Multi-blade rubbing characteristics of the shaft-disk-blade-casing system with large rotation

Blade rubbing faults cause detrimental impact on the operation of aeroengines. Most of the existing studies on blade rubbing in the shaft-disk-blade-casing(SDBC) system have overlooked the elastic deformation of the blade, while some only consider the whirl of the rotor, neglecting its spin. To address these limitations, this paper proposes a dynamic model with large rotation for the SDBC system. The model incorporates the spin and whirl of the rotor, enabling the realistic reproduction of multiblade rubbing faults. To verify the accuracy of the SDBC model with large rotation and demonstrate its capability to effectively consider the rotational effects such as the centrifugal stiffening and gyroscopic effects, the natural characteristics and dynamic responses of the proposed model are compared with those obtained from reported research and experimental results. Furthermore, the effects of the rotating speed, contact stiffness,and blade number on the dynamic characteristics of the SDBC system with multi-blade rubbing are investigated. The results indicate that the phase angle between the rotor deflection and the unbalance excitation force increases with the increasing rotating speed,which significantly influences the rubbing penetration of each blade. The natural frequency of the SDBC system with rubbing constrain can be observed in the acceleration response of the casing and the torsional response of the shaft, and the frequency is related to the contact stiffness. Moreover, the vibration amplitude increases significantly with the product of the blade number under rubbing, and the rotating frequency approaches the natural frequency of the SDBC system. The proposed model can provide valuable insight for the fault diagnosis of rubbing in bladed rotating machinery. 展开更多

Survival and differentiation of transplanted cells is closely related to the local microenvironment.The present study cultured human amniotic epithelial cells(HAECs) in a simulated microenvironment in vitro comprising RPMI 1640 culture medium and the solution extracted from injured brain tissues.Some HAECs were round,triangular in form or irregularly shaped,with extended neuron-like processes;some of the processes were interconnected,representing neuron-like morphology and some HAECs were microtubule-associated protein 2-positive.HAECs survived for at least 4 weeks following transplantation into the center and edges of the trauma focus with traumatic brain injury,and were microtubule-associated protein 2-positive.Moreover,the motor function of rat hind limbs was significantly improved. 展开更多

To determine the grid resolutions of the WRF model in the typhoon simulation,some sensitivity analysis of horizontal and vertical resolutions in different conditions has been carried out.Different horizontal resolutions(5,10,20,30 km),nesting grids(15 and 5 km),different vertical resolutions(35-layers,28-layers,20-layers)and different top maximum pressures(1 000,2 000,3 500,5 000 Pa)had been used in the mesoscale numerical model WRF to simulate the Typhoon Kai-tak.The simulation results of typhoon track,wind speed and sea level pressure at different horizontal and vertical resolutions have been compared and analyzed.The horizontal and vertical resolutions of the model have limited effect on the simulation effect of the typhoon track.Different horizontal and vertical resolutions have obvious effects on typhoon strength(defined by wind speed)and intensity(defined by sea level pressure,SLP),especially for sea level pressure.The typhoon intensity simulated by the high-resolution model is closer to the real situation and the nesting grids can improve computational accuracy and efficiency.The simulation results affected by vertical resolution using 35-layers is better than the simulation results using 20-layers and 28-layers simulations.Through comparison and analysis,the horizontal and vertical resolutions of WRF model are finally determined as follows:the two-way nesting grid of 15 and 5 km is comprehensively determined,and the vertical layers is 35-layers,the top maximum pressure is 2 000 Pa. 展开更多

Objective: Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) development among hepatitis B surface antigen(HBs Ag) carriers shows gender disparity, influenced by underlying liver diseases that display variations in laboratory tests. We aimed to construct a risk-stratified HCC prediction model for HBs Ag-positive male adults.Methods: HBs Ag-positive males of 35-69 years old(N=6,153) were included from a multi-center populationbased liver cancer screening study. Randomly, three centers were set as training, the other three centers as validation. Within 2 years since initiation, we administrated at least two rounds of HCC screening using Bultrasonography and α-fetoprotein(AFP). We used logistic regression models to determine potential risk factors,built and examined the operating characteristics of a point-based algorithm for HCC risk prediction.Results: With 2 years of follow-up, 302 HCC cases were diagnosed. A male-ABCD algorithm was constructed including participant's age, blood levels of GGT(γ-glutamyl-transpeptidase), counts of platelets, white cells,concentration of DCP(des-γ-carboxy-prothrombin) and AFP, with scores ranging from 0 to 18.3. The area under receiver operating characteristic was 0.91(0.90-0.93), larger than existing models. At 1.5 points of risk score,26.10% of the participants in training cohort and 14.94% in validation cohort were recognized at low risk, with sensitivity of identifying HCC remained 100%. At 2.5 points, 46.51% of the participants in training cohort and 33.68% in validation cohort were recognized at low risk with 99.06% and 97.78% of sensitivity, respectively. At 4.5 points, only 20.86% of participants in training cohort and 23.73% in validation cohort were recognized at high risk,with positive prediction value of 22.85% and 12.35%, respectively.Conclusions: Male-ABCD algorithm identified individual's risk for HCC occurrence within short term for their HCC precision surveillance. 展开更多

Using immunocytochemical methods, we investigated the expression of neuronal phenotypes (microtubule-associated protein-2, glial fibrillary acidic protein and nestin) in human amniotic epithelial cells. The conditioned medium of human amniotic epithelial cells promoted the growth and proliferation of rat glial cells cultured in vitro, and this effect was dose-dependent. Human amniotic epithelial cells were further transplanted into the corpus striatum of healthy adult rats and the grafted cells could integrate with the host and migrate 1 2 mm along the nerve fibers in corpus callosum. Our experimental findings indicate that human amniotic epithelial cells may be a new kind of seed cells for use in neurograft. 展开更多

Purpose: The present study aimed to assess the accuracies of arterial stimulation with simultaneous venous sampling(ASVS) in preoperative localization of insulinomas. Materials and Methods: A cohort consisting of 6 males and 14 females(median age, 48.5y; range, 28–62y) with pathologically proven insulinomas were included in this study. Selective angiographies were performed with the superior mesenteric artery(SMA), gastroduodenal artery(GDA), proximal splenic artery, and midsplenic artery in all individuals. Then ASVS procedures were followed after angiographies for these arteries. Clinical characteristics of the patient and the tumor number, location, and size were recorded. The accuracy of preoperative localization of insulinomas was tested. Results: A total of 22 tumors were identified by histopathological diagnosis. The mean size of the tumor was 1.40±0.60 cm. Five tumors were in the head/neck region and 17 in the body/tail region. ASVS accurately localized 17/20(85%) cases with only biochemical data and 19/20(95%) cases with biochemical data and angiography images. Variant pancreatic arterial anatomy was revealed in 2 false cases with inferior pancreatic artery replaced by the superior mesenteric artery. Conclusion: ASVS was highly accurate in localizing insulinomas and should be performed in most of the patients with suspected insulinomas before the operation. 展开更多

亚临床动脉粥样硬化和代谢紊乱是心血管健康的重要风险因素,应用免疫球蛋白G(IgG)N-聚糖模式作为炎症指标表征其发病风险已有研究报道。然而,对于IgG N-糖基谱在心血管疾病(CVD)风险分层中的能力仍然未知。本研究旨在利用IgG N-糖基标... 亚临床动脉粥样硬化和代谢紊乱是心血管健康的重要风险因素,应用免疫球蛋白G(IgG)N-聚糖模式作为炎症指标表征其发病风险已有研究报道。然而,对于IgG N-糖基谱在心血管疾病(CVD)风险分层中的能力仍然未知。本研究旨在利用IgG N-糖基标志物开发追踪心血管疾病风险的年龄指数。本研究基于横断面调查,从Busselton健康和老龄研究中共招募1465名40~70岁之间的个体。使用机器学习递归特征消除和惩罚回归算法逐步筛选特征糖基,并开发IgG N-糖基化心血管年龄(GlyCage)指数,以反映归因于心血管风险的与真实年龄间的偏差。结果显示,对GlyCage指数贡献最大的是具有双分叉N-乙酰葡萄糖胺(GlcNAc)的岩藻糖基化N-聚糖(GP6,FA2B)和具有双分叉GlcNAc的双半乳糖基化N-聚糖(GP13,A2BG2)。GlyCage独立于真实年龄,与较高的Framingham十年心血管风险[优势比(OR)为1.09;95%CI:1.05~1.13]和患心血管疾病概率(OR,1.07;95%CI:1.01~1.13)显著相关。GlyCage大于真实年龄三年及以上的个体,其心血管风险和心血管疾病患病概率增加,调整后的OR值分别为2.22(95%CI:1.41~3.53)和2.71(95%CI:1.25~6.41)。GlyCage指数区分十年心血管风险和事件的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)值分别为0.73和0.65,而真实年龄为0.65和0.63。因此,本研究开发的GlyCage指数利用IgG N-糖基谱追踪心血管健康水平。GlyCage和真实年龄之间的差距能够独立地表征心血管风险,提示IgG N-糖基化在心血管疾病的发病机制中起作用。GlyCage指数对心血管风险的预测能力需要在其他人群中进行外部和纵向验证。 展开更多

As one of the most important parts in the engine,the structure and state of the rotating blade directly affect the normal performance of the aeroengine.In order to monitor engine crack failure and ensure flight safety,it is necessary to carry out research on the dynamic modeling of the cracked blade and breathing crack-induced vibration mechanisms.This paper summarizes the current research status on the dynamics of cracked blade,and the related topics mainly include four aspects:crack propagation path,mechanical model of open and breathing cracks,dynamic modeling methods of cracked blades such as lumped mass model,semi-analytical model and finite element model,and dynamic characteristics of cracked blades.The review will provide valuable references for future studies on dynamics and fault diagnosis of cracked blade in aeroengine. 展开更多

The sediment particles play a huge role in shaping the bed load transport.In this research,240 water-tunnel experiments are carried out to investigate the incipient velocity of the observation particles in two particle arrangements.To accurately predict the incipient velocity of the observation particles,the equation is conceived by the rolling instability mechanism.The incipient velocity equations and experimental data are used to analyze the trend of dispersive pressure and the effect of arrangement position on velocity.We find that it is appropriate to choose the coefficient of drag as 0.261 and the coefficient of lift as 0.198 for the incipient velocity equation of spherical particles on the hemispherical bed surface.Furthermore,the dispersive pressure is closely related to the flow state,particle size,and particle arrangement,which leads to the incipient velocity of the observation particle being at a minimum when the interference particle angle is 45°.Finally,the particle spacing and the projected area changed with the arrangements,directly affecting the incipient velocity of the observed particle.The analysis of four aspects for the coefficients,dispersive pressure,different particle spacing,and projected area will facilitate the prediction of particle incipient velocity,especially on hemispherical beds. 展开更多

Background and Aims:Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)cases with small nodules are commonly treated with radi-ofrequency ablation(RFA),but the recurrence rate remains high.This study aimed to establish a blood signature for identifying HCC with metastatic traits pre-RFA.Methods:Data from HCC patients treated between 2010 and 2017 were retrospectively collected.A blood signature for meta-static HCC was established based on blood levels of alpha-fetoprotein and des-γ-carboxy-prothrombin,cell-free DNA(cfDNA)mutations,and methylation changes in target genes in frozen-stored plasma samples that were collected before RFA performance.The HCC blood signature was validated in patients prospectively enrolled in2021.Results:Of 251 HCC patients in the retrospective study,33.9% experienced recurrence within 1 year post-RFA.The HCC blood signature identified from these patients included des-γ-carboxy-prothrombin≥40mAU/mL with cfDNA mutation score,where cfDNA mutations occurred in the genes of TP53,CTNNB1,and TERT promoter.This signature effectively predicted 1-year post-RFArecurrence of HCC with 92% specificity and 91% sensitivity in the retrospective dataset,and with 87% specificity and 76% sensitivity in the prospective dataset(n=32 patients).Among 14 cases in the prospective study with biopsy tissues available,positivity for the HCC blood signature was associated with a higher HCC tissue score and shorter distance between HCC cells and microvasculature.Conclusions:This study established an HCC blood signature in pre-RFA blood that potentially reflects HCC with metastatic traits and may be valuable for predicting the disease’s early recurrence post-RFA. 展开更多

伴随台风产生的大风、暴雨、巨浪、风暴潮形成的台风灾害链对沿岸地区产生巨大影响,研究台风的形成和运动机理,减小风暴潮灾害,具有重要的科学价值和社会意义.台风影响期间,大气与海洋之间存在强烈的质量、能量交换,风场、流场、波浪场... 伴随台风产生的大风、暴雨、巨浪、风暴潮形成的台风灾害链对沿岸地区产生巨大影响,研究台风的形成和运动机理,减小风暴潮灾害,具有重要的科学价值和社会意义.台风影响期间,大气与海洋之间存在强烈的质量、能量交换,风场、流场、波浪场等物理场相互作用、相互影响.基于中尺度大气模式WRF和区域海洋模式ROMS,构建南中国海地区海气耦合模式,针对2012年台风"启德"进行数值模拟.通过观测数据对台风路径和强度进行验证,结果表明,建立的WRF-ROMS耦合模式在对台风"启德"影响下的南中国海风暴潮模拟中展现出较高的模拟精度.通过数值模式计算结果揭示了台风、风暴增水和风生流场的时空分布特征.台风运动过程中台风动力场、风暴增水及流场在空间上均具有"右偏性"的不对称分布特征,近岸风暴增水对台风的响应在时间上存在滞后性,风生流场具有较明显的滞后性特征. 展开更多

目的比较补片式颈动脉内膜剥脱术(p-CEA)与外翻式颈动脉内膜剥脱术(e-CEA)的长期疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年10月至2015年10月在北京协和医院血管外科接受颈动脉内膜剥脱术(CEA)治疗的颈动脉狭窄患者的临床资料(共计340例患者372例次手... 目的比较补片式颈动脉内膜剥脱术(p-CEA)与外翻式颈动脉内膜剥脱术(e-CEA)的长期疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年10月至2015年10月在北京协和医院血管外科接受颈动脉内膜剥脱术(CEA)治疗的颈动脉狭窄患者的临床资料(共计340例患者372例次手术,其中p-CEA为193例次,e-CEA为179例次),比较两种手术方式远期的全因死亡、心肌梗死、所有卒中及手术同侧卒中发生率,以及症状复发率。结果2组基线结果比较显示,p-CEA组患者高脂血症比例高于e-CEA组,差异有统计学意义(46.1%vs 34.6%,P=0.032)。在133个月的随访期间,p-CEA组的病死率、心肌梗死发生率均高于e-CEA组,卒中发生率、手术同侧卒中发生率均低于e-CEA组,但差异均无统计学意义(17.8%vs 13.8%,P=0.4855;7.8%vs 5.9%,P=0.360;12.8%vs 15.6%,P=0.228;4.3%vs 5.9%,P=0.282);2组在术后症状复发上,差异亦无统计学意义(χ2=0.198,df=15.622,P=0.85)。Kaplan-Meier分析显示,在第6年,2组之间术后再狭窄和术后死亡比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.87;P=0.18);在第8年,2组之间术后死亡和卒中比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.34;P=0.24)。结论p-CEA组和e-CEA组的远期死亡、心肌梗死、所有卒中和手术同侧卒中,以及术后症状复发等均无差异,均可作为治疗颈动脉狭窄的有效方法。 展开更多
