为深入研究水轮发电机组参数异变对冲击式水电站系统轴系振动摆度影响,在引入分数阶阻尼力基础上,建立包含压力引水管道、调速器和水轮发电机组等多子系统耦合的冲击式水电站系统分数阶模型。研究不同分数阶阶次下励磁电流、上导轴承刚... 为深入研究水轮发电机组参数异变对冲击式水电站系统轴系振动摆度影响,在引入分数阶阻尼力基础上,建立包含压力引水管道、调速器和水轮发电机组等多子系统耦合的冲击式水电站系统分数阶模型。研究不同分数阶阶次下励磁电流、上导轴承刚度、下导轴承刚度、水导轴承刚度和转速值异变对水电站服役性能参数转子轴心偏移的影响。分析结果表明:服役性能参数在励磁电流影响下所呈现非线性动力演化过程具有统一性;在轴承刚度参数影响下所呈现动力失稳方式不同。通过对系统失速振动幅度分析,发现振动幅值在转速上升过程出现跳跃现象。上述研究结果为后续揭示冲击式水电站系统故障诊断机理提供理论依据。 展开更多

目的:探索异嗜性和多变性逆转录病毒受体1(XPR1)基因在乳头状甲状腺癌(PTC)患者中表达的价值及其参与PTC发生发展的潜在通路。方法:通过HPA数据库和UALCAN数据库探索XPR1在PTC组织及正常组织中的表达水平;通过cBioPortal数据库获取PTC... 目的:探索异嗜性和多变性逆转录病毒受体1(XPR1)基因在乳头状甲状腺癌(PTC)患者中表达的价值及其参与PTC发生发展的潜在通路。方法:通过HPA数据库和UALCAN数据库探索XPR1在PTC组织及正常组织中的表达水平;通过cBioPortal数据库获取PTC患者临床资料及XPR1基因表达值,探索XPR1表达水平与患者性别、年龄、PTC分型、T分期、N分期、M分期和疾病分期的相关性;Cox回归分析探索PTC患者预后的影响因素;利用cBioPortal数据库探索XPR1基因组学改变;基因本体(GO)和京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)分析探索XPR1参与PTC的生物学途径。结果:HPA数据库分析发现,与正常组织相比,XPR1在PTC组织中表达增加;UALCAN数据库分析发现,XPR1基因表达量在PTC组织中较正常组织明显增多(P<0.01),其中高柱亚型表达量最高,滤泡亚型表达量最低。PTC患者的XPR1基因表达水平与患者年龄、PTC分型、T分期、N分期和疾病分期相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),而与性别和M分期不相关(均P>0.05)。回归分析结果显示,XPR1表达水平可作为PTC患者预后的独立影响因子(HR=2.894,P<0.05)。cBioPortal数据库显示,6%的PTC患者出现XPR1基因突变,主要表现为错义突变,突变位点为蛋白结构域E615K。富集分析结果显示,XPR1可能通过参与调节代谢通路影响PTC发生发展。结论:XPR1在PTC组织中表达增加,且影响患者预后,可能通过参与代谢通路影响PTC的发生发展,可作为PTC诊断和治疗的潜在靶点。 展开更多

目的 探讨幕上异位间变性室管膜瘤(SEAE)的临床特点及治疗现状。方法 回顾性分析1例SEAE患者的临床资料,并复习相关文献。结果 62岁男性患者,因“前列腺增生症”入院,前列腺电切术后第1天出现嗜睡、应答迟钝。磁共振成像平扫及强化(MRI... 目的 探讨幕上异位间变性室管膜瘤(SEAE)的临床特点及治疗现状。方法 回顾性分析1例SEAE患者的临床资料,并复习相关文献。结果 62岁男性患者,因“前列腺增生症”入院,前列腺电切术后第1天出现嗜睡、应答迟钝。磁共振成像平扫及强化(MRI)示左侧颞叶不规则花环状异常强化影,左侧侧脑室明显受压变形并移位,病灶外周见片状低信号水肿影,大小4.3 cm×6.3 cm×5.4 cm,中线结构右移,考虑胶质母细胞瘤。患者于全麻下行左侧颞叶占位性病变切除术,术中见左颞叶有一约5 cm×4 cm×6 cm大小的囊实性肿瘤,囊液呈淡黄色;实性部分质软,血供丰富,呈浸润性生长;术中予以吸除囊液,分块切除实质肿瘤及部分水肿脑组织。病理检查示左侧颞叶间变性室管膜瘤(WHOⅢ级);免疫组化示EMA、GFAP阳性,Ki-67阳性率约为30%。患者出院后接受局部放疗及化疗治疗。术后12个月复查MRI示左侧颞叶间变性室管膜瘤术后不规则长T1、长T2信号残腔影,周围颞叶肿胀,T2 FLAIR呈高信号,有可疑复发迹象。术后13个月入院并复查MRI示左侧颞叶间变性室管膜瘤术后病灶范围增大,左侧大脑半球见一4.6 cm×6.6 cm×6.4 cm不规则片状不均匀高信号影,左侧侧脑室及大脑脚受压,中线结构右移,考虑肿瘤复发。家属拒绝再次手术,患者于术后14个月死亡。结论 SEAE发病率低、恶性程度高、临床特征变异较大,其治疗方案尚未完全统一,建议在手术治疗的基础上根据术后具体情况给予适当辅助化疗或放疗,并定期进行MRI检查。 展开更多

In this study,the effect of inclination angles relative to the building direction in the additively manufactured eutectic Al-5Mg-2Si alloy was investigated through the laser powder bed fusion(LPBF).The microstructures and mechanical properties of the Al-5Mg-2Si alloy manufactured with different inclination angles(0°,30°,45°,60°and 90°)were reported and discussed.It is found that the“semicircular”melt pool(MP)in the load bearing face of 0°sample was eventually transformed into“stripe-like”MP in the 90°sample,accompanied by an increased fraction of melt pool boundaries(MPBs).Moreover,the microstructural analysis revealed that the columnar-to-equiaxed transition(CET)of theα-Al grains and eutectic Mg2Si was completed in the 90°sample,which were significantly refined with the average size of 10.6μm and 0.44μm,respectively.It is also found that the 90°sample exhibited good combination of strength and elongation(i.e.yield strength of 393 MPa,ultimate tensile strength of 483 MPa and elongation of 8.1%).The anisotropic mechanical properties were highly associated with the refined microstructures,thermal stress,and density of MPBs.Additionally,the CET driven by inclination angles was attributed to the variation of thermal conditions inside the local MPs. 展开更多

Totally 26 provenance stands of 17-year-old Korean pine were selected for investigating wood properties and growth characters in Mao抏rshan Experimental Forest Farm of Northeast Forestry University in 1999. The anatomical property indexes, including tracheid length, tracheid diameter and wall-indiameter ratio, and the physical property indexes, such as growth ring width, late wood percentage and growth ring density, were measured for wood properties. Growth character indexes, including tree height and diameter at breast height, were also measured. The analytical results showed that there exited obviously dif-ference in wood property indexes between different provenances, which is suggested that wood properties are controlled by their genetic differences. The growth character indexes of Korean pines presented significant difference and they might also be controlled by their genetic differences. Most parameters of wood properties mainly varied in the direction of longitude, but the parameters of growth characters varied in the direction of latitude. 展开更多

In order to reveal the temperature dependence of anisotropic stress?rupture behavior of SRR99 single crystal superalloys under conditions of temperature ranging from 650 to 1 040 °C and typical stresses,fracture morphologies and microstructure evolution were investigated by SEM and TEM.From the Larson-Miller curves,it is found that single crystal with [001] orientation has the optimum stress rupture property in comparison with [011] and [111] orientations at lower and intermediate temperature.With increasing temperature to 1 040 °C,stress-rupture properties of single crystals with three principal orientations tend to be equivalent.Based on the fracture surface and microstructural observations,superior stress?rupture behavior of single crystal with [001] orientation was rationalized and the effect of misorientation of single crystal on stress rupture property was also discussed. 展开更多

A Preliminary Study on Genetic Variation of g E Gene of an Epidemic Pseudorabies Virus Strain and Its Pathogenicity to Piglets 被引量:3

[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the genetic variation of g E gene of an epidemic pseudorabies virus(PRV) strain and its pathogenicity to piglets. [Method] By serial passage in Vero cells, a PRV strain was isolated from the brain tissues of stillborn fetuses delivered by sows with suspected PRV infection and preliminarily identified by PCR. g E gene of the isolated PRV strain was amplified and sequenced for phylogenetic analysis. In addition, the pathogenicity of the isolated PRV strain to 6-week-old piglets was evaluated. [Result] A PRV strain was successfully isolated and named PRV N5 B strain, which could proliferate in Vero cells and TCID50 of the 15 thgeneration virus liquid reached 10^7.125/0.1 ml. Specific bands could be amplified by PCR. g E gene in the isolated PRV strain was 1 740 bp in length. A phylogenetic tree was constructed based on full-length g E sequences, which showed that PRV N5 B strain and PRV strains isolated since 2012 were clustered into the same independent category and shared 99.7%-100% homology of nucleotide sequences. Compared with related sequences published previously, there were insertions of three consecutive bases at two loci. Animal experiments showed that intranasal inoculation of 6-week-old piglets with 2 ml of PRV N5 B strain(10^6/0.1 ml) led to a mortality rate of 100%. [Conclusion] In this study,genetic variability of g E gene in PRV N5 B isolate and its pathogenicity to piglets were analyzed, which provided a theoretical basis for the development of new vaccines to prevent and control porcine pseudorabies. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to study the variation of leaf characters from different provenance sources of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb,as well as to carry out cluster analysis on P.multiflorum from different provenance sources to provide basis for the classification,identification,breeding and improved variety selection of P.multiflorum.[Method] Leaf shape characters of 31 copies of germplasm resources in the major distribution region of the whole country were determined,and the genetic variation of P.multiflorum leaves from different producing areas was analyzed.[Result] The leaf characters of single plant of the same experimental provenance source of P.multiflorum were relatively stable,the variation was mainly found on the single leaf area,1/2 leaf width,leaf width and other indicators;the variation of each leaf character among different provenance sources was obvious,and the variation was mainly found on the single leaf weight,leaf area,1/2 leaf width,leaf length and other indicators.The correlation analysis of each leaf character in P.multiflorum suggested that the single leaf area and single leaf weight showed extremely significant positive correlation with leaf length,1/2 leaf width,leaf width,leaf thickness and leaf stem length,while the single leaf area and single leaf weight showed significant negative correlation with WWR(leaf width/1/2 leaf width)and LWR(leaf length/1/2 leaf length),in addition,several macroscopic leaf characters such as leaf length,1/2 leaf width,leaf width,leaf stem length showed extremely positive correlation.The main component analysis result suggested that the contribution rate of accumulation variance of the front three main components was up to 97.4%,which could better reflect the comprehensive performance of leaf characters of different provenance sources of P.multiflorum.The cluster analysis showed that the experimental 31 copies of P.multiflorum provenance sources should be divided into three classes,the first class was distributed in the Middle,Western of Guizhou,northwestern of Guangxi and western areas with higher altitude;the second class was distributed in Hunan,Hubei,Sichuan,Guangdong and the most area of Guangxi;the third class was distributed in Anhui,Jiangsu and Henan and Shandong.[Conclusion] Cluster analysis of leaf characters indicated that the kinds of provenance sources which the geographical position was closer could be got together.The study had provided a certain basis for the classification of P.multiflorum. 展开更多

Lam.). The growth... Graft can induce inheritable variations in the progenies of the scion plants. Seedling of mungbean ( Vigna radiata (L.) Wilczek) was grafted onto the stem of sweet potato ( Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam.). The growth of the scion was maintained until the scion produced selfed seeds. We sowed the seeds for several generations under normal conditions. Distinct genetic variations appeared in the progenies. Similar variations did not appear in the generations of the scion sowed normally without graft. The variations seemed to be induced by the graft and they inherited steadily. For understanding the possible mechanism of the phenomenon (graft_induced inheritable variation), we analyzed the cytoplasmic and genomic DNA of the variations. The results showed that there was no restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) in the cytoplasmic DNA between the original scion and the variation. However, significant difference between the scion and variation was recognized by random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analysis. In addition, there was no evidence that indicated the gene transformation from stock to scion. Our results suggest that the non_specific grafting has a pragmatic potential for plant breeding and crop improvement and, the genetic variation seems not to be caused simply by DNA transformation but most likely the stress induced mutation. 展开更多

The grain statistics effect was investigated through asymmetric rolling of pure copper foil by a realistic polycrystalline aggregates model and crystal plasticity element finite model.A polycrystalline aggregate model was generated and a crystal plasticity-based finite element model was developed for each grain and the specimen as a whole.The crystal plasticity model itself is rate dependent and accounts for local dissipative hardening effects and the original orientation of each grain was generated based on the orientation distribution function(ODF).The deformation behaviors,including inhomogeneous material flow,decrease of contact press and roll force with the increase of grain size for the constant size of specimens,were studied.It is revealed that when the specimens are composed of only a few grains across thickness,the grains with different sizes,shapes and orientations are unevenly distributed in the specimen and each grain plays a significant role in micro-scale plastic deformation and leads to inhomogeneous deformation and the scatter of experimental and simulation results.The slip system activity was examined and the predicted results are consistent with the surface layer model.The slip band is strictly influenced by the misorientation of neighbor grain with consideration of slip system activity.Furthermore,it is found that the decrease of roll force and the most active of slip system in surface grains are caused by the increase of free surface grain effect when the grain size is increased.The results of the physical experiment and simulation provide a basic understanding of micro-scaled plastic deformation behavior in asymmetric foil rolling. 展开更多

[Objective]The aim was to study the sensitive response characteristics of the main agronomic traits of somaclonal and the variation of sensitive response of the lines of somaclonal to sowing date. [Method]The RITSD changing of agronomic traits was studied by using 24 rice somaclonal and its donor parent under two sowing dates. [Result]The average values of RITSD were higher (over one) for the traits of pant height (PH),density of spikelets (DS),filled spikelets per panicle (FSP),spikelets per panicle (SP) and grain weight per plant (GWP),but lower for days of sowing to heading (DSH),effective panicles (EP),panicle length (PL),seed setting rate (SS) and 1 000-grain weight (1 000-GW). These showed that PH,DS,FSP,SP and GWP were easily affected by sowing date and tended to higher with the later sowing; the RITSD of somaclonal changed with the agronomic traits. The frequency of RITSD' variation of DSH and PH was higher than that of PL. The RITSD' value of EP,PL,DS,FSP,SP and SS became higher,and higher or lower for DSH and GWP in different somaclonal; compared with the donor,20 of 24 was significantly different,and the frequency of RITSD variation was over 83. 3%,however,RITSD of the most lines (75%) changed only for 1-2 characters; cluster analysis showed that the RITSD of agronomic traits belonged to different combinations of somaclonal in rice. Tracheid characteristics ofPicea koraiensis from natural stand in Liangshui area and plantation in Mao'ershan area were studied. The results of variance analysis showed that the tracheid length, diameter, and thickness of tracheid wall were significant differences between the growth rings. All those characteristics tend to increase from heart-center to bark. In natural stand, it has positive correlation between the characteristics. In plantation, the tracheid length has positive correlation with the trachied diameter, while both the trachied length and the trachied diameter has negative correlation with the thickness of trachied wall. The tracheid length and diameter have no significant difference in growth between natural stand and plantations. The thickness of tracheid wall from the plantation is a little thicker than that from the natural stand before 15 years. 展开更多

The agronomic property of elite cotton hybrid F2 was studied and the results showed that each investigated trait showed consecutive normal distribution except micronaire,so they were typically quantitative characters controlled by micro-effect polygene.Heterosis analysis indicated that the inbreeding depression of F2 generation was significant,and the heterosis was less than F1 in yield and its component traits,but the yield of F2 generation was prior to the control.Heterosis of most fiber property was very low,some of which were negatively significant.The entire variations indicated that the segregation of fiber property trait was objective and abundant in F2 population. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to provide reference for research on radiation and breeding of cotton pollen through irradiating common ripe pollen grain of upland cotton by 60Co-γ Ray of varied doses. [Method] Ripe pollen grains of upland cotton were irradiated by 60Co-γ Ray with doses of 5, 10, 15, and 20 Gy, respectively, to learn radiation effect and select appropriate dose. [Result] Most properties of M1 obviously showed variation when dose was over 10 Gy; vitality, growth, and fertility were greatly inhibited when dose was 15 Gy which was almost semi-lethal concentration, and variation species were richest at the same time, which provided materi- als for practical breeding. [Conclusion] 60Co-γ Ray of 15 Gy is more suitable for mutagenesis research on ripe pollen grains of upland cotton. 展开更多
