoses,treatment meth-ods,prescriptions,etc.,were collected.The collected data were subsequently compiled into a medical record database using the Epidata 3.1 data management software,followed by the use of Apriori algorithm provided in the SPSS Modeler 14.2 statistical software to investigate the association rules between drug-drug,drug-symptom,and drug-western medicine indices.Results(i)A total of 51 medical records were included,involving 17 types of syndromes.Among them,the top three with frequency≥3 included“Phlegm and blood stasis,and thoracic obstruction”“Deficiency-weakness of the spleen Qi,and static blood blocking collat-erals”,and“Deficiency-weakness of the spleen Qi,and static blood blocking collaterals”.Al-ternatively,of the 14 treatment methods,the top three treatments with frequency of≥3 in-cluded“Activating Yang and eliminating turbidity,and removing phlegm and dredging chan-nel blockage”“Strengthening the spleen and benefiting Qi,and eliminating phlegm to activ-ate the channels”,and“Warming Yang and benefiting Qi,and expelling cold to remove ob-structions”.Among the 15 prescriptions,the top three used with frequency≥3 included Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang(黄芪桂枝五物汤),Gualou Xiebai Banxia Tang(瓜蒌薤白半夏汤),and Ganjiang Huangqin Huanglian Renshen Tang(干姜黄芩黄连人参汤).Lastly,of the 83 drugs used for a total of 476 times,those with frequency≥15 included Huanglian(Coptid-is Rhizoma),Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Jiudahuang(Wine-processed Rhei Radix et Rhizoma),Jixueteng(Spatholobi Caulis),Shengjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens),Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix),and Guizhi(Cinnamomi Ramulus).(ii)For the drug-drug associations,under the criteria of support≥15%and confidence=100%,seven second-order association rules,seven third-order rules,and six fourth-order roles were identified.The top-ranking rule of each was“Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)→Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)”“Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma)+Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)→Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)”,and“Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)+Guizhi(Cinnamomi Ramulus)+Jixueteng(Spatho-lobi Caulis)→Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)”,respectively.Alternatively,the drug-symptom associations were analyzed under the criteria of support≥5%and confidence=100%,which derived eight second-order association rules,31 third-order rules,and 30 fourth-order rules.The top-ranking association rule of each order was“Huangqi(Astragali Radix)→Limb ed-ema”“Guizhi(Cinnamomi Ramulus)+Jixueteng(Spatholobi Caulis)→Limb numbness and pain”,and“Guizhi(Cinnamomi Ramulus)+Jixueteng(Spatholobi Caulis)+Huangqi(As-tragali Radix)→Limb numbness and pain”,respectively.Similarly,the drug-western medi-cine index associations were investigated under the criteria of support≥5%and confidence=100%,and five second-order association rules,16 third-order rules,and 16 fourth-order rules were identified.In this category,the top-ranking association rule of each order was“Qinpi(Fraxini Cortex)→Uric acid”“Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)+Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma)→Glycated hemoglobin”,and“Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)+Ganjiang(Zing-iberis Rhizoma)+Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)→Glycated hemoglobin”,respectively.Conclusion Through association rule mining,this study objectively and quantitatively demonstrated the drug-drug,drug-symptom,and drug-physicochemical index associations of patients with the spleen dampness syndrome at the splenic deficiency and impairment stage treated by Academician TONG Xiaolin.The results indicated that treatment for these patients adopted the“state-target”syndrome differentiation method.The drug combination was characterized by“small prescriptions”,targeting both the patient’s symptoms and signs(syndrome target)and western medicine indices(treatment target).This study could provide references for future research on the academic thoughts and medical experience of Academi-cian TONG Xiaolin. 展开更多

目的探讨温运脾肾清毒方治疗脾肾阳虚型早期艾滋病病毒(HIV)/艾滋病(AIDS)相关性肾损害的疗效。方法选取2021年1月至12月59例肾阳虚型早期HIV/AIDS相关性肾损害患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组30例给予高活性抗逆转录病毒疗法(HAA... 目的探讨温运脾肾清毒方治疗脾肾阳虚型早期艾滋病病毒(HIV)/艾滋病(AIDS)相关性肾损害的疗效。方法选取2021年1月至12月59例肾阳虚型早期HIV/AIDS相关性肾损害患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组30例给予高活性抗逆转录病毒疗法(HAART)联合厄贝沙坦片治疗,观察组29例在对照组基础上联合温运脾肾清毒方治疗,两组均治疗6个月。比较两组疗效、中医症候积分、早期肾功能损害指标和安全性指标。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医证候积分及β2-MG、尿蛋白、IGU、MA、尿红细胞、ACR水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脾肾阳虚型早期HIV/AIDS相关性肾损害患者采用温运脾肾清毒方治疗具有较好的效果和安全性,具有较高的临床应用价值。 展开更多

目的研究健脾方对慢性乙型肝炎(简称慢乙肝)患者树突细胞(DC)功能的影响。方法筛选慢乙肝脾虚证患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予干扰素(赛诺金500万U,肌肉注射,每周3次),治疗组在此基础上加用健脾方(每日1剂,分2次服... 目的研究健脾方对慢性乙型肝炎(简称慢乙肝)患者树突细胞(DC)功能的影响。方法筛选慢乙肝脾虚证患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予干扰素(赛诺金500万U,肌肉注射,每周3次),治疗组在此基础上加用健脾方(每日1剂,分2次服用),用药6个月。分离培养外周血DC,流式细胞仪测定DC表面HLA-DR、CD86、CD80、CD40、CD14、CD11c的表达,混合淋巴细胞反应测定两组DC的功能,治疗前后各检测1次。结果治疗组DC表面的CD86、CD80、CD40、CD11c明显高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。刺激指数、IFN-γ、IL-12的变化亦显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾方明显改善DC的功能,调节免疫功能可能是其提高临床疗效的机理之一。 展开更多

本文用流式细胞术(FCM)和免疫细胞化学方法,检测了实验性小鼠脾的淋巴细胞增殖周期和5-溴脱氧尿苷阳性细胞(BrdU ̄+)在脾脏内的分布.以及脾小结中IgM ̄+细胞的反应。结果显示由利血平诱发的脾虚小鼠S期细胞数最少... 本文用流式细胞术(FCM)和免疫细胞化学方法,检测了实验性小鼠脾的淋巴细胞增殖周期和5-溴脱氧尿苷阳性细胞(BrdU ̄+)在脾脏内的分布.以及脾小结中IgM ̄+细胞的反应。结果显示由利血平诱发的脾虚小鼠S期细胞数最少(占5%),G_1和G_2+M期细胞增加。经过健脾汤治疗后S期细胞增至10%,与对照组比较无显著性差异.但高于自然恢复组(P<0.001)。经免疫细胞化学显示:脾虚组小鼠的脾中5-溴脱氧尿苷阳性细胞(BrdU ̄+)的数量远低于其它组。脾小结缩小,帽状区IgM ̄+B细胞基本消失,经健脾汤治疗后,复健组的脾小结与自然恢复组比较,体积明显增大,生发中心的BrdU ̄+和帽状区IgM ̄+B淋巴细胞均相应增多。提示健脾汤有促进DNA和IgM合成及细胞增殖作用。 展开更多

目的探讨中医健脾保健干预方法对早产儿生长发育的影响,评价中医健脾法的科学性、有效性,为开展"简、便、廉"的中医保健干预方法提供依据。方法选取新生儿科出院早产儿111例,除外先天畸形和遗传代谢性疾病。随机分为4组,分为... 目的探讨中医健脾保健干预方法对早产儿生长发育的影响,评价中医健脾法的科学性、有效性,为开展"简、便、廉"的中医保健干预方法提供依据。方法选取新生儿科出院早产儿111例,除外先天畸形和遗传代谢性疾病。随机分为4组,分为对照组、中药组、捏脊治疗组、中药+捏脊治疗组。干预组在对照组常规保健的基础上,分别选用具有健脾作用的四君子汤加味、捏脊治疗进行健康干预,4组均定期观察其体格发育(体重、身长、头围)、免疫三项(IgG、IgM、IgA)指标。结果干预组体重、身长、头围明显高于对照组,且3组干预组间,中药+捏脊治疗组体重、身长、头围明显高于中药组、捏脊治疗组(P<0.05);干预组IgA、IgM、IgG在6个月时显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医健脾保健干预方法能够促进早产儿的生长发育,降低患病率,且无不良反应发生。 展开更多

本文用FCM和免疫细胞化学技术检测了小鼠胸腺细胞的活动周期,Brdu+细胞和表达Thyl.2抗原的T细胞。小鼠包括对照组,利血平诱发的脾虚组,自然恢复组和健脾汤治疗后复健组。FCM和免疫细胞化学结果显示,脾虚组小鼠G... 本文用FCM和免疫细胞化学技术检测了小鼠胸腺细胞的活动周期,Brdu+细胞和表达Thyl.2抗原的T细胞。小鼠包括对照组,利血平诱发的脾虚组,自然恢复组和健脾汤治疗后复健组。FCM和免疫细胞化学结果显示,脾虚组小鼠G1期细胞堆积,S期和G2+M期细胞减少。同时胸腺内Brdu+细胞和T细胞也相应减少。经过健脾汤治疗后,除G1期细胞外,S期和G2+M期细胞,Brdu+细胞和T细胞均显著增加,并且几乎达正常水平。但是自然恢复组在恢复细胞活动周期正常化,以及恢复Brdu+细胞和T细胞方面比复健组缓慢。说明健脾汤对脾虚小鼠的胸腺细胞有促进DNA合成和细胞增殖功能。 展开更多

目的:探讨滋补脾阴方药(ZBPYR)调节自噬及内质网应激(ERS)改善脾阴虚糖尿病认知功能障碍的作用机制。方法:将大鼠随机分为空白对照组(cont),糖尿病组(DM),脾阴虚组(pi),脾阴虚糖尿病组(pi DM),脾阴虚糖尿病+滋补脾阴方药治疗组(ZBPYR)。... 目的:探讨滋补脾阴方药(ZBPYR)调节自噬及内质网应激(ERS)改善脾阴虚糖尿病认知功能障碍的作用机制。方法:将大鼠随机分为空白对照组(cont),糖尿病组(DM),脾阴虚组(pi),脾阴虚糖尿病组(pi DM),脾阴虚糖尿病+滋补脾阴方药治疗组(ZBPYR)。Western Blot观察微管相关蛋白1A/1B轻链3Ⅱ(LC3Ⅱ)、抑制物阻抗性酯酶1α亚基(IRE1α)、c-Jun氨基端激酶(JNK)的蛋白表达。结果:DM组、pi组、pi DM组LC3Ⅱ较cont组降低(P<0.05),ZBPYR组LC3Ⅱ较DM组、pi DM组增加(P<0.05)。与cont组比较,DM组、pi DM组p-IRE1α、pi组、pi DM组p-JNK1均有所增加(P<0.05),ZBPYR组p-IRE1α、p-JNK1与DM组、pi DM组比较有所降低(P<0.05)。结论:ZBPYR调节自噬及ERS改善脾阴虚糖尿病认知功能障碍。 展开更多

目的:通过对病证结合脾阴虚痴呆大鼠模型脑内不同区域树突棘变化的观察,探讨滋补脾阴方药(ZBPYR)对脑内树突棘变化的作用和影响。方法:采用经典方法建造脾阴虚模型,凝集态β-淀粉样蛋白1-40(β-Amyloid 1-40,Aβ1-40)定位注射到海马,建... 目的:通过对病证结合脾阴虚痴呆大鼠模型脑内不同区域树突棘变化的观察,探讨滋补脾阴方药(ZBPYR)对脑内树突棘变化的作用和影响。方法:采用经典方法建造脾阴虚模型,凝集态β-淀粉样蛋白1-40(β-Amyloid 1-40,Aβ1-40)定位注射到海马,建立脾阴虚痴呆模型,并应用ZBPYR干预。使用高尔基(Golgi)染色法,对动物模型脑内不同区域的树突棘进行染色,观察数量和形态。结果:脾阴虚痴呆组的海马各区和皮质的树突棘密度比脾阴虚组有所减少;与痴呆组和脾阴虚痴呆组比较,脾阴虚痴呆+ZBPYR组的大鼠海马各区和皮质的树突棘密度有所增加;与空白对照组比较,在痴呆组模型大鼠的脑内海马不同区域和皮质的树突棘密度下降。结论:脾阴虚痴呆大鼠不同脑区树突棘密度有不同程度减少,ZBPYR对学习记忆障碍的改善可能与维持不同脑区树突棘密度相关。 展开更多

目的:观察运脾颗粒治疗脾虚型小儿厌食症的疗效。方法:将脾虚型小儿厌食症患者80例随机分成运脾颗粒治疗组40例予运脾颗粒治疗,1-3岁3 g/次,3-6岁4.5 g/次,6-12岁6g/次,3次/d,餐前半小时开水冲服;儿宝颗粒对照组40例服用儿宝颗粒,1-3... 目的:观察运脾颗粒治疗脾虚型小儿厌食症的疗效。方法:将脾虚型小儿厌食症患者80例随机分成运脾颗粒治疗组40例予运脾颗粒治疗,1-3岁3 g/次,3-6岁4.5 g/次,6-12岁6g/次,3次/d,餐前半小时开水冲服;儿宝颗粒对照组40例服用儿宝颗粒,1-3岁5 g/次,4-6岁7.5 g/次,6岁以上10 g/次,3次/d,餐前半小时开水冲服;2组疗程均为1个月。结果:有效率治疗组为92.50%,对照组为90.00%,2组疗效接近;治疗后2组患儿食量、体质量均升高,症状积分均下降;治疗组食量优于对照组。结论:运脾颗粒治疗脾虚型小儿厌食疗效确切。 展开更多

目的:观察脾阴虚糖尿病大鼠海马及大脑皮质中不同形式的β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)、胰岛素降解酶(IDE)变化,及其在脾阴虚糖尿病认知功能障碍中的作用,并观察滋补脾阴法对其影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为空白对照组(Cont)、糖尿病组(DM)、脾阴虚组(... 目的:观察脾阴虚糖尿病大鼠海马及大脑皮质中不同形式的β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)、胰岛素降解酶(IDE)变化,及其在脾阴虚糖尿病认知功能障碍中的作用,并观察滋补脾阴法对其影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为空白对照组(Cont)、糖尿病组(DM)、脾阴虚组(pi)、脾阴虚糖尿病组(piDM)、滋补脾阴方药治疗组(ZBPYR)5组。采用梯度离心的方法提取可溶性与不可溶Aβ,通过ELISA方法测定各组大鼠海马及大脑皮质中可溶性与不可溶的Aβ1-42及Aβ1-40的含量变化,通过Western blot方法观察各组大鼠海马及皮质中IDE蛋白表达变化。结果:DM组、piDM组大鼠海马、大脑皮质可溶性与不可溶Aβ1-42均高于Cont组(P<0.05),ZBPYR组较DM组、piDM组降低了海马、大脑皮质可溶性与不可溶Aβ1-42的表达(P<0.05)。DM组、pi组、piDM组大脑皮质可溶性Aβ1-40较Cont组增加(P<0.05),ZBPYR组较DM组、piDM组有所下降(P<0.05)。DM组、piDM组海马IDE蛋白表达较Cont组降低(P<0.05),ZBPYR组海马较DM组、piDM组升高(P<0.05);DM组、pi组、piDM组大鼠大脑皮质IDE蛋白水平较Cont组降低(P<0.05),ZBPYR组大脑皮质较DM组降低(P<0.05)。结论:脑组织中Aβ1-42增加可能是糖尿病大鼠、脾阴虚糖尿病大鼠认知功能障碍的主要病理变化,IDE表达下降可能是导致Aβ1-42增加的原因之一,滋补脾阴法可能通过上调IDE蛋白表达降低Aβ1-42的含量。 展开更多

目的:从蛋白质组水平探索脾阴虚痴呆的本质以及滋补脾阴的方药(ZBPYR)作用靶点。方法:采用饮食不节、劳倦过度、耗伤阴液的复合因素综合考虑的方法建立脾阴虚的大鼠模型。并于双侧海马定位注射聚合态β-淀粉样蛋白1-40,应用ZBPYR干预。... 目的:从蛋白质组水平探索脾阴虚痴呆的本质以及滋补脾阴的方药(ZBPYR)作用靶点。方法:采用饮食不节、劳倦过度、耗伤阴液的复合因素综合考虑的方法建立脾阴虚的大鼠模型。并于双侧海马定位注射聚合态β-淀粉样蛋白1-40,应用ZBPYR干预。通过双向凝胶电泳比较各组大鼠海马蛋白质组表达图谱的不同;由MALDI-TOF-MS鉴定表达差异的蛋白。结果:与空白对照组相比,脾阴虚痴呆组有9个蛋白表达差异点;脾阴虚痴呆+ZBPYR组有2个差异点。经质谱鉴定显示脾阴虚痴呆组大鼠海马蛋白中AnnexinⅢ表达上调,Tubulin beta chain 15、Dihydropyrimidinase-like 2和Guanine nucleotide-binding protein beta-1 subunit表达下降,ZBPYR干预后这些蛋白点的表达与空白对照组比较无明显差异。结论:脾阴虚痴呆大鼠海马的病变是一个多种蛋白质参与的复杂过程,AnnexinⅢ、Tubulin beta chain 15等分子参与了脾阴虚痴呆大鼠的海马病变;ZBPYR可能通过对海马的差异表达蛋白的调控而达到治疗目的。 展开更多
