Mathematical analysis reveals that the UV cutoff results in the minimum structures of space. Dominated by rotational symmetry, the structure should be a local one in situ or on a sphere. Investigations show that a 10D minimum structure is a non-local one with transformability between in-situ state and spherical state due to its special topology. Based on the quantum behaviors of the 10D structure controlled by translational symmetry, IR cutoff determines two long-range interactions with dimensionless constants of ~1/137.036 and ~1/1.628E+38, respectively.展开更多

The energy of the γ-rays can be measured by collecting the Čerenkov light in the medium induced by the fast electrons generated in the Compton scattering or electromagnetic shower of the incident γray. Two types of detectors based on pure water and lead glass as sensitive materials were designed for this purpose. The γresponse and optical photon propagation in the detectors were simulated based on electromagnetic and optical processes in Geant4. The inherent energy resolutions of 0.022(4) + 0.51(2)∕E^(1/2)_(γ) for water and 0.0026(3) + 0.446(3)∕E^(1/2)_(γ) for lead glass were obtained. The geometry sizes of the lead glass and water were optimized to 30 cm × 30 cm × 30 cm and 60 cm × 60 cm ×120 cm, respectively, to detect high-energy γ-rays at 160 MeV. The Hough transform method was applied to reconstruct the direction of the incident γ-rays, providing the ability to experimentally distinguish the high-energy γ-rays produced in the reactions on the target from random background cosmic-ray muons.展开更多

文摘This work is focused on a quasi-Euclidean space with UV cutoff, IR cutoff and symmetries. Mathematical analysis reveals that the UV cutoff results in the minimum structures of space. Dominated by rotational symmetry, the structure should be a local one in situ or on a sphere. The geometry sizes of the lead glass and water were optimized to 30 cm × 30 cm × 30 cm and 60 cm × 60 cm ×120 cm, respectively, to detect high-energy γ-rays at 160 MeV. The Hough transform method was applied to reconstruct the direction of the incident γ-rays, providing the ability to experimentally distinguish the high-energy γ-rays produced in the reactions on the target from random background cosmic-ray muons.

文摘The frequent missing values in radar-derived time-series tracks of aerial targets(RTT-AT)lead to significant challenges in subsequent data-driven tasks. However, the majority of imputation research focuses on random missing(RM)that differs significantly from common missing patterns of RTT-AT.The method for solving the RM may experience performance degradation or failure when applied to RTT-AT imputation.Conventional autoregressive deep learning methods are prone to error accumulation and long-term dependency loss.In this paper,a non-autoregressive imputation model that addresses the issue of missing value imputation for two common missing patterns in RTT-AT is proposed. Our model consists of two probabilistic sparse diagonal masking self-attention(PSDMSA)units and a weight fusion unit.It learns missing values by combining the representations outputted by the two units, aiming to minimize the difference between the missing values and their actual values. The PSDMSA units effectively capture temporal dependencies and attribute correlations between time steps, improving imputation quality. The weight fusion unit automatically updates the weights of the output representations from the two units to obtain a more accurate final representation. The experimental results indicate that, despite varying missing rates in the two missing patterns, our model consistently outperforms other methods in imputation performance and exhibits a low frequency of deviations in estimates for specific missing entries.Compared to the state-of-the-art autoregressive deep learning imputation model Bidirectional Recurrent Imputation for Time Series(BRITS),our proposed model reduces mean absolute error(MAE)by 31%~50%.Additionally,the model attains a training speed that is 4 to 8 times faster when compared to both BRITS and a standard Transformer model when trained on the same dataset. Finally, the findings from the ablation experiments demonstrate that the PSDMSA,the weight fusion unit, cascade network design, and imputation loss enhance imputation performance and confirm the efficacy of our design.

文摘Citrus yellow vein clearing virus(CYVCV)is a new citrus virus that has become an important factor restricting the development of China’s citrus industry, and the CYVCV coat protein(CP)is associated with viral pathogenicity. In this study, the Eureka lemon zinc finger protein(ZFP)ClDOF3.4 was shown to interact with CYVCV CP in vivo and in vitro.Transient expression of ClDOF3.4 in Eureka lemon induced the expression of salicylic acid(SA)-related and hypersensitive response marker genes, and triggered a reactive oxygen species burst, ion leakage necrosis, and the accumulation of free SA.Furthermore, the CYVCV titer in ClDOF3.4 transgenic Eureka lemon plants was approximately 69.4%that in control plants 6 mon after inoculation, with only mild leaf chlorotic spots observed in those transgenic plants.Taken together, the results indicate that ClDOF3.4 not only interacts with CP but also induces an immune response in Eureka lemon by inducing the SA pathways. This is the first report that ZFP is involved in the immune response of a citrus viral disease, which provides a basis for further study of the molecular mechanism of CYVCV infection.

文摘BACKGROUND Postoperative ileus(POI)is a common complication after abdominal surgery with high morbidity, which hinders patient recovery, prolongs hospitalization, and increases healthcare costs. Therefore,POI has become a global public health challenge.POI triggering is multifactorial.Autonomic and hormonal mechanisms are generally involved in POI pathogenesis.Recent studies have shown that beta adrenergic signaling of enteric glia is a POI trigger.Currently, the status quo, trends, and frontiers of global research on POI remain unclear.AIM To explore the current status, trends, and frontiers of POI research from 2011 to the present based on bibliometric analysis.METHODS Publications published on POI research from 2011 to 2023 were retrieved on June 1,2023,from the Web of Science Core Collection.CiteSpace 6.2.R2 and VOSviewer were used to conduct bibliometric visualization.RESULTS In total,778 POI records published from 2011 to 2023 were retrieved.Over the past few decades, the annual cumulative number of related articles has linearly increased, with China and the United States of America contributing prominently. All publications were from 59 countries and territories.China and the University of Bonn were the top contributing country and institution, respectively.Neurogastroenterology&Motility was the most prolific journal. The Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery had the highest number of citations.Wehner Sven was the most productive author.Burst keywords(e.g.,colon,prolonged ileus, acupuncture, paralytic ileus, pathophysiology, rectal cancer, gastrointestinal function, risk)and a series of reference citation bursts provided evidence for the research frontiers in recent years.CONCLUSION This study demonstrates trends in the published literature on POI and provides new insights for researchers. It emphasizes the importance of multidisciplinary cooperation in the development of this field.

文摘Sulfur chemistry in the formation process of low-mass stars and planets remains poorly understood. The protoplanetary disks are the birthplace of planets and its distinctive environment provides an intriguing platform for investigating models of sulfur chemistry. We analyzed the Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array observations of CS 7-6 transitions in the HD 163296 disk and performed astrochemical modeling to explore its sulfur chemistry. We simulated the distribution of sulfur-containing molecules and compared it with observationally deduced fractional column densities. We have found that the simulated column density of CS is consistent with the observationally deduced fractional column densities, while the simulated column density of C_(2)S is lower than the observationally deduced upper limits on column densities. This results indicate that we have a good understanding of the chemical properties of CS and C_(2)S in the disk.We also investigated the influence of the C/O ratio on sulfur-containing molecules and found that the column densities of SO,SO_(2),and H_2S near the centra star are dependent on the C/O ratio.Additionally,we found that the N[CS]/N[SO]ratio can serve as a promising indicator of the disk’s C/O ratio in HD 163296.Overall,the disk of HD 163296 provides a favorable environmen for the detection of sulfur-containing molecules.
