等离子体医学是一门结合物理、化学、生命科学以及临床医学等相关学科的一门综合性的交叉学科,其在医学领域中具有非常广泛的应用前景。近年来,等离子体在口腔医学领域中的应用越来越广泛。本文首先阐述了等离子体用于杀毒和灭菌等方面... 等离子体医学是一门结合物理、化学、生命科学以及临床医学等相关学科的一门综合性的交叉学科,其在医学领域中具有非常广泛的应用前景。近年来,等离子体在口腔医学领域中的应用越来越广泛。本文首先阐述了等离子体用于杀毒和灭菌等方面的研究,另外等离子体还可以对口腔中常用的材料通过接枝或引入新的化学官能团,在不破坏材料本身结构和形态的前提下进行表面改性,而且在使用的过程中对口腔组织没有损伤作用。正是由于等离子体具有这些独特的性能,使其在口腔医学领域中的研究不断扩大,现已将其应用在材料改性、美学修复、抗菌、抗炎症、成骨、抗肿瘤等多方面的研究中。未来随着对等离子不断深入以及细致的研究,等离子体有望成为口腔临床医学中一种常规的辅助治疗手段。 展开更多

目的探讨不同放电参数下等离子体射流温度累积效果随时间的变化规律。方法测量距离分别定为2 cm和3 cm,等离子体发生装置的放电输入功率分别设定为8,9,10,11,12 W,氦气流量设定为2,3,4 L/min,连续测量每组等离子体射流在10,20,30,40,50,... 目的探讨不同放电参数下等离子体射流温度累积效果随时间的变化规律。方法测量距离分别定为2 cm和3 cm,等离子体发生装置的放电输入功率分别设定为8,9,10,11,12 W,氦气流量设定为2,3,4 L/min,连续测量每组等离子体射流在10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100,110,120 s时的温度,数据精确至小数点后两位,计算均值并绘制温度曲线。结果随着处理时间的延长,各组温度均呈现攀升趋势;随着输入功率、气体流量增加,以及处理距离缩短,各组温度显著上升。当放电时间短于20 s时,各组温度均维持在35℃以下。结论低温常压等离子体处理可产生温度累积效用,其温度的变化与测量距离、输入功率、气体流量及处理时间等因素具有相关性。 展开更多

不同活化方法修饰碳电极检测红油中辣椒素含量的电化学研究 被引量:1

研究酸、碱、盐活化方法对不同碳电极检测辣椒素类物质含量的影响,制备活化碳电极传感器,用于检测红油中辣椒素类物质的含量,并探究其检测机理。以盐酸、氢氧化钠、磷酸盐溶液为活化液,分别对玻碳电极和石墨电极进行活化,以活化电极作... 研究酸、碱、盐活化方法对不同碳电极检测辣椒素类物质含量的影响,制备活化碳电极传感器,用于检测红油中辣椒素类物质的含量,并探究其检测机理。以盐酸、氢氧化钠、磷酸盐溶液为活化液,分别对玻碳电极和石墨电极进行活化,以活化电极作为电化学传感器检测红油中辣椒素含量,对比不同活化条件对检测效果的影响。通过电化学实验、扫描电镜和拉曼光谱探究辣椒素的电化学检测机理。结果表明,活化能够显著增强电极对辣椒素的检测灵敏度。其中,磷酸盐活化法为最佳活化方法,活化后的石墨电极对辣椒素类物质的检测性能最佳。制备磷酸盐活化石墨电极的最优条件为:磷酸盐浓度0.2 mol/L、pH5.0、电位范围-2.0~2.2 V、扫描段数20。在此条件下,辣椒素的响应电流比活化前提高了11.2倍,反应过程为受扩散控制的氧化还原反应。此外,活化后的石墨电极表面氧元素含量从0.8%增加至34.9%。其检测机理为辣椒素得失电子产生电信号,并通过磷酸盐活化增加电极表面含氧基团提高检测灵敏度。基于磷酸盐活化石墨电极的传感器得到的红油中辣椒素含量的线性范围为5~80μmol/L,检测限为2.30μmol/L,加标回收率为98.23%~112.60%,结果与液质联用检测红油中辣椒素含量相比误差小于10%,并具有良好的抗干扰能力与稳定性。利用磷酸盐活化石墨电极构建传感器对红油中辣椒素含量进行检测具有简单、经济、有效的特点,该方法可以为生产实践提供一定参考。 展开更多

Pediatric massage is one of the external treatment methods that can improve children'sconstitution and immunity by regulating the viscera (the basic organs in traditonal Chinesemedicine theory), dredging the meridians, regulating Qi and blood, and balancing Yin and Yang.As one of the specific acupoints of pediatric massage, inner Bagua acupoint (one of the clinicallyused acupoints in children's massage that locate in the palm of the hand and the periphery ofthe palm) play a key role. Inner Bagua acupoints are the commonly used acupoints in pediatricmassage, which have the function of regulating Qi and eliminating phlegm (a kind pathologicfluid in TCM theory) and improving digestion. Inner Bagua acupoints have a unique curativeeffect on many diseases of digestive and respiratory system in children. Therefore, this articleattempts to elaborate and summarize the origin, location, operation and clinical application ofthe inner Bagua acupoints. After hospitalization,the patient faces a brief fragile period of susceptibility to disease and a high incidence of adverse events(re-admission or death,etc.),which is described by cardiologist Harlan M.Krumholz as post-hospital syndrome(PHS).PHS is characterized by the risk of early re-hospitalization towing to physiologic stressors from the initial admission,including disruption in sleep-wake cycles,inadequate pain control,deconditioning,and changes in nutritional status.Almost 1 in 6 patients hospitalized for acute myocardial infarction and 1 in 5 of those admitted for heart failure are readmitted within 30 days of discharge.Notably,only 10% and 35% are readmitted for the same diagnosis as that of the original hospitalization,respectively.Through a systematic review,this paper discusses the related concepts,hazards and influencing factors of PHS,and summarizes the counter measures based on the domestic status,in order to provide reference for domestic clinical medical personnel to formulate relevant measures to reduce the incidence of PHS. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the risk factors of parastomal hernia in patients with a colostomy.Methods:The related studies published in Embase,PubMed,CNKI,and other databases were searched.The search time limit was from the establishment of the database to March 2020.After the literature screening,data extraction and cross-checking were carried out independently by two researchers,the qualitative research method was used to summarize.Results:After screening,6 articles were included.The results of qualitative analysis showed that a total of 10 risk factors of parastomal hernia were concluded which could be classified into personal and colostomy factors.Conclusion:The current evidence showed that 10 risk factors such as age,Body Mass Index and colostomy were related to the occurrence of parastomal hernia in patients with a colostomy.Limited by the type and quantity of research,the above conclusions need to be verified by more high-quality research. 展开更多

Effect of mindfulness therapy on the intervention of cancer-related fatigue in patients with lung cancer: a meta-analysis

Objective:To systematically evaluate the effects of mindfulness therapy on oncogenic fatigue in patients with lung cancer.Methods:Computer searching was conducted in the Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase and other databases.Combined with manual search,randomized controlled trials about the effect of mindfulness therapy on the cancer-related fatigue in patients with lung cancer were collected.The search time was from the establishment of the database to December 2019.Two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted the data,and evaluated the risk of bias in the included study.RevMan 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis.Results:A total of 448 patients were included in 6 randomized controlled trials.Meta-analysis results show that mindfulness therapy can help reduce carcinogenic fatigue in patients with lung cancer(standardized mean difference(SMD)=−1.67,95%confidence interval(CI)(−2.09,−1.24),P<0.001),and improve anxiety(SMD=−1.33,95%CI(−2.53,−0.13),P=0.03),relieve depression(SMD=−1.43,95%CI(−2.13,−0.73),P<0.001).Conclusion:There is limited evidence that mindfulness therapy can improve cancer-related fatigue,anxiety,and depression in patients with lung cancer.Limited by the number and quality of included studies,the above conclusions need to be further validated by high-quality clinical trials. 展开更多

Aims:To analyze the research status and development trend of human caring theory in the field of nursing in China,and to provide better reference for theory and research.Methods:All articles related to human caring theory were searched in the China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data and VIP database which were published in the past year was searched.NoteExpress document management software and Excel software were used to conduct bibliometrics analysis on the annual distribution,regional distribution,journal distribution,fund support and research content of the documents.The search time was from 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2009.Results:A total of 113 articles were included in the literature.The total number of published articles showed a slow and tortuous trend.After 2013,the volume of publications was relatively stable.The core journals accounted for 17.7%of the total number of articles,and most of them came from hospitals.The research covers clinical applications,nursing education,nursing management and other fields.Conclusion:Human caring theory is an important part of nursing theory,Nursing researchers in China can conduct clinical research,nursing management and nursing education research based on their theoretical connotation,combined with clinical and teaching environment. 展开更多

目的探讨不同参数设定下氦气源低温常压等离子体(non-thermal atmospheric pressure plasma,NTAPP)射流处理对牙本质表面温度、润湿性以及胶原纤维微观形貌的影响,为NTAPP在口腔领域的研究和应用提供参考。方法将NTAPP发生装置的氦气气... 目的探讨不同参数设定下氦气源低温常压等离子体(non-thermal atmospheric pressure plasma,NTAPP)射流处理对牙本质表面温度、润湿性以及胶原纤维微观形貌的影响,为NTAPP在口腔领域的研究和应用提供参考。方法将NTAPP发生装置的氦气气体流量分别设定为3、4、5 L/min,放电输入功率分别设定为8、9、10、11 W,分别处理12组人牙本质试件(西安医学院第一、第二附属医院口腔科提供,每组样本量为6),采用红外热像仪连续测量NTAPP射流处理60 s内试件表面温度,绘制温度曲线。测量上述气体流量、输入功率设定下NTAPP射流处理5、10、15、20 s后牙本质和未经NTAPP处理的牙本质(阴性对照组)接触角(每组样本量均为6)。场发射扫描电镜(field emission scanning electron microscopy,FE-SEM)观察氦气气体流量为5 L/min,输入功率分别为8、9、10、11 W设定下NTAPP射流处理5、10、15、20 s的各NTAPP组及阴性对照组(未行NTAPP处理)(每组样本量均为4)牙本质试件胶原纤维的微观形貌。结果气体流量、输入功率和处理时间对牙本质表面温度及润湿性均有显著影响(P<0.01)。随着处理时间延长,牙本质表面温度呈上升趋势;输入功率越大,牙本质表面温度越高;气体流量越大,升温越迅速。气体流量为5 L/min、输入功率为11 W处理60 s时,牙本质试件表面温度最高,为(35.10±0.24)℃。随着NTAPP处理时间延长,与阴性对照组牙本质表面接触角(75.57°±1.45°)相比,各NTAPP组牙本质表面接触角均显著减小(P<0.05);随着气体流量及输入功率增加,接触角呈减小趋势,气体流量为5 L/min、输入功率为10 W处理20 s后牙本质表面接触角最低,为13.19°±2.01°。FE-SEM显示,随着输入功率增大及处理时间延长,胶原纤维出现断裂、融合等不同程度的破坏。结论NTAPP处理可显著改变牙本质表面温度、润湿性及微观形貌,效果与设备的气体流量、输入功率和处理时间密切相关。 展开更多
