The surgical removal of renal cancer,along with the thrombectomy of the inferior vena cava tumour thrombus,represents a remarkable milestone in urological surgery.This procedure is not only technically demanding but a...The surgical removal of renal cancer,along with the thrombectomy of the inferior vena cava tumour thrombus,represents a remarkable milestone in urological surgery.This procedure is not only technically demanding but also requires a high level of surgical expertise.Managing renal cancer combined with a vena cava tumour thrombus poses significant challenges,especially when dealing with combined grade Ⅱ-Ⅳ inferior vena cava tumour thrombus.The complexity of these cases is further exacerbated by the delicate anatomical structures involved and the need to preserve critical vessels while effectively removing the tumour.The Upper Urethral Tumour Treatment Centre of Weifang People's Hospital successfully treated a challenging case of left renal tumour combined with grade II inferior vena cava tumour thrombus.The surgical team,led by experienced urological surgeons,meticulously planned and executed the procedure,ensuring minimal trauma to the patient and complete removal of the tumour.This achievement not only demonstrates the hospital's commitment to providing state-of-the-art surgical care but also highlights the importance of continued research and training in urological oncology.The successful outcome of this case is a testament to the expertise and dedication of the medical team and offers hope to patients facing similar complex surgical challenges.展开更多

[Methods]Using peanut shells as a test material,the process parameters of soluble dietary fiber( SDF) modified by extrusion and expansion were studied,and the functional and structural characteristics of SDF before and after modification were discussed. [Results] The optimum conditions were as follows: screw speed 200 rpm,temperature 130 ℃ and moisture content 20 %,and the SDF extraction yield was 22. 3%. The modified SDF showed BCmax values of( 378. 5 ± 5. 3),( 278. 3 ± 3. 2)and( 167. 2 ± 2. 5) μmol/g and BCmin of( 30. 4 ± 1. 3),( 63. 4 ± 3. 7) and( 71. 3 ± 4. 2) μmol/L,for Pb,As and Cu,respectively,indicating that the adsorption to the three heavy metals was enhanced. The modified SDF had a porous network like honeycomb and swelled structure. [Conclusions]Therefore,it is feasible to modify SDF by extrusion and expansion.展开更多
[Objectives]A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)method was established for the determination of 14β-receptor agonist residues in mutton.[Methods]Samples were hydrolyzed byβ-g...[Objectives]A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)method was established for the determination of 14β-receptor agonist residues in mutton.[Methods]Samples were hydrolyzed byβ-glucuronidase and extracted with 5%acetic acid-acetonitrile(1:99,V/V)solution.An Eclipse plus C 18 column was used for separation,and the MRM mode was used for qualitative analysis,and the external standard method was used for quantitative analysis of matrix standard solutions.[Results]Under the optimal conditions,the retention time of the 14 kinds ofβ-receptor agonists ranged from 1.0 to 9.5 min.When the mass concentration was in the range of 0.05-0.50μg/ml,the linear relationship ofβ-receptor agonists was good,with correlation coefficients(r)≥0.9992.The detection limits of the method were in the range of 0.04-0.87μg/kg,and the quantitative limits were in the range of 0.35-1.86μg/kg.The average recovery values were in the range of 82.8%-108.9%,with RSDs(n=6)in the range of 1.9%-6.7%.[Conclusions]The method is simple,sensitive,reproducible,accurate,and can be used for simultaneous determination of the 14 kinds ofβ-receptor agonist residues in mutton.展开更多

Electrocatalytic reduction of nitrate(NO_(3)^(−))and nitride(NO_(2)^(−))to ammonia(NH3)is of wide interest as a promising alternative to the energy-intensive Haber-Bosch route for mitigating the vast energy consumptio...Electrocatalytic reduction of nitrate(NO_(3)^(−))and nitride(NO_(2)^(−))to ammonia(NH3)is of wide interest as a promising alternative to the energy-intensive Haber-Bosch route for mitigating the vast energy consumption and the accompanied carbon dioxide emission,as well as benefiting for the relevant sewage treatment.However,exploring an efficient and low-cost catalyst with high atomic utilization that can effectively facilitate the slow multi-electron transfer process remains a grand challenge.Herein,we present an efficient hydrogenation of NO_(3)^(−)/NO_(2)^(−)species to NH3 in both alkaline and neutral environments over the Fe_(2)(MoO_(4))_(3)derived hybrid electrocatalyst with the metallic Fe site on FeMoO_(4)(Fe/FeMoO_(4)).The Mo ingredient can play a synergistically positive role in further promoting the NH_(3) production on Fe.As a result,Fe/FeMoO_(4)behaves well in the electrochemical NH_(3) generation from NO_(2)^(−)with a maximum NH_(3) Faradaic efficiency(FE)of 96.53%and 87.68%in alkaline and neutral electrolyte,corresponding to the NH_(3) yield rate of 640.68 and 302.56 mg·h^(−1)·mg_(cat.)^(−1),respectively,which outperforms the Fe and Mo counterpart and other similar catalyst,showing the robust catalytic capacity of each active site.展开更多
Utilizing biomaterials in tissue engineering has shown considerable promise for tissue regeneration,particularly through delivering multimodel cell-regulatory signals,including the material-related signals and extrins...Utilizing biomaterials in tissue engineering has shown considerable promise for tissue regeneration,particularly through delivering multimodel cell-regulatory signals,including the material-related signals and extrinsic stimuli.In this research,we developed a magnetic-responsive aligned nanofiber fibrin hydrogel(MAFG),integrating the structured alignment of nanofibers and the pliability of fibrin hydrogel with an external magnetic field.This design aimed to enhance the regenerative response in spinal cord injury treatment.A medium-strength magnetic field,aligned with the spinal cord,was applied to aid motor function recovery in rats with spinal cord injuries.The use of MAFG in this context not only intensified the effect of the magnetic field but also encouraged the activation and differentiation of native neural stem cells.Furthermore,this method effectively steered macrophage polarization towards a beneficial M2 phenotype,addressing immune dysregulation at the injury site.The parallel application of magnetic field stimulation through MAFG in a spinal cord injury model contributed to the concurrent promotion of neurogenesis,angiogenesis,and immunomodulation,resulting in marked improvement in motor function in rats.This investigation underscores the therapeutic potential of magnetic field stimulation and highlights how aligning this stimulation with the spinal cord can significantly enhance the regenerative milieu at the injury site.展开更多

Over 300 water samples had been collected from 52 sites of 5 lakes and 7 inflowing rivers in the Yamzhog Yumco Basin, South Tibet, during 2009-2014, basing which the hydrochemical regime and its mechanism were analyzed along with the adoption of hydrological investigations in 1979 and 1984 as well. Results revealed that the waters were hard with weak alkalinity for the Yamzhog Yumco Basin. Most of them were fresh, and the rest were slightly saline. The hydrochemical types of 5 lakes (i.e., Lake Yamzhog Yum Co, Puma Yum Co, Bajiu Co, Kongmu Co, and Chert Co) were SO4^2--HCO3^--Mg^2+-Na^+, HCO3^-- SO4^2--Mg^2+-Ca^2+, SO4^2--Mg^2+-Na^+, SO4^2--HCO3^--Ca^2+, and SO4^2--Na^+-Mg^2+-Ca^2+, respectively. As for rivers, HCO3^- and SO4^2- were the major anions, and Ca2. was the dominant cation. Lake Yamzhog Yum Co, the largest lake in the basin, exhibited remarkable spatial variations in hydrochemistry at its surface but irregular changes with depth. The weathering of evaporates and carbonates, together with evaporation and crystallization, were the major mechanisms controlling the hydrochemistry of waters in the Yamzhog Yumco Basin. The inhospitable niche at the injury site after spinal cord injury(SCI)brings several challenges to neural stem cell(NSC)therapy,such as limited NSC retention and neuronal differentiation.Biomaterial-based stem cell t...The inhospitable niche at the injury site after spinal cord injury(SCI)brings several challenges to neural stem cell(NSC)therapy,such as limited NSC retention and neuronal differentiation.Biomaterial-based stem cell transplantation has become a promising strategy for building a favorable niche to stem cells.Herein,an aligned fibrin nanofiber hydrogel modified with N-Cadherin-Fc(AFGN)was fabricated by electrospinning and biochemical conjugation to deliver NSCs for SCI repair.The AFGN hydrogel provides multimodal cues,including oriented nanofibrous topography,soft stiffness,and specific cell binding ligand,for directing NSC functions and nerve regeneration.The conjugated N-Cadherin-Fc recapitulated the homo-philic cell-cell interaction for NSCs’adhesion on AFGN and modulated cellular mechanosensing in response to AFGN for NSC differentiation.In addition,the AFGN hydrogel carrying exogenous NSCs was implanted in a rat 2 mm-long complete transected SCI model and significantly promoted the grafted NSCs retention,immunomodulation,neuronal differentiation,and in vivo integration with inherent neurons,thus finally achieved renascent neural relay formation and an encouraging locomotor functional recovery.Altogether,this study represents a valuable strategy for boosting NSC-based therapy in SCI regeneration by engineering an NSC-specific niche.展开更多

The last two decades have witnessed an upsurge instudies on marine microbial community composition using high-throughput sequencing methods. Extensive mining ofthe compositional data has provided exciting new insights into marine microbial ecology from a number of perspectives.Both deterministic and stochastic processes contribute to microbial community assembly but their relative importance instructuring subcommunities, that are categorized by traits such as abundance, functional type and activity, differs. Throughcorrelation-based network analysis, significant progress has been made in unraveling microbial co-occurrence patterns anddynamics in response to environmental changes. Prediction of ecosystem functioning, based on microbial data, is receivingincreasing attention, as closely related microbes often share similar ecological traits and microbial diversity often exhibitssignificant correlations to ecosystem functioning. The ecosystem functioning is likely executed not by the whole community,but rather by an active fraction of a community, which can be inferred from the marker gene transcription level of communitymembers. Furthermore, the huge amount of microbial community data has significantly expanded the tree of lifeand illuminated microbial phylogenetic divergence and evolutionary history. This review summarizes important findingsin microbial assembly, interaction, functioning, activity and diversification, highlighting the interacting roles of differentaspects, derived from community compositional data.展开更多

文摘The inhospitable niche at the injury site after spinal cord injury(SCI)brings several challenges to neural stem cell(NSC)therapy,such as limited NSC retention and neuronal differentiation.Biomaterial-based stem cell transplantation has become a promising strategy for building a favorable niche to stem cells.Herein,an aligned fibrin nanofiber hydrogel modified with N-Cadherin-Fc(AFGN)was fabricated by electrospinning and biochemical conjugation to deliver NSCs for SCI repair.The AFGN hydrogel provides multimodal cues,including oriented nanofibrous topography,soft stiffness,and specific cell binding ligand,for directing NSC functions and nerve regeneration.The conjugated N-Cadherin-Fc recapitulated the homo-philic cell-cell interaction for NSCs’adhesion on AFGN and modulated cellular mechanosensing in response to AFGN for NSC differentiation.In addition,the AFGN hydrogel carrying exogenous NSCs was implanted in a rat 2 mm-long complete transected SCI model and significantly promoted the grafted NSCs retention,immunomodulation,neuronal differentiation,and in vivo integration with inherent neurons,thus finally achieved renascent neural relay formation and an encouraging locomotor functional recovery.Altogether,this study represents a valuable strategy for boosting NSC-based therapy in SCI regeneration by engineering an NSC-specific niche.

文摘Metasurface holography has great application potential in the fields of optical display, optical storage, and security. Traditional metasurface holography uses the well-designed subwavelength structure to modulate the incident laser beam. Although many researches about laser metasurface holography have been realized,metasurface holography based on quantum light sources is rare. Here, we realized quantum metasurface holography through single-photon and multichannel polarization multiplexing metasurfaces, and we compared the quantum results with laser results.

文摘Microorganisms play crucial roles in maintaining ecosystem stability. The last two decades have witnessed an upsurge instudies on marine microbial community composition using high-throughput sequencing methods. Extensive mining ofthe compositional data has provided exciting new insights into marine microbial ecology from a number of perspectives.Both deterministic and stochastic processes contribute to microbial community assembly but their relative importance instructuring subcommunities, that are categorized by traits such as abundance, functional type and activity, differs. Throughcorrelation-based network analysis, significant progress has been made in unraveling microbial co-occurrence patterns anddynamics in response to environmental changes. Prediction of ecosystem functioning, based on microbial data, is receivingincreasing attention, as closely related microbes often share similar ecological traits and microbial diversity often exhibitssignificant correlations to ecosystem functioning. The ecosystem functioning is likely executed not by the whole community,but rather by an active fraction of a community, which can be inferred from the marker gene transcription level of communitymembers. Furthermore, the huge amount of microbial community data has significantly expanded the tree of lifeand illuminated microbial phylogenetic divergence and evolutionary history. This review summarizes important findingsin microbial assembly, interaction, functioning, activity and diversification, highlighting the interacting roles of differentaspects, derived from community compositional data.
