提出了一种新型的磁集成零电压零电流软开关移相全桥DC/DC变流器。该磁集成变流器将3个电感和1个变压器集成于同一磁心中,变压器的漏感同时用做储能电感,传统全桥电路中的输出滤波电感也被移去。因此,二次侧整流管可工作于零电流模式,... 提出了一种新型的磁集成零电压零电流软开关移相全桥DC/DC变流器。该磁集成变流器将3个电感和1个变压器集成于同一磁心中,变压器的漏感同时用做储能电感,传统全桥电路中的输出滤波电感也被移去。因此,二次侧整流管可工作于零电流模式,整流管上的电压尖刺也可被输出电压箝位。另外,变压器中的励磁电流作为电流源为一次侧开关管的寄生电容充放电,因此一次侧开关管在全负载范围内均可实现零电压开通。与分立元件方案相比,该磁集成方案具有元件少、体积小、成本低和磁损小的优点。制作了300 W、350~400 V输入、12 V输出的样机,验证了理论分析的正确性。 展开更多

在有铁心永磁直线电机(permanent magnet linear machines,PMLM)初级匝间短路故障分析中,对初级短路环电流的分析十分重要。该文提出采用磁动势–气隙磁导模型与电枢绕组故障等效模型结合的解析方法,计算任意初级位置发生的匝间短路故... 在有铁心永磁直线电机(permanent magnet linear machines,PMLM)初级匝间短路故障分析中,对初级短路环电流的分析十分重要。该文提出采用磁动势–气隙磁导模型与电枢绕组故障等效模型结合的解析方法,计算任意初级位置发生的匝间短路故障短路环电流。首先根据永磁、电枢磁动势与开槽情况下的气隙磁导函数分别计算通过短路环的永磁、电枢磁链,然后通过矢量合成法得到短路环中的实际磁链以及瞬时短路电流。基于有限元方法证明解析法的正确性并探究不同短路故障匝数、不同短路故障位置对电机性能如短路环电流、相电流、推力的影响。最后制造一台样机验证有限元分析、解析法计算结果的正确性。 展开更多

We study the Drude weight D and optical conductivity of the two-dimensional (2D) Hubbard model at half filling with staggered magnetic flux (SMF). When SMF being introduced, the hopping integrals are modulated by the magnetic flux. The optical sum rule, which is related to the mean kinetic energy of band electrons, is evaluated for this 2D Hubbard Hamiltonian. Our present result gives the dependence of the kinetic energy, D and the optical conductivity on SMF and U. At half filling D vanishes exponentially with system size. We also find in the frequency dependence of the optical conductivity, there is δ-function peak at ω ≈ 2|m|U and the incoherent excitations begin to present themselves extended to a higher energy region. 展开更多

A new electromagnetic suspension model using a combination of high temperature superconductors (HTS) and copper conductors is proposed in this paper. A feasibility study showed that the magnets of our model can generate the 250 kg vertical suspension force. Three dimensional FEM and Design Sensitivity Analysis using the levitation gap length and cross sectional dimensions of the HTS magnets as design parameters were conducted to obtain the optimal shape of the cross section and the configuration of the HTS magnet. It was found that the gap length when optimized HTS magnet was used was much larger than that when copper conductor magnet was used, while the HTS coil volume was minimum, and the perpendicular field along the outer surface of the HTS coil was less than 0.12 T. 展开更多

Pinning Characteristics in a Single Crystal Nd-123 Superconductors at Low, Intermediate and High Temperatures Using Flux Creep-Flow Model

The pinning characteristics of a single crystal NdBaaCu3Oy superconductor at low (40 K), intermediate (77.3 K) and high (88 K) temperatures were investigated. The experimental results of the critical current density dc and the apparent pinning potential u o which estimated from magnetic relaxation measurements are compared with the theoretical analysis based on the flux creep-flow model, taking the distribution of the flux pinning strength into account. The number of flux lines in the flux bundle (g2), the most probable value of pinning strength (Am), distribution width of pinning strength (σ-2) and other pinning parameters such as m, γ,δ are determined so that a good fit is obtained between the experimental and theoretical results. The behavior of these parameters is discussed in correspondence to the pinning characteristics of low, intermediate and high temperatures. The observed results are approximately consistent with the theoretical predictions of Brandt et al. model of the order-disorder transition. 展开更多
