The rapid evolution of wireless communication technologies has underscored the critical role of antennas in ensuring seamless connectivity.Antenna defects,ranging from manufacturing imperfections to environmental wear,pose significant challenges to the reliability and performance of communication systems.This review paper navigates the landscape of antenna defect detection,emphasizing the need for a nuanced understanding of various defect types and the associated challenges in visual detection.This review paper serves as a valuable resource for researchers,engineers,and practitioners engaged in the design and maintenance of communication systems.The insights presented here pave the way for enhanced reliability in antenna systems through targeted defect detection measures.In this study,a comprehensive literature analysis on computer vision algorithms that are employed in end-of-line visual inspection of antenna parts is presented.The PRISMA principles will be followed throughout the review,and its goals are to provide a summary of recent research,identify relevant computer vision techniques,and evaluate how effective these techniques are in discovering defects during inspections.It contains articles from scholarly journals as well as papers presented at conferences up until June 2023.This research utilized search phrases that were relevant,and papers were chosen based on whether or not they met certain inclusion and exclusion criteria.In this study,several different computer vision approaches,such as feature extraction and defect classification,are broken down and analyzed.Additionally,their applicability and performance are discussed.The review highlights the significance of utilizing a wide variety of datasets and measurement criteria.The findings of this study add to the existing body of knowledge and point researchers in the direction of promising new areas of investigation,such as real-time inspection systems and multispectral imaging.This review,on its whole,offers a complete study of computer vision approaches for quality control in antenna parts.It does so by providing helpful insights and drawing attention to areas that require additional exploration. 展开更多

Visual outcome of manual small-incision cataract surgery:comparison of modified Blumenthal and Ruit techniques

AIM:To compare the efficacy and visual results of the modified Blumenthal and Ruit techniques for manual small-incision cataract surgery(MSICS).· METHODS:This was a prospective,non-randomized comparison of 129 patients with senile cataracts scheduled to undergo routine cataract surgery via either a superior scleral tunnel incision,i.e.,the Blumenthal technique(group 1,n = 64) or a temporal scleral tunnel incision,i.e.,the Ruit technique(group 2,n =65).MSICS and intraocular lens implantation were performed through an unsutured 6.5-to 7.0-mm scleral tunnel incision.Uncorrected and corrected visual acuity,intraoperative and postoperative complications,and surgically induced astigmatism calculated by simple subtraction were compared.Patients were examined at 1 day,1 week,1 month,and 3 months after surgery.· RESULTS:Both groups achieved good visual outcome with minor complications.Three months after surgery,the corrected visual acuity was 0.73 in the Blumenthal group and 0.69 in the Ruit group(P =0.29).The average(SD) postoperative astigmatism was 0.87(0.62) diopter(D) for the Blumenthal group and 0.86(0.62) D for the Ruit group.The mean(SD) surgically induced astigmatism was 0.55(0.45) D and 0.50(0.44) D for the Blumenthal and Ruit groups,respectively(P =0.52).Common complications were minimal hyphema and corneal edema.There was no statistically significant difference in the complication rate between the groups(P >0.05).· CONCLUSION:In MSICS,both the Blumenthal and Ruit techniques achieved good visual outcomes,with low complication rates. 展开更多

Application of the painless technique for visual induced abortion in early pregnancy clinic female

Objective: This project is to analyze and evaluate the efYect of the painless technique in the visual induced abortion. Methods: 300 pregnant women who needed induced abortion and had no contraindication were selected as the research objects. Under the condition of the informed consent of the pregnant women, they were divided into two groups according to the different methods of the induced abortion. 150 cases in the observation group were treated with the painless technique for visual abortion, and 150 cases in the control group were treated with the painless technique for the blind curettage. Relevant surgical indicators and complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The operation time, the vaginal bleeding time, the induced abortion syndrome, the uterine aspiration incompleteness, and the postoperative infection in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P 0.05), with the statistical significance. The incidence of complications in the observation group (8.33%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (37.50%). The difference between the two groups was significant (P 0.05), with the statistical significance. Conclusion: The visual induced abortion with the painless technique is of great value in the outpatient induced abortion, and it is worth adopting and applying. 展开更多

The material flow in friction stir welded 2014 Al alloy has been investigated using a marker insert technique (MIT). Results of the flow visualization show that the material flow is asymmetrical during the friction stir welding (FSW) process and there are also significant differences in the flow patterns observed on advancing side and retreating side. On advancing side, some material transport forward and some move backward, but on retreating side, material only transport backward. At the top surface of the weld, significant material transport forward due to the action of the rotating tool shoulder. Combining the data from all the markers, a three-dituensional flow visualization, similar to the 3D image reconstruction technique, was obtained. The three-dimensional plot gives the tendency chart of material flow in friction stir welding process and from the plot it can be seen that there is a vertical, circular motion around the longitudinal axis of the weld. On the advancing side of the weld, the material is pushed downward but on the retreating side, the material is pushed toward the crown of the weld. The net result of the two relative motions in both side of the advancing and the retreating is that a circular motion comes into being. Comparatively, the material flow around the longitudinal axis is a secondary motion. 展开更多

This research is concerned with the application of Window Speech Recognition and Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 Integrated/Interactive Development Environment in Multimedia-Assisted Courseware prototype development for Primary School Mathematics contents, namely, single digits and the addition. The Teaching and Learning techniques—Explain, Instruct and Facilitate are proposed and these could be viewed as instructors’ centered strategy, instructors’—learners’ dual communication and learners' active participation. Marine data, due to its large scale, random variation and multiresolution in nature, are hard to be visualized and analyzed. Nowadays, constructing an ocean model and visualizing model results have become some of the most important research topics of ‘Digital Ocean'. In this paper, a spherical ray casting method is developed to improve the traditional ray-casting algorithm and to make efficient use of GPUs. Aiming at the ocean current data, a 3D view-dependent line integral convolution method is used, in which the spatial frequency is adapted according to the distance from a camera. The study is based on a 3D virtual reality and visualization engine, namely the VV-Ocean. Some interactive operations are also provided to highlight the interesting structures and the characteristics of volumetric data. Finally, the marine data gathered in the East China Sea are displayed and analyzed. The results show that the method meets the requirements of real-time and interactive rendering. 展开更多

This study was carried out in the University of Campinas to study the three-dimensional reconstruction of grape bunches through the application of the Moire technique as an alternative and innovative method, using low-cost equipment for data acquisition. This study proposed the three-dimensional visualization of grapes and topography on Xi axes through the Moire projection technique. The artificial grapes with a 20 cm long bunch and 18.45 mm average diameter for each grape were used. A projector was used to generate a grid with light and dark lines. The grape bunch was placed on a holder, illuminated by a sinusoidal grid and photographed. After processing the images, a three-dimensional map of the fruit and topography on Xi axes were obtained. The three-dimensional fruit observation allows the visualization of the higher and lower regions of the three-dimensional configuration through a color map. This result makes it possible to obtain size and shape of the grape bunch, allowing for the process automation of product selection and classification. 展开更多

Visualizing Need: Using Data Visualization as a Decision Support Tool in the Formulation of Social Policy

International social work is facing an exponentially growing number of critical challenges in developing nations in meeting essential social needs as well as the distribution of material goods, social and economic resources and the provision, and effective services delivery to populations of need. There is a need to respond rapidly to populations in need and adapt to quickly changing socio-economic conditions. However, the resources needed to evaluate data and make effective decisions to provide support are often limited by the availability of trained data analysts who can interpret statistical findings and make relevant service delivery decisions for such communities of need. Modern computing technology shows promise of providing a graphical evaluation approach to enriching understanding of the available information. Thereby, the need to make critical decisions is augmented for those decision-makers that are working most closely with marginalized groups. A recent research effort undertaken by the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) sought to provide administrators and policy-makers with information regarding the associations between social capital, economic development, and food security in the mountain region of Perú. Survey data collection and descriptive statistical analysis were used to provide information on the relationship between socio-economic development services and the emergence of social capital needed to develop effective human self-support systems. This paper demonstrates how to provide a graphical interface between areas of economic need and development initiatives. A visual exploration of data patterns would serve to inform human service decision-makers as they develop policies and programs. Visualization of data helps to enrich meaning and understanding of core areas of population need. This enhanced information format can identify needs for social policy development and improve the delivery of critical services and resources. This paper will provide a conceptual argument for considering data visualization methods in the evaluation of significant needs for, at risk, international populations. The paper will also present a number of examples for improving data evaluation and the understanding of need through data visualization methods through widely available computing technology. Procedures for graphically representing data will be demonstrated using the Perú survey, and applications for social policy formulation will be discussed. 展开更多

目的:构建成人正畸患者牙周组织健康干预方案,为临床实践提供参考。方法:2024年2月—3月,采用文献回顾、小组讨论、专家咨询等方法,以健康行为过程取向理论为指导,构建成人正畸患者牙周组织健康干预方案,通过德尔菲法对15名专家进行函询... 目的:构建成人正畸患者牙周组织健康干预方案,为临床实践提供参考。方法:2024年2月—3月,采用文献回顾、小组讨论、专家咨询等方法,以健康行为过程取向理论为指导,构建成人正畸患者牙周组织健康干预方案,通过德尔菲法对15名专家进行函询,根据专家修改意见对所涉及的条目进行修订,形成方案终稿。结果:2轮函询专家权威系数为0.829,积极系数为100%,变异系数为0.091~0.532和0.044~0.196,肯德尔和谐系数为0.246和0.293(P<0.01)。最终形成的干预方案包括前意向阶段、意向阶段、行动阶段3个阶段,共计17条具体干预措施。结论:成人正畸患者牙周组织健康干预方案具有科学性、可靠性和实用性,具有口腔专科护理特色,易于临床推广,能够为临床医护人员开展口腔健康教育提供参考。 展开更多

背景:膜片钳技术作为研究离子通道的“金标准”,已有40多年的发展历史。然而,科研机构的研究内容相对独立,没有对现有研究成果进行系统总结,导致现有研究存在重复性高、创新性弱的现象。因此,急需对膜片钳技术做一个全面的回顾,以明晰... 背景:膜片钳技术作为研究离子通道的“金标准”,已有40多年的发展历史。然而,科研机构的研究内容相对独立,没有对现有研究成果进行系统总结,导致现有研究存在重复性高、创新性弱的现象。因此,急需对膜片钳技术做一个全面的回顾,以明晰现今的研究现状、热点和未来发展方向。目的:总结近10年膜片钳技术领域的研究现状和发展趋势。方法:使用Web of Science核心合集数据库收集了2013-2023年关于膜片钳技术的出版物。采用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对出版物数量进行量化分析,并分析文献条目网络,包括国家、机构、期刊、作者、关键词、高被引文献和共被引参考文献。结果与结论:①近10年间,膜片钳技术领域研究已逐步进入稳定发展阶段。②中国和美国是这方面的领先国家,中国科学院是具有核心影响力的机构,《Journal of Neuroscience》是主要出版刊物,PARK,WON SUN团队(韩国全北国立大学)和CHU,LI团队(中国河北省心脑血管病中医药防治研究重点实验室)在该领域作出了杰出的贡献,但团队之间的协作与交流较少,尚未形成网络合作模式。③膜片钳技术主要应用在神经系统的电生理特性及其疾病的病理机制方面,是研究人员持续关注的焦点。④在心血管系统电生理特性及其疾病病理机制的研究方面,对原代心肌细胞、诱导多能干细胞衍生的心肌细胞的电生理特性和心房颤动、心脏毒性、心源性猝死和高血压等心血管疾病的病理机制方面的研究,是近几年来研究的热点。⑤在膜片钳技术与其他生物技术的结合应用方面,关注的是与光遗传学、双光子钙成像等技术的交叉融合,将是一个重要的研究方向。⑥在药物筛选及治疗靶点的识别研究方面,尤其对于膜片钳技术和中药复方的研究,将成为未来组分中药研究中的一大助力。 展开更多

随着大数据的支撑,深度学习模型在计算机视觉和自然语言处理等领域展现出卓越的能力。然而,在恶意代码图像领域应用中,可能会出现训练数据不足的情况。由于部分恶意家族训练样本数量有限,无法充分描述整个数据集的分布特征,深度学习模... 随着大数据的支撑,深度学习模型在计算机视觉和自然语言处理等领域展现出卓越的能力。然而,在恶意代码图像领域应用中,可能会出现训练数据不足的情况。由于部分恶意家族训练样本数量有限,无法充分描述整个数据集的分布特征,深度学习模型可能会过度拟合于这些稀缺数据,导致模型的性能不佳。针对以上问题,提出一种基于扩散模型生成新样本的数据集扩充方法,通过学习从原始数据到噪声的转换过程,并利用反向过程还原噪声样本为新的相似样本,实现数据集的扩充,生成与原始数据集相似但不同的新样本,以缓解部分家族数据不平衡对分类检测任务的影响,提高模型的泛化能力。 展开更多
