The leaching kinetics of Tang-dan refractory low grade complex copper ore was investigated in ammonia-ammonium chloride solution.The concentration of ammonia and ammonium chloride,the ore particle size,the solid-to-liquid ratio and the temperature were chosen as parameters in the experiments.The results show that temperature,concentration of ammonia and ammonium chloride have favorable influence on the leaching rate of copper oxide ores.But,leaching rate decreases with increasing particle size and solid-to-liquid ratio.The leaching process is controlled by the diffusion of the lixiviant and the activation energy is determined to be 23.279 kJ/mol.An equation was also proposed to describe the leaching kinetics. 展开更多

The effect of ultraviolet mutagenesis on a heterotrophic strain(Providencia JAT-1) mutation was studied and bioleaching of low grade copper ore with mutant bacteria was investigated. The results show that the activity of bacteria was improved after ultraviolet mutagenesis; the best irradiation time was 120 s. Compared to the original bacteria, the cells density of mutant bacteria at stationary phase increased by 26% and ammonia produced by mutant bacteria increased by 12%. Higher activity of bacteria leads to a higher copper extraction rate. The bioleaching performance of Providencia JAT-1 was improved after UV mutagenesis. The copper extraction rate with mutant bacteria increased by 10.6% compared to the original bacteria. The ore surface was corroded and the fine particles were absent after bioleaching. Free copper oxide and copper silicates could be leached out easily by using JAT-1; a small part of the copper sulfide can also be leached out. Bioleaching using JAT-1 is more effective than ammonia leaching and copper extraction rate with mutant bacteria was 21.1% higher than that by ammonia leaching under the same condition. 展开更多

Effects of residues produced by agricultural wastes fermentation(AWF)on low grade copper sulfide ores bioleaching,copper recovery,and microbial community were investigated.The results indicated that adding appropriate bulk of AWF made contributions to low grade copper sulfide ores bioleaching,which may be mainly realized through reducing the passivation layer formed by Fe3+hydrolysis.Improved copper recovery(78.35%)and bacteria concentration(9.56×10^(7)cells·mL^(−1))were yielded in the presence of 5 g·L^(−1)AWF.The result of 16S rDNA analysis demonstrated that microbial community was differentiated by adding AWF.Bacteria proportion,such as Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans,Moraxella osloensis,and Lactobacillus acetotolerans changed distinctly.Great difference between samples was showed according to beta diversity index,and the maximum value reached 0.375.Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans accounted for the highest proportion throughout the bioleaching process,and that of sample in the presence of 5 g·L^(−) AWF reached 28.63%.The results should show reference to application of agricultural wastes and low grade copper sulfide ores. 展开更多

The catalytic effect of activated carbon on the bioleaching of low-grade primary copper sulfide ores using mixture of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans was investigated. The results show that the addition of activated carbon can greatly accelerate the rate and efficiency of copper dissolution from low-grade primary copper sulfide ores. The solution with the concentration of 3.0 g/L activated carbon is most beneficial to the dissolution of copper. The resting time of the mixture of activated carbon and ores has an impact on the bioleaching of low-grade primary copper sulfide ores. The 2 d resting time is most favorable to the dissolution of copper. The enhanced dissolution rate and efficiency of copper can be attributed to the galvanic interaction between activated carbon and chalcopyrite. The addition of activated carbon obviously depresses the dissolution of iron and the bacterial oxidation of ferrous ions in solution. The lower redox potentials are more favorable to the copper dissolution than the higher potentials for low-grade primary copper sulfide ores in the presence of activated carbon. 展开更多

Due to the importance of detecting the matte grade in the copper flash smelting process, the mechanism model was established according to the multi-phase and multi-component mathematic model. Meanwhile this procedure was a complicated production process with characteristics of large time delay, nonlinearity and so on. A fuzzy neural network model was set up through a great deal of production data. Besides a novel constrained gradient descent algorithm used to update the parameters was put forward to improve the parameters learning efficiency. Ultimately the self-adaptive combination technology was adopted to paralleled integrate two models in order to obtain the prediction model of the matte grade. Industrial data validation shows that the intelligently integrated model is more precise than a single model. It can not only predict the matte grade exactly but also provide optimal control of the copper flash smelting process with potent guidance. 展开更多

In this paper, prediction of copper and molybdenum grades and their recoveries of an industrial flotation plant are investigated using the Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) model. Process modeling has done based on 92 datasets collected at different operational conditions and feed characteristics. The prominent parameters investigated in this network were pH, collector, frother and F-Oil concentration, size percentage of feed passing 75 microns, moisture content in feed, solid percentage, and grade of copper, molybdenum, and iron in feed. A multilayer perceptron neural network, with 10:10:10:4 structure (two hidden layers), was used to estimate metallurgical performance. To obtain the optimal hidden layers and nodes in a layer, a trial and error procedure was done. In training and testing phases, it achieved quite correlations of 0.98 and 0.93 for Copper grade, of 0.99 and 0.92 for Copper recovery, of 0.99 and 0.92 for Molybdenum grade and of 0.99 and 0.94 for Molybdenum recovery prediction, respectively. The proposed neural network model can be applied to determine the most beneficial operational conditions for the expected Copper and Molybdenum grades and their recovery in final concentration of the industrial copper flotation process. 展开更多

低品位难选铜矿铜硫高效浮选分离试验研究

我国滇西地区有大量难选低品位铜矿亟待开发利用。某铜矿含铜0.35%、含硫6.31%。为实现矿石中铜硫高效富集与分离,获得铜精矿和硫精矿产品,根据矿石矿物组成及铜的化学物相分布情况,对该低品位难选铜矿进行铜硫高效浮选分离试验研究,确... 我国滇西地区有大量难选低品位铜矿亟待开发利用。某铜矿含铜0.35%、含硫6.31%。为实现矿石中铜硫高效富集与分离,获得铜精矿和硫精矿产品,根据矿石矿物组成及铜的化学物相分布情况,对该低品位难选铜矿进行铜硫高效浮选分离试验研究,确定采用“铜硫混合浮选—混合粗精矿再磨-抑硫浮铜”工艺,在分析铜硫浮选分离机理的基础上,系统研究了磨矿细度、浮选药剂、混合粗精矿再磨细度、pH值等因素对铜硫浮选及分离的影响。试验采用乙基黄药和丁基黄药为铜硫混合浮选的组合捕收剂、松醇油为起泡剂,对得到的铜硫混合粗精矿再磨后采用石灰抑制硫矿物,以Z-200捕收铜矿物;在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占85%,乙基黄药和丁基黄药用量为150+150 g/t、Z-200用量20 g/t、pH为12的条件下,经过铜硫一次粗选两次扫选一次精选,铜硫粗精矿再磨至-0.038 mm占85%,铜一次粗选两次扫选两次精选浮选闭路流程,获得了Cu品位为19.51%、Cu回收率为91.98%的铜精矿和S品位为40.77%、S回收率为84.51%的硫精矿,铜硫富集及分离试验指标良好。研究成果为类似低品位难选铜矿的铜硫高效浮选富集与分离提供了较好的借鉴,对于提高铜硫资源的综合利用率和降低生产成本具有重要的意义。 展开更多

云南某地有大量低品位铜铅硫化矿资源,含铜0.37%、含铅1.21%,铜铅硫化矿的嵌布粒度细,其中-19+4.8μm的微细粒级在黄铜矿和方铅矿中分别占60.76%和67.20%,选别难度较大。为有效回收其中的铜矿物和铅矿物,对该低品位铜铅硫化矿进行了高... 云南某地有大量低品位铜铅硫化矿资源,含铜0.37%、含铅1.21%,铜铅硫化矿的嵌布粒度细,其中-19+4.8μm的微细粒级在黄铜矿和方铅矿中分别占60.76%和67.20%,选别难度较大。为有效回收其中的铜矿物和铅矿物,对该低品位铜铅硫化矿进行了高效浮选分离研究,探讨了混合浮选及混合粗精矿再磨再选技术在铜铅分离中的应用。对矿石性质进行分析,其主要有价矿物为硫化铜和硫化铅,含量分别为0.25%和1.15%;根据矿石组成及粒度分布情况,试验采用铜铅混合浮选—粗精矿再磨—铜铅浮选分离工艺,研究了磨矿细度、药剂制度、混合粗精矿再磨细度等因素对铜铅浮选分离的影响,确定了铜铅混浮的最佳条件为磨矿细度-0.074 mm占80%,抑制剂石灰用量2000 g/t,组合捕收剂(苯胺黑药与Z-200按2∶1混合)用量90 g/t,粗精矿再磨细度-0.074 mm占90%,铜铅分离时抑制剂巯基乙酸钠用量400 g/t;经过浮选闭路试验,最终获得了铜精矿Cu品位22.01%、Cu回收率86.86%,铅精矿Pb品位64.84%、Pb回收率85.98%的良好指标,实现了铜铅高效富集与分离。混合浮选再磨再选技术为低品位铜铅硫化矿的高效利用提供了一种有效的方法,对于提高矿石的回收率和降低生产成本具有重要意义。 展开更多

以普朗铜矿的低品位斑岩型硫化铜钼矿为研究对象,针对其原矿品位低、含泥量高、矿物成分复杂和嵌布粒度细等问题,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,考察了磨矿细度、pH值、抑制剂种类及用量、捕收剂种类及用量和起泡剂MIBC用量对铜钼混合浮选... 以普朗铜矿的低品位斑岩型硫化铜钼矿为研究对象,针对其原矿品位低、含泥量高、矿物成分复杂和嵌布粒度细等问题,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,考察了磨矿细度、pH值、抑制剂种类及用量、捕收剂种类及用量和起泡剂MIBC用量对铜钼混合浮选的影响。最终确定了粗选条件:磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占65%,pH值为10,水玻璃用量150 g/t,捕收剂组合MCO+煤油(20+60) g/t,起泡剂MIBC用量50 g/t。此条件下,获得的铜钼混合粗精矿铜品位为6.77%,回收率为74.61%,钼品位为0.40%,回收率为75.94%。进一步通过对比粗精矿再磨位置、再磨细度及闭路浮选流程,最终确定粗精矿直接再磨至-0.038 mm占90%,采用粗磨-粗精再磨-一粗两精三扫-中矿混合返回粗选的闭路浮选流程,获得的铜钼混合精矿铜品位为23.32%,总回收率为80.50%,钼品位为1.20%,总回收率为74.56%。该研究成果为低品位高含泥铜钼矿资源的开发利用提供了参考。 展开更多

金刚石增强体及界面改性对金刚石/铜基复合材料的导热性能具有重要影响,基于此,利用振荡热压烧结方法制备了金刚石/铜基复合材料,并研究了金刚石表面热扩散法镀W工艺、金刚石品级及含量对镀层物相、微观形貌及其复合材料微观组织和性能... 金刚石增强体及界面改性对金刚石/铜基复合材料的导热性能具有重要影响,基于此,利用振荡热压烧结方法制备了金刚石/铜基复合材料,并研究了金刚石表面热扩散法镀W工艺、金刚石品级及含量对镀层物相、微观形貌及其复合材料微观组织和性能的影响。结果表明:金刚石镀覆时间和品级对镀层物相组成没有显著影响,对镀层质量的影响呈先上升后下降的趋势,更加均匀、致密的镀层可以改善金刚石/铜的界面结合,获得高导热的复合材料。另外,金刚石的体积分数同样对复合材料的性能产生重要影响。随着金刚石含量的增加,复合材料的导热系数先增加后减小。在金刚石镀覆时间为60 min、品级为2160、体积分数为50%时,复合材料具有较好综合性能,其致密度、导热率和抗弯强度分别为99.59%、592 W/(m·K)和125 MPa。 展开更多

W/Cu functionally gradient material (FGM) has excellent mechanical properties since it can effectively relax interlayer thermal stresses caused by the mismatch between their thermal expansion coefficients. W/Cu FGM combines the advantages of tungsten such as high melting point and service strength, with heat conductivity and plasticity of copper at room temperature. Thus it demonstrates satisfactory heat corrosion and thermal shock resistance and will be a promising candidate as divertor component in thermonuclear device. Owing to the dramatic difference of melting point between tungsten and copper, conventional processes meet great difficulties in fabricating this kind of FGMs. A new approach termed graded sintering under ultra-high pressure (GSUHP) is proposed, with which a near 96% relative density of W/Cu FGM that contains a full distribution spectrum (0-100%W) has been successfully fabricated. Suitable amount of transition metals (such as nickel, zirconium, vanadium) is employed as additives to activate tungsten's sintering, enhance phase wettability and bonding strength between W and Cu. Densification effects of different layer of FGM were investigated. Microstructure morphology and interface elements distribution were observed and analyzed. The thermal shock performance of W/Cu FGM was also preliminarily tested. 展开更多

In the newly developed oxygen-enriched bottom-blowing copper smelting process(also known as the SKS copper smelting process), Cu loss in slag is one of the most concerning issues. This paper presents our research results concerning the relationship between the Cu content of the matte and slag in the SKS process; the results are based on actual industrial production in the Dongying Fangyuan copper smelter. The results show that the matte grade strongly influences Cu losses in slag. The dissolved and entrained losses account for 10%–20% and 80%–90% of the total SKS industrial Cu losses in slag, respectively. With increasing matte grade, the dissolved and entrained Cu losses in the SKS slag both increase continuously. When the matte grade is greater than 68%, the content of Cu in the smelting slag increases much more dramatically. To obtain a high direct recovery of copper, the matte grade should be less than 75% in industrial SKS copper production. 展开更多

Origin of Illites at Dexing Porphyry Copper Deposit, Jiangxi Province, East China: Implications for Alteration Zoning and Ore-Forming Fluid Evolution

According to differences in features of illites including spatial distribution, crystallinity index, volume of swelling layer, polytype and relationship between its index and copper grade, two typical kinds of illite can be classified within the Tongchang porphyry copper deposit, Dexing County, East China. One is a kind of hydrothermally altered minerals within the hydrothermal alteration zone, including altered granodiorite\|porphyry and altered metamorphic tuffaceous phyllite near the contact zone with porphyry rockbody. The illite crystallinity and expandability are mainly affected by water/rock ratio or fluid flux, and hydrothermal illite is formed by illitization of plagioclase and/or micas during hydrothermal fluid evolution within the porphyry body and near the contact zone with wall rocks. The other is a product of low\|grade metamorphism itself by illitization of smectite, whose crystallinity index is lower than the hydrothermal illite and which is of 2M\-1 polytype with no swelling layer, in the altered metamorphic tuffaceous phyllite far from porphyry rockbody (>2 km). Moreover, the negative correlation between illite index and copper grade indicates that, within the alteration zone, the smaller the illite crystallinity, the stronger the alteration degree, and the higher the copper grade due to higher water/rock ratio. At lower levels of the porphyry body, however, the illite crystallinity (IC) values are controlled mainly by temperature and time. 展开更多

为了提高广东某低品位硫化铜多金属矿中铜以及共伴生硫、铁的资源利用率,采用化学多元素分析、矿物自动分析仪等手段进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明,矿石中Cu、S、Fe的含量分别为0.50%,27.68%,34.07%。黄铜矿为铜的主要赋存矿物... 为了提高广东某低品位硫化铜多金属矿中铜以及共伴生硫、铁的资源利用率,采用化学多元素分析、矿物自动分析仪等手段进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明,矿石中Cu、S、Fe的含量分别为0.50%,27.68%,34.07%。黄铜矿为铜的主要赋存矿物,其他含铜矿物有铜蓝、辉铜矿等。针对铜硫分离困难的问题,提出采用半自磨—球磨—铜浮选—磁黄铁矿磁选—硫浮选的流程,可以获得铜精矿铜品位为16%,回收率为70%,磁选后磁黄铁矿精矿硫品位为30%,回收率为36%,硫精矿硫品位为40%,回收率为45%的结果,获得了较好的铜硫分离效果。 展开更多

安徽铜陵某铜硫矿浮选厂处理的原矿含铜0.34%,其中硫化铜占近93%,含硫31.26%,属于高硫低铜硫化矿。选厂铜回收率长期维持在82%~84%,明显低于原矿中硫化铜理论回收率。为提升该矿石中铜的回收,开展磨矿细度优化以及复合酯类捕收剂强化铜... 安徽铜陵某铜硫矿浮选厂处理的原矿含铜0.34%,其中硫化铜占近93%,含硫31.26%,属于高硫低铜硫化矿。选厂铜回收率长期维持在82%~84%,明显低于原矿中硫化铜理论回收率。为提升该矿石中铜的回收,开展磨矿细度优化以及复合酯类捕收剂强化铜浮选的试验研究。结果表明,在磨矿细度-74μm占75%,使用复合酯类捕收剂的条件下,小型闭路试验获得铜精矿铜品位为16.43%,铜回收率达到94.07%的指标,较现场指标分别提高1个和9个百分点;通过对小试和现场产品的粒级组成深入分析,得出现场磨矿细度不足,磨矿产品粒度组成不均匀是造成铜损失在尾矿的关键原因。同时,小试结果证明使用新型复合酯类捕收剂可强化微细粒铜矿物的回收。为选厂在实际生产中提升指标提供了科学的方向和依据。 展开更多
