This paper proposes a gradient conformal design technique to modify the multi-directional stiffness characteristics of 3D printed chiral metamaterials,using various airfoil shapes.The method ensures the integrity of chiral cell nodal circles while improving load transmission efficiency and enhancing manufacturing precision for 3D printing applications.A parametric design framework,integrating finite element analysis and optimization modules,is developed to enhance the wing’s multidirectional stiffness.The optimization process demonstrates that the distribution of chiral structural ligaments and nodal circles significantly affects wing deformation.The stiffness gradient optimization results reveal a variation of over 78%in tail stiffness performance between the best and worst parameter combinations.Experimental outcomes suggest that this strategy can develop metamaterials with enhanced deformability,offering a promising approach for designing morphing wings. 展开更多

Historical architecture is an important carrier of cultural and historical heritage in a country and region,and its protection and restoration work plays a crucial role in the inheritance of cultural heritage.However,the damage and destruction of buildings urgently need to be repaired due to the ancient age of historical buildings and the influence of natural environment and human factors.Therefore,an artificial intelligence repair technology based on three-dimensional(3D)point cloud(PC)reconstruction and generative adversarial networks(GANs)was proposed to improve the precision and efficiency of repair work.First,in-depth research on the principles and algorithms of 3D PC data processing and GANs should be conducted.Second,a digital restoration frameworkwas constructed by combining these two artificial intelligence technologies to achieve precise and efficient restoration of historical buildings through continuous adversarial learning processes.The experimental results showed that the errors in the restoration of palace buildings,defense walls,pagodas,altars,temples,and mausoleums were 0.17,0.12,0.13,0.11,and 0.09,respectively.The technique can significantly reduce the error while maintaining the high-precision repair effect.This technology with artificial intelligence as the core has excellent accuracy and stability in the digital restoration.It provides a new technical means for the digital restoration of historical buildings and has important practical significance for the protection of cultural heritage. 展开更多

现有煤矿胶带运输异物检测方法检测精度较低、检测速度较慢,YOLOv3算法有较快的检测速度和较高的检测精度,但其用于煤矿胶带运输异物检测时存在对小目标检测效果不佳、容易出现漏检和正负样本不均衡等情况。针对上述问题,设计了Fast_YOL... 现有煤矿胶带运输异物检测方法检测精度较低、检测速度较慢,YOLOv3算法有较快的检测速度和较高的检测精度,但其用于煤矿胶带运输异物检测时存在对小目标检测效果不佳、容易出现漏检和正负样本不均衡等情况。针对上述问题,设计了Fast_YOLOv3算法:通过改进先验框及边界框,以适应煤矿胶带运输小目标异物检测场景;增加反卷积网络,以提高小目标异物检测能力;引入Focal Loss改进损失函数中负样本置信度的交叉熵,解决正负样本数量不均衡问题,提高检测精度。设计了StiPic数据增强方法,对煤矿胶带运输图像进行预处理,以提高Fast_YOLOv3模型训练效率及对小目标异物的检测精度。实验及现场测试结果表明,Fast_YOLOv3算法对于胶带运输异物的平均检测精度达90.12%,平均检测时间为35 ms,对小目标异物的检出率达93.50%,满足胶带运输现场对异物检测精度和实时性的要求。 展开更多

相电流是反映三芯电缆运行情况的重要状态量,传统的铁磁式电流互感器无法在三芯统包电缆上非侵入式测量相电流。该文建立相差60°的环形霍尔阵列测量三芯电缆表面磁场的模型,基于安培环路定理构建相电流与测量点磁场的非线性方程组... 相电流是反映三芯电缆运行情况的重要状态量,传统的铁磁式电流互感器无法在三芯统包电缆上非侵入式测量相电流。该文建立相差60°的环形霍尔阵列测量三芯电缆表面磁场的模型,基于安培环路定理构建相电流与测量点磁场的非线性方程组,提出基于差分进化算法的表面磁场反演相电流的数值计算方法,采用数值仿真和模拟试验验证传感模型和数值计算方法的有效性。仿真结果表明,差分进化算法优于粒子群和遗传算法,在电缆芯线对称情况下,差分进化算法反演得到的ABC相电流幅值误差绝对值分别为0.02、0.01、0.01 A,电流相位误差绝对值分别为0.00°、0.01°、0.01°。在偏芯情况下反演得到的ABC相电流幅值最大误差绝对值分别为0.48、0.88、0.71 A,电流相位最大误差绝对值分别为0.14°、0.11°、0.08°。试验结果表明,偏芯情况下,差分进化算法反演得到的三相电流误差较小,三相电流幅值误差小于4.14%,电流相位误差小于0.23 rad。该文提出的环形霍尔阵列比差角差接近1.0级电流互感器,可满足工程测量需求。 展开更多

It makes use of the array information of 3-D points and takes vector/vertex-like features as the basis of the matching. That array information of 3-D points can be easily obtained when capturing original 3-D images. The iterative least-mean-squared (LMS) algorithm is applied to optimizing adaptively the transformation matrix parameters. These can effectively improve the registration performance and hurry up the matching process. Experimental results show that it can reach a good subjective impression on aligned 3-D images. Although the algorithm focuses primarily on the human head model, it can also be used for other objects with small modifications. 展开更多

为探究风云3号气象卫星在四川盆地的实用性,基于FY-3D/MERSI-ⅡNDVI和LST产品,反演得到TVDI为监测指标,采用MODIS同类型产品数据为验证数据,对四川盆地2022年6—10月旱情的时空分布特征进行分析,并利用四川盆地具有代表性的53个土壤水... 为探究风云3号气象卫星在四川盆地的实用性,基于FY-3D/MERSI-ⅡNDVI和LST产品,反演得到TVDI为监测指标,采用MODIS同类型产品数据为验证数据,对四川盆地2022年6—10月旱情的时空分布特征进行分析,并利用四川盆地具有代表性的53个土壤水分站实测的10~40 cm土壤墒情数据进行相关性验证,分析评估FY-3D/MERSI-ⅡTVDI在四川盆地旱情监测中的精度。结果表明:(1)晴空状态下,基于分裂窗算法反演的FY-3D/MERSI-ⅡLST与MODIS LST产品的R值介于0.72~0.84,NDVI产品的R值介于0.55~0.67,均通过0.05的显著性检验,可在区域旱情监测中使用。(2)2022年6—10月四川盆地大部分地区出现了不同程度的旱情。其中,7月干旱面积最大,占比达85.95%,中旱面积占比达47.07%;8月旱情程度加重,重旱面积最大,可达13.27%。(3)6—10月FY-3D/MERSI-ⅡTVDI与10 cm土壤相对湿度的相关系数为-0.65~-0.32,通过0.05的显著性检验,呈明显的负相关,对四川盆地旱情监测有很好的参考价值。 展开更多

However, the 3D forward modeling algorithm can process the data in the frequency domain, which is very suitable for parallel computation. With the advantage of MPI and based on an analysis of the flow of the 3D magnetotelluric serial forward algorithm, we suggest the idea of parallel computation and apply it. Three theoretical models are tested and the execution efficiency is compared in different situations. The results indicate that the parallel 3D forward modeling computation is correct and the efficiency is greatly improved. This method is suitable for large size geophysical computations. 展开更多

With respect to the gamma spectrum, the energy resolution improves with increase in energy. The counts of full energy peak change with energy, and this approximately complies with the Gaussian distribution. This study mainly examines a method to deconvolve the LaBr_3:Ce gamma spectrum with a detector response matrix constructing algorithm based on energy resolution calibration.In the algorithm, the full width at half maximum(FWHM)of full energy peak was calculated by the cubic spline interpolation algorithm and calibrated by a square root of a quadratic function that changes with the energy. Additionally, the detector response matrix was constructed to deconvolve the gamma spectrum. Furthermore, an improved SNIP algorithm was proposed to eliminate the background. In the experiment, several independent peaks of ^(152)Eu,^(137)Cs, and ^(60)Co sources were detected by a LaBr_3:Ce scintillator that were selected to calibrate the energy resolution. The Boosted Gold algorithm was applied to deconvolve the gamma spectrum. The results showed that the peak position difference between the experiment and the deconvolution was within ± 2 channels and the relative error of peak area was approximately within 0.96–6.74%. Finally, a ^(133) Ba spectrum was deconvolved to verify the efficiency and accuracy of the algorithm in unfolding the overlapped peaks. 展开更多

A convective and stratiform cloud classification method for weather radar is proposed based on the density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise(DBSCAN)algorithm.To identify convective and stratiform clouds in different developmental phases,two-dimensional(2D)and three-dimensional(3D)models are proposed by applying reflectivity factors at 0.5°and at 0.5°,1.5°,and 2.4°elevation angles,respectively.According to the thresholds of the algorithm,which include echo intensity,the echo top height of 35 dBZ(ET),density threshold,andεneighborhood,cloud clusters can be marked into four types:deep-convective cloud(DCC),shallow-convective cloud(SCC),hybrid convective-stratiform cloud(HCS),and stratiform cloud(SFC)types.Each cloud cluster type is further identified as a core area and boundary area,which can provide more abundant cloud structure information.The algorithm is verified using the volume scan data observed with new-generation S-band weather radars in Nanjing,Xuzhou,and Qingdao.The results show that cloud clusters can be intuitively identified as core and boundary points,which change in area continuously during the process of convective evolution,by the improved DBSCAN algorithm.Therefore,the occurrence and disappearance of convective weather can be estimated in advance by observing the changes of the classification.Because density thresholds are different and multiple elevations are utilized in the 3D model,the identified echo types and areas are dissimilar between the 2D and 3D models.The 3D model identifies larger convective and stratiform clouds than the 2D model.However,the developing convective clouds of small areas at lower heights cannot be identified with the 3D model because they are covered by thick stratiform clouds.In addition,the 3D model can avoid the influence of the melting layer and better suggest convective clouds in the developmental stage. 展开更多

By analyzing the principles of the MC algorithm, as well as the features of the specific application, improvements were developed to: eliminate ambiguities by using a unified isosurface constructing method in the voxels, and improve the operating efficiency of the MC algorithm by incorporating an octree structure. To address the issue of premature convergence and slow convergence rate in three-dimensional (3D) route planning of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) low-altitude penetration,a novel route planning method was proposed.First and foremost,a coevolutionary multi-agent genetic algorithm (CE-MAGA) was formed by introducing coevolutionary mechanism to multi-agent genetic algorithm (MAGA),an efficient global optimization algorithm.A dynamic route representation form was also adopted to improve the flight route accuracy.Moreover,an efficient constraint handling method was used to simplify the treatment of multi-constraint and reduce the time-cost of planning computation.Simulation and corresponding analysis show that the planning results of CE-MAGA have better performance on terrain following,terrain avoidance,threat avoidance (TF/TA2) and lower route costs than other existing algorithms.In addition,feasible flight routes can be acquired within 2 s,and the convergence rate of the whole evolutionary process is very fast. 展开更多

The original SEBVHOS algorithm is parallelized first, and then several performance optimization techniques which are loop optimization, cache optimization, false sharing optimization, synchronization overhead op-timization, and thread affinity optimization, are used to improve the implementation's performance on multi-core systems. The performance of the parallel SEBVHOS algorithm is analyzed on a dual-core system. The experimental results show that the parallel SEBVHOS algorithm achieves an average of 1.86x speedup. More importantly, our method does not come with additional aliasing artifacts, com-paring to the original SEBVHOS algorithm. 展开更多

A robust phase-only Direct Data Domain Least Squares (D3LS) algorithm based on gen- eralized Rayleigh quotient optimization using hybrid Genetic Algorithm (GA) is presented in this letter. The optimization efficiency and computational speed are improved via the hybrid GA com- posed of standard GA and Nelder-Mead simplex algorithms. First, the objective function, with a form of generalized Rayleigh quotient, is derived via the standard D3LS algorithm. It is then taken as a fitness function and the unknown phases of all adaptive weights are taken as decision variables. Then, the nonlinear optimization is performed via the hybrid GA to obtain the optimized solution of phase-only adaptive weights. As a phase-only adaptive algorithm, the proposed algorithm is sim- pler than conventional algorithms when it comes to hardware implementation. Moreover, it proc- esses only a single snapshot data as opposed to forming sample covariance matrix and operating matrix inversion. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has a good signal recovery and interferences nulling performance, which are superior to that of the phase-only D3LS algorithm based on standard GA. 展开更多

In this paper,structure of basic algorithms of fuzzy reasoning was studied, its rationality was discussed from the viewpoint of logic and mathematics, and three theorems were proved. These theorems shows that there always exists a mathe-~matical relation (that is, a bounded real function) between the premises and the conclusion for fuzzy reasoning, and in fact various algorithms of fuzzy reasoning are specific forms of this function. The staggered distribution of joints and fissures in space constitutes the weak part of any rock mass.The identification of rock mass structural planes and the extraction of characteristic parameters are the basis of rock-mass integrity evaluation,which is very important for analysis of slope stability.The laser scanning technique can be used to acquire the coordinate information pertaining to each point of the structural plane,but large amount of point cloud data,uneven density distribution,and noise point interference make the identification efficiency and accuracy of different types of structural planes limited by point cloud data analysis technology.A new point cloud identification and segmentation algorithm for rock mass structural surfaces is proposed.Based on the distribution states of the original point cloud in different neighborhoods in space,the point clouds are characterized by multi-dimensional eigenvalues and calculated by the robust randomized Hough transform(RRHT).The normal vector difference and the final eigenvalue are proposed for characteristic distinction,and the identification of rock mass structural surfaces is completed through regional growth,which strengthens the difference expression of point clouds.In addition,nearest Voxel downsampling is also introduced in the RRHT calculation,which further reduces the number of sources of neighborhood noises,thereby improving the accuracy and stability of the calculation.The advantages of the method have been verified by laboratory models.The results showed that the proposed method can better achieve the segmentation and statistics of structural planes with interfaces and sharp boundaries.The method works well in the identification of joints,fissures,and other structural planes on Mangshezhai slope in the Three Gorges Reservoir area,China.It can provide a stable and effective technique for the identification and segmentation of rock mass structural planes,which is beneficial in engineering practice. 展开更多

Marching Cubes (MC) algorithm in the surface rendering has more excellent applicability in 3D reconstruction for the slice images;it may shorten the time to find and calculate the isosurface from raw volume data, reflect the shape structure more accurately. In this paper, we discuss a method to reconstruct the 3D weather cloud image by using the proposed Cube Weighting Interpolation (CWI) and MC algorithm. Firstly, we detail the steps of CWI, apply it to project the raw radar data into the cubes and obtain the equally spaced cloud slice images, then employ MC algorithm to draw the isosurface. Some experiments show that our method has a good effect and simple operation, which may provide an intuitive and effective reference for realizing the 3D surface reconstruction and meteorological image stereo visualization. 展开更多

We implemented a 3-3-1 algorithm in order to provide safe and simple self-titration in patients who newly initiated BOT as well as who were already on BOT and evaluated its utility in clinical setting. A total of 46 patients, 21 patients in the newly-initiated group and 25 patients in the existing BOT group performed dose adjustment using 3-3-1 algorithm. HbA1c was significantly improved 4 weeks after the initiation from 8.5% ± 1.2% at baseline to 7.3% ± 0.7% at the final evaluation (p  0.01, vs. Baseline). The average daily insulin units increased throughout the study period from 10.1 ± 6.7 at baseline to 14.6 ± 8.9 units at the final evaluation. Weight didn’t significantly change throughout the study (p = 0.12). The incidents of hypoglycemia were 0.8/month during the insulin dose self-adjustment period and 0.4/month during the follow-up period. The 3-3-1 algorithm using insulin glargine provided a safe and simple dose adjustment and demonstrated its utility in patients who were newly introduced to insulin treatment as well as who were already on BOT. 展开更多

To improve the sense of reality on perception, an improved algorithm of 3D shape haptic rendering is put forward based on a finger mounted vibrotactile device. The principle is that the interactive information and the shape information are conveyed to users when they touch virtual objects at mobile terminals by attaching the vibrotactile feedback on a fingertip. The extraction of shape characteristics, the interactive information and the mapping of shape in formation of vibration stimulation are key parts of the proposed algorithm to realize the real tactile rendering. The contact status of the interaction process, the height information and local gradient of the touch point are regarded as shape information and used to control the vibration intension, rhythm and distribution of the vibrators. With different contact status and shape information, the vibration pattern can be adjusted in time to imitate the outlines of virtual objects. Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by shape perception experiments. The results show that the improved algorithm is effective for 3D shape haptic rendering. 展开更多
