The case studies of flood control compensation scheduling, dynamic control of operation water level, middle and small flood regulation, early refill operation are described in detail. The TGR operation in recent years has proved that the construction decision of the project is correct and the regulation operation is safety, which has significant comprehensive benefits for flood control, hydropower generation, navigation, water supply. etc. It is suggested to further optimize and verify the new TGR operation scheme for high-efficient utilization of flood water resources.展开更多
