Application of AHP and DTOPSIS in Sugarcane Breeding 被引量:2

The weights of ten important traits of sugarcane, including the number of hair groups, plant height, defoliation capability, stalk diameter, ratooning property, stalk number of disease resistance, cane yield, sucrose ... The weights of ten important traits of sugarcane, including the number of hair groups, plant height, defoliation capability, stalk diameter, ratooning property, stalk number of disease resistance, cane yield, sucrose content and sugar yield, were distributed with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Ten Yuetang series of sugarcane lines were evaluated by Dynamic Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (DTOPSIS). AHP results indicated that the weights of ten traits were 0. 013 4, 0.022 7, O. 030 2, 0.040 8, 0.065 3, 0.088 1, 0.116 2, 0. 160 6, 0.198 4 and 0.264 5, respectively, with random consistency ratio C.R. =0.098 1 〈0.1, suggesting that the distribution of the weights of evaluation indicators was reasonable. Comprehensive evaluation of 10 sugarcane lines by DTOPSLS method combining with the conclusion of AHP showed that the comprehensive performances of Yuetang 03-393 and Yuetang 03-373 were much better than other sugarcane lines, with relative approach degree Ci ranking the first and second, respectively, which was basically consistent with the practical survey, suggesting that Yuetang 03-393 and Yuetang 03-373 were suitable for large-scale popularization. The above results confirmed the feasibility of applying AHP and DTOPSIS in comprehensive evaluation of new crop varieties and provided reference for the breeding of new sugarcane lines. 展开更多

In order to study the effect of 30% Tiange multifunctional pesticide-fertilizer on sugarcane pests and sugarcane yield,the field test was conducted with conventional compound fertilizer and 3% carbofuran fertilizer granules as control. The results showed that 30% Tiange multifunctional pesticide-fertilizer could effectively suppress some pests such as sugarcane borer,thrip,aphid and cockchafer. 90 d after pesticide-fertilizer application,the sugarcane withered heart rate was 1. 55% and 2. 55% in the two test points,respectively,significantly lower than the rate of 15. 40% and 19. 40% under control. Before harvest,the sugarcane borer damage rate in the two test points under pesticide-fertilizer treatment was 8. 70% and 9. 47%,respectively,significantly lower than the rate of 34. 50% and 33. 50% under control,and the sugarcane yield was 21. 16% and 22. 14% higher than under control,respectively. 30% Tiange multifunctional pesticide-fertilizer had nutritional and insecticidal effect,which could help to achieve sugarcane pesticide-fertilizer integration and save labor and costs. 展开更多

Two chimeric sesterterpene synthases(Aa TPS1 and Aa TPS2)were functionally characterized from Alternaria alternata MB-30 isolated from the leaves of a sesterterpenoid-producing Lamiaceae plant Leucosceptrum canum.Aa TPS1 generated a 5/8/6/5 tetracyclic sesteraltererol(1)and its absolute stereochemistry was determined by X-ray crystallographic analysis of its derivative 10,11-epoxysesteraltererol(2),which enabled revision of the absolute configuration of C7 of sesterfisherol produced by Nf SS and PTTS014 characterized previously and its derivative 10,11-epoxysesterfisherol.Aa TPS2 produced a 5/15 bicyclic preterpestacin I(3).Site-directed mutagenesis suggested that F192 in Aa TPS1 was likely involved in controlling of the hydroxylation of C12,and eight amino acids were important for the enzyme activity of Aa TPS1 and Aa TPS2.The engineered Escherichia coli and Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains were constructed for the productions of compounds 1 and 3,and the highest titer of compound 1 reached 62.3 mg/L in shake-flask culture.Both compounds 1 and 2 showed anti-adipogenic activity. 展开更多

Sugar-sugar glycosyltransferases play important roles in constructing complex and bioactive saponins.Here,we characterized a series of UDP-glycosyltransferases responsible for biosynthesizing the branched sugar chain of bioactive steroidal saponins from a widely known medicinal plant Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis.Among them,a 2'-O-rhamnosyltransferase and three 6'-O-glucosyltrasferases catalyzed a cascade of glycosylation to produce steroidal diglycosides and triglycosides,respectively.These UDP-glycosyltransferases showed astonishing substrate promiscuity,resulting in the generation of a panel of 24 terpenoid glycosides including 15 previously undescribed compounds.A mutant library containing 44 variants was constructed based on the identification of critical residues by molecular docking simulations and protein model alignments,and a mutant UGT91AH1^(Y187A)with increased catalytic efficiency was obtained.The steroidal saponins exhibited remarkable antifungal activity against four widespread strains of human pathogenic fungi attributed to ergosterol-dependent damage of fungal cell membranes,and 2'-O-rhamnosylation appeared to correlate with strong antifungal effects.The findings elucidated the biosynthetic machinery for their production of steroidal saponins and revealed their potential as new antifungal agents. 展开更多
