Two kinds of TiO_2 nanometer thin films were prepared on stainless steel bythe reverse micellar and sol-gel methods, respectively. The calcined TiO_ 2 thin films werecharacterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM), BET surface area and X-rayphotoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Photocatalytic activity was evaluated by photocatalyticdecoloration of methyl orange aqueous solution. The results showed that the TiO_2 thin filmsprepared by reverse micellar method (designated as RM-TiO_2 films) showed higher photocatalyticactivity than those by sol-gel method (designated as SG-TiO_2 films). This is attributed to the factthat the former is composed of smaller monodispersed spherical particles with a size of about 15 nmand possesses higher surface areas. 展开更多

The influence of the application conditions of dye adsorbed on TiO2 films on the amount of dye adsorption was discussed. Experimental results show that the concentration, the temperature of dye solutions and the dipping time of TiO2 films in the dye solutions have a significant influence on the amount of dye adsorption. Cell test indicates that the conversion efficiency of light to electricity increases with the amount of dye adsorption. 展开更多

Therefore, it is necessary toelucidate the influence of the preparation process and post-treatment conditions on thephoto-catalytic activity and surface microstructures of the films. This review deals with thepreparation of TiO_2 thin film photo-catalysts by wet-chemical methods (such as sol-gel,-reversemicellar and liquid phase deposition) and the comparison of various preparation methods as well astheir advantage and disadvantage. Furthermore, it is discussed that the advancement ofphotocatalytic activity, super-hydrophilicity and bactericidal activity of TiO_2 thin filmphotocatalyst in recent years. 展开更多

The nanometer and ordinary anatase titanium dioxide(TiO_2) powders were adopted as the sonocatalysts for the degradation of methyl orange used as a model compound for the first time. It was found that the sonocatalytic degradation effect of methyl orange in the presence of TiO_2 powder were much better than that without TiO_2, but the sonocatalytic activity of the nanometer anatase TiO_2 particle was obviously higher than that of ordinary anatase TiO_2 particle. Although there are many factors influencing sonocatalytic degradation of methyl orange, the experimental results showed that the best degradation ratio of methyl orange could be obtained when the experimental conditions were: initial concentration 15 mg/L, nanometer anatase TiO_2 adding amount 750 mg/L, ultrasonic frequency 40 kHz, output power 50 W, pH = 3.0 and temperature 40℃ within 150 min. In addition, the catalytic activity of reused nanometer anatase TiO_2 catalyst was also studied and found to decline gradually comparing with initial nanometer anatase TiO_2 catalyst. All experiments indicated that the method of the sonocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants in the presence of TiO_2 powder was an advisable choice for non- or low-transparent organic wastewaters. 展开更多

Crystalline TiO2 thin films were prepared by DC reactive magnetron sputtering on indium-tin oxide(ITO) thin film deposited on quartz substrate, the photoconductive UV detector on TiO2 thin films was based on a sandwich structure of C/ TiO2/ITO. The measurement of the I-V characteristics for these devices shows good ohmic contact. The photoresponse of TiO2 thin films was analyzed at different bias voltage. The detector shows a good photoresponse with a rise time of 2 s and a fall time of 40 s, the photocurrent is linearly increased with the bias voltage. 展开更多

In order to carry out the ablation process, a Nd:YAG laser was used emitting in 1064 nm wavelength at 10 Hz repetition rate, set up for operating in both single-pulse and multi-pulse regimes. A comparison of the deposition rate, the optical and morphological properties of the layers obtained from both ablation regimes was made, which showed that the multi-pulsed ablation produced layers with a higher surface quality and better optical properties. 展开更多

以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)为单体制备了聚丙烯酸酯(PA)乳液,将其与纳米TiO_(2)分散液混合制备了PA-T乳液,采用旋涂法以PA-T乳液对聚碳酸酯(PC)薄膜进行表面改性,制备了一系列PA-纳米TiO_(2)/PC(PA-T/PC)薄膜... 以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)为单体制备了聚丙烯酸酯(PA)乳液,将其与纳米TiO_(2)分散液混合制备了PA-T乳液,采用旋涂法以PA-T乳液对聚碳酸酯(PC)薄膜进行表面改性,制备了一系列PA-纳米TiO_(2)/PC(PA-T/PC)薄膜。基于FTIR、SEM、粒径测定、TGA和人工加速紫外老化实验,考察了纳米TiO_(2)含量(以PA单体MMA、BA、AA的总质量为基准,下同)对制备的PA-T乳液、PA-T/PC薄膜性能的影响。结果表明,纳米TiO_(2)含量0.10%的PA-T乳液(PA-T_(0.10))平均粒径93.9 nm,多分散系数为0.073,由其制备的PA-T_(0.10)/PC薄膜较为光滑平整,其表面上纳米TiO_(2)颗粒分散比较均匀;PA-T_(0.10)/PC保持了优异的高透光性能(透过率89.5%),初始分解温度为389.6℃,峰值分解温度471.2℃,水接触角22.3°;PA-T_(0.10)/PC的表面硬度(2H)最高,摩擦系数(0.02)最小,断裂伸长率(174.84%)明显高于PC薄膜(124.00%),表明PA-T_(0.10)/PC中含量0.10%的纳米TiO_(2)足以形成较有效的保护,提高了复合薄膜的表面硬度和耐磨性能;PA-T_(0.10)/PC在人工加速紫外老化实验中,前48 h的PC分子链并未明显断裂,老化程度不明显,120 h时PA-T_(0.10)/PC的黄变指数增至2.1,其比PC薄膜表现出更强的抗黄变能力。 展开更多

以快速溶胶法制备了纳米TiO2光催化剂,用于室温下固相光催化降解聚乙烯(PE)包装薄膜的研究。对催化剂和薄膜进行了X射线衍射分析,傅立叶红外光谱分析,扫描电子显微镜形貌观察。结果表明,15W紫外光辐射240h后,PE质量损失为7.66%,金红石... 以快速溶胶法制备了纳米TiO2光催化剂,用于室温下固相光催化降解聚乙烯(PE)包装薄膜的研究。对催化剂和薄膜进行了X射线衍射分析,傅立叶红外光谱分析,扫描电子显微镜形貌观察。结果表明,15W紫外光辐射240h后,PE质量损失为7.66%,金红石型纳米TiO2光催化剂使PE质量损失14.93%,锐钛矿型纳米TiO2光催化剂使PE质量损失23.97%;TiO2加速了高分子碳链的断裂和光氧化,在薄膜表面形成大量的凹坑,降解产物中小分子量的石蜡含量明显增高,锐钛矿型纳米TiO2光催化降解PE的活性高于金红石型纳米TiO2。 展开更多

锐钛矿型TiO2 多孔纳米薄膜可以从含聚乙二醇的钛醇盐溶胶前驱体中通过溶胶—凝胶法制备。涂层的形貌,如孔的大小和孔的分布可以通过聚乙二醇的加入量来控制。当聚乙二醇的加入量为0~2.0g 时,孔径大小在0~400nm 范... 锐钛矿型TiO2 多孔纳米薄膜可以从含聚乙二醇的钛醇盐溶胶前驱体中通过溶胶—凝胶法制备。涂层的形貌,如孔的大小和孔的分布可以通过聚乙二醇的加入量来控制。当聚乙二醇的加入量为0~2.0g 时,孔径大小在0~400nm 范围内变化。可见光透过光谱分析表明:随着TiO2 薄膜中气孔孔径增大,光的散射增强,透过率减小,该TiO2 镀膜玻璃对于紫外线具有吸收作用。有机磷农药敌敌畏水溶液在紫外灯照射和TiO2 多孔纳米薄膜的共同作用下被完全降解为无机物。光催化降解实验表明:在TiO2 薄膜中引入气孔增强了光催化活性,孔的大小和薄膜厚度对光解率有显著的影响。当孔径大小为50~200nm ,镀膜次数为10~15 次时。 展开更多
