本文分析了外国语学院研究生在当前全球化背景下的就业现状与挑战,探讨了企业对于外国语学院人才的需求,并提出了相应的改进措施。外国语学院研究生在就业过程中面临着专业能力与企业需求不匹配、综合素质有待提升等问题。通过对就业现...本文分析了外国语学院研究生在当前全球化背景下的就业现状与挑战,探讨了企业对于外国语学院人才的需求,并提出了相应的改进措施。外国语学院研究生在就业过程中面临着专业能力与企业需求不匹配、综合素质有待提升等问题。通过对就业现状的分析,发现就业竞争激烈、专业能力与企业需求脱节、就业质量不高以及综合素质有待提升是当前存在的主要问题。为了提升外国语学院研究生的就业竞争力,本文提出了深化学院与企业合作、提升研究生综合素质的深化策略,包括建立产学研合作平台、开展定制化人才培养项目、加强校友网络建设、增设行业导向课程、引入企业导师制度、强化实习实训环节、推广案例教学与模拟训练以及建立多元化评价体系等措施。This paper analyzes the employment status and challenges faced by graduate students in schools of foreign languages against the backdrop of current globalization, discusses the demand for foreign language talents from enterprises, and proposes corresponding improvement measures. Graduate students in schools of foreign languages encounter issues such as a mismatch between their professional competencies and corporate demands, as well as a need to enhance their comprehensive quality during the employment process. Through analyses of the employment status, it is found that intense employment competition, a disconnect between professional competencies and corporate demands, low employment quality, and a need to improve comprehensive quality are the primary issues currently existing. In order to enhance the employment competitiveness of graduate students in schools of foreign languages, this paper proposes strategies to deepen cooperation between schools and enterprises, improve the comprehensive quality of graduate students. These strategies include establishing industry-academia-research cooperation platforms, initiating customized talent training programs, strengthening alumni network construction, adding industry-oriented courses, introducing a corporate mentor system, reinforcing internship and practical training, promoting case-based teaching and simulation training, and establishing a diversified evaluation system.展开更多
