An application interface (API) of uC/ OS-Ⅱ is used to implement the features of multi-task concurrency and the communications among tasks. Handwriting function is implemented by the improvement of the interface provided by the platform. Fuzzy pattern recognition technology based on fuzzy theory is used to analyze the input of handwriting. A primary system for testing is implemented. It can receive and analyze user inputs from both keyboard and touch-screen. The experimental results show that the embedded fuzzy recognition system which uses the technology which integrates two ways of fuzzy recognition can retain a high recognition rate and reduce hardware requirements.展开更多

Methods Between January 1994 and December 2011, 165 patients with biopsy-proven adenocardnoma of the pancreatic head were treated in West China Hospital, among whom 93 underwent SPD and 72 had EPD. Complications and survival after the surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results The median operation time of the EPD group was longer compared with the SPD group (375 minutes vs. 310 minutes, P〈O.O1), the volume of blood transfusion was larger (700 mL vs. 400 mL, P〈0.05), while the median hospital stay (13.5 days vs. 12 days, P = 0.79) and the total complication rates were comparable (34.7% vs. 32.4%, P=0.93). The total recurrence rates of the SPD and EPD groups were not significantly different (52.7% vs. 43.1%, P=0,83). No significant differences were found between the SPD and EPD groups in 1-year (81.7% vs. 86.1%), 3-year (38.7% vs. 43.1%), 5-year (16.7% vs. 19.4%), and median survivals (19.8 months vs. 23.2 months, P= 0.52). Conclusion The postoperative complications and survival donot differ significantly between SPD and EPD.展开更多

Methods We collected and analyzed data of 7 patients in Macao who presented with aortic diseases from 2007 to 2008 and were treated with aorta repair through retroperitoneal approach. Demographic features as well as intraoperative and postoperative data were analyzed. One case of thoracoabdominal aneurysm and 4 cases of abdominal aneurysm received artificial graft, among which hybrid iliac artery reconstruction with Zenith stent covering the ostium of the left subclavian artery was performed in 2 cases of infrarenal abdominal aneurysm. Aortic-iliac artery bypass was performed in 2 cases of aortoiliac occlusion. Results No operative or early postoperative death was observed. No perioperative intestinal adhesion or ureteral obstruction was found. One case reported delayed paraplegia and graft infection as postoperative complications. The complications were partially removed 3 months later after rehabilitation. Conclusion Retroperitoneal approach is a safe and feasible technique, which associated with a low incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications.展开更多

A group signature scheme allows members of a group to anonymously sign misuse, the anonymity messages. To counter can be revoked by the group manager. The group joining operation is a critical component of group signature scheme, the framing attack can be prevented by group joining processes. This paper presents an efficient group signature scheme with a simple joining protocol that is based on a "single message and signature response" interaction between the prospective user and the group manager. The security of our group signature is based on the Discrete Logarithm assumption and Decisional Linear Diffie- Hellman assumption. The formal security proof of our scheme is given in the random oracle model. Our scheme is also a very efficient short group signature scheme with efficient concurrent join.展开更多

Many issues concerning optimal antithrombotic therapy after TAVI are still under debate. In the present review, we aimed to identify all relevant studies evaluating antithrombotic therapeutic strategies in relation to clinical outcomes after the procedure. Four randomized control trials (RCT) were identified analyzing the post-TAVI antithrombotic strategy with all of them utilizing aspirin lifelong plus clopidogrel for 3-6 months. Seventeen registries have been identified, with a wide variance among them regarding baseline characteristics, while concerning antiplatelet therapy, clopidogrel duration was ranging from 3-12 months. Four non-randomized trials were identified, comparing single vs. dual antiplatelet therapy after TAVI, in respect of investigating thromboembolic outcome events over bleeding complications. Finally, limited data from a single RCT and a retrospective study exist with regards to anticoagulant treatment during the procedure and the optimal antithrombotic therapy when concomitant atrial fibrillation. In conclusion, due to the high risk and frailty of the treated population, antithrombotic therapy after TAVI should be carefully evaluated. Diminishing ischaemic and bleeding complications remains the main challenge in these patients with further studies to be needed in this field.展开更多
