In this paper,we propose an RLC equivalent circuit model theory which can accurately predict the spectral response and resonance characteristics of metamaterial absorption structures,extend its design,and characterize...In this paper,we propose an RLC equivalent circuit model theory which can accurately predict the spectral response and resonance characteristics of metamaterial absorption structures,extend its design,and characterize the parameters of the model in detail.By employing this model,we conducted computations to characterize the response wavelength and bandwidth of variously sized metamaterial absorbers.A comparative analysis with Finite Difference Time Domain(FDTD)simulations demonstrated a remarkable level of consistency in the results.The designed absorbers were fabricated using micro-nano fabrication processes,and were experimentally tested to demonstrate absorption rates exceeding 90%at a wavelength of 9.28μm.The predicted results are then compared with test results.The comparison reveals good consistency in two aspects of the resonance responses,thereby confirming the rationality and accuracy of this model.展开更多

Two AC-coupied capacitors are used to eliminate the large and random DC offsets existing in the electrode-electrolyte interface. Diode-connected nMOS transistors with a negative voltage between the gate and source are candidates for the large resistors necessary for the preamplifier. A novel analysis is given to determine the noise power spectral density. Simulation results show that the two-stage CMOS preamplifier in a closed-loop capacitive feedback configuration provides an AC in-band gain of 38.8dB,a DC gain of 0,and an input-referred noise of 277nVmax, integrated from 0. 1Hz to 1kHz. The preamplifier can eliminate the DC offset voltage and has low input-referred noise by novel circuit configuration and theoretical analysis.展开更多
An IGBT subcircuit model is proposed and optimized,which is fully SPICE compatible.Based on analytical equations describing the semiconductor device physics,the model parameters are extracted accurately from the measu...An IGBT subcircuit model is proposed and optimized,which is fully SPICE compatible.Based on analytical equations describing the semiconductor device physics,the model parameters are extracted accurately from the measured data without device destruction.The IGBT n - layer conductivity modulated resistor is effectively modeled as a voltage controlled resistor.The proposed model can be used to accurately predict the IGBT output I-V characteristics and low current gain etc.The simulation results are verified by the comparison with measurements and found to be in good agreement with them.The error in average is within 8%,which is better than the results of semi-mathematical models reported previously.展开更多

The whole aluminum electrolysis cell was treated as a resistance circuit, and the dynamic simulation of the cell equivalent circuit was modeled with Matlab/Simulink simulation software. The time-series signals of cell voltage and anode current were obtained under different bubble conditions, and analyzed by spectral and statistical analysis methods. The simulation results show that higher bubble release frequency has a significant effect on the cell voltage oscillations. When the bubble coverage of one anode block exceeds 80%, the cell voltage may exceed its normal fluctuation amplitude. The simulation also proves that the anode effect detected by computer in actual production is mainly the whole cell anode effect.展开更多
