3-RPS并联机床的标定建模及振动分析

并联机床在标定时所建立的位置参考系与运动参考系不一致产生系统误差,从而影响机床的结构性能。通过改进标定建模方式,将两个参考系统一,并用数值模拟该并联机床的标定过程,对比结果发现,改进后的模型可以完全消除测量时的系统误差对... 并联机床在标定时所建立的位置参考系与运动参考系不一致产生系统误差,从而影响机床的结构性能。通过改进标定建模方式,将两个参考系统一,并用数值模拟该并联机床的标定过程,对比结果发现,改进后的模型可以完全消除测量时的系统误差对并联机床标定精度的影响。把标定过的模型导入ADAMS进行振动仿真分析,通过对比可以发现标定过模型的各项振动指标明显优于未标定的模型,从而进一步提高并联机床的结构性能。直接提高机械加工精度及安装精度能够提高并联机床的结构参数的精度,但其代价将是极大地增加加工成本,采用运动学标定并联机床的运动学建模的方法则只需要按普通精度要求进行机械加工,这种标定建模方式具有很高的实用价值。 展开更多

为真实反映大豆脱粒装置工作过程中的物料运动,选取南夏豆25为研究对象,建立一种可破碎大豆植株离散元柔性模型,并对黏结参数进行标定。以茎秆破坏载荷(98.994 N)及位移(3.559 mm)为依据,通过Placket burman、最陡爬坡和Box-Behnken试验... 为真实反映大豆脱粒装置工作过程中的物料运动,选取南夏豆25为研究对象,建立一种可破碎大豆植株离散元柔性模型,并对黏结参数进行标定。以茎秆破坏载荷(98.994 N)及位移(3.559 mm)为依据,通过Placket burman、最陡爬坡和Box-Behnken试验,对茎秆Bonding模型参数进行显著性筛选和寻优。结果表明,最优参数组合单位面积法向刚度、切向刚度、临界法向应力、临界切向应力和黏结半径比例分别为3.1277878×10^(9) N·m^(-3)、1.44e×10^(9) N·m^(-3)、2.657545×10^(6) Pa、1.26×10^(6) Pa、2.1。最后以籽粒损失率为指标,进行仿真与物理对比试验,验证模型准确性。建立大豆植株模型可为大豆脱粒机械研究提供参考。 展开更多

整辊式板形仪是冷轧带钢生产的高端仪器装备,在板形检测过程中存在通道耦合问题,准确确定影响系数是进行信号解耦的关键。根据整辊式板形仪的结构变形特点,采用弹性力学叠加原理和影响系数方法,提出通道耦合与信号解耦的机理模型。根据... 整辊式板形仪是冷轧带钢生产的高端仪器装备,在板形检测过程中存在通道耦合问题,准确确定影响系数是进行信号解耦的关键。根据整辊式板形仪的结构变形特点,采用弹性力学叠加原理和影响系数方法,提出通道耦合与信号解耦的机理模型。根据标定原理和方法,通过严谨的数学力学解析,提出影响系数的标定计算模型,将标定输出的电信号数字量转换为力学意义上的影响系数。标定实验证明,加载通道仅对左边两个通道和右边两个通道有明显影响,对其他通道的影响可以忽略不计。一般地,加载通道对左一、右一通道的影响系数约为0.15,对左二、右二通道的影响系数约为0.008,对其他通道的影响系数几乎为零。采用本方法确定的影响系数进行解耦,可以精确消除通道耦合的影响。对某1450 mm冷轧带钢轧机的工业应用证明,解耦的效果在带钢边部更为显著,使边部板形由松边变为紧边或紧边更紧。一般地,解耦可使边部板形纠正2.0~2.5 I的测控偏差。通过解耦,可以明显提高板形检测和控制的精度,获得良好的实物板形。 展开更多

针对当前使用的加速度计标定方法复杂、转台设备使用成本高、应用效果不佳等问题,设计了一种简捷快速标定测试及提高惯性测量单元精度的改进型自适应遗传算法的新型标定方法。在传统遗传算法的基础上提出了全自适应遗传算法,通过对多个... 针对当前使用的加速度计标定方法复杂、转台设备使用成本高、应用效果不佳等问题,设计了一种简捷快速标定测试及提高惯性测量单元精度的改进型自适应遗传算法的新型标定方法。在传统遗传算法的基础上提出了全自适应遗传算法,通过对多个算子的迭代收敛确定全自适应遗传算法(TAGA)的最优。同时,针对算法的标定效果进行了实验验证,并与经典牛顿法进行了对比。实验结果表明相对于经典牛顿法,该设计算法的模值标准差减小了27.9%,模值误差波动范围0.41 mg,TAGA算法的标定效果优于经典牛顿法,从而验证了该方法的有效性,能适用于实际的导航中。 展开更多

The Wilson coefficients of the standard model effective field theory are subject to a series of positivity bounds.It has been shown that while the positivity part of the ultraviolet(UV)partial wave unitarity leads to the Wilson coefficients living in a convex cone,further including the nonpositivity part caps the cone from above.For Higgs scattering,a capped positivity cone was obtained using a simplified,linear unitarity condition without utilizing the full internal symmetries of Higgs scattering.Here,we further implement stronger nonlinear unitarity conditions from the UV,which generically gives rise to better bounds.We show that,for the Higgs case in particular,while the nonlinear unitarity conditions per se do not enhance the bounds,the fuller use of the internal symmetries do shrink the capped positivity cone significantly. 展开更多

[Objective] To explore a method for the rapid determination of protein con- tent in grains of Panicum miliaceum L. [Method] The near infrared transmittance spec- troscopy (NITS) was used to build the mathematical models for the quantitative analy- sis of protein content in the grains. Four combinations of treatment that first derivative and second derivative were respectively combined with partial least squares (PLS) and modified partial least squares (MPLS) were set to compare their effects on the original transmission spectrum. [Result] The predicting effects of the 4 combinations were similar. The optimal combination was first derivative with MPLS, in which the average determination coefficient of validation (RSQ) was 0.880 6, correlation coeffi- cient of cross validation (1-VR) was 0.857 0, standard error of calibration (SEC) was 0.342 4, standard error of cross validation (SECV) was 0.375 1, and the standard er- ror of prediction (SEP) was 0.454. [Conclusion] The constructed NITS model is a rapid way for the determination of protein content in grains of P. miliaceum. 展开更多

Congestion pricing is an important component of urban intelligent transport system.The efficiency,equity and the environmental impacts associated with road pricing schemes are key issues that should be considered before such schemes are implemented.This paper focuses on the cordon-based pricing with distance tolls,where the tolls are determined by a nonlinear function of a vehicles' travel distance within a cordon,termed as toll charge function.The optimal tolls can give rise to:1) higher total social benefits,2) better levels of equity,and 3) reduced environmental impacts(e.g.,less emission).Firstly,a deterministic equilibrium(DUE) model with elastic demand is presented to evaluate any given toll charge function.The distance tolls are non-additive,thus a modified path-based gradient projection algorithm is developed to solve the DUE model.Then,to quantitatively measure the equity level of each toll charge function,the Gini coefficient is adopted to measure the equity level of the flows in the entire transport network based on equilibrium flows.The total emission level is used to reflect the impacts of distance tolls on the environment.With these two indexes/measurements for the efficiency,equity and environmental issues as well as the DUE model,a multi-objective bi-level programming model is then developed to determine optimal distance tolls.The multi-objective model is converted to a single level model using the goal programming.A genetic algorithm(GA) is adopted to determine solutions.Finally,a numerical example is presented to verify the methodology. 展开更多

The ability to build an imaging process is crucial to vision measurement.The non-parametric imaging model describes an imaging process as a pixel cluster,in which each pixel is related to a spatial ray originated from an object point.However,a non-parametric model requires a sophisticated calculation process or high-cost devices to obtain a massive quantity of parameters.These disadvantages limit the application of camera models.Therefore,we propose a novel camera model calibration method based on a single-axis rotational target.The rotational vision target offers 3D control points with no need for detailed information of poses of the rotational target.Radial basis function(RBF)network is introduced to map 3D coordinates to 2D image coordinates.We subsequently derive the optimization formulization of imaging model parameters and compute the parameter from the given control points.The model is extended to adapt the stereo camera that is widely used in vision measurement.Experiments have been done to evaluate the performance of the proposed camera calibration method.The results show that the proposed method has superiority in accuracy and effectiveness in comparison with the traditional methods. 展开更多

[Objective] The paper analyzed production adaptability and stability of 4 hybrids of castor,so as to explore the application method of AMMI model in variety evaluation.[Method] AMMI model and biplot were used to carry out stability analysis on 4 castor combinations in multi-point test during 2008 and 2009,and further evaluate the stability and adaptability of various tested combinations.[Result] AMMI model analysis showed that the singular values IPCA1 and IPCA2 in principal component axis of interaction totally explained 92.24% of the interaction variance.AMMI model not only maximizes the reflection on variation of interaction,but also can accurately analyze the adaptability and yield stability of varieties.[Conclusion] AMMI model integrates variance analysis and principal component analysis together,which improves accuracy compared with the traditional method.Even the adaptability of female line without fertility could be indirectly evaluated through the identification on the genotype and environment interaction effects in F1 generation. 展开更多

There were many contradictory evaluation criteria to select next-hop in the delay-disruption tolerance networks(DTN).To solve this problem,an attribute hierarchical model was proposed,in which the predefined criteria were summarized as static identity attributes,forwarding desire attributes and delivery capability attributes(IDC).Based on this model,a novel multi-attributes congestion aware routing(MACAR) scheme with uncertain information for next-hop selection was presented,by adopting an decision theory to aggregate attributes with belief structure and computing partial ordering relations.The simulation results show that MACAR presents higher successful delivery rate,lower average delay and effectively alleviate congestion. 展开更多

A multi-objective intelligent coordinating optimization strategy based on qualitative and quantitative synthetic model for Pb-Zn sintering blending process was proposed to obtain optimal mixture ratio. The mechanism and neural network quantitative models for predicting compositions and rule models for expert reasoning were constructed based on statistical data and empirical knowledge. An expert reasoning method based on these models were proposed to solve blending optimization problem, including multi-objective optimization for the first blending process and area optimization for the second blending process, and to determine optimal mixture ratio which will meet the requirement of intelligent coordination. The results show that the qualified rates of agglomerate Pb, Zn and S compositions are increased by 7.1%, 6.5% and 6.9%, respectively, and the fluctuation of sintering permeability is reduced by 7.0%, which effectively stabilizes the agglomerate compositions and the permeability. 展开更多

Due to the complex features of rock mass blastability assessment systems, an evaluation model of rock mass blastability was established on the basis of the unascertained measurement (UM) theory and the actual characteristics of the project. Considering a comprehensive range of intact rock properties and discontinuous structures of rock mass, twelve main factors influencing the evaluation blastability of rock mass were taken into account in the UM model, and the blastability evaluation index system of rock mass was constructed. The unascertained evaluation indices corresponding to the selected factors for the actual situation were solved both qualitatively and quantitatively. Then, the UM function of each evaluation index was obtained based on the initial data for the analysis of the blastability of six rock mass at a highway improvement cutting site in North Wales. The index weights of the factors were calculated by entropy theory, and credible degree identification (CDI) criteria were established according to the UM theory. The results of rock mass blastability evaluation were obtained by the CDI criteria. The results show that the UM model assessment results agree well with the actual records, and are consistent with those of the fuzzy sets evaluation method. Meanwhile, the unascertained superiority degree of rock mass blastability of samples S1-$6 which can be calculated by scoring criteria are 3.428 5, 3.453 3, 4.058 7, 3.675 9, 3.516 7 and 3.289 7, respectively. Furthermore, the proposed method can take into account large amount of uncertain information in blastability evaluation, which can provide an effective, credible and feasible way for estimating the blastability of rock mass. Engineering practices show that it can complete the blastability assessment systematically and scientifically without any assumption by the proposed model, which can be applied to practical engineering. 展开更多
