Methods: Orthopedic specialty nurses working in the operating room of Changhai Hospital from February 2023 to July 2023 were selected as research subjects and divided into two groups based on years of experience. The experimental group received training using a credit-based management model, while the control group received training using traditional lecture-based teaching methods. The training effects of both groups were compared. Results: A total of 80 orthopedic specialty nurses, with 40 in each group, were included in the study. The experimental group showed higher theoretical scores, proficiency in surgical assistance, and doctor satisfaction compared to the control group (P < 0.001), with statistically significant differences between the groups. Conclusion: The credit-based management model significantly improves the training effectiveness of orthopedic specialty nurses in hospital operating rooms and warrants clinical promotion.展开更多
