夏热冬冷地区Low-E玻璃节能效果研究

目的为了解决夏热冬冷地区民宿玻璃幕墙节能设计过程中,对于性能接近的玻璃种类的选择问题。方法采用DeST模拟软件建立一个二层民宿的物理模型,依据《河南省公共建筑节能设计标准》选择满足要求的双玻Low-E玻璃和三玻Low-E玻璃。通过控... 目的为了解决夏热冬冷地区民宿玻璃幕墙节能设计过程中,对于性能接近的玻璃种类的选择问题。方法采用DeST模拟软件建立一个二层民宿的物理模型,依据《河南省公共建筑节能设计标准》选择满足要求的双玻Low-E玻璃和三玻Low-E玻璃。通过控制对负荷影响较大的3个参数:传热系数、太阳能总透射比、红外热能总透射比,来保持其控制参数相同或近似相等,再基于当地典型气象年的实测数据,采用DeST模拟软件对该民宿建筑进行全年能耗计算,并通过加拿大采暖季能耗评价体系(ER)与制冷季能耗评价体系(ERC)进行能耗分析,观察节能效果。结果表明将双玻用三玻进行改造后,ERC值为3.57,说明三玻两腔单Low-E中空(空气)玻璃在制冷季节能效果更好;ER值为-1.83,说明双玻单Low-E中空(氩气)玻璃在采暖季节能效果更优。三玻两腔单Low-E中空(空气)玻璃相对于双玻单Low-E中空(氩气)玻璃成本贵了60元/m^(2),每年带来的经济效益为1.92元/m^(2),需要至少30年才能完成成本回收,综合考虑各种因素,双玻单Low-E中空玻璃才是首选。结论研究结果为夏热冬冷地区民宿建筑玻璃幕墙种类的选择提供了一种新的方法,具有重要的参考价值和借鉴意义。 展开更多

The dynamic responses and generated voltage in a curved sandwich beam with glass reinforced laminate(GRL)layers and a pliable core in the presence of a piezoelectric layer under low-velocity impact(LVI)are investigated.The current study aims to carry out a dynamic analysis on the sandwich beam when the impactor hits the top face sheet with an initial velocity.For the layer analysis,the high-order shear deformation theory(HSDT)and Frostig's second model for the displacement fields of the core layer are used.The classical non-adhesive elastic contact theory and Hunter's principle are used to calculate the dynamic responses in terms of time.In order to validate the analytical method,the outcomes of the current investigation are compared with those gained by the experimental tests carried out by other researchers for a rectangular composite plate subject to the LVI.Finite element(FE)simulations are conducted by means of the ABAQUS software.The effects of the parameters such as foam modulus,layer material,fiber angle,impactor mass,and its velocity on the generated voltage are reviewed. 展开更多

Low-frequency hybridized excess vibrations of two-dimensional glasses

One hallmark of glasses is the existence of excess vibrational modes at low frequenciesωbeyond Debye’s prediction.Numerous studies suggest that understanding low-frequency excess vibrations could help gain insight into the anomalous mechanical and thermodynamic properties of glasses.However,there is still intensive debate as to the frequency dependence of the population of low-frequency excess vibrations.In particular,excess modes could hybridize with phonon-like modes and the density of hybridized excess modes has been reported to follow D_(exc)(ω)~ω^(2)in 2D glasses with an inverse power law potential.Yet,the universality of the quadratic scaling remains unknown,since recent work suggested that interaction potentials could influence the scaling of the vibrational spectrum.Here,we extend the universality of the quadratic scaling for hybridized excess modes in 2D to glasses with potentials ranging from the purely repulsive soft-core interaction to the hard-core one with both repulsion and attraction as well as to glasses with significant differences in density or interparticle repulsion.Moreover,we observe that the number of hybridized excess modes exhibits a decrease in glasses with higher density or steeper interparticle repulsion,which is accompanied by a suppression of the strength of the sound attenuation.Our results indicate that the density bears some resemblance to the repulsive steepness of the interaction in influencing low-frequency properties. 展开更多

目的 分析SATB2基因新剪接位点变异导致GLASS综合征一家系的临床和分子遗传学特征,为遗传咨询提供参考。方法 收集和分析GLASS综合征一家系2例患者临床资料;对先证者及其父母进行全外显子组(whole-exome sequencing,WES)和全基因组拷贝... 目的 分析SATB2基因新剪接位点变异导致GLASS综合征一家系的临床和分子遗传学特征,为遗传咨询提供参考。方法 收集和分析GLASS综合征一家系2例患者临床资料;对先证者及其父母进行全外显子组(whole-exome sequencing,WES)和全基因组拷贝数变异(copy number variation,CNV)的二代测序;使用基于人工智能(AI)模型的突变位点剪接预测工具RNA Splicer对变异进行预测评估。通过国内外文献数据库,回顾1989年1月至2023年9月发表的GLASS综合征相关文献。结果 该家系先证者及其母亲有一致的表型:主要临床表现为智力低下,语言发育严重迟缓,社交能力差;面部畸形(长脸、鼻梁突出、球状鼻尖、人中扁平、小嘴、低位耳)和弯曲指。WES测序显示先证者及其母亲携带SATB2 c.1543-1G>A新剪接位点变异,先证者父亲未携带该变异。国内外关于该疾病的报道共47篇,其中9例患者为剪接位点变异。结论 SATB2基因的新剪接位点变异是该家系患者的致病原因,扩大了SATB2基因的变异谱,为该家系的遗传咨询和产前诊断提供依据。 展开更多

Atomic origin of minor alloying element effect on glass forming ability of metallic glass

The glass-forming ability(GFA)of metallic glasses is a key scientific challenge in their development and application,with compositional dependence playing a crucial role.Experimental studies have demonstrated that the addition of specific minor elements can greatly enhance the GFA of parent alloys,yet the underlying mechanism remains unclear.In this study,we use the ZrCuAl system as a model to explore how the addition of minor Al influences the crystallization rate by modulating the properties of the crystal-liquid interface,thereby affecting the GFA.The results reveal that the minor addition of Al significantly reduces the crystal growth rate,a phenomenon not governed by particle density fluctuations at the interface.The impact of minor element additions extends beyond a modest increase in crystal-unfavorable motifs in the bulk supercooled liquid.More importantly,it leads to a significant enrichment of these motifs at the crystal-supercooled liquid interface,forming a dense topological network of crystal-unfavorable structures that effectively prevent the growth of the crystalline interface and enhance GFA.Our results provide valuable insights for the design and development of high-performance metallic glasses. 展开更多

Mullite-silica rich glass(MSRG)composites are a more efficient material than chamotte for industrial utilization of clay in refractory applications.The properties of the MSRG composites depend on the amount and composition of the mulite and glass phases,which are related to the chemical composition of the MSRG composites based on clay.In the present work,the relationship between the phase and the chemical composition of the MSRG composites,and the effects of the chemical composition of the glass phase on the viscosity and coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE)of the glass phase were discussed on the basis of the measurements on 17 MSRG composite samples produced from clay.It is found that the Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) ratio(AS ratio)in clay strongly affects the amount of the mullite and glass phases in the MSRG composites,and the distributions of SiO_(2),TiO_(2)and Al_(2)O_(3) contents in the mullite and glass phases.With the increase of the A/S ratio of clay,the mullite content increases but the the glass phase content decreases in the MSRG composites.The viscosity and CTE of the glass phase depend on its A/S ratio and the amount of impurity oxides.When the A/S ratio in the glass phase is less than 0.15,the viscosity of the liquid formed by the melting of the glass phase at elevated temperatures rapidly increases with the decrease in the A/S ratio.The CTE of the glass phase depends on the contents of Si0_(2)and(K_(2)O+Na_(2)O). 展开更多

Three-dimensional(3D)imaging technology holds immense potential across various high-tech applications;however,current display technologies are hindered by limitations such as restricted viewing angles,cumbersome headgear,and limited multi-user accessibility.To address these challenges,researchers are actively exploring new materials and techniques for 3D imaging.Laser-based volumetric displays(VDs)offer a promising solution;nonetheless,existing screen materials fall short in meeting key requirements for long-term durability,full-color operation,and scalability.In this study,we present a comprehensive investigation into easily scalable rare-earth(RE^(3+))doped monolithic glasses(RE=Ho,Tm,Nd,Yb)capable of tunable full-color emission using a novel excitation modulation technique under 808 nm and 980 nm laser excitation and demonstrate their implementation as laser-based VD materials through prototyping.By controlling the movement of lasers'pulses and galvanometer mirrors with waveform generators,our system generates images in simple and complex shapes with high purity red,green,and blue(RGB)colors.These images can be manipulated,including actions like translation,rotation,expansion,and sequential movement within the monolithic glass screen material.Our findings showcase the potential of glass-based dynamic VDs in revolutionizing display technology,offering superior color purity,vividness,and performance in comparison to conventional display systems. 展开更多

Laser-based fabrication of superhydrophobic glass with high transparency and robustness

Superhydrophobic glass has inspiring development prospects in endoscopes,solar panels and other engineering and medical fields.However,the surface topography required to achieve superhydrophobicity will inevitably affect the surface transparency and limit the application of glass materials.To resolve the contradiction between the surface transparency and the robust superhydrophobicity,an efficient and low-cost laser-chemical surface functionalization process was utilized to fabricate superhydrophobic glass surface.The results show that the air can be effectively trapped in surface micro/nanostructure induced by laser texturing,thus reducing the solid-liquid contact area and interfacial tension.The deposition of hydrophobic carbon-containing groups on the surface can be accelerated by chemical treatment,and the surface energy is significantly reduced.The glass surface exhibits marvelous robust superhydrophobicity with a contact angle of 155.8°and a roll-off angle of 7.2°under the combination of hierarchical micro/nanostructure and low surface energy.Moreover,the surface transparency of the prepared superhydrophobic glass was only 5.42%lower than that of the untreated surface.This superhydrophobic glass with high transparency still maintains excellent superhydrophobicity after durability and stability tests.The facile fabrication of superhydrophobic glass with high transparency and robustness provides a strong reference for further expanding the application value of glass materials. 展开更多

The low-melting glass of Bi2O_(3)-B2O_(3)-SiO_(2)(BiBSi)system was used for the first time for laser sealing of vacuum glazing.Under the condition of constant boron content,how the structure and properties vary with Bi/Si ratio in low-melting glass was investigated.In addition,the relationships between laser power,low-melting glass solder with different Bi/Si ratios and laser sealing shear strength were revealed.The results show that a decrease in the Bi/Si ratio can cause a contraction of the glass network of the low-melting glass,leading to an increase of its characteristic temperature and a decrease of its coefficient of thermal expansion.During laser sealing,the copper ions in the low-melting glass play an endothermic role.A change in the Bi/Si ratio will affect the valence state transition of the copper ions in the low-melting glass.The absorbance of the low-melting glass does not follow the expected correlation with the Bi/Si ratio,but shows a linear correlation with the content of divalent copper ions.The greater the concentration of divalent copper ions,the greater the absorbance of the low-melting glass,and the lower the laser power required for laser sealing.The shear strength of the low melting glass solder after laser sealing was tested,and it was found that the maximum shear strength of Z1 glass sample was the highest up to 2.67 MPa. 展开更多
