基于神经网络的舰船动力电路故障诊断方法

为有效滤除舰船动力电路信号内的噪声和干扰,提取出有用的故障特征,并在复杂多变的运行环境中,准确诊断各种未知故障类型,研究基于神经网络的舰船动力电路故障诊断方法。利用栈式稀疏自编码器在舰船动力电路信号内,提取有用的电路故障特... 为有效滤除舰船动力电路信号内的噪声和干扰,提取出有用的故障特征,并在复杂多变的运行环境中,准确诊断各种未知故障类型,研究基于神经网络的舰船动力电路故障诊断方法。利用栈式稀疏自编码器在舰船动力电路信号内,提取有用的电路故障特征,利用其稀疏性滤除电路信号内的噪声和干扰,减少故障特征之间的冗余;通过K-means算法,优化概率神经网络结构;在优化后的概率神经网络内,输入有用的故障特征,输出舰船动力电路故障诊断结果,依据其强大的在线学习能力,提升其对未知故障诊断的适应性。实验证明该方法可有效提取舰船动力电路故障特征;在不同噪声强度的运行环境下,该方法均可精准诊断电路故障。 展开更多

Charge qubits are located inside a superconducting transmission line, which serves as a quantum data bus. We show that large clusters state can be efficiently generated in just one step with the longrange Ising-like unitary operators. The quantum operations which are generally realized by two coupling mechanisms: either voltage coupling or current coupling, depend only on global geometric features and are insensitive not only to the thermal state of the transmission line but also to certain random operation errors. Thus high-fidelity one-way quantum computation can be achieved. 展开更多

Pyrolysis kinetics and TG-FTIR analysis of waste epoxy printed circuit boards 被引量:4

Thermal decomposition of waste epoxy PCBs was performed in different atmospheres (nitrogen, argon, air and vacuum) at a heating rate of 10 ℃/rain by DSC-TGA, and the pyrolysis characteristic was analyzed. The gases volatilized from the experiment were qualitatively analyzed by TG-FTIR. Kinetics study shows that pyrolysis reaction takes place between 300 and 400℃, and the activation energies are 256, 212 and 186.2 kJ/mol in nitrogen, argon and vacuum, respectively. There are two mass-loss processes in the decomposition under air atmosphere. In the first mass-loss process, the decomposition is the main reaction, and in the second process, the oxidation is the main reaction. The activation energy of the second mass-loss process is 99.6 kJ/mol by isothermal heat-treatments. TG-FTIR analysis shows carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, hydrogen bromide, phenol and substituent phenol are given off during the pyrolysis of waste epoxy PCBs. 展开更多

To improve the performance of chaotic secure communication,three simplified chaotic systems with one variable parameter were investigated.Basic properties were analyzed including symmetry,dissipation and topological structure.Complex dynamical behaviors of the systems including chaos and periodic orbits were verified by numerical simulations,Lyapunov exponents and bifurcation diagrams.Interestingly,the three systems were integrated in a common circuit,and their dynamical behaviors were easily observed by adjusting regulable resistors R28,R14 and R17,respectively,and the relations between the variable resistor and the system parameter were deduced.The circuit experiment results agree well with the simulation results.Finally,a secure communication scheme based on chaos shift keying(CSK) was presented,which lays an experiment foundation for chaotic digital secure communication. 展开更多

Research on recycling waste Printed Circuit Boards(PCB) is at the forefront of preventing environmental pollution and finding ways to recycle resources.The Tapered Column Separation Bed(TCSB) is invented aiming at disposing the problem that fine particles of waste printed circuit boards cannot be separated efficiently so as to obtain further insight about the underlying mechanisms and demonstrate the separation feasibility in the tapered column separation bed.In this work,a Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) coupled with Discrete Element Method(DEM) model for two-phase flow has been extended to simulate the fluid-solid flow in the tapered column separation bed.Its validity is demonstrated by its successful capturing the key features of particles' flow pattern,velocity,the pressure distribution,the axial position with time and axial force for particles with different densities.Simulation results show that the plastic particles and resin particles become overflow,while copper particles,iron particles and aluminum particles successively become underflow,with a discharge water flow rate of 1 m^3/h,an obliquity of 30°.The simulated results agree reasonably well with the experimental observation.Using this equipment to separate waste PCBs is feasible,theoretically. 展开更多

A Map road type planner or Cell decomposition provide to the motion generator some possible free crossing points of collision. The global trajectory's interpolation by a polynomial is generally not possible, because the degree of the polynomial increases with the number of crossing points which can generate vibrations or loops of the. trajectory. The solution consists in using polynomials in an inferior degree and to build the motion in pieces. The theoretical developments concern the motion's generation, the modeling of the vehicle, then the management of its redundancy steam-power. All these methods contribute to improve the robot precision (accuracy). The authors are presenting the motion's generator which constructs into lines a continuous trajectory C2 while enabling the transformation of the crossing points into lines. The generator presented here as part of omnidirectional robot is adaptable to any kind of vehicle. 展开更多

Based on Chua’s chaotic oscillation circuit, a fifth-order chaotic circuit with two memristors is designed and its corresponding dimensionless mathematic model is established. By using conventional dynamical analysis methods, stability analysis of the equilibrium set of the circuit is performed, the distribution of stable and unstable regions corresponding to the memristor initial states is achieved, and the complex dynamical behaviors of the circuit depending on the circuit parameters and the memristor initial states are investigated. The theoretical analysis and numerical simulation results demonstrate that the proposed chaotic circuit with two memristors has an equilibrium set located on the plane constituted by the inner state variables of two memristors. The stability of the equilibrium set depends on both the circuit parameters and the initial states of the two memristors. Rich nonlinear dynamical phenomena, such as state transitions, transient hyperchaos and so on, are expected. 展开更多

We theoretically study the transparency and amplification of a weak probe field applied to the cavity in hybrid systems formed by a driven superconducting circuit QED system and a mechanical resonator,or a driven optomechanical system and a superconducting qubit.We find that both the mechanical resonator and the superconducting qubit can result in the transparency to a weak probe field in such hybrid systems when a strong driving field is applied to the cavity.We also find that the weak probe field can be amplified in some parameter regimes.We further study the statistical properties of the output field via the degrees of second-order coherence.We find that the nonclassicality of the output field strongly depends on the system parameters.Our studies show that one can control single-photon transmission in the optomechanical system via a tunable artificial atom or in the circuit QED system via a mechanical resonator. 展开更多

The focus of this study is to explore the mechanisms during seizure behavior using a physiologically motivated by corticothalamic circuity. The model is based on the assumption that, the inhibitory projects from thalamus reticular nucleus(TRN) to specific relay nuclei(SRN) are mediated by GABAA and GABAB receptors which react different time scales in synaptic transmission.Secondly, we include the effects of slow modulation on the threshold current of TRN population that were found to generate bursting behavior. Our model can reproduce healthy and pathological dynamics including wake, spindle, deep sleep, and also seizure states. In addition, contour maps are used to explore the transition of different activity states. It is worthy to point out seizure duration is significantly affected by a time-varying delay as illustrated in our numerical simulation. Finally, a reduced model ignoring the cerebral cortex mass can also capture the feature of spike wave discharge as generated in the full network. 展开更多
