基于振源控制的上盖开发车辆段轨道无缝化关键技术研究

针对目前车辆段上盖开发中减振降噪的迫切需求,归纳车辆段轨道振动噪声的既有控制措施,提出车辆段车场线钢轨无缝化的必要性,研究无缝化对于轨枕的需求。经检算,车辆段在采用臂展式阻力枕并配合其余加强措施的情况下,能够满足无缝线路... 针对目前车辆段上盖开发中减振降噪的迫切需求,归纳车辆段轨道振动噪声的既有控制措施,提出车辆段车场线钢轨无缝化的必要性,研究无缝化对于轨枕的需求。经检算,车辆段在采用臂展式阻力枕并配合其余加强措施的情况下,能够满足无缝线路的强度和稳定性要求。进一步地,提出7号可动心轨辙叉无缝道岔技术,并结合北京地区实际使用条件进行道岔无缝化检算,得出该道岔及道岔群具备无缝化的条件。在车速为15 km/h的条件下,进行对比测试,发现可动心轨辙叉道岔相比于固定型辙叉道岔具有3~5 dB的减振降噪效果。 展开更多

面向振源控制的车辆段轨道减振降噪关键技术

在车辆段用地范围内进行TOD开发,实现城市轨道交通与商业、住宅等各类物业的有机融合,需要采取有效的减振降噪措施。目前,降噪措施仍以控制传播途径和控制受振体为主,而车辆段内钢轨接头多,道岔多,小曲线半径多,振动噪声问题还比较突出... 在车辆段用地范围内进行TOD开发,实现城市轨道交通与商业、住宅等各类物业的有机融合,需要采取有效的减振降噪措施。目前,降噪措施仍以控制传播途径和控制受振体为主,而车辆段内钢轨接头多,道岔多,小曲线半径多,振动噪声问题还比较突出。基于振源控制的轨道减振降噪设计理念,优化轨道减振扣件刚度和轮轨间表面粗糙度,并将轨道不平顺质量指数TQI值控制在6~7,可有效改善轮轨间关系;研发了50 kg/m钢轨冻结接头、臂展式阻力枕、轨温检测等轨道无缝化关键技术,实测道床等效横向阻力达14 kN/m;建立了车辆段咽喉区道岔群无缝线路计算模型,提出了咽喉区道岔群强度和稳定性计算方法,完善了无缝线路设计理论体系。研究结果表明,采用减振降噪技术消除了道岔有害空间,优化轮轨关系,降低轮轨冲击振动,从振动源头降低振动噪声,钢轨垂向振动噪声降低约13 dB,传递至隧道壁可降低约4 dB。 展开更多

In order to evaluate the effects of structural control and energy transition for the base-isolation with energy transducer (BIET), shaking table tests on a steel frame model (BIET system) with scale of 1:4 were conducted and the results were compared with the lead rubber beating (LRB) isolation system for the same model. Then numerical analysis of the system was carried out, in which the improved Wen analytic model was used to simulate the hysteretic law of transducers. The results show that the structural system can transform the partial earthquake energy to hydraulic energy ; furthermore, the effect of structural control can reach or be close to that of the LRB isolation system. The agreements between numerical analysis results and those of shaking table tests demonstrate the accuracy of the numerical model. 展开更多

According to the analysis of constrained viscoelastic damping, the strategies of PVC have been worked out, and the correlation between modal calculations and modal experiments of the supporter has also been computed, and then, an experiment has been designed based on the calculation results. The grid-connected inverter with LCL filter has the ability of easily attenuating high-frequency current harmonics. However, its suppression effect on the background harmonics in grid voltage is limited. A control strategy is presented, which is composed of an inner loop of capacitor current feedforward, an outer loop of grid-current feedforward and feedforward of grid voltage. The limitations and steps of parameters design for LCL filter are analyzed. Meanwhile, the capacitor current loop is employed to damp the resonant peak caused by the LCL filter and enhance the stability. The properties of different controllers are analyzed and compared, thereinto quasi-proportional-rasonant (PR) controller realizes the control with zero steady-state error of AC variables in static coordinates. In order to suppress the current distortion effected by the background harmonics in grid voltage, the feed-forward function is calculated for the grid-connected inverter with an LCL filter. After simplifying the block diagram, a full-feedforward control strategy for grid voltage is proposed. Theoretical analysis and Matlab/Simulink simulation results show that the proposed method has the advantages of high steady accuracy, fast dynamic response and strong robustness. 展开更多

The contribution of this paper is the development of a digital control-based switching power supply. In the developed system, the generation method of the optimal voltage reference to eliminate the limit cycle oscillation of output voltage due to the AD/DA resolution is proposed.
