Objective:This study examined patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)as a means to explore the impacts of chronic disease on life courses.Methods:A semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with nine ...Objective:This study examined patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)as a means to explore the impacts of chronic disease on life courses.Methods:A semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with nine patients in China in 2017;participants were included based on their having or having had facial butterfly erythema.Results:The study focused on both the disease's impact on the patients'health and on their daily lives.Four core themes emerged:visible changes in the patient's bodies,social dilemmas,"the encouragement of disease",and a new perspective on the relationship between disease and health.One important finding was that the occurrence of a chronic disease did not have only negative repercussions;some patients felt that there were advantages to being sick.Chronic disease resulted in a reworking of daily life.The patients developed a self-referential model of healing.Conclusion:The distinct interpretations of the same disease offered by different patients served to yield a more complete understanding of the disease.People with SLE adjust their thinking about the disease based on personal feelings as well as experiences and pursue a dialogue on their illness based on the disease pattern unique to them.The meaning that disease had for the patients was not limited to negative connotations.展开更多

The role of these ecosystems in continental and Mediterranean climates though, is not yet clearly understood because environmental limiting factors and management intensities can strongly influence the overall C budget. The aim of the present study is to improve the understanding of the mechanisms underlying C fluxes in a turfgrass ecosystem and to assess its C sequestration potential by estimating the annual C budget. NEE (Net Ecosystem Exchange) of turfgrass was calculated in its seasonal variation over one year, and compared between areas characterized by different degrees of maintenance. The C sequestration potential of the turfgrass was investigated in a golf course near Verona (Italy), adopting a small-chamber enclosure approach. The measurements of gas exchanges between biosphere and atmosphere, permitted to estimate the NEE, as a function of different management intensities. The intensity of management seems to have influence on its C balance. This study needs further research to understand which maintenance variables are determinant on turfgrass C sequestration.展开更多

The description provides a model which includes the culmination of students' academic training in an IS curriculum which is part of a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program in an accredited college of business. The course requires an application of technical and business skills, as well as systems development and project management skills--while students are working on an actual IS project for an external sponsoring organization. Rationale for implementing this type of course includes the benefits it provides to the students, the project sponsors, and the IS department providing the course. 文摘In response to the problem of improving practical abilities of students in the process of cultivating innovative talents in the field of financial technology in the specialized software college,this paper analyzes the characteristics and applicability of problem-based learning(PBL)method,proposes a PBL course integration design scheme for the integration of business and technology in the field of financial technology,and provides corresponding course cases.The plan described in this article has been jointly demonstrated by experts from schools and enterprises and has received good feedback.

文摘This paper explores the construction methods of“Same Course with Different Structures”curriculum resources based on knowledge graphs and their applications in the field of education.By reviewing the theoretical foundations of knowledge graph technology,the“Same Course with Different Structures”teaching model,and curriculum resource construction,and integrating existing literature,the paper analyzes the methods for constructing curriculum resources using knowledge graphs.The research finds that knowledge graphs can effectively integrate multi-source data,support personalized teaching and precision education,and provide both a scientific foundation and technical support for the development of curriculum resources within the“Same Course with Different Structures”framework.
文摘Objective:This study examined patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)as a means to explore the impacts of chronic disease on life courses.Methods:A semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with nine patients in China in 2017;participants were included based on their having or having had facial butterfly erythema.Results:The study focused on both the disease's impact on the patients'health and on their daily lives.Four core themes emerged:visible changes in the patient's bodies,social dilemmas,"the encouragement of disease",and a new perspective on the relationship between disease and health.One important finding was that the occurrence of a chronic disease did not have only negative repercussions;some patients felt that there were advantages to being sick.Chronic disease resulted in a reworking of daily life.The patients developed a self-referential model of healing.Conclusion:The distinct interpretations of the same disease offered by different patients served to yield a more complete understanding of the disease.People with SLE adjust their thinking about the disease based on personal feelings as well as experiences and pursue a dialogue on their illness based on the disease pattern unique to them.The meaning that disease had for the patients was not limited to negative connotations.

On terms of the analysis of main target, function and constitution of special course examination system for remote education, the internet scheme of the examination system is given according to the students and teachers' requirements. The implementation method for the communication and dynamic production of tests on home page of the exam system are elaborated by using programming technology of Active Server Pages (ASP)3.0. The query of exam information and automatic marking of test questions can be easily realized by the developed exam system under World Wide Web enviromment according to users' requirements.

文摘To meet society’s needs for undergraduate students to have engineering skills and to develop students’ability to operate Linux and engage in network software development,this paper proposes the construction of a new specialized course for network engineering major--Linux system and network programming.This paper analyzes the course’s advantages,presents the contents of this course,designs a series of teaching methods aimed at improving students’engineering ability,proposes a course assessment method that will encourage students to practice,lists the development requirements for an examination software designed for this course,and finally,presents the results of our practice in teaching this course.
文摘The carbon (C) sequestration potential of turfgrass systems has been investigated and demonstrated from several studies. The role of these ecosystems in continental and Mediterranean climates though, is not yet clearly understood because environmental limiting factors and management intensities can strongly influence the overall C budget. The aim of the present study is to improve the understanding of the mechanisms underlying C fluxes in a turfgrass ecosystem and to assess its C sequestration potential by estimating the annual C budget. NEE (Net Ecosystem Exchange) of turfgrass was calculated in its seasonal variation over one year, and compared between areas characterized by different degrees of maintenance. The C sequestration potential of the turfgrass was investigated in a golf course near Verona (Italy), adopting a small-chamber enclosure approach. The measurements of gas exchanges between biosphere and atmosphere, permitted to estimate the NEE, as a function of different management intensities. The intensity of management seems to have influence on its C balance. This study needs further research to understand which maintenance variables are determinant on turfgrass C sequestration.

文摘In recent years,with the changes in the international competitive environment,the development strategic focuses of the national software industry have also shifted.To adapt to these changes,we analyze and summarize the problems existing in the teaching content and methods of the traditional“Operating System”course and carry out the reform and practice of this core course for software engineering majors.First,we design and integrate domestic operating system examples into the course to meet the needs of national strategic development,thus cultivating operating system software talents in line with China’s national conditions and needs.Second,we reconstruct the teaching content of the course,strengthen the assessment of comprehensive ability,and establish a 3-level progressive teaching structure.Third,we carry out the deep integration of university and enterprise to realize the combination of theory and practice and establish a comprehensive and whole process university-enterprise course co-construction mode.Through the above reform measures,students show a strong interest in learning the operating system course.The operating system course has won the honor of the first-class course of Beijing Jiaotong University and has been approved for 4 industry-education cooperation projects of the Ministry of Education.

文摘The development of MOOC directly promotes the reform of physical classroom teaching,and leads to the reform of teaching mode and teaching method in the direction of improving teachers’teaching quality and students’learning effect and innovation ability.In order to meet the needs of MOOC teaching reform,based on the MOOC built by ourselves and running on the MOOC platform,this paper puts forward the hybrid teaching mode reform of the core courses of an computer specialty,which combines online and offline in depth.Sort out the knowledge system of an embedded system,build MOOC and put it online on domestic well-known MOOC platform,compile supporting teaching materials,and form an organic combination of online and offline teaching resources;proposing a hybrid teaching mode of online and offline combination,which focuses on interactive classroom teaching reform.On the basis of organizing students to carry out online autonomous learning,online and offline entity classroom carries out interactive classroom teaching reform;Using intelligent teaching tools to promote students to use mobile phones to participate in classroom learning,improve the universality of interactive teaching,carry out flipped classroom teaching,and improve the depth of interactive teaching.Based on the independent construction of MOOC,the hybrid teaching is carried out,which improves the pertinence of online teaching organization.The information-based teaching and flipped classroom teaching in the physical classroom improve the students’ability to solve problems,and lay a solid foundation for the improvement of teaching quality and learning effect.
文摘This paper describes the implementation of an Information Systems (IS) capstone project management course that is a requirement for graduating seniors in an undergraduate Computer Information Systems (CIS) program at a regional university. The description provides a model which includes the culmination of students' academic training in an IS curriculum which is part of a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program in an accredited college of business. The course requires an application of technical and business skills, as well as systems development and project management skills--while students are working on an actual IS project for an external sponsoring organization. Rationale for implementing this type of course includes the benefits it provides to the students, the project sponsors, and the IS department providing the course. Feedback from the course is used as integral part of the C1S curriculum assessment process used for accreditation purposes.
