The interpretation of active and reactive currents in non-sinusoidal and unbalanced three-phase four-wire systems is given based on the generalized instantaneous reactive power theory. The performance and the characteristic are evaluated, and the application conditions of current reference generation strategies are concluded. An interconnecting bus power optimization method combining interconnect wire spacing with wire ordering

On-chip interconnect buses consume tens of percents of dynamic power in a nanometer scale integrated circuit and they will consume more power with the rapid scaling down of technology size and continuously rising clock frequency, therefore it is meaningful to lower the interconnecting bus power in design. In this paper, a simple yet accurate interconnect parasitic capacitance model is presented first and then, based on this model, a novel interconnecting bus optimization method is proposed. Wire spacing is a process for spacing wires for minimum dynamic power, while wire ordering is a process that searches for wire orders that maximally enhance it. The method, i.e., combining wire spacing with wire ordering, focuses on bus dynamic power optimization with a consideration of bus performance requirements. The optimization method is verified based on various nanometer technology parameters, showing that with 50% slack of routing space, 25.71% and 32.65% of power can be saved on average by the proposed optimization method for a global bus and an intermediate bus, respectively, under a 65-nm technology node, compared with 21.78% and 27.68% of power saved on average by uniform spacing technology. The proposed method is especially suitable for computer-aided design of nanometer scale on-chip buses. 展开更多

A type of novel inverter power supply system for high-power twin-wire pulsed gas metal arc welding (GMAW) is presented mainly for dealing with the disadvantages of the conventional power supply for twin-wire pulsed GMA W of which the output power is generally difficult to increase due to limitations of the power of semiconductors and the power density of magnetic devices. In the power supplies for the master and slave arcs, the digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320F28335 is used to form the DSP- based synergic control system for parallel high-power pulsed GMA W, which achieves high-power output of two parallel inverters controlled by a single DSP ; master-slave communication is achieved by using e controller area network (eCAN)module of DSP, thas realizing anti-phase pulse output of high-power twin-wire pulsed GMA W and reducing the interference between twin arcs. The experiment results demonstrate that the designed inverter power supply system for high-power twin-wire pulsed GMAW can bring about high-power efficiency of welding, stable welding process and proper formation of welds. 展开更多

高功率微波易通过电子设备间互连线缆这一主要耦合途径进入系统内部,扰乱甚至损坏敏感电路或器件。为指导工程上合理布线,提升电子系统在高功率微波环境下生存能力,采用仿真分析和试验验证相结合的方法,系统性研究了不同参数条件(线缆... 高功率微波易通过电子设备间互连线缆这一主要耦合途径进入系统内部,扰乱甚至损坏敏感电路或器件。为指导工程上合理布线,提升电子系统在高功率微波环境下生存能力,采用仿真分析和试验验证相结合的方法,系统性研究了不同参数条件(线缆长度、离地高度、端接负载阻值、辐射场入射角)下高功率微波与线缆的耦合效应,获取了耦合响应规律并分析了内在原因。结果表明:耦合信号随线缆长度增加先振荡变化后逐渐趋于稳定,振荡周期与入射波波长相等;耦合信号随线缆距地高度变化呈现振荡变化,极大值和极小值分别出现在距地高度为入射波1/4波长的奇数倍以及1/2波长的整数倍时;耦合信号随端接负载阻值增加先变小后变大,当负载阻值与线缆特性阻抗匹配时,耦合信号最小;耦合信号随来波方向与线缆布设方向间夹角的增大而增大,当两者垂直时,耦合信号最大。在此基础上给出实际工程中线缆敷设优化建议。 展开更多

为探究高温高湿环境中功率器件芯片自发热现象对水汽入侵的抑制作用机理及其对功率器件静态参数和封装可靠性的影响,将器件分成三组进行功率循环测试对比实验。第一组器件直接进行功率循环测试;第二组器件在60℃/85%RH环境储存1000 h再... 为探究高温高湿环境中功率器件芯片自发热现象对水汽入侵的抑制作用机理及其对功率器件静态参数和封装可靠性的影响,将器件分成三组进行功率循环测试对比实验。第一组器件直接进行功率循环测试;第二组器件在60℃/85%RH环境储存1000 h再进行功率循环测试;第三组器件在60℃/85%RH环境储存1000 h期间导通电流,令芯片自发热模拟实际工况(芯片结温为120℃),然后进行功率循环测试。实验结果显示,水汽入侵会使功率器件的静态参数发生漂移,缩短器件功率循环寿命。器件功率循环寿命缩短的原因是水汽入侵腐蚀了器件键合线,影响了键合线可靠性。功率器件芯片自发热可以抑制水汽入侵,减小由水汽入侵导致的静态参数漂移及其对器件键合线的腐蚀作用。 展开更多

Great attention has been paid on fabricating diamond wire by using the brazing diamond because of its strong chemical bonding strength and controllability of grits distribution. Although several serving performances of brazed diamond wire have been reported, seldom do these studies refer to its process characteristics. Sawing performances of a brazed diamond wire are investigated and compared with those of a sintered diamond wire on a wire saw machine. The surface topographies of beads selected from the two wires are micro observed before sawing. The sawing tests are carried out in constant feed rate feeding(CFF) and constant normal force feeding(CNFF). In CFF test, sawing force, power, and the cut depths of positions on contact curve are measured. Then, coupled with the observations of beads topographies, sawing force and its ratio, relations of power against material removal rate, and contact curve linearity are compared and discussed. In CNFF test, the sawing rates of the two wires are investigated. The results indicate that the brazed wire performs with lower sawing force(less 16% of tangential force and 28% of normal force), more energy efficiency(nearly one-fifth of sawing power is saved), at a higher sawing rate (the rate is doubled) and with better contact curve linearity as compared with the sintered wire. This proposed research experimentally evaluates the sawing performances of brazed diamond wire from the aspect of process parameters, which can provide a basis for popularizing the brazed diamond wire. 展开更多
