Reliability allocation of computerized numerical controlled(CNC)lathes is very important in industry.Traditional allocation methods only focus on high-failure rate components rather than moderate failure rate components,which is not applicable in some conditions.Aiming at solving the problem of CNC lathes reliability allocating,a comprehensive reliability allocation method based on cubic transformed functions of failure modes and effects analysis(FMEA)is presented.Firstly,conventional reliability allocation methods are introduced.Then the limitations of direct combination of comprehensive allocation method with the exponential transformed FMEA method are investigated.Subsequently,a cubic transformed function is established in order to overcome these limitations.Properties of the new transformed functions are discussed by considering the failure severity and the failure occurrence.Designers can choose appropriate transform amplitudes according to their requirements.Finally,a CNC lathe and a spindle system are used as an example to verify the new allocation method.Seven criteria are considered to compare the results of the new method with traditional methods.The allocation results indicate that the new method is more flexible than traditional methods.By employing the new cubic transformed function,the method covers a wider range of problems in CNC reliability allocation without losing the advantages of traditional methods. 展开更多

Functional failure mode of commercial deep sub-micron static random access memory(SRAM) induced by total dose irradiation is experimentally analyzed and verified by circuit simulation. We extensively characterize the functional failure mode of the device by testing its electrical parameters and function with test patterns covering different functional failure modes. Experimental results reveal that the functional failure mode of the device is a temporary function interruption caused by peripheral circuits being sensitive to the standby current rising. By including radiation-induced threshold shift and off-state leakage current in memory cell transistors, we simulate the influence of radiation on the functionality of the memory cell. Simulation results reveal that the memory cell is tolerant to irradiation due to its high stability, which agrees with our experimental result. 展开更多

The robust stability and robust sliding mode control problems are studied for a class of linear distributed time-delay systems with polytopic-type uncertainties by applying the parameter-dependent Lyapunov functional approach combining with a new method of introducing some relaxation matrices and tuning parameters, which can be chosen properly to lead to a less conservative result. First, a sufficient condition is proposed for robust stability of the autonomic system; next, the sufficient conditions of the robust stabilization controller and the existence condition of sliding mode are developed. The results are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which can be solved via efficient interior-point algorithms. The crystal structure of L-glutamine is stabilized by a three-dimensional network of intermolecular hydrogen bonds.We utilize plane-wave density functional theory lattice-dynamics calculations within the generalized-gradient approximation(GGA), Perdew–Burke–Ernzerhof(PBE), PBE for solids(PBEsol), PBE with Wu–Cohen exchange(WC), and dispersion-corrected PBE, to investigate the effect of these intermolecular contacts on the absorption spectra of glutamine in the terahertz frequency range. Among these calculations, the solid-state simulated results obtained using the WC method exhibit a good agreement with the measured absorption spectra, and the absorption features are assigned with the help of WC. This indicates that the vibrational modes of glutamine were related to the combination of intramolecular and intermolecular motions, the intramolecular modes were dominated by rocking or torsion involving functional groups; the intermolecular modes mainly result from the translational motions of individual molecules, and the rocking of the hydrogenbonded functional groups. 展开更多

It finds that the decay rate of the intensity correlation function of one mode gets faster with decreasing values of relevant parameters, i.e., the coupling constant ξ, the cross-correlation coefficient A, the difference of the pump parameters Aa and the pump parameter al; however, its variations get complex in the other mode when relevant parameters are changed. The investigating results also show that the effects of the mode competition on intensity correlation function are obvious. 展开更多

The frequency–space(f–x) empirical mode decomposition(EMD) denoising method has two limitations when applied to nonstationary seismic data. First, subtracting the first intrinsic mode function(IMF) results in signal damage and limited denoising. Second, decomposing the real and imaginary parts of complex data may lead to inconsistent decomposition numbers. Thus, we propose a new method named f–x spatial projection-based complex empirical mode decomposition(CEMD) prediction filtering. The proposed approach directly decomposes complex seismic data into a series of complex IMFs(CIMFs) using the spatial projection-based CEMD algorithm and then applies f–x predictive filtering to the stationary CIMFs to improve the signal-to-noise ratio. Synthetic and real data examples were used to demonstrate the performance of the new method in random noise attenuation and seismic signal preservation. 展开更多

为了提高永磁同步电机的调速性能,滑模控制逐渐取代PI控制被引入控制系统中。但是传统滑模控制中趋近律的趋近速度慢与固有抖振问题制约着滑模控制的发展,为此提出一种改进的滑模趋近律。首先,为了解决传统等速趋近律中趋近速度和抖振... 为了提高永磁同步电机的调速性能,滑模控制逐渐取代PI控制被引入控制系统中。但是传统滑模控制中趋近律的趋近速度慢与固有抖振问题制约着滑模控制的发展,为此提出一种改进的滑模趋近律。首先,为了解决传统等速趋近律中趋近速度和抖振难以平衡的问题,在所提趋近律中引入系统状态变量,并在滑模增益中引入指数项,使其在保证趋近速度的同时抑制滑模抖振。其次,由于开关函数在零点附近具有不连续的特性,会引起滑模抖振,为此采用sat函数代替常规开关函数,能够在保证响应速度的前提下抑制滑模抖振。然后,基于所提趋近律,设计永磁同步电机的滑模速度控制器。最后,仿真和实验结果表明,所提趋近律可以提高永磁同步电机调速系统的控制性能。 展开更多

[目的]电流环是双馈风力发电机并网过程中的重要控制环节。针对传统PI控制时双馈风力发电系统在参数摄动时动态性能不佳以及传统趋近律滑模控制存在抖振问题,对滑模变结构进行了研究和设计。[方法]基于滑模变结构的双馈风力发电机矢量控制研究方法主要聚焦于利用滑模变结构控制的优点,如响应速度快、对参数变化和扰动不敏感等,结合双馈风力发电机的特性,实现精确的矢量控制。首先设计滑模面,确保系统状态在滑模面上滑动,进而设计滑模控制器以稳定系统状态,并通过反馈调整使系统跟踪期望轨迹,从而达到对双馈风力发电机的高效、稳定控制,并将抗抖振因子与幂次函数相结合设计趋近律函数,提出一种改进型幂次函数来提高控制器的性能,构建了基于改进幂次函数的滑模控制器。[结果]仿真表明,在风速突变的情况下,基于改进型幂次函数的滑模控制器控制过程几乎无超调。[结论]与传统PI调节器相比,基于改进型幂次函数的滑模控制器具有优良的动态性能和控制精度,能够在双馈风力发电系统中有效地改善控制效果,提高稳定性和抗干扰能力。 展开更多
