用定透法和盐浮法对6647份粪样作肠道线虫卵的配对调查。所检粪样中有5265份是经过1~6次驱虫后虫卵偏少的粪便。两法累计查出的阳性粪样中,定透法对蛔虫卵的检出率为92.7%,高于盐浮的6(?).3%,对钩虫卵和鞭虫卵为60.9%和66.7%,分别... 用定透法和盐浮法对6647份粪样作肠道线虫卵的配对调查。所检粪样中有5265份是经过1~6次驱虫后虫卵偏少的粪便。两法累计查出的阳性粪样中,定透法对蛔虫卵的检出率为92.7%,高于盐浮的6(?).3%,对钩虫卵和鞭虫卵为60.9%和66.7%,分别低于盐浮法的88.0%和79.7%。在盐浮法查出钩虫阳鞭虫的 EPG 值分别<50和<40的阳性粪样中,定透法平均仅能分别检出41.1%和45.1%的阳性,而且所检漏的阳性样本数分别占其阳性检漏数的80.9%和88.1%。提出定透法单独用于肠道线虫病的疗效考核显然是不够理想的。 展开更多

Objective: To study the biological activity of Myco-plasma penetrans 35kDa lipoprotein(P35) in vitro, prokaryotic expression vector pQE31//p35 was constructed and recombinant fusion protein P35 (rP35) was expressed in E.coli. Methods: The p35 gene was amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR), cloned to pQE31, and a positive clone was screened. PCR-mediated mutagenesis was used to change the two "TGA" triplets to "TGG" triplets within the p35 gene. Production of the recombinant protein was induced by the addition of IPTG to the E.coli culture. rP35 was purified with a Ni-NTA Spin Kit and rP35 purification was analyzed by Western blot. Results: About 1Kb PCR amplification was cloned into pQE31. The two "TGA" triplets within the p35 gene were successfully changed to "TGG" triplets. The pQE31/p35 vector expressed a protein with a calculated molecular mass of 37.4kDa in E.coli. Western blot indicated the 37.4kDa protein was rP35 . Conclusion: PQE31/p35, a prokaryotic expression vector containing p35 gene, was successfully constructed and expressed in E.coli. 展开更多

Cobalt-free perovskite-type oxides BaFel_yTayO3-6 (0 _〈 y -〈 0.2) were synthesized via a simple solid state reac- tion. The cubic perovskite structure can be obtained when y is over 0.1. BaFeo.Ta0.lO3-6 (BFT0.1)... Cobalt-free perovskite-type oxides BaFel_yTayO3-6 (0 _〈 y -〈 0.2) were synthesized via a simple solid state reac- tion. The cubic perovskite structure can be obtained when y is over 0.1. BaFeo.Ta0.lO3-6 (BFT0.1) membrane shows the highest oxygen permeation flux, which can reach 1.6 ml. min- 1. cm-2 at 950 ℃ under the gradient of air/He. The O2-TPD results reveal that BaFe0.9Ta0.lO3-a material shows an excellent reversibility and phase structure stability in air. The oxygen permeation flux is limited by the bulk diffusion when the membrane thick- ness is over 0.8 mm, and it is limited by both the bulk diffusion and the surface exchange when the membrane thickness is below 0.5 mm. Stable oxygen permeation fluxes are obtained during 180 h operation. 展开更多

A general initial water penetration(seepage) fracture criterion for concrete is proposed to predict whether or not harmful water penetration(hydraulic fracturing),other than microcracking,will occur in concrete structures in a severe high water pressure environment.The final regression,of the different macroscopic failure types in concrete to microscopic ModeⅠ c racking,allows the use of only one universal criterion to indicate the damage.Thus,a general initial water penetration fracture criterion is approximately defined as a strain magnitude of 1000×10-6,based on the concept of tensile strain derived from experimental results in the relevant literature.Then,the locations of harmful water penetration fracture(hydraulic fracture) in the high arch dam mass of the Jinping first class hydropower project are analyzed using the nonlinear finite element method(FEM) according to the proposed criterion.The proposed criterion also holds promise for other concrete structures in high water pressure environments. 展开更多

Their compositions were determined by C, H elemental analyzer and EDTA titration. The infrared spectra, ultraviolet absorption spectra, and fluorescence spectra were also measured to identify the complexes. Elemental analysis showed that the compositions of these complexes were Tb(p-BrBA)3- H20, Tb(p-CIBA)3- 2H20, Tb(p-FBA)3- H20, Tb(o-FBA)3·2H20, Tb(o-CIBA)3· H20, and Tb(o-BrBA)3. H20, respectively. The monodispersed Ag@SiO2 core-shell nanoparticles with silica thicknesses of 10, 15, and 25 nm were success- fully prepared and characterized by transmission-electron microscopy. Fluorescence intensities of the complexes were detected before and after Ag@SiO2core-shell nanoparticles were added; the enhancement times were related to the silica-shell thick- ness. The fluorescence enhancement times were largest when the thickness of the silica shell was 25 nm. The mechanism may be attributed to the localized surface-plasmon resonance. Furthermore, the enhancement effect of terbium fluoro-benzoate complexes was the strongest in these complexes. This result may be attributed to the hydrogen bond between the hydroxyl on the surface of the silica shell and the fluorine atom. 展开更多
