Geological discontinuity(GD)plays a pivotal role in determining the catastrophic mechanical failure of jointed rock masses.Accurate and efficient acquisition of GD networks is essential for characterizing and understanding the progressive damage mechanisms of slopes based on monitoring image data.Inspired by recent advances in computer vision,deep learning(DL)models have been widely utilized for image-based fracture identification.The multi-scale characteristics,image resolution and annotation quality of images will cause a scale-space effect(SSE)that makes features indistinguishable from noise,directly affecting the accuracy.However,this effect has not received adequate attention.Herein,we try to address this gap by collecting slope images at various proportional scales and constructing multi-scale datasets using image processing techniques.Next,we quantify the intensity of feature signals using metrics such as peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)and structural similarity(SSIM).Combining these metrics with the scale-space theory,we investigate the influence of the SSE on the differentiation of multi-scale features and the accuracy of recognition.It is found that augmenting the image's detail capacity does not always yield benefits for vision-based recognition models.In light of these observations,we propose a scale hybridization approach based on the diffusion mechanism of scale-space representation.The results show that scale hybridization strengthens the tolerance of multi-scale feature recognition under complex environmental noise interference and significantly enhances the recognition accuracy of GD.It also facilitates the objective understanding,description and analysis of the rock behavior and stability of slopes from the perspective of image data. 展开更多

目的 探究CD117、DOG1表达水平与三阴性乳腺癌(triple-negative breast cancer, TNBC)患者临床病理特征及预后的相关性。方法 回顾性纳入2000—2011年北京协和医院的TNBC患者。取其肿瘤组织芯片,采用免疫组化法检测肿瘤细胞中CD117、DOG... 目的 探究CD117、DOG1表达水平与三阴性乳腺癌(triple-negative breast cancer, TNBC)患者临床病理特征及预后的相关性。方法 回顾性纳入2000—2011年北京协和医院的TNBC患者。取其肿瘤组织芯片,采用免疫组化法检测肿瘤细胞中CD117、DOG1表达情况,分析二者与患者年龄、肿瘤直径、美国癌症联合委员会(American Joint Committee on Cancer, AJCC)分期、组织学分级、P53、Ki-67增殖指数等临床病理特征的关系,及其对患者生存期的影响。结果共入选符合纳入与排除标准的TNBC患者185例,其中CD117阳性24例(12.97%),DOG1阳性22例(11.89%),二者共表达率为1.62%。相较于肿瘤细胞CD117阴性患者,CD117阳性患者中高Ki-67增殖指数(87.50%比67.70%,P=0.048)、基底样TNBC(95.83%比74.53%,P=0.020)、P53弥漫强阳(33.33%比13.66%,P=0.032)的比例均更高。相较于DOG1阴性患者,DOG1阳性患者中肿瘤直径≤2 cm(22.73%比45.40%,P=0.026)、基底样TNBC(54.55%比80.37%,P=0.015)的比例均更低。中位随访时间71个月(范围:2~170个月),失访4例(2.16%),复发或远处转移66例(35.68%),死亡34例(18.38%)。生存分析显示,AJCC分期(HR=7.624,95%CI:2.187~26.576,P=0.001)及CD117阳性伴P53弥漫强阳(HR=3.942,95%CI:1.366~11.379,P=0.011)与TNBC患者总生存期呈负相关。结论 CD117阳性、DOG1阴性与基底样TNBC具有一定相关性,且CD117阳性伴P53弥漫强阳者总生存期更短,死亡风险增高。 展开更多

An image trust root is a special type of soft trust root for trusted computing. However,image trust root generation is difficult,as it needs a corresponding stable logic feature generation model and algorithm for dynamical and sustained authentication. This paper proposes a basic function of constructing new scale-spaces with deep detecting ability and high stability for image features aimed at image root generation. According to the heat distribution and spreading principle of various kinds of infinitesimal heat sources in the space medium,a multi-embed nonlinear diffusion equation that corresponds to the multi-embed nonlinear scale-space is proposed,a HARRIS-HESSIAN scale-space evaluation operator that aims at the structure acceleration characteristics of a local region and can make use of image pixels' relative spreading movement principle was constructed,then a single-parameter global symmetric proportion(SPGSP) operator was also constructed. An authentication test with 3000 to 5000 cloud entities shows the new scale-space can work well and is stable,when the whole cloud has 5%-50% behavior with un-trusted entities. Consequently,it can be used as the corresponding stable logic feature generation model and algorithm for all kinds of images,and logic relationships among image features for trust roots. 展开更多

Chronic kidney disease is commonly diagnosed in dogs,and clinical signs may be aggravated when infected agents are involved.In this case report,33 dogs with chronic kidney disease were clinically evaluated and serologically tested for Leptospira spp.,Ehrlichia canis,and Anaplasma phagocytophilum.The seroprevalence for Leptospira spp.was 39.4%.The most frequent serovars found were Pyrogenes,Canicola,Bratislava and Australis,with serological titers between 1:100 to 1:800.Clinical signs included fever,depression,decreased body condition,vomiting and hema‑turia.Signifcant laboratory fndings were anemia,leukocytosis,thrombocytopenia,increased liver enzymes,urea and creatinine,hyperbilirubinemia and hyperphosphatemia.All leptospira seronegative dogs were positive for one or both monitored homoparasites(i.e.,E.canis and A.phagocytophilum);only three leptospira seropositive dogs were positive for one or both hemoparasites.Findings also suggest that endemic hemoparasites of dogs should be moni‑tored in dogs with a kidney condition for a better clinical picture of the patients and therapeutic approach. 展开更多

Efficacy of 1% Permethrin and 2% Permethrin Combined with 1% Piperonyl Butoxide against Rhipicephalus sanguineus Ticks in Naturally Infested Dogs

The aim of the present study was to compare the ixodicide efficacy of 1% permethrin applied as a shampoo-bath in single treatment and a combined formulation of 2% permethrin + 1% piperonyl butoxide applied as powder in a single treatment against Rhipicephalus sanguineus ticks, in naturally infested dogs. Eighteen adult cross-mixed dogs, harboring to at least 20 ticks/animal, were selected on pre-treatment live tick counts. On day 0, the dogs were then divided in 3 groups of 6 animals each, for treatment: Group 1 (G1) received 1% permethrin applied as shampoo-bath (approximately 10 ml/kg bw), according to label instructions. G2 was treated with 2% permethrin + 1% piperonyl butoxide applied as powder, and rubbed as massage on the body, as recommended by the producer. G3 served as a non-treated control. After the treatment, the dogs were checked out for live ticks counting on days 0, 1, 7, and 14. The ixodicide efficacy was assessed based on the percentage reductions of ticks on the days analyzed post-treatment, with respect to the untreated control. Results showed that permethrin alone removed ticks on 81%, 93.1% and 89.6% for days 1, 7 and 14, respectively. The combined formulation of 2% permethrin + 1% piperonyl butoxide exerted a better efficacy of 98.8, 97.7 and 97.0%, respectively. It is concluded that this combined formulation was highly effective at rapidly repelling and killing Riphicephalus sanguineus ticks on naturally infected dogs, showing a significant effect on days 1, 7 and 14 after tick exposure. The sustained high and quick level of efficacy of this combination may well interfere with the transmission of Riphicephalus sanguineus ticks. It is concluded that the sustained high level of efficacy of the permethrin + piperonyl butoxide combination may well exert an additive effect and could interfere with the transmission of Riphicephalus sanguineus ticks. 展开更多

Canine parvovirus 2(CPV-2)is a highly contagious virus in dogs that typically causes hemorrhagic enteritis and a high mortality rate in unvaccinated puppies.The genetic variability and antigenic diversity of CPV-2 hinder its efective prevention of infection by vaccination.To investigate the epidemiology and genetic characteristics of CPV-2 in China,rectal swabs from afected dogs were collected from diferent animal clinics in Kunshan from 2022 to 2023.Preliminary detection and capsid gene sequencing of CPV-2 were performed using previously described primers and protocols.The overall detection rate for CPV-2 was 16.5%(33/200).A signifcant association was found between the CPV-2-positivity and clinical signs,age,breed and vaccination status.Sequence analysis revealed the presence of CPV-2c genotypes in all positive samples,which were genetically similar to other Asian CPV-2c strains.Notably,four key mutations(A5G,F267Y,Y324I and Q370R)were detected in all isolates,and one novel mutation(I447M)was detected in three CPV-2 isolates.These mutations in the CPV-2 strains could impact vaccine efcacy and the efectiveness of the virus immune evasion.Surprisingly,no recombination events were observed between the identifed CPV-2c strains and reference strains from China.Our data revealed that amino acid residues 324,426 and 440 of VP2 may under strong selection pressure.This pattern of genetic variation in the CPV-2 lineage warrants continuous laboratory-based surveillance programs in other parts of China to better understand the pattern of seasonal distribution and association between emerging genotypes and the intensity of disease severity. 展开更多

Feline panleukopenia virus(FPV)is a single-stranded DNA virus that can infect cats and cause feline panleukopenia,which is a highly contagious and fatal disease in felines.The sequence of FPV is highly variable,and mutations in the amino acids of its capsid protein play crucial roles in altering viral virulence,immunogenicity,host selection,and other abilities.In this study,the epidemiology of FPV was studied using 746 gastrointestinal swab samples derived from cats that presented gastrointestinal symptoms specifcally,diarrhea or vomiting during the period spanning from 2018 to 2022.The overall prevalence of FPV-positive patients among these samples was determined to be 45.4%.Capsid(virion)protein 2(VP2)gene of each FPV-positive sample was sequenced and amplifed,yielding 65 VP2 sequences.Among them,six VP2 gene sequences were detected in the majority of the samples test positive for FPV,and these positive samples originated from a diverse range of geographical locations.These isolates were named FPV-6,FPV-10,FPV-15,FPV-251,FPV-271 and FPV-S2.Additionally,the substitution of Ala300Pro(A300P)in VP2 was detected for the frst time in feline-derived FPV(FPV-251).FPV-251 isolate,with this substitution in VP2 protein,exhibited stable proliferative capacity in Madin-Darby canine kidney(MDCK)cells and A72 cells.FPV-271 was selected as the FPV control isolate due to its single amino acid diference from VP2 protein of FPV-251 at position 300(FPV-271 has alanine,while FPV-251 has proline).After oral infection,both FPV-251 and FPV-271 isolates caused feline panleukopenia,which is characterized by clinical signs of enterocolitis.However,FPV-251 can infect dogs through the oral route and cause gastrointestinal(GI)symptoms with lesions in the intestine and mesenteric lymph nodes(MLNs)of infected dogs.This is the frst report on the presence of an A300P substitution in VP2 protein of feline-derived FPV.Additionally,FPV isolate with a substitution of A300P at VP2 protein demonstrated efcient replication capabilities in canine cell lines and the ability to infect dogs. 展开更多

Every year, a higher number of dogs are abandoned or euthanised due to temperament issues and a lack of understanding by owners regarding dog behaviour and training. This research focuses on the potential to make predictions of adult dog temperament based on early puppy behaviours by using a machine learning model. Specifically, the research used guard dog breeds, such as American Bully, American Pit Bull Terrier, and German Shepherd. The study collected dog data and general data from dog owners and used the Random Forest approach to build a predictive model. Users are allowed to input puppy data and receive adult dog temperament predictions in model, which is integrated into a web application. The aims of this web application are to enhance responsible dog ownership and reduce abandonment by offering insights and training recommendations based on predicted outcomes. The model achieved a prediction accuracy of 86% on testing, and it is continually improving, though further refinement is recommended to improve its reliability and applicability across a broader range of breeds. The study contributes to canine welfare by providing a practical solution for predicting temperament outcomes, ultimately helping to reduce shelter populations and euthanasia rates. 展开更多

Superficial microbiota disturbances are common in dogs, with Malassezia pachydermatis yeasts often being involved. Topical products are recommended as a first-line management strategy;however, literature regarding specific topical protocols is still scarce. This study aimed to evaluate the performance of a protocol combining chlorhexidine and Ophytrium-containing products in reducing yeast counts in dogs with microscopic evidence of yeast imbalance and dermatological signs. Dogs were shampooed on Day 0 (D0) and then received eight mousse applications at two to three-day intervals. Followed-up parameters on D0, Day 7 (D7), and Day 21 (D21) were microscopic yeast counting, pruritus, and skin irritation scores. At D21, veterinarians’ and owners’ overall assessments were collected. Malassezia pachydermatis counts decreased at D7 (57.3% vs D0, p p p p < 0.001). Efficacy was described by all veterinarians from good to excellent, and the proposed procedures were evaluated as efficient and practical by the owners in 91.7% of the cases. The protocol using chlorhexidine and Ophytrium shampoo and mousse could be a useful option in dogs presenting imbalances in yeast cutaneous microbiota. 展开更多

The cloud computing technology is utilized for achieving resource utilization of remotebased virtual computer to facilitate the consumers with rapid and accurate massive data services.It utilizes on-demand resource provisioning,but the necessitated constraints of rapid turnaround time,minimal execution cost,high rate of resource utilization and limited makespan transforms the Load Balancing(LB)process-based Task Scheduling(TS)problem into an NP-hard optimization issue.In this paper,Hybrid Prairie Dog and Beluga Whale Optimization Algorithm(HPDBWOA)is propounded for precise mapping of tasks to virtual machines with the due objective of addressing the dynamic nature of cloud environment.This capability of HPDBWOA helps in decreasing the SLA violations and Makespan with optimal resource management.It is modelled as a scheduling strategy which utilizes the merits of PDOA and BWOA for attaining reactive decisions making with respect to the process of assigning the tasks to virtual resources by considering their priorities into account.It addresses the problem of pre-convergence with wellbalanced exploration and exploitation to attain necessitated Quality of Service(QoS)for minimizing the waiting time incurred during TS process.It further balanced exploration and exploitation rates for reducing the makespan during the task allocation with complete awareness of VM state.The results of the proposed HPDBWOA confirmed minimized energy utilization of 32.18% and reduced cost of 28.94% better than approaches used for investigation.The statistical investigation of the proposed HPDBWOA conducted using ANOVA confirmed its efficacy over the benchmarked systems in terms of throughput,system,and response time. 展开更多

伊犁河谷哈萨克羊细粒棘球蚴病流行情况调查研究

研究旨在调查伊犁河谷哈萨克羊感染细粒棘球蚴的情况,以期为该地区防治细粒棘球蚴病及促进哈萨克羊养殖业健康发展提供参考。采集伊犁河谷4个县市定点屠宰场屠宰的哈萨克羊肝脏组织166份,测定样本感染细粒棘球蚴的情况,并采用双抗体夹心... 研究旨在调查伊犁河谷哈萨克羊感染细粒棘球蚴的情况,以期为该地区防治细粒棘球蚴病及促进哈萨克羊养殖业健康发展提供参考。采集伊犁河谷4个县市定点屠宰场屠宰的哈萨克羊肝脏组织166份,测定样本感染细粒棘球蚴的情况,并采用双抗体夹心ELISA法对142份当地哈萨克羊养殖户饲养犬的粪便进行检测。结果显示,伊犁河谷哈萨克羊细粒棘球蚴病阳性率为4.22%(7/166),伊宁市、伊宁县、察布查尔县、巩留县阳性率分别为2.78%(2/72)、5.71%(2/35)、3.33%(1/30)、6.90%(2/29);犬粪抗原阳性率为3.52%(5/142),伊宁市、伊宁县、察布查尔县、巩留县阳性率分别为4.88%(2/41)、2.86%(1/35)、2.94%(1/34)、3.13%(1/32)。研究表明,伊犁河谷哈萨克羊细粒棘球蚴病感染呈下降趋势,但仍未达到净化效果,需重视该病在羊群-犬之间的循环传染,通过加强宣传教育、加强犬管理、实施定期监测和推广科学放牧等措施控制该病的传播。 展开更多

近些年,宠物狗的食品营养品质与安全受到重视。然而,犬粮安全问题时有发生,尤其是微生物方面,引起了宠物行业和养宠爱好者的高度关注。为全面了解犬粮的质量和安全性,本试验对市场上的四种主粮食品(膨化粮、鲜肉粮、低温烘焙粮和益生菌... 近些年,宠物狗的食品营养品质与安全受到重视。然而,犬粮安全问题时有发生,尤其是微生物方面,引起了宠物行业和养宠爱好者的高度关注。为全面了解犬粮的质量和安全性,本试验对市场上的四种主粮食品(膨化粮、鲜肉粮、低温烘焙粮和益生菌粮)进行了生物安全指标分析,包括重金属、微生物数量、有害病原菌、生物胺、内毒素和真菌毒素等。研究结果显示:四种主粮食品的重金属、细菌总数、有害病原菌和真菌毒素都符合全价宠物食品犬粮GB/T31216-2014的限量标准,但多数样本检测出呕吐毒素。不同类型犬粮均检测出生物胺和内毒素,生产工艺对该方面的指标有一定影响,尤其是低温烘焙粮和益生菌粮,这些指标需引起高度重视。通过对生物安全指标进行分析发现,微生物产生的内毒素、生物胺和真菌毒素是犬粮食品潜在的安全风险。本研究为行业的健康发展和消费者获取高品质、安全的犬粮提供了指导。 展开更多

磁性完全植入式静脉输液港的设计及动物实验

目的为提高港针穿刺成功率,设计磁性完全植入式静脉输液港(Magnetic Total Implantable Venous Access Port,MTIVAP),并通过动物实验验证其可行性。方法根据磁锚定技术原理,通过在静脉输液港的港体中嵌入磁环,设计与之匹配的磁性定位装... 目的为提高港针穿刺成功率,设计磁性完全植入式静脉输液港(Magnetic Total Implantable Venous Access Port,MTIVAP),并通过动物实验验证其可行性。方法根据磁锚定技术原理,通过在静脉输液港的港体中嵌入磁环,设计与之匹配的磁性定位装置,并完成MTIVAP的产品雏形设计。以4只比格犬为动物模型,在其颈部植入MTIVAP,5名实验人员分别在每只实验犬中进行港针穿刺10次,统计一次性插入成功率,验证MTIVAP在定位穿刺中的可行性。结果借助3D打印技术成功完成了MTIVAP的产品雏形制备。4只比格犬颈部均顺利植入MTIVAP。采用磁性定位装置后,在200次的穿刺过程中,港针一次性插入成功率达99.5%,操作体验得到了显著改善。结论MTIVAP的磁锚定设计方案能简化并显著改善港针的穿刺操作。 展开更多

目的探讨DOG1在胃肠间质瘤(GISTs)中的表达及其临床意义,并与CD117、CD34、SMA和S-100进行比较。方法收集68例GISTs病例,采用免疫组化SP法检测DOG1、CD117、CD34、SMA和S-100的表达,以瘤旁胃肠肌层组织和子宫平滑肌瘤、神经纤维瘤、纤... 目的探讨DOG1在胃肠间质瘤(GISTs)中的表达及其临床意义,并与CD117、CD34、SMA和S-100进行比较。方法收集68例GISTs病例,采用免疫组化SP法检测DOG1、CD117、CD34、SMA和S-100的表达,以瘤旁胃肠肌层组织和子宫平滑肌瘤、神经纤维瘤、纤维瘤作为对照。结果 68例GISTs中,DOG1、CD117、CD34阳性表达率分别为97.1%(66/68)、89.7%(61/68)、82.4%(56/68),DOG1和CD117的阳性率均显著高于CD34阳性率(P<0.05),且DOG1阳性率也显著高于CD117阳性率(P<0.05)。SMA和S-100在GISTs中均为(-)。结论 DOG1是胃肠间质瘤特异性生物标记,联合检测DOG1、CD117、CD34、SMA和S-100蛋白的表达对于确诊GISTs具有重要价值。 展开更多

Dog Bone栅型MOS场效应晶体管是一种对称性的、防辐射总剂量效应的版图结构。为了计算其等效宽长比,把它划分为常规结构的主MOS晶体管和非常规结构的边缘MOS晶体管2种类型的并联。借助Silvaco TCAD工艺与器件仿真工具构建了它的模型,分析了主MOS晶体管的宽度、长度和边缘MOS晶体管的多晶硅与有源区的交叠宽度对边缘MOS等效宽长比的影响,得到拟合的Dog Bone栅型MOS晶体管等效宽长比的计算公式。采用CSMC 0.5μm DPTMCMOS混合信号工艺制作了样管,对实验测量值和公式计算值进行比较,Dog Bone栅型MOS场效应晶体管的等效宽长比的计算公式与实验能够较好地吻合。 展开更多
