航空发动机高压压气机叶片在辊轧成形过程中会沿着弦长方向发生回弹,直接影响叶片的成形精度进而影响其气动性能。为实现航空发动机压气机叶片无余量辊轧成形,提出并研究基于截面线回弹补偿的叶片辊轧模腔优化设计方法。分析钣金件弯曲... 航空发动机高压压气机叶片在辊轧成形过程中会沿着弦长方向发生回弹,直接影响叶片的成形精度进而影响其气动性能。为实现航空发动机压气机叶片无余量辊轧成形,提出并研究基于截面线回弹补偿的叶片辊轧模腔优化设计方法。分析钣金件弯曲变形过程并基于钣金件的几何结构和材料特性建立回弹前后中心角的变化模型。在此基础上提出叶片截面回弹补偿模型,并对辊轧叶片工艺模型截面进行回弹误差补偿。将回弹补偿后的叶片工艺模型截面线族绕轧辊轴线进行扇态分布并重构辊轧模具型腔。基于数值计算方法使用几何映射和回弹补偿设计的型腔对叶片辊轧成形过程进行模拟,并获得了相应的轧制成形叶片模型。结果表明,回弹补偿后的模具型腔能够有效提高叶片型面的成形精度,叶片成形误差缩小到原来的16.7%。本文研究内容为压气机无余量辊轧成形模具设计提供理论支撑,同时对不规则薄壁类结构塑性成形精度控制具有参考价值。 展开更多

Based on the research on the solidification of twin-roll continuous casting aluminum thin strip, the analytical model of heterogeneous nucleation, the growth kinetics of tip (KGT) and columnar dendrite transformation to equiaxed dendrite (CET) of twin-roll continuous casting aluminum thin strip solidification was established by means of the principle of metal solidification and modem computer emulational technology. Meantime, based on the cellular automaton, the emulational model of twin-roll continuous casting aluminum thin strip, solidification was established. The foundation for the emulational simulation of twin-roll casting thin strip solidification structure was laid. Scanning electron microscopy and X-ray energy dispersive spectrum analysis show that the clusters of intermetallic AlFeSi particle are distributed on or near the aluminum foil stock surfaces heterogeneously. 3D finite element modeling shows that these clusters of hard particles induce the fracture of the nano-scale lubricant oil film at first and further lead to severe deformation in the nearby aluminum foil substrate along the rolling direction. Consequently, the optical property in this region differs from that in the surroundings, resulting in surface defects. 展开更多

Critical cooling rates for producing metallic glasses were evaluated based on a calculated continuous cooling transformation(CCT)diagram.Temperature distributions of the melt in molten pool in the vertical type twin-roll casting(VTRC)process of metallic glasses were simulated,and cooling rates under different casting conditions were calculated with the simulated results.By comparing the results obtained by CCT diagrams and simulation,the possibility of producing metallic glasses by the VTRC method and influences of casting conditions on cooling rate were discussed.The results reveal that cooling rate with3or4orders of magnitude by the VTRC process can be attained in producing Mg-based metallic glasses,which is faster than the critical cooling rate calculated by the CCT diagram.One side pouring mode can improve the temperature distributions of casting pool.VTRC process has a good ability in continuous casting metallic glassy thin strips. 展开更多

Including servo valve, hydraulic cylinder, mill and sensor and ignoring nonlinear factors, the linear dynamic model of hydraulic automatic gage control(HAGC) system of a temper rolling mill was theoretically derived. The order of the model is 4/4, and can be reduced to 2/2. Based on modulating functions method, utilizing numerical integration, we constructed the equivalent identification model of HAGC, and the least square estimation algorithm was established. The input and output data were acquired on line at temper rolling mill in Shangshai Baosteel Group Corporation, and the continuous time model of HAGC system was estimated with the proposed method. At different modulating window intervals, the estimated parameters changed remarkably. When the frequency bandwidth of modulating filter matches that of estimated system, the parameters can be estimated accurately. Finally, the dynamic model of the HAGC was obtained and validated based on the spectral analysis result. 展开更多

A theoretical method for selecting strip rolling mill type that considered shape control ability was established using the figure alteration range that was worked by the alteration track of vector expressing strip's cross section (crown) to express the shape control ability of rolling mill. With the mathematical models and simulation software that were developed by the authors' own models, four types of mills were aimed, including HCM (6-high middle rolls shift type HC (high crown) -mill), HCMW (6-high middle rolls and work rolls shift type HC-mill), UCM (6-high middle rolls shift type HC-mill with middle roll bender) and UCMW (6-high middle rolls and work rolls shift type HC-mill with middle roll bender), and the shape and crown control ability of every mill type was analyzed and compared. An appropriate arrangement mode of tandem mill was brought forward. The results show that UCMW mill is a perfect choice for controlling shape and crown, and the area of control characteristics curve of UCMW (or UCM) is twice than that of HCM, but UCM mill is also a good choice for its simple frame. In other word, the shape and crown controlling ability of UCMW mill is better than that of UCM mill, but the frame of UCM mill is simpler than that of UCMW mill. As for the final type of mill, should be synthetically decided by thinking over fund and equipment technology. 展开更多

A dynamic material model of Mg-4.51Al-1.19Zn-0.5Mn-0.5Ca(AZ41,mass fraction,%)magnesium alloy was put forward.The results show that the dynamic material model can characterize the deformation behavior and microstructure evolution and describe the relations among flow stress,strain,strain rates and deformation temperatures.Statistical analysis shows the validity of the proposed model.The model predicts that lower deformation temperature and higher strain rate cause the sharp strain hardening. Meanwhile,the flow stress curve turns into a steady state at high temperature and lower strain rate.The moderate temperature of 350 ℃and strain rate of 0.01 s-1 are appropriate to this alloy. 展开更多

Aiming at accuracy control of the thermal crown of work rolls in cold rolling,new parameters such as regulation domain and control-efficiency factors were proposed and a numerical analysis model of the thermal crown of work rolls was established using finite difference method to study roll's thermal deformation.Based on simulation results,the influences of control-efficiency factors on thermal crown are presented and the thermal crown of work rolls is analyzed after taking sub-cooling of sprinkling beam into consideration.It has been found that the control-efficiency factor of any position on the roll's surface is linear function of the temperature and the control ability of water temperature is stronger than other control parameters.In addition,the verification of the model has been carried out based on the producing technology data in some factories and the numerical simulation results coincide well with the experimental data.Therefore,this work has important value for on-line control of roll's crown in cold rolling. 展开更多

Three crushing ratios of 2.25, 2.15 and 2.01, used for fuzzy physical programming, were determined. The comparison of the optimized result between the double-layer multi-roller plate crusher and a high pressure roll grinder showed that the double-layer multi-roller plate crusher had a better performance, reducing crushing force and wear. 展开更多
