复杂性社会中的模糊发展及内在逻辑——基于复杂性理论视角下中国社会的当代发展

复杂性、非线性是当代人类社会发展的现实,中国作为“后发”的现代化国家,在其发展过程中尤其会遇到此类问题。从现实来看,随着经济全球化的深入、网络技术的发展,乃至大数据与虚拟化对现实生活的介入,使得国家、区域的边界,社会各个领... 复杂性、非线性是当代人类社会发展的现实,中国作为“后发”的现代化国家,在其发展过程中尤其会遇到此类问题。从现实来看,随着经济全球化的深入、网络技术的发展,乃至大数据与虚拟化对现实生活的介入,使得国家、区域的边界,社会各个领域之间的边界,乃至虚拟与现实的边界等等,变得越来越模糊。这三种典型的模糊状态使得当代人类社会在利益博弈、价值评判、发展模式乃至阶层划分与交往方式等方面有了很多质的发展,而且其中蕴含了巨大的不确定性。对于中国社会而言,在其进入改革“深水区”之后,很多尚待解决的社会问题无可避免与这些模糊发展的状态产生了碰撞。这也要求中国必须从自身的特点和基础出发,探寻一条真正具有中国特色的发展道路,梳理出在这种不确定性中的相对稳定的内在逻辑。 展开更多

Ecological security is a vital problem that people all over the world today have to face and solve, and the situation of ecological security is getting more and more severe and has begun to impede heavily the sustainable development of social economy. Ecological environment pre-warning has become a hotspot for the modern environment science. This paper introduces the theories of ecological security pre-warning and tries to constitute a pre-warning model of ecological security. In terms of pressure-state-response model, the pre-warning guide line of ecological security is constructed while the pre-warning degree judging model of ecological security is established based on fuzzy optimization. As a case, the model is used to assess the present condition pre-warning of the ecological security of Anhui Province. The result is in correspondence with the real condition: the ecological security situations of 8 cities are dangerous and 9 cities are secure. The result shows that this model is scientific and effective for regional ecological security pre-warning. 展开更多

The generation of wind power as renewable energy has been rapidly growing around the world. Undoubtedly, wind energy is unlimited in potential. However due to its own intermittency and volatility, there are difficulties in the effective harvesting of wind energy and the integration of wind power into the current electric power grid. To cope with this, many works have been done for wind speed and power forecasting. In this paper, an SVR (support vector regression) using FCM (Fuzzy C-Means) is proposed for wind speed forecasting. This paper describes the design of an FCM based SVR to increase the prediction accuracy. Proposed model was compared with ordinary SVR model using balanced and unbalanced test data. Also, multi-step ahead forecasting result was compared. Kernel parameters in SVR are adaptively determined in order to improve forecasting accuracy. An illustrative example is given by using real-world wind farm dataset. According to the experimental results, it is shown that the proposed method provides better forecasts of wind power. 展开更多

Identification of Sustainability Indicators and Evaluation of Transportation Corridors during Construction Using Fuzzy VIKOR Method

Sustainability is popularly defined as meeting the needs of the present generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Social, economic and environmental parameters are most commonly accepted as the three pillars of sustainability. In this paper, various sustainability indicators have been identified during the construction stage for elevated transportation corridors and thereafter classified under various categories. Using fuzzy VIKOR technique, sustainability evaluation of transportation corridors is made on two selected project sites of two different government organizations using various identified sustainability indicators, i.e., a 3.2-km long elevated road project under construction from Vikaspuri to Meerabagh in West Delhi by PWD (Public Works Department) and the metro rail elevated corridor (part) from Punjabi Bagh to Mayapuri as a part of Phase 3, Line 7 by DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation). The study is made at both sites in the midst of the construction period and it is identified that during the construction stage, the sustainability of these transportation corridors is just not limited to three pillars, but in actuality, it is much beyond that. From the study, it is inferred that the metro rail elevated corridor is a more sustainable corridor, in the context of the identified sustainability indicators. 展开更多

Due to the economic and technologic limitations not all waste can be easily turn to other sort of materials or energy. As a result so, we still have to rely on the common solution to bury as to excrete urban wastes. Selection of an appropriate site for this process in a big city like Mashad in Iran is an important task which needs a cautious, strategic planning and investigations at various levels. With regards to this issue it is necessary to have a comprehensive volume of spatial information of the surrounding area and a proper analysis and spatial exploration need to be done. The methodology being implemented utilized geospatial technology for the management and visualization of spatial data while fuzzy logic is used in searching the best location for site selection. In this paper the basic elements of the fuzzy logic methodology as well as its potential in the specific problem are described. A case study for Mashad city is elaborated. The results drawn up by fuzzy logic are compared with that of the traditional Boolean approach in the decision making process. 展开更多

Trends in modern industry show a tendency towards demassovization of production as a response to the customers' specific needs for unique and personalized products. This provokes significant changes in the processes of manufacturing, assembly, and testing The cost of such a type of production can be reduced by employing highly productive reconfigurable equipment with proper software to enable optimization. This paper presents a decision support extension for directing of hydraulic cylinders to assembly-testing lines using fuzzy logic in the Enterprise Resource Planning system of a small size production in a factory in Bulgaria. Different assembly-testing lines are flexibly assigned to the specific cylinder's parameters by the developed fuzzy system on the basis of the overlapping of parameters in the hydraulic cylinders classification. The final decision on the line assigned in case of alternatives is made through accounting for the minimal cylinder delay time. The effectiveness of the approach is assessed by simulation. It leads to an increase of the efficiency of the assembly-testing flow lines, a reduction of the time needed for hydraulic cylinders assembling and testing and balanced loading of the modules. 展开更多
