山女鳟早期发育及低温耐性观察 被引量:5

将发育积温242℃·d的山女鳟发眼卵置山溪中进行流水孵化.在日均水温4.8℃环境下,发育积温达382℃·d时开始有少数鱼苗孵出.此后在日均2.3~1.5℃,最低0.2℃环境下历时36d,发育积温达456℃·d时全部孵化出膜,孵化率90.2%.... 将发育积温242℃·d的山女鳟发眼卵置山溪中进行流水孵化.在日均水温4.8℃环境下,发育积温达382℃·d时开始有少数鱼苗孵出.此后在日均2.3~1.5℃,最低0.2℃环境下历时36d,发育积温达456℃·d时全部孵化出膜,孵化率90.2%.最早出膜的孵化稚鱼在日均水温1.5~3.7℃,最低0.2℃环境下历时93d,发育积温达668℃·d时开始上浮.受精后172d发育积温达762℃·d时全部上浮,上浮率77.3%.驯饲一个月的稚鱼育成率63.2%.雏鱼孵化及形态机能发育正常,表明山女鳟在日均水温4.8~1.5℃,最低0.2℃的低温环境中可以正常地进行早期发育. 展开更多

为了利用杂种优势改良油菜的低温耐性,本研究以10个低温耐性不同的甘蓝型油菜品系为亲本,按照NCⅡ配制5×5杂交组合,对低温胁迫下各萌发性状(发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数以及平均发芽时间)的配合力、遗传参数和杂种优势进行分析。结... 为了利用杂种优势改良油菜的低温耐性,本研究以10个低温耐性不同的甘蓝型油菜品系为亲本,按照NCⅡ配制5×5杂交组合,对低温胁迫下各萌发性状(发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数以及平均发芽时间)的配合力、遗传参数和杂种优势进行分析。结果表明:不同杂交组合在9℃下各萌发性状存在显著差异,而在22℃差异不显著;P2(宁油18)、P7(2007R13)、P10(C18)这三个品种在9℃下萌发能力强,且各性状的一般配合力(GCA)较高,其配制的杂交组合在9℃下各萌发性状的特殊配合力(SCA)较高,杂种优势也较强,可作为油菜低温耐性遗传改良中的候选亲本;(B018×沪油17)×C18的SCA效应值较高,在9℃下各萌发性状表现优异,是耐低温性较强的组合。遗传参数分析表明:相对发芽指数的狭义遗传力较大,而广义遗传力相对较小,应在早代选择;相对发芽势、相对发芽率和相对平均发芽时间的狭义遗传力较低,而广义遗传力相对较高,应在育种高世代选择。 展开更多

盐穗木(Halostachys caspica)是耐盐性极强的苋科藜属盐生植物.miRNA是长度为21∼24 nt的内源性非编码小RNA,通常在转录后水平负调控靶基因的表达介导多种生物学过程.从盐穗木高盐胁迫下根的小RNA文库和转录组数据中,克隆盐穗木miR397a(... 盐穗木(Halostachys caspica)是耐盐性极强的苋科藜属盐生植物.miRNA是长度为21∼24 nt的内源性非编码小RNA,通常在转录后水平负调控靶基因的表达介导多种生物学过程.从盐穗木高盐胁迫下根的小RNA文库和转录组数据中,克隆盐穗木miR397a(HcmiR397a)前体序列和漆酶HcLACs(Laccase,LAC)为预测的靶基因.通过实验的方法鉴定HcmiR397a与HcLACs的靶向关系及HcmiR397a在多种非生物胁迫下的表达和HcmiR397a的转基因拟南芥在低温胁迫下的功能.研究结果表明:(1)烟草瞬时表达体系和5’RLM-RACE技术确定HcmiR397a与HcLAC17之间存在靶向切割,具体的切割位点位于HcmiR397a的第10∼11碱基处;(2)qRT-PCR检测的结果显示盐、干旱和低温胁迫下,盐穗木同化枝HcmiR397a受到显著诱导;(3)异源表达HcmiR397a的转基因拟南芥表现出较强的低温耐性. 展开更多

An integrated low-temperature nitriding process was carried out for Ti6Al4V to investigateitseffect on microstructure and properties.The process was designed to enhance the nitriding kinetics in low-temperature(500℃) nitriding by deformation, and to strengthen Ti6Al4V alloybydispersionat the same time. Specimens of Ti6Al4V alloyweretreated through the process of solid solutionstrengthening-cold deformation-nitriding at 500℃. The white nitriding layeris formed after some time and then kept stable, changing little withthedeformationdegreeand time. The effect of aging on substrate is significant. Surface hardness and substrate hardnessincrease with deformation increasing. The construction was investigated by XRD.The surface nitridesare TiN, Ti2N, Ti4N3-Xand Ti3N1.29,and thenitridesin cross-section are Ti3N1.29and TiN0.3. The wear tests of specimens after nitriding, aging and deformation were carried out,andthetest data show that the nitrided pieces have the best wear resistance. 展开更多

So it is important to develop cold tolerance cultivars. In the present study, cold tolerance characters of 36 parents and 423 rice lines from 68 hybrid groups were investigated at seedling stage under low tempera- ture and sparse light conditions in field. There were 10 parent accessions with strong cold tolerance of level 1. Among them, 3 were common wild rice accessions; 4 were japonica rice cultivars; 2 were indica rice; 1 was offspring from hybrid be- tween indica and japonica.There were 33 lines with strong cold tolerance of level 1 from the hybrid groups of common wild rice,and 15 from the hybrid groups of IRBB5, and only 3 from the hybrid groups of BPHR96. There were abundant cold tolerance resources in rice germplasm. It was feasible to develop cold tolerance cul- tivars from the hybrids among common wild rice, japonica cultivars and indica culti- vars. 展开更多

The main purpose of this paper was to map the quantitative trait loci(QTL) related with salt tolerance and low- temperature tolerance at germination stage with backcross introgression lines(BILs),and analyze the genetic overlap between them. There were 22 QTL located with BC2 F4 introgression populations after salt stress,and 15 QTL were mapped after low-temperature stress. Seven overlapping QTLs between salt tolerance and low-temperature tolerance were detected on 6 linkage groups at germination stage. In total,there were 31.81 % of salt tolerance and low-temperature tolerance loci existed genetic overlap. 展开更多

为研究低温胁迫对不同烟草品种的影响,我们选择了低温耐受型烟草品种NC567和低温敏感型品种台烟8号,对其6~8叶期幼苗进行了(10±2)℃低温胁迫处理。随后的生理生化分析结果显示,在低温胁迫处理24 h后,两个品种中的超氧化物歧化酶(S... 为研究低温胁迫对不同烟草品种的影响,我们选择了低温耐受型烟草品种NC567和低温敏感型品种台烟8号,对其6~8叶期幼苗进行了(10±2)℃低温胁迫处理。随后的生理生化分析结果显示,在低温胁迫处理24 h后,两个品种中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力均有明显下降,而过氧化物酶(POD)的酶活力以及游离脯氨酸(PRO)、脱落酸(ABA)和丙二醛(MDA)等分子的含量均有显著上升,但只有MDA在台烟8号中的含量显著高于NC567,其他指标在NC567中的水平都要显著高于台烟8号。方差分析结果表明:SOD、POD、CAT酶活水平以及PRO、MDA和ABA的含量在低温胁迫处理前后存在显著性差异。这些指标鉴定结果分析为选育烟草耐低温的品种提供了强有力的数据支撑。 展开更多

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs)have attracted immense attention for flexible energy storage devices due to their high safety and low cost.However,conventional flexible aqueous ZIBs will undergo severe capacity loss at subzero temperature due to the inevitably freeze of electrolytes.In addition,under large bending or stretching strains,the encapsulation of devices would be damaged,which causes the evaporation of water in electrolytes and results in device failure.Herein,an anti-freezing and anti-drying gel electrolyte based on polyacrylamide(PAM)and glycerol(Gly)is developed.The strong hydrogen-bonding interactions between PAM or Gly and water molecules not only avoid the crystallization of the gel electrolyte at low temperatures,but also constrain the free water and restrict its evaporation.Therefore,such gel electrolyte displays a high ionic conductivity of 9.65×10^(−5)S cm^(−1)at−40℃.Furthermore,it can restrict the dehydration process when the electrolyte is exposed to ambient environment.The flexible ZIBs based on such gel electrolyte exhibit excellent electrochemical performance at−40℃and the devices without encapsulation retain 98%of their initial capacity in ambient condition after 30 days.This work provides a route to design anti-freezing and anti-drying gel electrolytes for aqueous energy storage devices. 展开更多
