In order to transport safely, loading and reinforcing schemes must be made first. How to design a reasonable scheme will be affected by many factors. This paper presents the characteristic of the large goods, summarizes the process of designing a loading and reinforcing scheme of large good, then probes the factors of affecting the loading and reinforcing scheme and gives a detail analysis. It’s considered that those out-of-gauge and overweight degree of goods, center-of- gravity height of a loaded wagon, position of center-of-gravity of goods, type of wagon for using, reinforcement material and reinforcement method, transport expense and transport organization could affect a scheme in the aspects of safety, economy, rapidity and convenience. The coupling model of major influence factors such state affecting the chloride diffusion process in concrete is as environmental relative humidity, load-induced crack and stress discussed. The probability distributions of the critical chloride concentration Cc, the chloride diffusion coefficient D, and the surface chloride concentration Cs were determined based on the collected natural exposure data. And the estimation of probability of corrosion initiation considering the coupling effects of influence factors is presented. It is found that the relative humidity and curing time are the most effective factors affecting the probability of corrosion initiation before and after 10 years of exposure time. At the same exposure time, the influence of load-induced crack and stress state on the probability of corrosion initiation is obvious, in which the effect of crack is the most one 展开更多

This study investigates the seismic design factors for three reinforced concrete (RC) framed buildings with 4, 16 and 32-stories in Dubai, UAE utilizing nonlinear analysis. The buildings are designed according to the response spectrum procedure defined in the 2009 International Building Code (IBC'09). Two ensembles of ground motion records with 10% and 2% probability of exceedance in 50 years (10/50 and 2/50, respectively) are used. The nonlinear dynamic resPonses to the earthquake records are computed using IDARC-2D. Key seismic design parameters are evaluated; namely, response modification factor (R), deflection amplification factor (Cd), system overstrength factor (Ωo), and response modification factor for ductility (Rd) in addition to inelastic interstory drift. The evaluated seismic design factors are found to significantly depend on the considered ground motion (10/50 versus 2/50). Consequently, resolution to the controversy of Dubai seismicity is urged. The seismic design factors for the 2/50 records show an increase over their counterparts for the 10/50 records in the range of 200%-400%, except for the D~ factor, which shows a mere 30% increase. Based on the observed trends, perioddependent R and Cd factors are recommended if consistent collapse probability (or collapse prevention performance) in moment frames with varying heights is to be expected. 展开更多

Reinforcing Effect of Organo-Modified Fillers in Rubber Composites as Evidenced from DMA Studies

The use of organically enhanced kaolin clay as reinforcing filler for NR(natural rubber)and blends of NR with NBR(nitrile-butadiene rubber)and poly BR(butadiene rubber)system were investigated on the basis of DMA(dynamic mechanical analysis).Kaolin clay was modified using a chemical complex of HH(hydrazine hydrate)and SRSO(sodium salt of rubber seed oil).Intercalation of SRSO into kaolin under optimized condition showed an inter-lamellar layer expansion to 4.668 nm,compared to the characteristic d001 XRD(X-ray diffraction)peak of pristine kaolin at 0.714 nm.The morphology,visco-elastic behavior,modulus property,polymer miscibility and Tg(glass transition temperature)of nano-kaolin filled NR and its blend with synthetic rubbers have been studied in detail.DMA showed a diminution in tanδpeak height and a modulus shift in correspondence with increased CLD(crosslink density).Pure NR shows only~1%increase in storage modulus(E′)while adding nanoclay rather than micron sized pristine clay under experimental conditions,because of the feeble interaction between filler and matrix,as compared to blend.An increment of~76%and~117%in E′was recognized by the addition of 4 wt%nanoclay in blends such as BR mK and NBR mK.With loss modulus(E″)pure NR shows only~7%decrease while adding nanoclay,compared to blend.A decrement of~54%and~55%in E″by the addition of 4 wt%nanoclay in BR mK and NBR mK blends were observed.As a whole,DMA was performed to figure out the effect of surface modification enabling to materialize composite. 展开更多

The stability of the ancient flood control levees is mainly influenced by water level fluctuations, groundwater concentration and rainfalls. This paper takes the Lanxi ancient levee as a research object to study the evolution laws of its seepage, displacement and stability before and after reinforcement with the upside-down hanging wells and grouting curtain through numerical simulation methods combined with experiments and observations. The study results indicate that the filled soil is less affected by water level fluctuations and groundwater concentration after reinforcement. A high groundwater level is detrimental to the levee's long-term stability, and the drainage issues need to be fully considered. The deformation of the reinforced levee is effectively controlled since the fill deformation is mainly borne by the upside-down hanging wells. The safety factors of the levee before reinforcement vary significantly with the water level. The minimum value of the safety factors is 0.886 during the water level decreasing period, indicating a very high risk of the instability. While it reached 1.478 after reinforcement, the stability of the ancient levee is improved by a large margin. 展开更多

快速综合学习粒子群优化算法

【目的】粒子群优化算法在反问题求解、函数优化、数据挖掘、机器学习等研究领域广泛应用,但在求解复杂多峰问题时仍存在过早收敛的问题。为了提升粒子群算法在处理复杂多峰问题求解速度和精度,提出了快速综合学习粒子群优化算法(Fast C... 【目的】粒子群优化算法在反问题求解、函数优化、数据挖掘、机器学习等研究领域广泛应用,但在求解复杂多峰问题时仍存在过早收敛的问题。为了提升粒子群算法在处理复杂多峰问题求解速度和精度,提出了快速综合学习粒子群优化算法(Fast Comprehensive Learning Particle Swarm Optimization,FCLPSO)。【方法】FCLPSO算法引入粒子学习概率、个体影响概率、群体影响概率三个属性,表征每个粒子个体“与生俱来”的不同学习能力,同时新增强化学习、粒子重生等策略,提升算法收敛速度以及监测并跳出“伪收敛”状态。选用14个标准测试函数以及6种常用粒子群变体算法开展FCLPSO算法性能分析。【结果】结果显示:在收敛性方面,FCLPSO算法平均排名为1.86,排名第一次数为7次、排名第二的次数为2次、排名最后次数为0,最终综合排名第一;在鲁棒性方面,FCLPSO算法成功率排名第一,平均值为94.3%,14个测试函数中最低成功率为73.3%;达到阈值所需适应度评价次数最少,平均值40817,较其他算法评价次数少一半。【结论】结果表明:FCLPSO算法在收敛精度、收敛速度和鲁棒性方面排名综合第一,对复杂多峰问题求解更具优势,可为工程应用中复杂优化问题求解提供重要手段。 展开更多

近年来,多智能体强化学习方法凭借AlphaStar、AlphaDogFight、AlphaMosaic等成功案例展示出卓越的决策能力以及广泛的应用前景.在真实环境的多智能体决策系统中,其任务的决策空间往往是同时具有离散型动作变量和连续型动作变量的参数化... 近年来,多智能体强化学习方法凭借AlphaStar、AlphaDogFight、AlphaMosaic等成功案例展示出卓越的决策能力以及广泛的应用前景.在真实环境的多智能体决策系统中,其任务的决策空间往往是同时具有离散型动作变量和连续型动作变量的参数化动作空间.这类动作空间的复杂性结构使得传统单一针对离散型或连续型的多智能体强化学习算法不在适用,因此研究能用于参数化动作空间的多智能体强化学习算法具有重要的现实意义.提出一种面向参数化动作空间的多智能体中心化策略梯度分解算法,利用中心化策略梯度分解算法保证多智能体的有效协同,结合参数化深度确定性策略梯度算法中双头策略输出实现对参数化动作空间的有效耦合.通过在Hybrid Predator-Prey场景中不同参数设置下的实验结果表明该算法在经典的多智能体参数化动作空间协作任务上具有良好的性能.此外,在多巡航导弹协同突防场景中进行算法效能验证,实验结果表明该算法在多巡航导弹突防这类具有高动态、行为复杂化的协同任务中有效性和可行性. 展开更多

冻融循环及围压对纤维混凝土孔隙结构及渗透率的影响研究

为探究冻融循环及围压对纤维混凝土微观孔隙结构及渗透率影响规律,采用核磁共振检测装置(NMR)对不同冻融循环次数下4种纤维混凝土(素混凝土、碳纤维混凝土、玄武岩纤维混凝土及聚丙烯纤维混凝土)孔径分布及孔隙率进行测量,利用TWM-3000... 为探究冻融循环及围压对纤维混凝土微观孔隙结构及渗透率影响规律,采用核磁共振检测装置(NMR)对不同冻融循环次数下4种纤维混凝土(素混凝土、碳纤维混凝土、玄武岩纤维混凝土及聚丙烯纤维混凝土)孔径分布及孔隙率进行测量,利用TWM-3000型三轴压力机对冻融后试件开展变围压(4 MPa、5 MPa、6 MPa、7 MPa、8 MPa、9 MPa)渗透率试验,分析纤维种类、冻融循环及围压对混凝土材料渗透率的影响规律。结果表明:(1)冻融循环作用会使得试件纵波波速降低,损伤程度增大,其中冻融循环次数达到100次时,玄武岩纤维混凝土、碳纤维混凝土、聚丙烯纤维混凝土、素混凝土损伤因子分别为22.17%、28.29%、29.70%、36.58%,纤维的掺入能够增强混凝土材料的抗冻性能,减缓试件冻融损伤程度。(2)4种混凝土试件孔径分布图谱均呈三峰型。冻融循环20次、40次、60次、80次、100次时玄武岩纤维混凝土孔隙率增幅为8.73%、15.27%、21.82%、30.91%、43.64%,冻融循环作用对混凝土材料内部结构造成损伤破坏,其微观表现形式为裂纹的扩展及孔隙数目的增加,孔隙率随之增大。(3)4种混凝土试件渗透率与围压间呈对数函数负相关,与冻融循环次数间呈二次函数正相关。玄武岩纤维的掺入对混凝土材料的抗渗性提升效果最显著。(4)围压的降低及冻融循环的增加均使得试件渗透率增大,围压对试件渗透率的影响程度高于冻融循环作用。增强围压、减少冻融循环次数及在混凝土材料中掺入玄武岩纤维对水工环境下混凝土建筑物的抗渗性能均存在提升作用。 展开更多

多级加筋土高陡边坡工程特性及影响因素分析

通过对四级加筋土高陡边坡工程现场试验,研究了多级有纺高强聚酯土工布加筋高陡边坡基底垂直应力的分布规律,结果表明,基底垂直应力沿筋材方向呈现非线性分布,最大值出现在筋材末端。利用PLAXIS 2D对四级加筋土高陡边坡断面进行数值模拟... 通过对四级加筋土高陡边坡工程现场试验,研究了多级有纺高强聚酯土工布加筋高陡边坡基底垂直应力的分布规律,结果表明,基底垂直应力沿筋材方向呈现非线性分布,最大值出现在筋材末端。利用PLAXIS 2D对四级加筋土高陡边坡断面进行数值模拟,研究了该多级加筋陡坡结构的返包体背部水平土压力、各级边坡坡面水平变形、土工布应变以及边坡潜在破裂面等结构特性变化规律,并分析了筋材长度、筋材间距、填料内摩擦角以及平台宽度等影响因素对边坡水平变形特性的影响。研究得出,各级边坡水平土压力在平台处发生突变,沿坡高呈现锯齿状分布;各级边坡坡面水平变形在不同位置处均出现明显的“鼓肚”现象;不同高度处土工布应变沿筋材铺设方向呈非线性分布,并且呈现“双峰”与“单峰”两种分布形式;边坡潜在破裂面存在整体圆弧滑动破裂面和复合式破裂面两种形式,进一步发现筋材间距和长度对高陡边坡水平变形影响较为显著。 展开更多

In order to perfectly reflect the dynamic corrosion of reinforced concrete (RC) cover in practical engineering,an analytic model of non-uniform corrosion induced cracking was presented based on the elastic-plastic fracture mechanics theory.Comparisons with the published experimental data show that the predictions given by the present model are in good agreement with the results both for natural exposed experiments and short-time indoor tests (the best difference is about 2.7%).Also it obviously provides much better precision than those models under the assumption of uniform corrosion (the maximal improved precision is about 48%).Therefore,it is pointed out that the so-called uniform corrosion models to describe the cover cracking of RC should be adopted cautiously.Finally,the influences of thickness of local rusty layer around the reinforcing steel bar on the critical corrosion-induced crack indexes were investigated.It is found that the thickness of local rusty layer has great effect on the critical mass loss of reinforcing steel,threshold expansion pressure,and time to cover cracking.For local rusty layer thickness with a size of a=0.5 mm,the time to cover cracking will increase by about one times when a/b (a,semi-minor axis;b,semi-major axis) changes from 0.1 to 1 mm. 展开更多

In this study, six composite reinforcements such as cement composite made of Abandoned Cell Husks (ASH), Stones, Wood chips, Concrete and Bricks have been used along with control specimen. It is known that the material used in earth reinforcement applications must be safe against tension failure and adhesion failure for its effective utilization in the field and reliable design of earth structures. Single type of material can provide limited reinforcement capability in reinforced earth structures due to its low frictional resistance and poor cohesion. For an optimal response, therefore, composite reinforcement, that fulfils both the requirements such as possess adequate tensile strength and adequate frictional resistance, is getting considerable attention. Slope stability analyses containing six types of reinforcement have been performed. Stability of the slope has been quantified using minimum factor of safety corresponding to critical slip surface. It was observed that the composite reinforcement whose surface treated by brick aggregate enhanced the factor of safety significantly. The paper also depicted the design aids of reinforced slope in terms of embedding lengths and spacing of reinforcements. 展开更多

This paper aims to study the behavior of ring footing resting on loose sand and/or compacted randomly distributed fiberreinforced sand(RDFS) when subjected to eccentric(0 B, 0.05 B and 0.1 B, where B is the outer diameter of ring footing), inclined(0°,5°,10°, 15°,-5°,-10° and-15°)and eccentric-inclined loadings by using a finite element(FE) software PLAXIS 3 D. The behavior of ring footing is studied by using a dimensionless factor called reduction factor(RF). The numerical model used in the PLAXIS 3 D has been validated by conducting model plate load tests. Moreover, an empirical expression using regression analysis has been presented which will be helpful in plotting a load-settlement curve for the ring footing. 展开更多

Reinforced concrete(RC) load bearing wall is widely used in high-rise and mid-rise buildings. Due to the number of walls in plan and reduction in lateral force portion, this system is not only stronger against earthquakes, but also more economical. The effect of progressive collapse caused by removal of load bearing elements, in various positions in plan and stories of the RC load bearing wall system was evaluated by nonlinear dynamic and static analyses. For this purpose, three-dimensional model of 10-story structure was selected. The analysis results indicated stability, strength and stiffness of the RC load-bearing wall system against progressive collapse. It was observed that the most critical condition for removal of load bearing walls was the instantaneous removal of the surrounding walls located at the corners of the building where the sections of the load bearing elements were changed. In this case, the maximum vertical displacement was limited to 6.3 mm and the structure failed after applying the load of 10 times the axial load bored by removed elements. Comparison between the results of the nonlinear dynamic and static analyses demonstrated that the "load factor" parameter was a reasonable criterion to evaluate the progressive collapse potential of the structure. 展开更多
