Consequently, recogn...The traditional cyclical spectrum density（CSD） method is widely used to analyze the fault signals of rolling bearing. All modulation frequencies are demodulated in the cyclic frequency spectrum. Consequently, recognizing bearing fault type is difficult. Therefore, a new CSD method based on kurtosis（CSDK） is proposed. The kurtosis value of each cyclic frequency is used to measure the modulation capability of cyclic frequency. When the kurtosis value is large, the modulation capability is strong. Thus, the kurtosis value is regarded as the weight coefficient to accumulate all cyclic frequencies to extract fault features. Compared with the traditional method, CSDK can reduce the interference of harmonic frequency in fault frequency, which makes fault characteristics distinct from background noise. To validate the effectiveness of the method, experiments are performed on the simulation signal, the fault signal of the bearing outer race in the test bed, and the signal gathered from the bearing of the blast furnace belt cylinder. Experimental results show that the CSDK is better than the resonance demodulation method and the CSD in extracting fault features and recognizing degradation trends. The proposed method provides a new solution to fault diagnosis in bearings.展开更多

The research was based on the geological conditions of panel 8102 in Tashan coal mine. The results indicated the loose coal and waste rocks formed an elliptical zone around the drawpoint. The ellipse enlarged with decreasing caving–mining ratio. And its long axis inclined to the gob gradually became vertical and facilitating the caving and recovery of top coal. The top coal loss showed a cyclical variation; and the loss cycle was shortened with the decreasing in caving–mining ratio. Moreover, the mean squared error(MSE) of the amount of cyclically caved coal went up with increasing caving–mining ratio, indicating a growing imbalance of amount of cyclically caved coal, which could impede the coordinated mining and caving operations. Finally it was found that a caving–mining ratio of 1:2.51 should be reasonable for the conditions.展开更多

Objective: To assess prevalence of cyclical mastalgia and its main determinants in women who attended in health centers of Hamadan City, Iran.Methods: This case–control study was conducted on 400 women(case: cyclical...Objective: To assess prevalence of cyclical mastalgia and its main determinants in women who attended in health centers of Hamadan City, Iran.Methods: This case–control study was conducted on 400 women(case: cyclical mastalgia, n = 240; control: without cyclical mastalgia, n = 160) who attended family planning clinic for routine follow-up in health centers. The cluster sampling was used.Information was collected by interviewing and using a standardized validated questionnaire. Severity of mastalgia was assessed through using visual analog scaling. Data processing and statistical analysis were performed by using SPSS 19.0.Results: The results revealed that majority of women(60.0%) experienced cyclical mastalgia.Out of these, 22.5% and 37.5% were mild and moderate-to-severe mastalgia, respectively. No association was revealed in experience of depression and anxiety in mastalgia group. In a multivariable logistic regression model, the increasing age, age of marriage, history of abortion and history of premenstrual syndrome were main determinants of mastalgia, while use of oral contraceptive and regular exercise was associated with lower incidence of mastalgia.Conclusions: Most of women with breast discomfort suffered cyclical mastalgia which severity can be determined by advanced age, age of marriage, history of abortion and history of premenstrual syndrome, but inversely by oral contraceptive use and exercise activity.展开更多

[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the variations of rainstorm frequency, intensity and period in the flood season in Guangzhou. [Method] Based on the daily precipitation data in Guangzhou City during 1951-2010...[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the variations of rainstorm frequency, intensity and period in the flood season in Guangzhou. [Method] Based on the daily precipitation data in Guangzhou City during 1951-2010, the interannual and interdecadal variation characteristics of rainstorm in the flood season in recent 60 years were analyzed by using the linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, wavelet analysis and so on. Moreover, the relationship between the rainstorm in the flood season and annual average temperature was analyzed. [Result] In recent 60 years, the rainstorm amount and days in the flood season in Guangzhou respectively increased with 6.23 mm/10 a and 0.27 d/10 a linear trends. The most rainstorm days (rainfall) was in 2001 and was 15 d (1 085.7 mm). There was no rainstorm in the least year (1990). The interannual variations of rainstorm amount and days in the flood season in Guangzhou obviously increased in recent 20 years. The decadal and interannual variations of rainstorm in the prior and latter flood seasons had the difference. The trend in the prior flood season increased and in the latter flood season slightly decreased. The positive correlation between the rainstorm days and the annual average temperature in the flood season in Guangzhou was significant, and the relative coefficient was 0.22, which passed α=0.02 significance level test. The total rainstorm days in the prior flood season in Guangzhou City mainly had 4.2-year interannual and 52.9-year interdecadal periodic variations. The total rainstorm days in the latter flood season mainly had 5.5-year interannual and 18.4-year interdecadal periodic variations. [Conclusion] The research provided the scientific basis for the precipitation forecast in the flood season.展开更多

At first, using discrete Fourier transformation technique, the complete structure is analyzed by considering only one sector with appropriate complex constraints on its boundary with the adjacent sectors. Next, an imaginary structure which is composed of two identically overlapping sectors is constructed, and that the complex constraints mentioned above can be equivalently replaced by a set of real constraints on this imaginary structure is proved. Therefore, the stress analysis of a cyclically symmetric structure can be solved conveniently by most of finite element programs.展开更多

Affected children usually experience a stereotypical pattern of vomiting though it may vary be...Cyclical vomiting syndrome(CVS) is a functional, debilitating disorder of childhood frequently leading to hospitalization. Affected children usually experience a stereotypical pattern of vomiting though it may vary between different individuals. The vomiting is intense often bilious, and accompanied by disabling nausea. Identifiable precipitating factors for CVS include psychosocial stressors, infections, lack of sleep and occasionally even food triggers. Often, it may be difficult to distinguish episodes of CVS from other causes of acute abdomen and altered consciousness. Thus, the diagnosis of CVS remains largely one of exclusion. Investigations routinely done during the work-up of a child with suspected CVS include both blood and imaging modalities. Plasma lactate, ammonia, amino acid and acylcarnitine profiles as well as urine organic acid profile are indicated to exclude inborn errors of metabolism. The treatment remains challenging and targeted at prevention or shortening of the attacks and can be considered as abortive, supportive and prophylactic. Use of nonpharmacological therapy is also part of the management of CVS. The prognosis of CVS is variable. More insight into the pathogenesis of this disorder as well as role of non-pharmacological therapy is needed.展开更多

We collect grey collies and normal dog’s data from CN and analyze the G-CSF treatment. The model develops the dynamics of circulating blood cells before and after the G-CSF treatment. This is quite natural and useful for the collection of laboratory data for investigation. The proposed interventions are practical. This reduces the quantity of G-CSF required for potential maintenance. This model gives us good result in treatment. The changes would be practical and reduce the risk side as well as the cost of treatment in G-CSF.展开更多

Geometrical modelling is a synthesis of the geometry and computer graphics, which enable us to develop complex mathematical models that would be rather difficult to display without using a computer. The author recognizes two basic methods of research of geometrical models, synthetic and analytic. The synthetic method makes use of geometrical constructions and in the analytic method geometrical objects are characterized by numerical data. The author uses these methods in this contribution. The aim of this research is to show central cyclides （Dupin＇s cyclides） as a special kind of the cyclical elliptical pedal surfaces. Firstly, applying the method of synthetic geometry, a new class of such surfaces in the 3-dimensional Euclidean space （model of the projective space） is defined. The geometrical construction of these surfaces is dependent on the given ellipse and the position of the pole P. It is the point at which the pencil of perpendicular planes passes to the plane of the ellipse, wherein the generating circles of the surface are lying. The parametric equations of the cyclical elliptical surface are derived applying the method of analytic geometry. The author classifies the surfaces according to the number of generating circles with a zero radius. The evolute of the ellipse divides the plane of the ellipse into two areas, Ω1 and Ω2. The shape of the surface depends on the position of the pole P in the areas of Ω1 and Ω2. The surface can have 4, 3 or 2 circles with a zero radius. The author then describes the relationship between these surfaces and the Dupin＇s cyclides, obtained in the case when the pole P is the point on the major axis of the ellipse. Finally, the transformation of these surfaces is shown by changing of the orthonormal base in the parameterization of the generating circles of the surface. The author visualizes the resulting surfaces obtained by the parametric approach in the MAPLE program environment.展开更多

To investigate the seismic performance of hollow reinforced concrete （RC） bridge columns of rectangular cross section under constant axial load and cyclically biaxial bending, five specimens were tested. A parametri...To investigate the seismic performance of hollow reinforced concrete （RC） bridge columns of rectangular cross section under constant axial load and cyclically biaxial bending, five specimens were tested. A parametric study is carried out for different axial load ratios, longitudinal reinforcement ratios and lateral reinforcement ratios. The experimental results showed that all tested specimens failed in the flexural failure mode and their ultimate performance was dominated by flexural capacity, which is represented by the rupture/buckling of tensile longitudinal rebars at the bottom of the bridge columns. Biaxial force and displacement hysteresis loops showed significant stiffness and strength degradations, and the pinching effect and coupling interaction effect of both directions severely decrease the structural seismic resistance. However, the measured ductility coefficient varying from 3.5 to 5.7 and the equivalent viscous damping ratio varying from 0.19 and 0.26 can meet the requirements of the seismic design. The hollow RC rectangular bridge columns with configurations of lateral reinforcement in this study have excellent performance under bidirectional earthquake excitations, and may be considered as a substitute for current hollow RC rectangular section configurations described in the Guideline for Seismic Design of Highway Bridges （JTG/T B02-01-2008）. The length of the plastic hinge region was found to approach one sixth of the hollow RC rectangular bridge column height for all specimen columns, and it was much less than those specified in the current JTG/T. Thus, the length of the plastic hinge region is more concentrated for RC rectangular hollow bridge columns.展开更多

Wide spans and large depths a...The Norwegian Public Roads Administration(NPRA) is planning for an upgrade of the E39 highway route at the westcoast of Norway. Fixed links shall replace ferries at seven fjord crossings. Wide spans and large depths at the crossings combined with challenging subsea topography and environmental loads call for an extension of existing practice. A variety of bridge concepts are evaluated in the feasibility study. The structures will experience significant loads from deadweight, traffic and environment. Anchoring of these forces is thus one of the challenges met in the project. Large-size subsea rock anchors are considered a viable alternative. These can be used for anchoring of floating structures but also with the purpose of increasing capacity of fixed structures. This paper presents first a thorough study of factors affecting rock anchor bond capacity. Laboratory testing of rock anchors subjected to cyclic loading is thereafter presented. Finally, the paper presents a model predicting the capacity of a rock anchor segment, in terms of a ribbed bar, subjected to a cyclic load history. The research assumes a failure mode occurring in the interface between the rock anchor and the surrounding grout. The constitutive behavior of the bonding interface is investigated for anchors subjected to cyclic one-way tensile loads. The model utilizes the static bond capacity curve as a basis, defining the ultimate bond sbuand the slip s1 at τ. A limited number of input parameters are required to apply the model. The model defines the bond-slip behavior with the belonging rock anchor capacity depending on the cyclic load level(τcy/τ), the cyclic load ratio(R= τcy/τcy), and the number of load cycles(N). The constitutive model is intended to model short anchor lengths representing an incremental length of a complete rock anchor.展开更多

We find out a cyclically antimonotone vector bifunction can be regarded as a family of cyclically antimonotone scalar bifunctions. Using a pre-order principle(see Qiu, 2014), we prove a new version of Ekeland variational principle(briefly, denoted by EVP), which is quite different from the previous ones, for the objective function consists of a family of scalar functions. From the new version, we deduce several vectorial EVPs for cyclically antimonotone equilibrium problems, which extend and improve the previous results. By developing the original method proposed by Castellani and Giuli, we deduce a number of existence results(no matter scalar-valued case,or vector-valued case), when the feasible set is a sequentially compact topological space or a countably compact topological space. Finally, we propose a general coercivity condition. Combining the general coercivity condition and the obtained existence results with compactness conditions, we obtain several existence results for equilibrium problems in noncompact settings.展开更多

Efficacy assessments were performed based on data obtained prior to the start of treatment (Pretreatment), and after each menstrual cycle (Assessment 2—following 45 days of treatment;and Assessment 3—at the end of the 90-day treatment period). Primary efficacy measures considered the results of the Mastalgia Questionnaire, including a 100 mm visual analog pain scale assessing mean, most intense mastalgia severity, and impact on work, sleep, and sexual activity. Safety and tolerability measures included any changes in vital signs and physical exam in relation to pretreatment, any changes in clinical laboratory exams in relation to pretreatment, and the occurrence of adverse events after the first dose of study medication. Background Moderate to severe breast pain has major effects on the quality of life for patients.Patent Chinese medicines are widely used in the treatment of breast pain due to their stable dosage form and good efficac...Background Moderate to severe breast pain has major effects on the quality of life for patients.Patent Chinese medicines are widely used in the treatment of breast pain due to their stable dosage form and good efficacy.Objective To evaluate the beneficial effects and safety of Hongjin Xiaojie Capsule(HJXJC),a Chinese patent medicine,for the treatment of cyclical breast pain.Design,setting,participants and intervention This is a multicenter,single-blind randomized controlled trial conducted in 3 medical centers in China from 2019 to 2021.Patients with moderate to severe cyclic breast pain were randomly divided into the intervention group(who took HJXJC,four capsules per dose,three times a day for 12 weeks)and the control group(waiting for the treatment)in a 1:1 ratio.Main outcome measures The primary outcome was pain duration,and the patients recorded measurements at baseline and at the end of weeks 4,8,12 and 16 on a patient log card.Results The full analysis set(FAS)population included 298 participants(intervention group,n=150;control group,n=148),while the per-protocol analysis set(PPS)included 274 participants.After 12 weeks,the duration of breast pain was significantly shorter in the intervention group(FAS:mean difference,–6.69;95%CI,–7.58 to–5.80;P<0.01,vs control.PPS:mean difference,–7.09;95%CI,–8.01 to–6.16;P<0.01,vs control).The Short-form McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ)scores were significantly lower in the intervention group(FAS:mean difference,–12.55;95%CI,–13.90 to–11.21;P<0.01,vs control.PPS:mean difference,–13.07;95%CI,–14.48 to–11.66;P<0.01,vs control).The above indicators continued to be significantly different through week 16.Moreover,in the intervention group,breast lumps shrank after 12 weeks and the size of breast lumps was statistically smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05),whereas the sizes of breast nodules and uterine fibroid showed no statistically significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).At weeks 8 and 12,the dysmenorrhea scores in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in any group.Conclusion HJXJC can significantly shorten the duration of breast pain,reduce breast pain,reduce the size of breast lumps,and relieve dysmenorrhea.However,it has no significant effect on the size of breast nodules or uterine fibroid.展开更多

A cyclically interval total t-coloring of a graph G is a total coloring a of G with colors 1,2,...,t, such that at least one vertex or edge of G is colored by i,i=1,2,...,t, and for any, the set is a -interval, or is a -interval, where dG(x) is the degree of the vertex x in G. In this paper, we study the cyclically interval total colorings of cycles and middle graphs of cycles.

文摘Objective: To assess prevalence of cyclical mastalgia and its main determinants in women who attended in health centers of Hamadan City, Iran.Methods: This case–control study was conducted on 400 women(case: cyclical mastalgia, n = 240; control: without cyclical mastalgia, n = 160) who attended family planning clinic for routine follow-up in health centers. The cluster sampling was used.Information was collected by interviewing and using a standardized validated questionnaire. Severity of mastalgia was assessed through using visual analog scaling. Data processing and statistical analysis were performed by using SPSS 19.0.Results: The results revealed that majority of women(60.0%) experienced cyclical mastalgia.Out of these, 22.5% and 37.5% were mild and moderate-to-severe mastalgia, respectively. No association was revealed in experience of depression and anxiety in mastalgia group. In a multivariable logistic regression model, the increasing age, age of marriage, history of abortion and history of premenstrual syndrome were main determinants of mastalgia, while use of oral contraceptive and regular exercise was associated with lower incidence of mastalgia.Conclusions: Most of women with breast discomfort suffered cyclical mastalgia which severity can be determined by advanced age, age of marriage, history of abortion and history of premenstrual syndrome, but inversely by oral contraceptive use and exercise activity.

文摘After taking stock of China's four-decade reforms, this paper identifies the cyclical patterns of China's reforms, which consist of an intermediate cycle and three short cycles. The purpose of reform is to adjust the changing relations of production to changing productivity. China has adopted a gradualist approach of reform, and reform cycles have coincided with economic cycles. The cyclical changes of reform are of great significance to comprehensively deepening reforms in the new era: Downward pressures of the economy present the best window period for reform;a new cycle of reform will unveil a new economic cycle as well;the people's support is essential to pushing forward the cyclical movements of reform;and top-down design is essential to deepen reforms on all fronts.
文摘[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the variations of rainstorm frequency, intensity and period in the flood season in Guangzhou. [Method] Based on the daily precipitation data in Guangzhou City during 1951-2010, the interannual and interdecadal variation characteristics of rainstorm in the flood season in recent 60 years were analyzed by using the linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, wavelet analysis and so on. Moreover, the relationship between the rainstorm in the flood season and annual average temperature was analyzed. [Result] In recent 60 years, the rainstorm amount and days in the flood season in Guangzhou respectively increased with 6.23 mm/10 a and 0.27 d/10 a linear trends. The most rainstorm days (rainfall) was in 2001 and was 15 d (1 085.7 mm). There was no rainstorm in the least year (1990). The interannual variations of rainstorm amount and days in the flood season in Guangzhou obviously increased in recent 20 years. The decadal and interannual variations of rainstorm in the prior and latter flood seasons had the difference. The trend in the prior flood season increased and in the latter flood season slightly decreased. The positive correlation between the rainstorm days and the annual average temperature in the flood season in Guangzhou was significant, and the relative coefficient was 0.22, which passed α=0.02 significance level test. The total rainstorm days in the prior flood season in Guangzhou City mainly had 4.2-year interannual and 52.9-year interdecadal periodic variations. The total rainstorm days in the latter flood season mainly had 5.5-year interannual and 18.4-year interdecadal periodic variations. [Conclusion] The research provided the scientific basis for the precipitation forecast in the flood season.
文摘In this paper, a computational method for finite element stress analysis of a cyclically symmetric structure subjected to arbitrary loads is provided. At first, using discrete Fourier transformation technique, the complete structure is analyzed by considering only one sector with appropriate complex constraints on its boundary with the adjacent sectors. Next, an imaginary structure which is composed of two identically overlapping sectors is constructed, and that the complex constraints mentioned above can be equivalently replaced by a set of real constraints on this imaginary structure is proved. Therefore, the stress analysis of a cyclically symmetric structure can be solved conveniently by most of finite element programs.
文摘Cyclical vomiting syndrome(CVS) is a functional, debilitating disorder of childhood frequently leading to hospitalization. Affected children usually experience a stereotypical pattern of vomiting though it may vary between different individuals. The vomiting is intense often bilious, and accompanied by disabling nausea. Identifiable precipitating factors for CVS include psychosocial stressors, infections, lack of sleep and occasionally even food triggers. Often, it may be difficult to distinguish episodes of CVS from other causes of acute abdomen and altered consciousness. Thus, the diagnosis of CVS remains largely one of exclusion. Investigations routinely done during the work-up of a child with suspected CVS include both blood and imaging modalities. Plasma lactate, ammonia, amino acid and acylcarnitine profiles as well as urine organic acid profile are indicated to exclude inborn errors of metabolism. The treatment remains challenging and targeted at prevention or shortening of the attacks and can be considered as abortive, supportive and prophylactic. Use of nonpharmacological therapy is also part of the management of CVS. The prognosis of CVS is variable. More insight into the pathogenesis of this disorder as well as role of non-pharmacological therapy is needed.

文摘We investigate the FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) model and G-CSF (granulocyte colony-stimulating factor) treatment of CN (Cyclical Neutropenia). We collect grey collies and normal dog’s data from CN and analyze the G-CSF treatment. The model develops the dynamics of circulating blood cells before and after the G-CSF treatment. This is quite natural and useful for the collection of laboratory data for investigation. The proposed interventions are practical. This reduces the quantity of G-CSF required for potential maintenance. This model gives us good result in treatment. The changes would be practical and reduce the risk side as well as the cost of treatment in G-CSF.
文摘Intensive use of geometrical modelling started with the development of computer graphics and CAD/CAM technologies, comprising a wide area of mathematical disciplines. Geometrical modelling is a synthesis of the geometry and computer graphics, which enable us to develop complex mathematical models that would be rather difficult to display without using a computer. The author recognizes two basic methods of research of geometrical models, synthetic and analytic. The synthetic method makes use of geometrical constructions and in the analytic method geometrical objects are characterized by numerical data. The author uses these methods in this contribution. The aim of this research is to show central cyclides （Dupin＇s cyclides） as a special kind of the cyclical elliptical pedal surfaces. Firstly, applying the method of synthetic geometry, a new class of such surfaces in the 3-dimensional Euclidean space （model of the projective space） is defined. The geometrical construction of these surfaces is dependent on the given ellipse and the position of the pole P. It is the point at which the pencil of perpendicular planes passes to the plane of the ellipse, wherein the generating circles of the surface are lying. The parametric equations of the cyclical elliptical surface are derived applying the method of analytic geometry. The author classifies the surfaces according to the number of generating circles with a zero radius. The evolute of the ellipse divides the plane of the ellipse into two areas, Ω1 and Ω2. The shape of the surface depends on the position of the pole P in the areas of Ω1 and Ω2. The surface can have 4, 3 or 2 circles with a zero radius. The author then describes the relationship between these surfaces and the Dupin＇s cyclides, obtained in the case when the pole P is the point on the major axis of the ellipse. Finally, the transformation of these surfaces is shown by changing of the orthonormal base in the parameterization of the generating circles of the surface. The author visualizes the resulting surfaces obtained by the parametric approach in the MAPLE program environment.

文摘To investigate the seismic performance of hollow reinforced concrete （RC） bridge columns of rectangular cross section under constant axial load and cyclically biaxial bending, five specimens were tested. A parametric study is carried out for different axial load ratios, longitudinal reinforcement ratios and lateral reinforcement ratios. The experimental results showed that all tested specimens failed in the flexural failure mode and their ultimate performance was dominated by flexural capacity, which is represented by the rupture/buckling of tensile longitudinal rebars at the bottom of the bridge columns. Biaxial force and displacement hysteresis loops showed significant stiffness and strength degradations, and the pinching effect and coupling interaction effect of both directions severely decrease the structural seismic resistance. However, the measured ductility coefficient varying from 3.5 to 5.7 and the equivalent viscous damping ratio varying from 0.19 and 0.26 can meet the requirements of the seismic design. The hollow RC rectangular bridge columns with configurations of lateral reinforcement in this study have excellent performance under bidirectional earthquake excitations, and may be considered as a substitute for current hollow RC rectangular section configurations described in the Guideline for Seismic Design of Highway Bridges （JTG/T B02-01-2008）. The length of the plastic hinge region was found to approach one sixth of the hollow RC rectangular bridge column height for all specimen columns, and it was much less than those specified in the current JTG/T. Thus, the length of the plastic hinge region is more concentrated for RC rectangular hollow bridge columns.

文摘The Norwegian Public Roads Administration(NPRA) is planning for an upgrade of the E39 highway route at the westcoast of Norway. Fixed links shall replace ferries at seven fjord crossings. Wide spans and large depths at the crossings combined with challenging subsea topography and environmental loads call for an extension of existing practice. A variety of bridge concepts are evaluated in the feasibility study. The structures will experience significant loads from deadweight, traffic and environment. Anchoring of these forces is thus one of the challenges met in the project. Large-size subsea rock anchors are considered a viable alternative. These can be used for anchoring of floating structures but also with the purpose of increasing capacity of fixed structures. This paper presents first a thorough study of factors affecting rock anchor bond capacity. Laboratory testing of rock anchors subjected to cyclic loading is thereafter presented. Finally, the paper presents a model predicting the capacity of a rock anchor segment, in terms of a ribbed bar, subjected to a cyclic load history. The research assumes a failure mode occurring in the interface between the rock anchor and the surrounding grout. The constitutive behavior of the bonding interface is investigated for anchors subjected to cyclic one-way tensile loads. The model utilizes the static bond capacity curve as a basis, defining the ultimate bond sbuand the slip s1 at τ. A limited number of input parameters are required to apply the model. The model defines the bond-slip behavior with the belonging rock anchor capacity depending on the cyclic load level(τcy/τ), the cyclic load ratio(R= τcy/τcy), and the number of load cycles(N). The constitutive model is intended to model short anchor lengths representing an incremental length of a complete rock anchor.

文摘In this article, we extend the cyclic antimonotonicity from scalar bifunctions to vector bifunctions. We find out a cyclically antimonotone vector bifunction can be regarded as a family of cyclically antimonotone scalar bifunctions. Using a pre-order principle(see Qiu, 2014), we prove a new version of Ekeland variational principle(briefly, denoted by EVP), which is quite different from the previous ones, for the objective function consists of a family of scalar functions. From the new version, we deduce several vectorial EVPs for cyclically antimonotone equilibrium problems, which extend and improve the previous results. By developing the original method proposed by Castellani and Giuli, we deduce a number of existence results(no matter scalar-valued case,or vector-valued case), when the feasible set is a sequentially compact topological space or a countably compact topological space. Finally, we propose a general coercivity condition. Combining the general coercivity condition and the obtained existence results with compactness conditions, we obtain several existence results for equilibrium problems in noncompact settings.
文摘In order to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Borago officinalis (900 mg borage oil capsules) in the treatment of patients presenting with cyclic mastalgia, 91 subjects were included in the study. Efficacy assessments were performed based on data obtained prior to the start of treatment (Pretreatment), and after each menstrual cycle (Assessment 2—following 45 days of treatment;and Assessment 3—at the end of the 90-day treatment period). Primary efficacy measures considered the results of the Mastalgia Questionnaire, including a 100 mm visual analog pain scale assessing mean, most intense mastalgia severity, and impact on work, sleep, and sexual activity. Safety and tolerability measures included any changes in vital signs and physical exam in relation to pretreatment, any changes in clinical laboratory exams in relation to pretreatment, and the occurrence of adverse events after the first dose of study medication. The VAS scores of the mean mastalgia and most severe mastalgia both showed statistically significant

文摘Background Moderate to severe breast pain has major effects on the quality of life for patients.Patent Chinese medicines are widely used in the treatment of breast pain due to their stable dosage form and good efficacy.Objective To evaluate the beneficial effects and safety of Hongjin Xiaojie Capsule(HJXJC),a Chinese patent medicine,for the treatment of cyclical breast pain.Design,setting,participants and intervention This is a multicenter,single-blind randomized controlled trial conducted in 3 medical centers in China from 2019 to 2021.Patients with moderate to severe cyclic breast pain were randomly divided into the intervention group(who took HJXJC,four capsules per dose,three times a day for 12 weeks)and the control group(waiting for the treatment)in a 1:1 ratio.Main outcome measures The primary outcome was pain duration,and the patients recorded measurements at baseline and at the end of weeks 4,8,12 and 16 on a patient log card.Results The full analysis set(FAS)population included 298 participants(intervention group,n=150;control group,n=148),while the per-protocol analysis set(PPS)included 274 participants.After 12 weeks,the duration of breast pain was significantly shorter in the intervention group(FAS:mean difference,–6.69;95%CI,–7.58 to–5.80;P<0.01,vs control.PPS:mean difference,–7.09;95%CI,–8.01 to–6.16;P<0.01,vs control).The Short-form McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ)scores were significantly lower in the intervention group(FAS:mean difference,–12.55;95%CI,–13.90 to–11.21;P<0.01,vs control.PPS:mean difference,–13.07;95%CI,–14.48 to–11.66;P<0.01,vs control).The above indicators continued to be significantly different through week 16.Moreover,in the intervention group,breast lumps shrank after 12 weeks and the size of breast lumps was statistically smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05),whereas the sizes of breast nodules and uterine fibroid showed no statistically significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).At weeks 8 and 12,the dysmenorrhea scores in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in any group.Conclusion HJXJC can significantly shorten the duration of breast pain,reduce breast pain,reduce the size of breast lumps,and relieve dysmenorrhea.However,it has no significant effect on the size of breast nodules or uterine fibroid.
