随着我国智能化煤矿建设工作的快速推进,开发煤炭安全智能开采地质保障系统软件已成为当前的急需任务。以陕煤集团各煤矿地质条件为背景,采用MySQL8.0、VS2019、OpenGL等开发工具,开发了煤炭安全智能开采地质保障系统软件。该系统由地... 随着我国智能化煤矿建设工作的快速推进,开发煤炭安全智能开采地质保障系统软件已成为当前的急需任务。以陕煤集团各煤矿地质条件为背景,采用MySQL8.0、VS2019、OpenGL等开发工具,开发了煤炭安全智能开采地质保障系统软件。该系统由地质信息管理、二/三维一体化建模、开采地质条件评价预测、工作面精细地质建模、地质灾害预警、地质大数据分析和导航7个子系统组成。地质信息管理子系统主要存储和管理地质、测量、物探等信息,为三维地质建模、开采地质条件评价预测、地质灾害预警、工作面精细地质建模和大数据分析提供基础数据;二/三维一体化建模子系统可绘制各种二维图件、构建三维地质模型,为煤矿地质工作者提供必需的图件和可视化三维模型;开采地质条件评价预测子系统能进行地质构造复杂程度评价、顶板涌(突)水危险性评价预测、底板涌(突)水危险性评价预测、瓦斯灾害危险性评价预测、冲击地压危险性评价预测、开采地质条件综合评价和矿井地质类型划分,为工作面布置、地质灾害预警提供二维图件和三维模型;工作面精细地质建模子系统能融合工作面巷道写实、钻探、物探等各种地质信息,构建工作面高精度三维地质模型并进行动态更新,为工作面智能回采提供规划截割数据;地质灾害预警子系统可依据开采地质条件评价预测结果、隐蔽致灾因素普查结果和水文、瓦斯、冲击地压实时监测数据,进行水害、瓦斯灾害和冲击地压灾害的距离预警和实时预警,为工作面安全开采提供灾害预警保障;大数据分析子系统可进行多源数据统计分析、机器学习和深度学习,为煤矿地质大数据利用提供分析方法;导航子系统可用于查询地质保障系统建设成果。该软件系统已在红柳林煤矿得到应用,基本满足了智能化矿井建设对地质保障软件系统要求,支撑了煤炭安全智能高效开采。 展开更多

To achieve safe and highly efficient mining in the gassy, deep mines of the Huainan collieries simultaneous coal and gas extraction, and the corresponding ventilation methods were developed. This includes a set of mining procedures and principles which help insure safe and efficient production. Furthermore, green mining, meaning the comprehensive use of emitted gas, proper treatment of the environment and appropriate mine temperature control, is now standard. The concepts of modem mining and the principles of pressure relief are described. Coal-gas simultaneous ex- traction and multi-pressure relief techniques were developed which require a combination of surface and underground gas extraction. The application of Y-ventilation systems, of roadways retained along goafs, of stress control techniques for highly fragile mine roofs and of powerful, automatic and reliable mining equipment contributes to safe operation of modem deep mines. Operating parameters for these techniques are described and the results of their use discussed. 展开更多

In this paper, two parts were researched to optimize the coal mining. In order to optimize the mining order of different mining areas, the fuzzy logic evaluation was used to build the evaluation system. Visible light induced titanium dioxide (TiO2) pillared montmorillonite clay (MMT) photocatalyst coupling-doped with S and N elements was prepared by the two-step ad- sorption method.The photocatalyst was characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectros- copy (XPS) and ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) absorption spectroscopy.The photocatalysic ef- ficacy of the prepared photocatalyst for degrading gaseous formaldehyde was evaluated under visible light irradiation.The degrading rate of gaseous formaldehyde is nearly 85% in 300 min visible light irradiation.The results demonstrate that the much higher visible light photocatalytic activity of the photocatalyst is due to the synergistic effects of coupling- doping of S and N elements to TiO2,extensive specific surface area of MMT and quantum sized efficacy between layers of MMT. 展开更多

A creep experiment of preformed molding coal under different confining pressures were carried out using self-developed 3-triaxial creep loading device for gas-containing coal, which loaded by Shimadzu AGI-250 kN electrical servo-controlled stiffness testing machine. Based on the experimental results, the variation trend of axial deformation under different stress states was studied, and creep failure characteristics of gas-containing coal under different confining pressures were analyzed. The experimental results were identified with seven-component nonlinear viscoelasto-plastic creep model (Hohai model), and the creep material parameters were obtained. The experimental result complies well with the theoretical value of this model. It indicates that creep constitutive relation of gas-containing coal can be expressed by nonlinear viscoelasto-plastic creep model correctly. 展开更多

Displacement function of AE wave indicates that displacement field can be divided into two parts. Firstly, displacement of particle is approaching to the source intensity function in zone near the AE source. Secondly, in zone far away from the AE source, displacement of particle is approaching to the derivative of source intensity function. AE wave changes gradually in the spreading process, and notable change of the wave form happens when wave propagates far away from the AE source. 展开更多
