The effects of interrupted aging on mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of 7A75 aluminum alloy extruded bar were investigated through various analyses,including electrical conductivity,mechanical properties,local corrosion properties,and slow strain rate tensile stress corrosion tests.Microstructure characterization techniques such as metallographic microscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)were also employed.The results indicate that the tensile strength of the alloy produced by T6I6 aging is similar to that produced by T6I4 aging,and it even exceeds 700 MPa.Furthermore,the yield strength increases by 52.7 MPa,reaching 654.8 MPa after T6I6 aging treatment.The maximum depths of intergranular corrosion(IGC)and exfoliation corrosion(EXCO)decrease from 116.3 and 468.5μm to 89.5 and 324.3μm,respectively.The stress corrosion factor also decreases from 2.1%to 1.6%.These findings suggest that the alloy treated with T6I6 aging exhibits both high strength and excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance.Similarly,when the alloy is treated with T6I4,T6I6 and T6I7 aging,the sizes of grain boundary precipitates(GBPs)are found to be 5.2,18.4,and 32.8 nm,respectively.The sizes of matrix precipitates are 4.8,5.7 and 15.7 nm,respectively.The atomic fractions of Zn in GBPs are 9.92 at.%,8.23 at.%and 6.87 at.%,respectively,while the atomic fractions of Mg are 12.66 at.%,8.43 at.%and 7.00 at.%,respectively.Additionally,the atomic fractions of Cu are 1.83 at.%,2.47 at.%and 3.41 at.%,respectively. 展开更多

Arsenic is selectively extracted from high-arsenic dust by NaOH-Na2S alkaline leaching process. In the leaching arsenic process, the effects of alkali-to-dust ratio, sodium sulfide addition, leaching temperature, leaching time and liquid-to-solid ratio on metals leaching efficiencies were investigated. The results show that the arsenic can be effectively separated from other metals under the optimum conditions of alkali/dust mass ratio of 0.5, sodium sulfide addition of 0.25 g/g, leaching temperature of 90 ℃, leaching time of 2 h, and liquid-to-solid ratio of 5:1 (mL/g). Under these conditions, the average leaching efficiencies of arsenic, antimony, lead, tin and zinc are 92.75%, 11.68%, 0.31%, 29.75% and 36.85%, respectively. The NaOH-Na2S alkaline leaching process provides a simple and highly efficient way to remove arsenic from high-arsenic dust, leaving residue as a suitable lead resource. 展开更多

The existe nce of chaotic solutions and the output performance of the system under differen t circuit parameters are studied. The transforming pattern of system behavior fr om steady state to chaotic is discovered by the cascades of period doubling bi furcation and the cascades of periodic orbit in V I phase space. Accordingl y, it is validated that change of values of the circuit parameters may lead DC DC converter to chaotic motion. Performances of the output ripples fro m steady state to chaotic are analyzed in time and frequency domains respective ly. Some important conclusions are helpful for opt imization design of DC DC converter. 展开更多

This study focused on leaching behavior of alkaline anion and sodium in bauxite residue through ammonium chloride treatment.The results showed that the pH of bauxite residue decreased from 10.49 to 8.93,total alkaline anion(HCO3^-,CO3^2-,OH^-,AlO2^-)concentration reduced from 38.89 to 25.50 mmol/L,leaching rate of soluble sodium was 80.86%with ammonium chloride addition of 0.75%,liquid/solid(L/S)ratio of 3(mL/g),temperature of 30°C and reaction time of 18 h;L/S ratio was the main factor affecting the removal of alkaline anion and the leaching of sodium.Furthermore,ammonium chloride promoted the dissolution of diaspore and changed the micro/morphological characteristics with the increase of massive structure.The findings of this work will contribute to achieve soil-formation of bauxite residue. 展开更多

Physicochemical properties and leaching behaviors of two typical arsenic-bearing lime?ferrate sludges(ABLFS),waste acid residue(WAR)and calcium arsenate residue(CAR),are comprehensively described.The chemical composition,morphological features,phase composition and arsenic occurrence state of WAR and CAR are analyzed by ICP?AES,SEM?EDS,XRD,XPS and chemical phase analysis.The toxicity leaching test and three-stage BCR sequential extraction procedure are utilized to investigate arsenic leaching behaviors.The results show that the contents of arsenic in WAR and CAR are2.5%and21.2%and mainly present in the phases of arsenate and arsenic oxides dispersed uniformly or agglomerated in amorphous particles.The leaching concentrations of arsenic excess119and1063times of TCLP standard regulatory level with leaching rates of47.66%and50.15%for WAR and CAR,respectively.About90%of extracted arsenic is in the form of acid soluble and reducible,which is the reason of high arsenic leaching toxicity and environmental activity of ABLFS.This research provides comprehensive information on harmless disposal of ABLFS from industrial wastewater treatment of lime?ferrate process. 展开更多

Advanced traveler information systems (ATIS) can not only improve drivers' accessibility to the more accurate route travel time information, but also can improve drivers' adaptability to the stochastic network capacity degradations. In this paper, a mixed stochastic user equilibrium model was proposed to describe the interactive route choice behaviors between ATIS equipped and unequipped drivers on a degradable transport network. In the proposed model the information accessibility of equipped drivers was reflected by lower degree of uncertainty in their stochastic equilibrium flow distributions, and their behavioral adaptability was captured by multiple equilibrium behaviors over the stochastic network state set. The mixed equilibrium model was formulated as a fixed point problem defined in the mixed route flows, and its solution was achieved by executing an iterative algorithm. Numerical experiments were provided to verify the properties of the mixed network equilibrium model and the efficiency of the iterative algorithm. 展开更多

A detailed understanding of the composition,buffering capacity,surface charge property,and metals leaching behavior of bauxite residue is the key to improved management,both in reducing the environmental impact and using the material as an industrial by-product for other applications.In this study,physical,chemical,and surface charge properties of bauxite residue derived from a combined process were investigated.Results indicated that the main alkaline solids in bauxite residue were katoite,sodalite,and calcite.These minerals also lead to a higher acid neutralizing capacity of bauxite residue.Acid neutralizing capacity(ANC)to pH 7.0 of this residue is about 0.9 mol H^+/kg solid.Meanwhile,the Fe-,Al-,and Si-containing minerals in bauxite residue resulted in an active surface;The isoelectric point(IEP)and point of zero charge(PZC)were 7.88 and 7.65,respectively.This also leads to a fact that most of the metals in bauxite residue were adsorbed by these surface charged solids,which makes the metals not readily move under natural or even moderately acidic conditions.The leaching behavior of metals as a function of pH indicated that the metals in bauxite residue present low release concentrations(pH>3). 展开更多

The effect of temperature in range of 155-175 ℃ on the creep behavior, microstructural evolution, and precipitation of an Al-Cu-Li alloy was experimentally investigated during creep ageing deformation under 180 MPa for 20 h. Increasing temperature resulted in a noteworthy change in creep ageing behaviour, including a variation in creep curves, an improvement in creep rate during early creep ageing, and an increased creep strain. Tensile tests indicate that the specimen aged at higher temperature reached peak strength within a shorter time. Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) was employed to explore the effect of temperature on the microstructural evolution of the AA2198 during creep ageing deformation. Many larger dislocations and even tangled dislocation structures were observed in the sample aged at higher temperature. The number of T1 precipitates increased at higher ageing temperature at the same ageing time. Based on the analysed results, a new mechanism, considering the combined effects of the formation of larger dislocation structures induced by higher temperature and diffusion of solute atoms towards these larger or tangled dislocations, was proposed to explain the effect of temperature on microstructural evolution and creep behaviour. 展开更多

The outbound tourism of Chinese citizens brought about the rapid growth of the enormous economic benefits and influence, which makes the outbound tourism behavior of Chinese citizens gotten more concern. The uncivilized outbound tourism behavior of Chinese citizens are frequent, which brings extremely strong damage, and which serious impact on the healthy image about the Ancient civilization and the country of ceremonies of China, and which greatly restricts the spread of a good national image of China. Based on the analysis about the characteristics of rapid growth outbound tourism of Chinese citizens, this paper discusses the approaches of current Chinese national image shaping, put forward that China must strengthen citizen education, and improve relevant laws and regulations, and strengthen supervision, only then might Chinese citizens outbound tourism uncivilized behavior be prevented from the root. 展开更多
