The first part presents processes and models of strategic management and introduces a new and unified model of strategic management. It is noteworthy that the film/film industry value chain helps to understand the notion that the links between separate stages have an impact on the company's competitive advantage and reveal how the main product in the film industry, the feature film, is developed. Therefore, the following part analyses models and composition of film industry value models. The final part of this article analyses the main features of a film production company and the sources of funding thereof. The competition among incumbent radio stations becomes challenging due to the market ...Even though radio broadcasting is one of the most widespread electronic mass media, its management for survival is getting drastic. The competition among incumbent radio stations becomes challenging due to the market change and environmental evolution. Managing program quality is a critical issue to a radio station to sharpen its competitive advantages. Quality management of radio programs is intertwined with complicated factors. In order to identify the primary factors affecting radio program quality as well as explore the impact level these factors bring, this study adopts modified Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to explore the issues. According to the outcomes modified Delphi method, the factors were categorized into four dimensions: operation, coordination, structure, and improvement. Ten sub-dimensions were followed. Each sub-dimension includes six to nineteen indicators for measuring radio program quality. In total, 72 indicators were identified. The AHP result revealed that the most important weight was given to the operation dimension. On the contrary, the least important weight was placed on the improvement dimension. Among the sub-dimensions, the standard procedure and organizational design were rated more important than the rest. The results could provide some facts to radio managers for future management.展开更多
E-commerce is the motive to push on the human society progress and economic development in the 21st century, and also the inexorable choices for traditional enterprises to gain competitive advantage facing new economy...E-commerce is the motive to push on the human society progress and economic development in the 21st century, and also the inexorable choices for traditional enterprises to gain competitive advantage facing new economy. Developing E-commerce may reduce trading cost, enhance trading efficiency, allocate social resources and push forward reform and innovation in the management of traditional enterprises. E-commerce facing entry into WTO of China, business administration and computer applications has fallen behind, E-commerce infrastructure has not been built well, and network society has not formed a definite scale. On the basis of analysis on the environment of the development of E-commerce, this paper puts forward some appropriate countermeasures. They are to lay down China E-commerce strategy, carry out knowledge management, establish E-commerce strategy alliance, reconstruct digital core products, reorganize enterprise resources, practice administration technology such as SCM, CRM and ERP, and strengthen E-commerce infrastructure for a better environment of E-commerce development.展开更多
