Ancherythroculter nigrocauda is a fish endemic to the upper areas of the Changjiang(Yangtze)River in China.Quantitative trait locus(QTL)mapping is a powerful tool to identify potential genes affecting traits of economic importance in domestic animals.In this study,a high-density genetic map was constructed with 5901 single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)makers by sequencing 92 individual fish from a F1 family using the specific-locus amplified fragment sequencing approach.Initially,48 QTLs for total length,body length,body height,and body weight were identified according to the high density of the genetic map with 24 LGs,a total length of 3839.4 cM,and marker spacing of about 0.82 cM.These QTLs explained 27.1%-49.9%of phenotypic variance.The results of this study suggest that major QTLs are responsible for the growth of A.nigrocauda,and these are potentially useful in comparative genomics research,genome assembly,and marker-assisted breeding programs for this species. 展开更多

Rett syndrome is a progressive neurodevelopmental disorder that lacks effective treatments.Although deep-brain stimulation can alleviate some symptoms in Rett model mice,this interventional manipula-tion requires deliberate surgical operations.Here,we report that electro-acupuncture stimulation(EAS)can ameliorate symptoms of an Mecp2-knockout rat model of Rett syndrome from the remote acupoints Baihui(GV 20),Yongquan(KI 1),and Shenmen(HT 7).We find that EAS not only prolongs the survival time of Rett rats,but also improves their behavior ability,including locomotion,motor coordination,and social interaction.Neural activation was observed in the substantia nigra of the midbrain,corpus striatum,and cerebral cortex of wild-type and Rett model rats,as reflected by the increased expression of the c-Fos protein.Hence,EAS provides a potential promising therapeutic tool for treating neurodevel-opmental diseases. 展开更多

含GNs甲醇-水二元工质热虹吸管的动力电池散热特性研究

动力电池工作温度过高和温差过大都会导致其性能快速衰退,有效的热管理系统应将电池最高温度和电池模块表面温差控制在允许范围内。基于石墨烯纳米颗粒的甲醇-水二元混合工质热虹吸管的传热特性研究结果,选用充液率50%、石墨烯含量0.02... 动力电池工作温度过高和温差过大都会导致其性能快速衰退,有效的热管理系统应将电池最高温度和电池模块表面温差控制在允许范围内。基于石墨烯纳米颗粒的甲醇-水二元混合工质热虹吸管的传热特性研究结果,选用充液率50%、石墨烯含量0.02wt%的甲醇-水二元工质热虹吸管为换热器件,搭建电池热管理实验测试装置,研究了模拟电池在1,1.5,2 C三种放电倍率下的散热性能,与自然对流和强制风冷散热进行对比。结果表明,热管散热方式三种放电倍率对应的电池最高温度分别为28.89,32.12及35.76℃;热管散热方式平均升温速率最低,在2 C放电倍率时仅为0.525℃/min;2 C放电倍率下热管散热系统相比风冷散热方式温度下降了22.48%,相比自然对流温度下降了49.13%;三种放电倍率下热管散热系统的散热效率最高,且均超过了70%。研究结果可为热管散热系统应用于电池热管理系统提供理论依据和数据支撑。 展开更多

由于氧化石墨烯(GO)的高热导率特性,将其添加至相变微胶囊颗粒内,以提高以其为基材制备的悬浮液的热导率,从而进一步强化传热。分别测试了纯水、5wt%相变微胶囊悬浮液(MPCMS)、5wt%和10wt%复合氧化石墨烯的相变微胶囊悬浮液(GO-MPCMS)... 由于氧化石墨烯(GO)的高热导率特性,将其添加至相变微胶囊颗粒内,以提高以其为基材制备的悬浮液的热导率,从而进一步强化传热。分别测试了纯水、5wt%相变微胶囊悬浮液(MPCMS)、5wt%和10wt%复合氧化石墨烯的相变微胶囊悬浮液(GO-MPCMS)的传热特性,分析讨论了壁面热流密度、雷诺数(Re)等参数的影响。结果表明,由于相变过程的影响,圆管壁面和流体温度分布呈现上升、平直、上升的变化规律;相同实验条件下,当工质为悬浮液时壁面温度与流体温度比纯水低;颗粒浓度和GO均对传热产生较大影响,相同质量分数(5wt%)时,添加GO时可使稳定后的局部努塞尔数(Nux)进一步提升8个百分点,颗粒质量分数由5wt%增至10wt%时,Nux又增加了20个百分点;与纯水相比,同时考虑GO和微胶囊颗粒的影响,相同实验条件下,相变微胶囊悬浮液平均努塞尔数(Nu)可提升1.0~2.0倍。 展开更多

Product diffusion refers to the phenomenon that the later demand is dependent on the early sales. To investigate how a firm's advance selling strategy is affected by the effect of product diffusion, we consider a monopolist seller who sells a fashionable product in a market that comprises of myopic and strategic consumers over two periods (i.e., the advance selling season and the regular selling season). For a linear product diffusion effect we fred that, when the effect of product diffusion is positive, the seller may set an extremely high advance selling price to induce the strategic consumers to purchase in the regular selling season, which is counter-intuitive. Moreover, the optimal procurement quantity for the seller may increase in the negative effect of product diffusion and decrease in the amount of strategic consumers. When we extend our model to consider a concave quadratic product diffusion effect, however, the optimal procurement quantity is concave in the amount of strategic consumers. Numerical studies are further presented to discuss the managerial insights. 展开更多

In this work, the enthalpy of fusion and melting points of 2-(tert-butyl)-5-methylphenol (2B5MP) and 2-(tert-butyl)-4-methylphenol (2B4MP) were measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The binary solid-liquid equilibrium (SLE) of both compounds were predicted by integrated computer aided system (ICAS) and measured by DSC. The corresponding eutectic molar composition is 0.6998 and the eutectic temperature is 281.96 K. The quasi-static heat capacities of 2B5MP and 2B4MP were evaluated by stochastic temperature modulation DSC technique (TOPEM). The SLE experimental data were correlated using the Margules, Wilson, and non-random two liquid (NRTL) equations and a good agreement between measurement and calculation could be obtained. 展开更多

The Omicron variants spread rapidly worldwide after being initially detected in South Africa in November 2021.It showed increased transmissibility and immune evasion with far more amino acid mutations in the spike(S)protein than the previously circulating variants of concern(VOCs).Notably,on 15 July 2022,we monitored the first VOC/Omicron subvariant BA.2.75 in China from an imported case.Moreover,nowadays,this subvariant still is predominant in India.It has nine additional mutations in the S protein compared to BA.2,three of which(W152R,G446S,and R493Q reversion)might contribute to higher transmissibility and immune escape.This subvariant could cause wider spread and pose a threat to the global situation.Our timely reporting and continuous genomic analysis are essential to fully elucidate the characteristics of the subvariant BA.2.75 in the future. 展开更多

Background:Microfluidic systems have advantages such as a high throughput,small reaction volume,and precise control of the cellular position and environment.These advantages have allowed microfluidics to be widely used in several fields of synthetic biology in recent years.Results'.In this article,we reviewed the microfluidic-based methods for synthetic biology from two aspects:the construction of synthetic gene circuits and the analysis of synthetic gene systems.We used some examples to illuminate the progresses and challenges in the steps of synthetic gene circuits construction and approaches of gene expression analysis with microfluidic systems.Conclusion:Comparing to traditional methods,microfluidic tools promise great advantages in the synthetic genetic circuit building and analysis process.Moreover,new microfluidic systems together with the mathematical modeling of synthetic circuits or consortiums are desirable to perform complex genetic circuit construction and understand the natural gene regulation in cells and population interactions better. 展开更多

Objective:The R language was used to quantitatively compare themedication patterns ofMongolian medicines used for the treatment of liver diseases between China and Mongolia,with a view to provide a reference for the research and clinical application of Mongolian medicines in the treatment of liver diseases.Methods:The Mongolian medicinal prescriptions used for treating liver disease in Mongolia were collected from the Mongolian Pharmacy and Mongolian Treatment Guide for Common diseases in Mongolian Medicine,and those used in China were collected from the Inner Mongolia Standard for Mongolian Proprietary Medicine and Annotation of Mongolian Medicine Preparation Specifications.After the database was established,the frequency,properties,and tastes of the Mongolian medicines were analyzed,and R studio was used for the association rules analysis and cluster analysis.Results:A total of 27 prescriptions used in Inner Mongolia,China,were collected involving 105 Mongolian medicines,with a total frequency of 284.Among them,there were 18 high-frequency medicines(frequency≥5),which had a frequency of 147,accounting for 51.76%of the total frequency.The medicine with the highest frequency(14,4.93%)was Carthamus tinctorius L..The analysis of the medicine data in China revealed 15 association rules.A total of 21 prescriptions used in Mongolia were collected,involving 92 Mongolian medicines,with a total frequency of 254.Among them,there were 17 high-frequency(frequency≥5)medicines,with a total frequency of 124(48.82%).The medicine with the highest frequency(13,5.12%)was Carthamus tinctorius L..The analysis of the medicine data in Mongolia revealed 79 association rules.In both regions,the high-frequency medicines used for treating liver disease commonly had cool or warm property with bitter or sweet taste.Conclusions:Carthamus tinctorius L.,Terminalia chebula Retz.,and other Mongolian medicines are commonly used to treat liver diseases in Inner Mongolia and Mongolia.The Mongolian medicines with cool or warm property and bitter,sweet,or astringent taste are commonly used to protect the liver. 展开更多
