射频磁控溅射法制备MoS_(2)纳米薄膜的光学性能研究

采用射频磁控溅射法在石英玻璃衬底表面沉积不同厚度的MoS_(2)纳米薄膜,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见光分光光谱(UV-Vis)和荧光光谱等手段对MoS_(2)薄膜结构及光谱性质进行表征。结果表明:溅射时间越长,MoS_(2)薄膜的... 采用射频磁控溅射法在石英玻璃衬底表面沉积不同厚度的MoS_(2)纳米薄膜,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见光分光光谱(UV-Vis)和荧光光谱等手段对MoS_(2)薄膜结构及光谱性质进行表征。结果表明:溅射时间越长,MoS_(2)薄膜的结晶性越好。薄膜形成条状纳米结构相互交叠的表面形貌,样品表面形貌均匀致密。MoS_(2)纳米薄膜在可见光波段对短波长光源吸收较强,对长波长光源透射较强。随着溅射时间的增加,薄膜厚度增加,导致MoS_(2)纳米薄膜的吸收系数增加,透射率减小,光学带隙也逐渐减少。在MoS_(2)薄膜的发射谱中,位于675nm的A激子峰,对应的带隙为1.8eV。发射峰的强度随着MoS_(2)薄膜层数的增加而减小,发射峰的位置随着MoS_(2)薄膜层数的增加而蓝移。 展开更多

The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) was used to evaluate the water transport and dielectric properties of polyurethane films filled with nano-TiO2 at different pigment/base (P/B) values in 0.5 mol/L NaCl solutions. EIS results were compared with gravimetric measurements on the freestanding films. The amount of water absorption showed great discrepancy between the two methods. The diffusion coefficient in the polyurethane film with P/B:30% was the smallest among those filled with nano-TiO2 pigments. The dielectric constant ε of the polyurethane varnish film obtained from the initial capacitance was in the range of typical values of polymers. SEM was used to measure the distribution of nano-TiO2 particles in the polyurethane films. 展开更多

Mn:ZnSe/ZnS/L-Cys core-shell quantum dots(QDs)sensitized La-doped nano-TiO2 thin film(QDSTF)was prepared.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),nanosecond transient photovoltaic(TPV),and steady state surface photovoltaic(SPV)technologies were used for probing the photoelectron behaviors in the Mn-doped QDSTF.The results revealed that the Mn-doped QDSTF had a p-type TPV characteristic.The bottom of the conduction band of the QDs as a sensitizer was just 0.86 eV above that of the La-doped nano-TiO2 thin film,while the acceptor level of the doped Mn2+ions was located at about 0.39 eV below and near the bottom of the conduction band of the QDs.The intensity of the SPV response of the Mn-doped QDSTF at a specific wavelength was ~2.1 times higher than that of the undoped QDSTF.The region of the SPV response of the Mn-doped QDSTF was extended by 191 nm to almost the whole visible region as compared with the undoped QDSTF one.And the region of the TPV response of the Mn-doped QDSTF was also obviously wider than that of the undoped QDSTF.These PV characteristics of the Mn-doped QDSTF may be due to the prolonged lifetime and extended diffusion length of photogenerated free charge carriers injected into the sensitized La-doped nano-TiO2 thin film. 展开更多

Water permeability can be used as a parameter to evaluate the effects of chitosan / nano-TiO2 composite film on the preservation of fruits and vegetables. In this study, using water permeability as the objective function, an L9 (3)3 orthogonal experiment was conducted with addition amounts of chitosan, nano-TiO2 and glycerin as three factors at three levels. According to the experimental results, when the percentages of chitosan, nano-TiO2 and glycerin in chitosan / nano-TiO2 composite film was 2%, 0.03% and 2.5%, respectively ( i. e. , there were 2.0 g of chitosan, 0.03 g of nano-TiO2 and 2.5 g of glycerin per 1130 g composite film solution), the water permeability of chitesan / nano-TiO2 composite fdm reached the minimum. Chitosan / nano-TiO2 composite film prepared with the optimal composition was used for preservation of Jinqiu pear. The water loss rate, respiratory intensity and good fruit rate of preserved Jinqiu pear were determined, which indicated that the prepared chitosan / nano-TiO2 composite film exhibited good preservative effects. 展开更多

In this work,flexible photothermal PVA/Ti_(2)O_(3) composite films with different amount(0 wt%,5 wt%,10 wt%,15 wt%)of Ti_(2)O_(3) particles modified by steric acid were prepared by a simple solution casting method.The microstructures,XRD patterns,FTIR spectra,UV-Vis-NIR spectra thermo-conductivity,thermo-stability and photothermal effects of these composite films were all characterized.These results indicated that Ti_(2)O_(3) particles were well dispersed throughout the polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)matrix in the PVA/Ti_(2)O_(3) composite films.And Ti_(2)O_(3) particles could also effectively improve the photothermal properties of the composite films which exhibited high light absorption and generated a high temperature(about 57.4℃for film with 15 wt%Ti_(2)O_(3) amount)on the surface when it was irradiated by a simulated sunlight source(1 kW/m^(2)). 展开更多

The structure–property relationship at interfaces is difficult to probe for thermoelectric materials with a complex interfacial microstructure.Designing thermoelectric materials with a simple,structurally-uniform interface provides a facile way to understand how these interfaces influence the transport properties.Here,we synthesized Bi_(2−x)Sb_(x)Te_(3)(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.4)nanoflakes using a hydrothermal method,and prepared Bi_(2−x)Sb_(x)Te_(3) thin films with predominantly(0001)interfaces by stacking the nanoflakes through spin coating.The influence of the annealing temperature and Sb content on the(0001)interface structure was systematically investigated at atomic scale using aberration-corrected scanning transmission electron microscopy.Annealing and Sb doping facilitate atom diffusion and migration between adjacent nanoflakes along the(0001)interface.As such it enhances interfacial connectivity and improves the electrical transport properties.Interfac reactions create new interfaces that increase the scattering and the Seebeck coefficient.Due to the simultaneous optimization of electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient,the maximum power factor of the Bi_(1.8)Sb_(0.2)Te_(3) nanoflake films reaches 1.72 mW m^(−1)K^(−2),which is 43%higher than that of a pure Bi_(2)Te_(3) thin film. 展开更多

Hafnia-based ferroelectric materials, like Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2)(HZO), have received tremendous attention owing to their potentials for building ultra-thin ferroelectric devices. The orthorhombic(O)-phase of HZO is ferroelectric but metastable in its bulk form under ambient conditions, which poses a considerable challenge to maintaining the operation performance of HZO-based ferroelectric devices. Here, we theoretically addressed this issue that provides parameter spaces for stabilizing the O-phase of HZO thin-films under various conditions. Three mechanisms were found to be capable of lowering the relative energy of the O-phase, namely, more significant surface-bulk portion of(111) surfaces, compressive c-axis strain,and positive electric fields. Considering these mechanisms, we plotted two ternary phase diagrams for HZO thin-films where the strain was applied along the in-plane uniaxial and biaxial, respectively. These diagrams indicate the O-phase could be stabilized by solely shrinking the film-thickness below 12.26 nm, ascribed to its lower surface energies. All these results shed considerable light on designing more robust and higher-performance ferroelectric devices. 展开更多

以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)为单体制备了聚丙烯酸酯(PA)乳液,将其与纳米TiO_(2)分散液混合制备了PA-T乳液,采用旋涂法以PA-T乳液对聚碳酸酯(PC)薄膜进行表面改性,制备了一系列PA-纳米TiO_(2)/PC(PA-T/PC)薄膜... 以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)为单体制备了聚丙烯酸酯(PA)乳液,将其与纳米TiO_(2)分散液混合制备了PA-T乳液,采用旋涂法以PA-T乳液对聚碳酸酯(PC)薄膜进行表面改性,制备了一系列PA-纳米TiO_(2)/PC(PA-T/PC)薄膜。基于FTIR、SEM、粒径测定、TGA和人工加速紫外老化实验,考察了纳米TiO_(2)含量(以PA单体MMA、BA、AA的总质量为基准,下同)对制备的PA-T乳液、PA-T/PC薄膜性能的影响。结果表明,纳米TiO_(2)含量0.10%的PA-T乳液(PA-T_(0.10))平均粒径93.9 nm,多分散系数为0.073,由其制备的PA-T_(0.10)/PC薄膜较为光滑平整,其表面上纳米TiO_(2)颗粒分散比较均匀;PA-T_(0.10)/PC保持了优异的高透光性能(透过率89.5%),初始分解温度为389.6℃,峰值分解温度471.2℃,水接触角22.3°;PA-T_(0.10)/PC的表面硬度(2H)最高,摩擦系数(0.02)最小,断裂伸长率(174.84%)明显高于PC薄膜(124.00%),表明PA-T_(0.10)/PC中含量0.10%的纳米TiO_(2)足以形成较有效的保护,提高了复合薄膜的表面硬度和耐磨性能;PA-T_(0.10)/PC在人工加速紫外老化实验中,前48 h的PC分子链并未明显断裂,老化程度不明显,120 h时PA-T_(0.10)/PC的黄变指数增至2.1,其比PC薄膜表现出更强的抗黄变能力。 展开更多

选用99.99%纯度的V_(2)O_(5)粉末和多壁碳纳米管,采用溶胶凝胶法和后退火工艺在石英基底上制备了V_(2)O_(5)与多壁碳纳米管的纳米复合薄膜。通过场发射扫描电子显微镜、拉曼光谱仪、X射线衍射仪和X射线光电子能谱仪等表征了复合薄膜的... 选用99.99%纯度的V_(2)O_(5)粉末和多壁碳纳米管,采用溶胶凝胶法和后退火工艺在石英基底上制备了V_(2)O_(5)与多壁碳纳米管的纳米复合薄膜。通过场发射扫描电子显微镜、拉曼光谱仪、X射线衍射仪和X射线光电子能谱仪等表征了复合薄膜的表面形貌、结构、化学组成和元素,利用分光光度计等测试分析了复合薄膜的光电特性。结果表明,多壁碳纳米管的掺入使V_(2)O_(5)薄膜的带隙变宽,当温度从室温升至270℃时,其电阻从52.38 MΩ下降到0.97 MΩ,有近两个数量级的变化;在600~1200 nm波长范围内,复合薄膜的平均透过率达58%,相变前后的透过率变化达2%,在0~7 V的电压调控下透过率随电压的增大而升高。复合薄膜经过多次高低温循环测试,其光电特性具有较好的可逆热致光电特性和稳定性,有望在新型光电器件和传感器等领域得以应用。 展开更多

本文研究了利用分子束外延技术生长的非故意掺杂(UID)和锡掺杂的β-Ga_(2)O_(3)同质外延薄膜的电子输运性质。薄膜载流子浓度范围为3.2×10^(16)至2.9×10^(19) cm^(-3),载流子浓度为3.2×10^(16) cm^(-3)的非故意掺杂薄膜... 本文研究了利用分子束外延技术生长的非故意掺杂(UID)和锡掺杂的β-Ga_(2)O_(3)同质外延薄膜的电子输运性质。薄膜载流子浓度范围为3.2×10^(16)至2.9×10^(19) cm^(-3),载流子浓度为3.2×10^(16) cm^(-3)的非故意掺杂薄膜显示出优异的室温迁移率,为125 cm^(2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1),在80 K时的峰值迁移率为875 cm^(2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1),达到了当前MBE生长的Ga_(2)O_(3)薄膜的先进水平。利用温度相关霍尔测试表征同质外延薄膜的电子输运性质,计算得到锡掺杂剂的激活能为76.2 meV。通过散射模型的拟合计算,分析了这一系列同质外延薄膜的电子散射性质,在低温到高温过程中,来自本征缺陷的电离杂质散射及晶体中阴阳离子库仑力的极性光学声子(POP)散射限制了迁移率的增长。 展开更多

添加CaCl_(2)对细菌纤维素/热塑性淀粉复合膜性能的影响

细菌纤维素(BC)/热塑性淀粉(TPS)复合膜具有良好的应用潜力,但其断裂伸长率有待改善。为考察添加CaCl_(2)对BC/TPS复合膜性能的影响,以添加不同含量(0%~10%)CaCl_(2),制备获得各种BC/TPS复合膜,通过检测其机械性能、含水率、分子间相互... 细菌纤维素(BC)/热塑性淀粉(TPS)复合膜具有良好的应用潜力,但其断裂伸长率有待改善。为考察添加CaCl_(2)对BC/TPS复合膜性能的影响,以添加不同含量(0%~10%)CaCl_(2),制备获得各种BC/TPS复合膜,通过检测其机械性能、含水率、分子间相互作用力、结晶度、热稳定性、水蒸气透过率与氧气透过率,探讨CaCl_(2)对BC/TPS复合材料的影响与机理。研究结果表明,0.5%CaCl_(2)可在保持复合膜抗拉强度与杨氏模量的同时,使断裂伸长率增加1倍。CaCl_(2)会与体系中的羟基产生配位效应,取代部分氢键相互作用,从而提高BC/TPS复合膜的断裂伸长率,并影响结晶度、热稳定性与阻隔性能。另外,CaCl_(2)的添加还提高了该复合膜对草莓的保鲜效果。 展开更多

Memristive crossbar arrays(MCAs)offer parallel data storage and processing for energy-efficient neuromorphic computing.However,most wafer-scale MCAs that are compatible with complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS)technology still suffer from substantially larger energy consumption than biological synapses,due to the slow kinetics of forming conductive paths inside the memristive units.Here we report wafer-scale Ag_(2)S-based MCAs realized using CMOS-compatible processes at temperatures below 160℃.Ag_(2)S electrolytes supply highly mobile Ag+ions,and provide the Ag/Ag_(2)S interface with low silver nucleation barrier to form silver filaments at low energy costs.By further enhancing Ag+migration in Ag_(2)S electrolytes via microstructure modulation,the integrated memristors exhibit a record low threshold of approximately−0.1 V,and demonstrate ultra-low switching-energies reaching femtojoule values as observed in biological synapses.The low-temperature process also enables MCA integration on polyimide substrates for applications in flexible electronics.Moreover,the intrinsic nonidealities of the memristive units for deep learning can be compensated by employing an advanced training algorithm.An impressive accuracy of 92.6%in image recognition simulations is demonstrated with the MCAs after the compensation.The demonstrated MCAs provide a promising device option for neuromorphic computing with ultra-high energy-efficiency. 展开更多

以钛酸异丙酯和正硅酸乙酯为前躯体,采用溶胶-凝胶法分别制备稳定的TiO_(2)溶胶和SiO_(2)溶胶,以TiO_(2)薄膜作为高折射率膜层,SiO_(2)作为低折射率膜层,采用浸渍提拉法在石英基底上交替沉积构建四分之一波长膜堆,制备得到高质量的TiO_(... 以钛酸异丙酯和正硅酸乙酯为前躯体,采用溶胶-凝胶法分别制备稳定的TiO_(2)溶胶和SiO_(2)溶胶,以TiO_(2)薄膜作为高折射率膜层,SiO_(2)作为低折射率膜层,采用浸渍提拉法在石英基底上交替沉积构建四分之一波长膜堆,制备得到高质量的TiO_(2)/SiO_(2)高反射光学薄膜。通过使用一种新型的快速热处理工艺,有效避免了多层凝胶膜堆叠的薄膜开裂问题,同时大大提升了薄膜镀制效率。以透射光谱拟合得到的单层薄膜光学常数为基础,以550 nm为中心波长设计高反射膜系,通过调节提拉速度和工艺参数来控制薄膜的厚度,实验获得的TiO_(2)/SiO_(2)高反射薄膜,其光学性能与理论模型表现出良好的一致性,在中心波长处的透射率约为2.5%,接近全反射特征。 展开更多

Based on the sol-gel technique using butyl titanate as oxide precursor, the regenerated SF (silk fibroin)/nano-TiO2 composite films were synthesized. Different amounts of butyl titanate to SF were used to verify this effect on the characteristics of the formed materials. Samples were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray diffractometry, UV, AFM and FT-IR spectroscopy. The experimental results reveal that, compared to the pure silk fibroin films, the mechanical strength of these regenerated SF/nano-TiO2 composite films were increased and the dissolubility in water of SF/nano-TiO2 composite films in aqueous solution were decreased. The diameter of nano-TiO2 particle films was about 80nm through UV and AFM. The nano-TiO2 particles were well dispersed in the regenerated silk fibroin. It was found that the crystal structures of the composite films were transited from typical Silk I to typical Silk H by the XRD and FTIR. Furthermore, the crystallinity of the composite films was obviously improved. Through the TGA, it was demonstrated that the heat transition temperature of composite films was also enhanced. 展开更多

通过雾化热解喷涂法成功在铝酸镧单晶衬底上制备出具有良好导电性的锐钛矿TiO_(2)(004)薄膜,并在此基础上进行Ta掺杂对TiO_(2)薄膜结构、性能的影响研究。研究结果表明:Ta元素掺杂对TiO_(2)薄膜(004)晶面结晶度提高有促进作用,在Ta掺杂... 通过雾化热解喷涂法成功在铝酸镧单晶衬底上制备出具有良好导电性的锐钛矿TiO_(2)(004)薄膜,并在此基础上进行Ta掺杂对TiO_(2)薄膜结构、性能的影响研究。研究结果表明:Ta元素掺杂对TiO_(2)薄膜(004)晶面结晶度提高有促进作用,在Ta掺杂原子数分数为7.58%时,表现出最佳的结晶度(半峰宽0.26°);Ta元素掺杂降低了薄膜在可见光区域的透过率,整体上使TiO_(2)(004)薄膜光学带隙增大,但是随着Ta元素的增加,光学带隙有轻微下降趋势;Ta元素掺杂是提高TiO_(2)薄膜电学性质的有效手段,随着Ta掺杂原子数分数的提升,TiO_(2)薄膜最大载流子浓度可达1.92×10^(18) cm^(-3),霍尔迁移率从低掺杂原子数分数时的8.27 cm^(-2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1)提高到1.06×10^(2) cm^(-2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1),最低电阻率达到1.30×10^(-2)Ω·cm。本研究表明雾化热解喷涂法是一种低成本制备高结晶度TiO_(2)薄膜的可靠方法,且相关结果为取向性TiO_(2)薄膜的生长、结晶、光学及电学性质调控提供了一定参考。 展开更多

经济的蓬勃发展和人民生活水平的提高使建筑节能及生活节能备受关注。玻璃作为在高层建筑中常见的建筑材料,存在着易被灰尘及空气污染的问题。TiO_(2)基自洁净玻璃满足了自动清洁、降解表面污染物、降低人工清洁成本、减轻环境污染负担... 经济的蓬勃发展和人民生活水平的提高使建筑节能及生活节能备受关注。玻璃作为在高层建筑中常见的建筑材料,存在着易被灰尘及空气污染的问题。TiO_(2)基自洁净玻璃满足了自动清洁、降解表面污染物、降低人工清洁成本、减轻环境污染负担等需求,因此TiO_(2)基自洁净玻璃的大力发展显得尤为重要。系统地从自洁净机理、TiO_(2)基自洁净玻璃的发展历程、制备工艺、膜层表面改性4个方面综述了TiO_(2)基自洁净玻璃的研究进展。首先,从自洁净机理入手,阐述了TiO_(2)光催化性能和光致超亲水性能的基本原理,概括了国内外TiO_(2)基自洁净玻璃的发展历程。其次,探讨了化学气相沉积法、磁控溅射法、液相沉积法和溶胶-凝胶法4种TiO_(2)基薄膜的制备工艺,综述了离子掺杂、氧化物复合、石墨烯掺杂以及聚合物辅助等改性途径的研究进展,梳理了复合薄膜相较于纯TiO_(2)薄膜的性能优势以及其光催化性能和光致超亲水性能得到相应改善的原因。最后,对TiO_(2)基自洁净玻璃的研究进行总结,为其未来的应用推广提供了参考。 展开更多
