The Well Tashen 5(TS5),drilled and completed at a vertical depth of 9017 m in the Tabei Uplift of the Tarim Basin,NW China,is the deepest well in Asia.It has been producing both oil and gas from the Sinian at a depth of 8780e8840 m,also the deepest in Asia in terms of oil discovery.In this paper,the geochemical characteristics of Sinian oil and gas from the well were investigated and compared with those of Cambrian oil and gas discovered in the same basin.The oil samples,with Pr/Ph ratio of 0.78 and a whole oil carbon isotopic value of31.6‰,have geochemical characteristics similar to those of Ordovician oils from the No.1 fault in the North Shuntuoguole area(also named Shunbei area)and the Middle Cambrian oil from wells Zhongshen 1(ZS1)and Zhongshen 5(ZS5)of Tazhong Uplift.The maturity of light hydrocarbons,diamondoids and aromatic fractions all suggest an approximate maturity of 1.5%e1.7%Ro for the samples.The(4-+3-)methyldiamantane concentration of the samples is 113.5 mg/g,indicating intense cracking with a cracking degree of about 80%,which is consistent with the high bottom hole temperature(179℃).The Sinian gas samples are dry with a dryness coefficient of 0.97.The gas is a mixture of kerogen-cracking gas and oil-cracking gas and has Ro values ranging between 1.5%and 1.7%,and methane carbon isotopic values of41.6‰.Based on the equivalent vitrinite reflectance(R_(eqv)=1.51%e1.61%)and the thermal evolution of source rocks from the Cambrian Yu'ertusi Formation of the same well,it is proposed that the Sinian oil and gas be mainly sourced from the Cambrian Yu'ertusi Formation during the Himalayan period but probably also be joined by hydrocarbon of higher maturity that migrated from other source rocks in deeper formations.The discovery of Sinian oil and gas from Well TS5 suggests that the ancient ultra-deep strata in the northern Tarim Basin have the potential for finding volatile oil or condensate reservoirs. 展开更多

Recently, interest in animal production and poultry production in particular has increased, because poultry meat and eggs and their products are more widely consumed than other products. Human health is also considered one of the priorities. Nowadays, the fermentation industry has become very popular due to its great benefits in the pharmaceutical industry, the improvement of foodstuffs and the animal feed industry and its improvement. Moreover, microbial fermentation can enhance the content and digestibility of nutrients in nontraditional diets while decreasing the quantity of crude fiber and anti-nutritional elements such as tannins. The functional components (organic acids, bioactive peptides, lactic acid bacteria) found in microbial fermented feed can increase meat production in cattle, pigs, and sheep, and broiler productivity, carcass quality, intestinal health, immunological function, and so on. This paper examines the application study of microbial fermented feed in broiler production and serves as a resource for microbial fermented feed promotion and use in broiler production. 展开更多

Comparative Experimental Analysis on Coal Spontaneous Combustion

The goal of this study was to investigate coal quality features and their relationship to coal spontaneous combustion characteristics in multi-seam coal mines to better predict when coal spontaneous combustion is likely to occur.To that end,coal samples of various particle sizes were obtained from five coal seams(Nos.6,8,9,12 and 20)in the Shuangyashan City Xin’an Coal Mine.The samples were then respectively heated using a temperature programming system to observe and compare similarities and differences in the sponta-neous combustion process of different particle sizes in response to rising temperature.The experimental results show,that in all five coal seams,the concentration of CO,C_(2)H_(4),and C_(2)H_(6) increased with a certain degree of regularity as a function of rising temperature.However,of these three gasses,only CO and C_(2)H_(4) can be used as indicators to predict coal mine spontaneous combustion.The critical temperature for samples from all five coal seams ranged from 50–85℃,while the dry cracking temperature of coal seams 8 and 12(80–100℃)were lower than those of 6,9,and 20(100–120℃).Furthermore,the production rate of CO,C_(2)H_(4),and C_(2)H_(6) is related to both coal particle size and temperature.The smaller the particle size,the faster the production rate;and the higher the temperature,the more gas that gets produced.All five coal seems are mainly com-posed of long flame coal.However,they differ in that the No.12 coal seam contains weak cohesive coal;the No.8 coal seam contains lean and gas coal;and the Nos.6,9,and 20 coal seams contain a certain amount of anthracite.During the programmed coal heating,the CO,C_(2)H_(4),and C_(2)H_(6) release trend for the coal seams was No.12>No.8>Nos.6,9,and 20.These results demonstrate that the presence of weak cohesive coal and anthracite highly influence the concentration of CO,C_(2)H_(4),and C_(2)H_(6) released during coal spontaneous combustion. 展开更多

[Objectives]The paper was to analyze the total prevalence of postoperative pressure ulcers in patients and to reveal the epidemic law.[Methods]By searching English databases such as PubMed,Google Academics,Scopus,Science Direct and Web of Science(WOS),a total of 2018 English articles on pressure ulcers published from January 2015 to December 2020 were selected.According to the inclusion criteria,19 high-quality literatures were selected for the study,and the extended function of meta-analysis software of Review Manager 5.1 diagnostic test was used for data statistics and meta analysis of the results.[Results]There were 19 literatures with a total of 9400 patients included in the meta-analysis.The results showed that the total prevalence estimate of postoperative pressure ulcers was 20.00%(CI 95%:15.3-24.1).The total prevalence estimate of postoperative pressure ulcers in males was 10.1%(CI 95%:7.2-13.02),and that in females was 12.8%(CI 95%:8.1-17.3).The total prevalence estimates of stage I to IV postoperative pressure ulcers were 17.02%(CI 95%:11.06-22.09),6.7%(CI 95%:3.76-9.69),0.9%(CI 95%:0.21-1.26)and 0.4%(CI 95%:-0.05-0.8),respectively.[Conclusions]The prevalence of postoperative pressure ulcers is generally high.The prevalence of postoperative pressure ulcers in females is higher than that in males,and the prevalence of stage I pressure ulcers is higher than that of other stages,which is related to age,gender and other related risk factors. 展开更多

Three positive carbon isotope excursions are reported from Middle-Upper Ordovician in Tahe oil-gas field, northern Tarim Basin. Based on conodont biostratigraphy, the Middle Darriwilian Isotope Carbon Excursion(MDICE) and the Guttenberg Carbon Isotope Excursion(GICE) are identified from Darriwilian to Early Katian by the aid of whole-rock carbon isotope data from two well cores. Positive excursion within conodont Pygodus anserinus zone is developed in Early Sandbian, and the fluctuation range is no less than MDICE. Because the range of this excursion in the generalized global carbon isotope curve is short, previous studies paid little attention to it, and named Early Sandbian Isotope Carbon Excursion(ESICE) in this paper. Furthermore, these positive excursions are not directly related to sea level fluctuations and the MDICE and GICE identified in northern Tarim can be globally correlated to that in southern China, North America, South America, and Europe. The Saergan Fm. source rocks of Middle-Upper Ordovician in Kalpin Dawangou outcrop are in accord with the geologic time of MDICE and ESICE, and GICE have strong ties to the source rock of Lianglitag Fm. in basin. Abundant organic carbon burial is an important factor in genesis of positive isotope carbon excursions. Positive oxygen isotope excursion, conodont fauna turnover, decreased conodont total diversity, and the change of sedimentary facies indicated that dramatic changes of paleoceanographic environment of Early-Middle Ordovician in Tarim Basin started from the end of Darriwillian, and an obvious icehouse climate of Late Ordovician occurred in ESICE. 展开更多

Nitroaromatic explosives are major pollutants produced during wars that cause serious environmental and health problems. The removal of a typical nitroaromatic explosive, 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene(TNT), from aqueous solution, was conducted using a new recyclable magnetic nano-adsorbent(Fe@SiO_(2) –NH_(2)). This adsorbent was prepared by grafting amino groups onto Fe@SiO_(2) particles with a well-defined core-shell structure and demonstrated monodispersity in solution. The removal performance of the nano-adsorbent towards TNT was found to be 2.57 and 4.92 times higher than that towards two analogous explosives, 2,4-dinitrotoluene(2,4-DNT) and 2-nitrotoluene(2-NT), respectively, under neutral conditions. The difference in the removal performance among the three compounds was further compared in terms of the effects of different conditions(pH value, ionic strength, humic acid concentration, adsorbent modification degree and dosage, etc.) and the electrostatic potential distributions of the three compounds. The most significant elevation is owing to modification of amino on Fe@SiO_(2) which made a 20.7% increase in adsorption efficiency of TNT. The experimental data were well fit by the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and the Freundlich adsorption isotherm model, indicating multilayer adsorption on a heterogeneous surface. The experimental results and theoretical considerations show that the interactions between Fe@SiO_(2) –NH_(2) NPs and TNT correspond to dipole-dipole and hydrophobic interactions. These interactions should be considered in the design of an adsorbent. Furthermore, the adaptability to aqueous environment and excellent regeneration capacity of Fe@SiO_(2) –NH_(2) NPs makes these remediation materials promising for applications. 展开更多

Mantle cell lymphoma(MCL)is a B-cell malignancy with poor clinical outcome and undefined pathogenesis.Development of clinically relevant cellular models for MCL research is an urgent need.Our preliminary observations lead the development of two novel hypotheses that we tested in this study:1.multicellular spheroid might be a unique growth mode of earlystage cells in MCL;2.MCL might be a polyclonal tumor.We made the following original observations that have not been reported:First,we have provided a new experiment method for enriching MCL early-stage cells and characterized the spheroid mode of growth as a unique feature of early-stage MCL cells in cell line as well as in clinical samples.Second,we have established a clinically relevant cellular model of MCL,the JeKo-1-spheroid cell line,that was highly enriched in early-stage sub-clones.JeKo-1-spheroid cells and the spheroid growing cells enriched from MCL patients exhibited comparably enhanced tumorigenic abilities and similar biological features.Third,Immunophenotypic analysis has revealed that MCL may be derived from precursor-B(pre-B),immature-B and mature-B cells,not only the mature-B cells as WHO classified in 2016.Fourth,MCL may be a polyclonal disease composed of CD19e/IgMe,CD19 e/IgMt,CD19t/IgMt three sub-clones,of which the CD19e/IgMt sub-clone might be the dominant sub-clone with the strongest tumorigenic ability.Fifth,CD19t/IgMe that differentiates MCL and normal B cells may represent a new marker for MCL early detection,minor residual disease monitoring after therapies and prognosis. 展开更多

The effect of vinyltrimethoxysilane(VTMS)graft and SiO_(2) on the structure and mechanical properties of silane-grafted-polyethylene/SiO_(2)(VTMS-g-PE/SiO_(2))nanocomposite fibers and ropes was studied.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transfer infrared(FT-IR),differential scanning calorimetry analysis(DSC)and tensile mechanical tests were performed to characterize the morphology,thermal and mechanical properties of nanocomposite fibers and ropes.The results revealed that the SiO_(2) nanoparticles were well dispersed throughout the polymeric matrix.With increasing SiO_(2) content,T_(m),the melt peak width and X_(c),degree of crystallinity,of VTMS-g-PE/SiO_(2) nanocomposite fibers increased.The breaking load and breaking strength of the nanocomposite fiber ropes were remarkably improved compared to pure PE fiber ropes and elongation at break was also decreased. 展开更多

In present work,blue carbon dots(b-CDs)were derived from ammonium citrate and guanidine hydrochloride,and red carbon dots(r-CDs)were stemmed from malonate,ethylenediamine and meso-tetra(4-carboxyphenyl)porphin based on facile hydrothermal method.Eco-friendly ratiometric fluorescence probe was innovatively constructed to effectively measure Hg2+utilizing b-CDs and r-CDs.The developed probe displayed two typical emission peaks at 450 nm from b-CDs and 650 nm from r-CDs under the excitation at 360 nm.Mercury ion has strong quenching effect on the fluorescence intensity at 450 nm due to the electron transfer process and the fluorescence change at 450 nm was used as the response signal,whereas the fluorescence intensity at 650 nm kept unchangeable which resulted from the chemical inertness between Hg^(2+)and r-CDs,serving as the reference signal in the sensing system.Under optimal circumstances,this probe exhibited an excellent linearity between the fluorescence response values of F450/F650 and Hg^(2+)concentrations over range of 0.01-10μmol/L,and the limit of detectionwas down to 5.3 nmol/L.Furthermore,this probe was successfully employed for sensing Hg^(2+)in practical environmental water samples with satisfied recoveries of 98.5%-105.0%.The constructed ratiometric fluorescent probe provided a rapid,environmental-friendly,reliable,and efficient platform for measuring trace Hg^(2+)in environmental field. 展开更多
