Prostate cancer(PCa)is one of the most common malignant tumors in the male genitourinary system,ranking second in incidence worldwide.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),as an important component of complementary and alternative medicine,shows unique advantages in cancer treatment.Chinese herbal medicine is usually composed of multiple ingredients and involves multiple signaling pathways,which showed function of inducing apoptosis of cancer cells,arresting the cell cycle,inhibiting invasion and metastasis,reducing drug resistance,and regulating immune function.Physical therapy is also an important treatment of TCM.Currently,Physical therapy such as acupuncture or Tai Chi and Qigong are gaining increased recognition in the management of PCa,particularly in addressing issues like urinary incontinence and bone metastasis-related pain.This article reviews the TCM treatment and therapy of PCa,in order to provide new research avenues and treatment options for the treatment of PCa with TCM and improve the quality of life of patients. 展开更多

Research hotspots and frontiers analysis of traditional Chinese medicine constitution identification:A visual analysis of literature based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer

Objective:To explore the development and hotspots in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution identification since the year 2000.Methods:Using CiteSpace and VOSviewer software,literature from five prominent databases including VIP,WanFang,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),PubMed,and Web ofScience was analyzed.Visual methods were used to examine the annual publications,keywords,authors,and collaborative networks.Results:After deduplication with EndNotes,a total of 5,747 articles meeting the criteria were included.Since 2000,the publications of TCM constitution identification shown three major stages:a significant increasing trend with the year before 2016,a fluctuating trend from 2016 to 2021,and a decreasing trend with the year after 2021.The co-occurrence analysis ofkeywords revealed health management,hypertension,and constitution as hot directions in this field of research.CiteSpace was used for keyword clustering and burst analysis,health management,medical life,and constitution emerged as the latest hotspots in the past three years,which will be the main development directions in the future.Clusters such as hypertension,preventive treatment,and health management were identified,representing the main research themes at present.VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used for co-occurrence and clustering analysis of authors,revealing collaborative research networks,with prominent groups represented by WANG Qi,WANG Ji,LI Lingru,HOU Shujuan,ZHU Yanbo,etc.Conclusion:Research related to TCM constitution identification is developing rapidly,involving various aspects of medical care and daily life.However,there is still a need to build an extensive academic platform,strengthen the dissemination of Chinese medicine culture,standardize,intellectualize and universalize the identification of TCM constitution assessments,and construct a health service system with Chinese characteristics. 展开更多

Constitution identification model in traditional Chinese medicine based on multiple features

Objective To construct a precise model for identifying traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitutions;thereby offering optimized guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment plan-ning;and ultimately enhancing medical efficiency and treatment outcomes.Methods First;TCM full-body inspection data acquisition equipment was employed to col-lect full-body standing images of healthy people;from which the constitutions were labelled and defined in accordance with the Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire(CCMQ);and a dataset encompassing labelled constitutions was constructed.Second;heat-suppres-sion valve(HSV)color space and improved local binary patterns(LBP)algorithm were lever-aged for the extraction of features such as facial complexion and body shape.In addition;a dual-branch deep network was employed to collect deep features from the full-body standing images.Last;the random forest(RF)algorithm was utilized to learn the extracted multifea-tures;which were subsequently employed to establish a TCM constitution identification mod-el.Accuracy;precision;and F1 score were the three measures selected to assess the perfor-mance of the model.Results It was found that the accuracy;precision;and F1 score of the proposed model based on multifeatures for identifying TCM constitutions were 0.842;0.868;and 0.790;respectively.In comparison with the identification models that encompass a single feature;either a single facial complexion feature;a body shape feature;or deep features;the accuracy of the model that incorporating all the aforementioned features was elevated by 0.105;0.105;and 0.079;the precision increased by 0.164;0.164;and 0.211;and the F1 score rose by 0.071;0.071;and 0.084;respectively.Conclusion The research findings affirmed the viability of the proposed model;which incor-porated multifeatures;including the facial complexion feature;the body shape feature;and the deep feature.In addition;by employing the proposed model;the objectification and intel-ligence of identifying constitutions in TCM practices could be optimized. 展开更多

Compared with western medicine with objective and standardized theories,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)places more emphasis on subjective thinking.Moreover,there are several academic schools under TCM,and ancient secret prescriptions and proven prescriptions play important roles in TCM treatments.However,the drugs used by some academic schools and some ancient secret prescriptions and proven prescriptions often contradict mainstream theories,and some TCM treatment methods do not significantly conform to the methods that are considered safe by the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition),medical textbooks and other canonical books.Despite the long history and abundant successful experiences of TCM treatments,controversies regarding these unconventional treatment technologies,specifically when these breach the safety standards of treatment,exist considering that several medical adverse effects are observed when performing these unconventional treatments.In view of this,distinguishing“welldefined technological breakthrough”from“medical fault”is considered necessary.This study discusses the issue and raises constructive suggestions on the corresponding identification standards for unconventional treatment strategies in TCM. 展开更多

Biosensor has the advantages of high specificity,high sensitivity, fast reaction speed, low cost and easy operation. It has wide application prospect in food, pharmacy,chemical industry, clinical examination, biomedicine, environmental monitoring and so on, especially as a newtechnology means, in the field of modern herbal medicine research influence. [Objectives] To investigate the systematic evaluation of pharmacognostic identification of Polygonum capitatum . [Methods] 10 batches of P. capitatum cultivated in Guizhou were chosen for plant samples. Macroscopical identification was conducted on plant roots, stems, leaves, flowers and fruits. The P. capitatum powder was processed for physical and chemical distinction by FeCl 3 chromogenic reaction, hydrochloric acid magnesium powder reaction, AlCl 3 color development reaction and thin-layer chromatography.Microscope identification was carried out on the powder. Plant genome DNeasy Plant Kit was adopted for DNA molecular marker identification. [Results] The results showed that the stem of P. capitatum was tufted, the leaves were oval, 2 to 5 cm long, and 1 to 2 cm wide;the leaf apex was acute and cuneate at the base, the inflorescence was capitate, paired or solitary;the raceme was erect and nearly spherical, and the perianth was light red. Furthermore, for the chromogenic reaction of FeCl 3 ethanol extract of P. capitatum , appeared blue and turned to dark blue after long time storing at room temperature. For the reaction of hydrochloric acid magnesium powder, the alcohol extract of P. capitatum , exhibited deep red. In the color reaction of AlCl 3, the alcohol extract revealed yellow fluorescence under 360 nm UV lamp. Microscope identification of the powder displayed pollen grains, crystal sheath fibers, cellulose, vessels, starch grains, cork cells, and other characteristic fragments. In addition, DNA barcoding electrophoresis results showed that P. capitatum showed a clear and bright single band near 500 bp, and further sequencing results showed that the sequence differences were mainly concentrated in ITS1 and ITS2 region. [Conclusions] Systematic evaluation for the identification of P. capitatum is established, which combines with macroscopic identification, physicochemical identification, powder microscope identification, and DNA molecular identification. Finally, the original medicinal material is identified as P. capitatum Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE: To investigate Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) constitutions of youths in colleges,and their physical and mental health conditions of different TCM constitutions, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the TCM way to improve young people's physical and mental health.METHODS: The Standard TCM Constitutions' Classification and Determination Questionnaire was used to measure the body health condition, and the Symptom Checklist 90 Questionnaire and the Questionnaire of the National Student Physical Health Standards were used to determine mental and physical health conditions respectively in 1421 young participants validly answering the questionnaires in Zhejiang Province.RESULTS: The participants had a mean age of 19.96years(SD = 0.95 years) with the majority of females(55.10%). One fourth of the 1421 participants were the Ping-he constitution and others were the tendency constitutions. Participants with Ping-he module(which has characteristics of moderate posture,rosy, energetic and is a healthy condition in TCM)were healthier than those with tendency constitutions in physical and mental health, with 65.81 ±7.83(men) and 77.99 ± 7.24(women) scores in the physical test and around 1.25 scores in the mental health test. College students with combined biased constitutions were more likely suffer force, sensitive, depression and anxiety.CONCLUSION: Most of college students have a tendency or biased constitution which could be more likely to suffer suboptimal health status and diseases. Youths in college themselves and health providers should pay more attention to their potential health issues and make proper healthcare plan according to their own TCM constitution. 展开更多

中医药发明专利的成分及功能实体具有种类复杂、歧义繁多等特点。针对传统命名实体识别方法无法充分获取其中的语义特征表示,上下文信息及一词多义等问题,提出一种中医药发明专利命名实体识别模型,该模型将RoBERTa-WWM预训练模型、双向... 中医药发明专利的成分及功能实体具有种类复杂、歧义繁多等特点。针对传统命名实体识别方法无法充分获取其中的语义特征表示,上下文信息及一词多义等问题,提出一种中医药发明专利命名实体识别模型,该模型将RoBERTa-WWM预训练模型、双向长短期记忆(BiLSTM)网络、条件随机场(CRF)三个模块串联结合,将专利摘要依次通过RoBERTa-WWM进行语义提取生成含有先验知识的语义词嵌入;BiLSTM网络增强词嵌入中的上下文特征信息;CRF解码序列,输出概率最大结果。实验结果表明,该模型在真实中医药发明专利文本语料库上,F1值(F-Measure)相较其他主流方法在成分与功能的识别上分别提升了5.80%和6.63%,能有效提升中医药发明专利摘要中药物成分及功能识别的准确率。 展开更多

目的探讨基于体质辨识运用五音疗法对老年衰弱患者的干预效果及安全性,为基于体质辨识运用五音疗法在老年衰弱人群中的应用提供循证医学证据。方法纳入2024年1月—10月医院收治的老年衰弱患者80例,根据干预措施不同分组,对照组40例行常... 目的探讨基于体质辨识运用五音疗法对老年衰弱患者的干预效果及安全性,为基于体质辨识运用五音疗法在老年衰弱人群中的应用提供循证医学证据。方法纳入2024年1月—10月医院收治的老年衰弱患者80例,根据干预措施不同分组,对照组40例行常规护理干预,观察组40例在对照组基础上采取基于体质辨识的五音疗法。比较两组患者中医证候评分、衰弱程度,评价临床疗效。结果干预后观察组中医证候各部分内容评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预后观察组衰弱程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组总有效率97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论临床对于老年衰弱患者,可通过体质辨识后有针对性地实施五音疗法干预,帮助改善患者的症状表现,同时降低其衰弱程度。 展开更多

中药掺伪不仅严重影响药材质量,还可能导致临床疗效不佳,甚至引发不良反应或中毒事故。因此,防止或识别中药掺伪对确保药材质量和临床药效具有重要意义。该文采用纸毛细管喷雾电离结合便携质谱技术建立了车前子掺伪葶苈子的现场快速筛... 中药掺伪不仅严重影响药材质量,还可能导致临床疗效不佳,甚至引发不良反应或中毒事故。因此,防止或识别中药掺伪对确保药材质量和临床药效具有重要意义。该文采用纸毛细管喷雾电离结合便携质谱技术建立了车前子掺伪葶苈子的现场快速筛查方法。将样品粉末和萃取喷雾溶剂加入原位电离试剂盒中,萃取喷雾溶剂携带样品中的分析物在纸基质上向前移动,然后到达纸基质尖端发生离子化,最后进入便携质谱而被分析。分别考察了萃取喷雾溶剂、二级质谱碰撞能量、进样量、电喷雾电压对葶苈子中芥子碱硫氰酸盐响应强度的影响,最终选择甲醇作为萃取喷雾溶剂、二级质谱碰撞能量为1.3 V、进样量为23、电喷雾电压为4 500 V进行掺伪鉴别实验。同时,运用薄层色谱技术进一步验证便携质谱鉴别的准确性。实验结果表明,车前子与葶苈子的掺伪比例为1∶1至100∶1时,葶苈子中的特征成分芥子碱硫氰酸盐均可被检出。该方法无需繁琐的样品前处理过程,可在1 min内完成掺伪样品的现场即时筛查,可为车前子的市场规范及安全用药提供技术支持。 展开更多

为了从海洋微生物中寻找结构新颖的次生代谢产物,本文采用大米培养基对海洋本草软珊瑚共附生真菌Aspergillus terreus EGF7-0-1进行规模发酵,运用薄层色谱、柱层析和高效液相色谱等多种色谱技术对发酵产物进行分离纯化,通过核磁共振波... 为了从海洋微生物中寻找结构新颖的次生代谢产物,本文采用大米培养基对海洋本草软珊瑚共附生真菌Aspergillus terreus EGF7-0-1进行规模发酵,运用薄层色谱、柱层析和高效液相色谱等多种色谱技术对发酵产物进行分离纯化,通过核磁共振波谱、高分辨质谱和旋光光谱等多种光谱学方法,并结合文献数据比对确定了8个γ-芳环丁烯内酯类化合物:butyrolactonesⅠ—Ⅴ(1—5)、aspernolide E(6)、asperteretal D(7)和terrusnolide A(8)。首次对化合物1—8进行体外抑制酪氨酰-DNA磷酸二酯酶I(tyrosyl-DNA phosphodiesterase 1,TDP1)活性测试,均无抑制作用。本研究为TDP1抑制剂的发现提供借鉴。 展开更多

高校实验室是科技创新与实验教学的重要场所,在“双一流”建设中发挥着重要作用,然而近年来实验室安全事故频发。基于CiteSpace软件对2021~2024年实验室安全领域研究论文进行分析,提炼出“安全管理”是研究热点。以江西省X重点实验室为... 高校实验室是科技创新与实验教学的重要场所,在“双一流”建设中发挥着重要作用,然而近年来实验室安全事故频发。基于CiteSpace软件对2021~2024年实验室安全领域研究论文进行分析,提炼出“安全管理”是研究热点。以江西省X重点实验室为例,在中医整体观指导下,引入物理―事理―人理(WSR)方法论,运用“全标准化、全过程化、全制度化、全时间化、全分级化、全职能化”(“6全”)的实验室安全管理模式。针对实验室安全管理不足,从物理、事理、人理3个维度,实施安全培训深化、制度建设完善、设备管理规范及布局调整等整改措施。实践表明,该模式有效降低了实验室安全风险,为高校实验室安全管理提供了实践范式。 展开更多
